She rests her head on his shoulder, as if she was about to fall asleep, and you all look at your little bundle of joy with a soft smile.

Just before she starts snoring, she mumbles another word, the last one before she falls asleep- ‘Papa’. A warm grin spreads across your husband’s face, as he first looks at his daughter, then at his family- all of whom are smiling happily at him too. 

Luckily for him, the scolding you were supposed to give him at home slipped your mind amongst all the excitement in the supermarket. After all, you do love him and the rest of your family with all your heart, so you suppose you can forgive his childish antics this once. (And many more times in the future too.)

First of all thank you anon. I will be using this as an opportunity to talk about it in length... And yeah I agree, yuuji smiling at sukuna was my fav part too. I also talked about it in my post along with how I got completely stumped when I saw that panel.i was speechless.I was literally shivering and couldn't really think for a moment.. I was seeing what I used to imagine..

As someone who loves both of them I always wanted something like this. Especially for sukuna, since I don't think somebody has smiled at him like this without any selfish reason,not to forget he was unwanted from birth...only yuuji is capable of that. it is also funny how yuuji only approached sukuna once he (probably) separated him from gumi ignoring all intentional/ unintentional sukuna's attempts at having convo with him confusing sukuna too lol... That much I want sukuna to have, having an opportunity to be able to connect with people , learn about love through yuuji.

Yuuji's genuine smile to sukuna also makes me wanna think that yuuji is doing that because he knows about sukuna and his loneliness. We always say how sukuna knows yuji but I think yuuji is also like that. Yuuji has also lived with him, maybe he also felt sukuna being lonely and yuji being someone who is trying his best to not die alone, he decided to extend his helping hand to sukuna too. Yuuji is a really kind soul.. He can do this without any burden now that he thinks has saved gumi and possibly stopped merger too. .

Honestly I believe sukuna will not really change but accept that yuuji is right too.... Even thinking about it warms my heart..

Thought I'd add to the Vocaloid discourse by pointing out that several "irl" bands actually started out by using vocaloids. You can find a few who talk about it in the Hatsune Miku live concerts (super cool use of holo developed for those too!). That's really the crux of what sets vocaloid apart from much of the machine discourse; it's CREATED oppourtunities for small musicians instead of taking it away. Specifically by not just supplying a synthetic voice program to work with, but by tying a star identity to each voicebank that makes people more willing to explore obscure artist music. It also distincts the works made by the vb's from the artists who were paid to voice them, so you can't make them say things that sounds like you're putting bad takes in the original artist's mouth. Everyone knows and understands it's a fake version for the purpose of artistic creativity, not an attempt to steal the voice of the original singer.

Anyway since we're doing Vocaloid recommends now:

speaking about the vocaloid debate- they haven't submitted the playlist yet, but if they listened to English songs using Japanese/Chinese/other voicebanks then it'll inherently sound a little off. different languages and different voicebanks have different pronunciations needed for speech, and are thus recorded for the voicebank. use a Japanese voicebank for an English song and you won't get the right words pronounced right, or you'll get an accent, etc etc.

also some vocaloids only have one or two voicebanks and that's it. Big Al only has one (i might be wrong on that, but i know his is for V2 software), whereas Hatsune Miku has every single voicebank made over the years (V1-V5) and has versions made to sing in Japanese, Chinese, and English. she has so, so much more variety than other vocaloids and can be more fluent and clear compared to lesser known vocaloids.

and since we're sharing favorite vocaloid songs to convert the submitter, here's two of mine because i have too many favorites to share:

really funny hearing the take about how vocaloids/voice synths can't have singing styles when there's multiple voice synths explicitly modelled after particular styles. prima (opera), sachiko (enka), and maiko hakaine (screamo metal) are just the ones i can list off the top of my head. and even if a voice synth isn't modelled after a singing style, they can still be tuned that way!

anyway, for song recommendations! gothic and loneliness is breathtaking (it's also a nightmare in project diva lol)

ooooh gosh there's so many...I think I'll narrow it down to special events because otherwise I'm gonna talk both your ears off hehe

Magical Mirai:

2021 and 2022 are my absolute favorites! They pull off their respective themes soooo well and I already really really love fantasy and retro-future aesthetics ^_^

2021 has all these beautiful layers and florals going on...it kind of mimics Miku's iconic V2 silhouette in a way? but exaggerated to really sell the "magic" in "magical mirai". She is straight up a fairy bard to me-she has her microphone and speakers in her hair, her petal cape looks like fairy wings...and it's all tied so neatly together in Hidari's art style!! He's such a fantastic artist, I love his style sooo much (he also illustrated Mayu and Akikoloid-chan as well as worked on some Atelier and Fire Emblem games!)

And 2022 goes so insane for me. KEI's art is adorable in it's own right, I love her cute little wand, speakers and the little tamagachi-looking things on her waist. the dress and the boots remind me a bit of Ulala (which makes sense I suppose! Similar aesthetics?) but ohhhhh gosh does this miku come alive in the Future eve MV.....how her hair floats and bounces and flickers...........OUUUGH DUDE!! I cannot be normal about this miku at all.

I also really like the designs for the other cryptonloids for those years as well ^_^ 2021 Rin and Kaito and 2022 Kaito in particular! I have so much gender envy for 2021 Kaito...Princely characters have a chokehold on me....

Racing Miku:

2022 and 2024!! Techwear baybeeeee!! YES whatever the hell is going on with the bellybutton and crotch on 2022 is weird but the rest? No notes. And 2024 is a cool as hell techwear WITCH!! What da HELL!!!!!!!!!

Other:

Miku with you 2019. My love of flowers/florals showing up again lol. I also really love the color palette!! It may not come as a surprise to anyone based on the tags I've read on my art eheh but color is the first thing I notice/my favorite thing about art. The official art has these very pleasing muted tones that translated pretty well into figures. Or at least the nendoroid, since that's the one I own and can personally speak on. Her twin tails have this very light and gradual gradient from dark to light, and her off-white dress was given a satin finish, so it shines a little in the light! She's so beautiful ; 0 ;

Space Dive 2020 Gumi + Una! Space cat girlies! Looking at Gumi's in particular, its so cool and interesting how her base V2 design translates into her other designs. Like for V2, Space Dive and V6 in particular, they all share that sheer orange/yellow top that is worn beneath her other clothes.

SF-A2 Miki "2012 Edition". Hopefully this counts lol. As a certified Miki Enjoyer(TM) I hope this one was obvious eheh. Being that Miki is meant to look cybernetic, this fittingly feels like an upgraded Miki. She's sleeker, more refined, but is still unmistakably Miki. She's still got a similar silhouette, the star motifs, the fluff has been moved from her shoulders to her shoes, her cybernetic outline joint thingies are now on her clothing too, she's still got the blue and pink stripes........its just perfect for me yknow? I love when artists take a design and just rearrange the elements instead of coming up with something completely different. No offense to the V4 design we got because I still do very much like it......but man I wish we had gotten this for it instead *crossing my fingers for her SynthV vb*

I also love the wing attachment things and the lamb ears. Lamb/Ram miki is everything to me.

impossible question. evil. thank you. but i have to answer, so let's start off strong! Kikuo produces songs that make me want to turn into a dragon and destroy a city. i yearn for the day i can go to a concert of his or at least hear this at a con rave LOL

2009. one middle school (MIDDLE SCHOOL!) friend told me to look up Vocaloid and i think i started with this ancient niche song by Kiyoteru HIyama? at least, it was the very first file downloaded into my itunes that was Vocaloid. i still kinda adore it hehe

13. Favorite dance?

idk if this even counts but i have been personally obsessed with this one dance cover of Envy Catwalk and the entire trend of spontaneous dance. i think about how much of a serve this was even now. Nyantaro you are always in my ♡

14. Favorite VocaSynth classic?

hmm what are the classics... hmmmm. not sure if it's a classic but it is from what i'd consider the classic era, i adore Carnival by Gumi. also Otetsu as a producer was one of my top in the early days. (when i was so little i wanted to perform this at a talent show and make the dress LOL)

17. What VocaSynth is underrated to you?

so Rim is proprietary but i think her company greatly underutilizes her. they make really idol-pop music for her when her depth of range is just so much more than that. I want more songs like Lonely Person. just. just LISTEN to this. she's insane.

she's got a lot, but i really love Teto Vsynth! im partial because my friend from high school loved Kasane Teto as an utauloid back in the day straight up til now. but seriously, her voice bank has transcended all expectations and she sounds amazing when paired with her utau bank too. you get really cool songs like this,

actually im not done with Teto. the thing is i don't listen to her as frequently as other Vocas but every time i do, it's instantly a brain worm.

It all starts with the spoiler they already gave us

Y Kamiya doesn't look promising for this

Doumeki looks at him with sad eyes to which Yashiro replied and starts to take off his gloves to undress Yashiro.

Y: that's why it's okay don't touch me.

Yashiro resists but right away Doumeki grabs Yashiro's penis that has a boner after he fingered his butthole.

D: You just did it with Inami and she's already like this? Your body really can't help it

Y: You say that a lot even though you're the one doing this to me.

Yashiro actually what he means by "you're doing this" is that Yashiro's body only reacts like this when Doumeki touches him.

Then Doumeki sees the marks on the wrists from when Inami tied him to Yashiro and realizes what they were doing.

Doumeki says to him

Yashiro can't answer him and just lets Doumeki touch him until he ejaculates.

In the morning of the next day Nanahara arrives and is surprised to see Doumeki there, Doumeki explains to him that the Doshinkai was also involved in this problem and that's why he is there, although Nanahara pretends not to know anything of what he is talking about since Yashiro hasn't informed him anything of what is happening and says to himself "Am I that untrustworthy?"

Then Nanahara begins to suspect that between Doumeki and Yashiro something happened last night and asks him

N: The president?

D: He is sleeping

N: Hey don't tell me that...

D: If you mean sex, no, we didn't do it

Yashiro wakes up and says

Y: Why did you come nanahara

Y: I hope you found Yamakawa

But then out of nowhere Yashiro comes out of his bed naked and Nanahara turns red all over.

Nanahara: You really did it!!!

Yashiro: "I didn't do it, you idiot!"

But nanahara is still suspicious and thinks “I’m sure they did it”

Then Doumeki gets ready to leave and Yashiro asks. Where are you going?

D: I’ll be out a while. In the meantime I'll call Kamiya-san.

However in the end they all leave the building and go to the bar.

They run into mama san she is surprised and calls Doumeki as “Chikara” and asks who are these people?

Nanahara thinks: It's the Mama of the bar.

Then they tell her that they are guests of the group and she lets them in saying that Kamiya was already inside.

Once inside Mama san tells them that yesterday some guys went to the bar and they were very arrogant even with the girls who work there.

Doumeki asks mama san

“Why didn't you call me?”

Mama san answers him

"because a Guy form the group told me you were bussy with something else"

Then douemki tells her

"I'll run as fast as I can if you need me so please call me"

Mama san then tells him that after that 3 million yen of sales disappeared.

Doumeki asks

“He said they were from Okuyama gumi?”

Mama san replies

“He didn't say so explicitly, but they used to use this place, and they talked like they knew me.”

Apparently this was the Okuyama group's doing.

After that they all leave the bar and suddenly mama san appears and says

“Chikara wait”

Doumeki approaches her to talk while Kamiya, Yashiro and Nanahara stay behind and Yashiro looks at the way Doumeki is talking to mama san.

N: I heard that Doumeki and Mama-san are together.

Y: ehh...

K: How do you know that?

N: Your subordinate told me he's going to her house.

Then the 4 of them go out to eat meat in a restaurant and here they start talking about the incident, apparently Doumeki already knows that there is a woman inside the club who is with the Okuyama-gumi and helped them to steal.

Kamiya says : You knew that and you didn't tell me?

Doumeki replies : That would only make her even more uneasy (talking about how he didn't say it so as not to scare mama-san more)

Kamiya replies

“You are so kind to women…”

And Doumeki says

“I intend to be kind to Kamiya-san, too”

Kamiya replies: Liar

Yashiro after listening to that conversation remembers from the previous night when Doumeki asks him

Or do you want me to be kind to you?"

At that moment Yashiro gets up and says he is going to the bathroom but he leaves the restaurant and goes to where Kido is hiding.

They greet each other and Kido asks “Why did you come?”

Yashiro answers “What do you think?”

“I came to visit you”

Surprised Kido says

---What kind of game are you playing?

Yashiro laughs and says

You've got a funny way of saying things.

Yashiro starts to give Kido a blowjob and says

"Go ahead, fuck me. Just like the old days." “I’m in a hurry”

Kido: "You don't even have a boner, what's the urgency?

Then the blowjobs intensifies and

Kido says to Yashiro

I saw a few people saying they didn't recognize a lot of the vvv music characters and I think the reason is it's a very, very talkbank-heavy show!

A few characters are definitely new, but one reason why you might not recognize a large portion of them is that in the lineup, eight of them started out as talkbanks, seven only have a talkbank, and there's only one single character that doesn't have one.

If anyone's curious about who all these characters (talkbank or otherwise) are and how they may relate to characters you do know, I've made *unrolls paper* the promotional image into an extremely detailed infographic. The biggest icon is the engine they started out on, and the smaller ones are where they got banks after that.

Below the cut I break down the lineup, starting with Vocaloids and Vocaloid-related characters (+ UTAUS), then the singing characters from other engines (like SynthV), then the talkbank-only characters, telling you a bit about all of them.

On Voiceroid and CeVIO engines

You'll see that several synths here are from Voiceroid, which is a pretty old talkbank engine. If you're interested in Voiceroid characters like Yukari and Akari, Maki, Akane and Aoi, and others, producer GYARI was making iconic and comedic songs with them before they got songbanks, and I'd definitely recommend you check them out. A couple CeVIO related notes, several characters here have the CeVIO logo by them because they have CeVIO talkbanks, not necessarily singing banks, and Voisona is CeVIO's new engine. Onto the character explanations!

Vocaloids and Vocaloid-related characters / UTAUS

Vocaloid: Zunko. Originally created to promote disaster relief in the Tōhoku region, she's since gotten Voiceroid (talking) and Vocaloid (singing) banks, as well as a 24-minute animated movie. She has a Zunda mochi (green soybean rice cake) motif.

Itako and Kiritan are Zunko's sisters, introduced as UTAUs with newer voicebanks on Neutrino. Itako dreams of restoring her power of the nine-tailed fox, and Kiritan is a gamer.

Zundamon is Zunko's pet. They recently gave them a human form and a Neutrino voicebank, as well as multiple talkbanks.

Vocaloid: Sora. One of the only V5-introduced characters. Made a good impression by having a design where she looks like a pirate as well as a pretty, flowy one. Released with a Voiceroid talkbank.

Vocaloid: IA. Started out as a Vocaloid and was later released on multiple CeVIO engines. The CeVIO Vocaloid.

ONE (pronounced oh-neh, like how IA is ee-uh) is IA's sister. She's only on CeVIO engines.

Vocaloids: Gakupo, Gumi, Una. You probably know at least Gakupo and Gumi. Una, just because she's a little more recent, is a younger, eel-themed Vocaloid from the same company as the others (Internet Co.). She also got a Voiceroid bank.

Vocaloid: flower. Famous, androgynous. Got two Vocaloid banks before recently getting one on Cevio AI.

Vocaloid: Yukari. Moon rabbit theme and lots of voicebanks. A handful of famous songs, like There's Supposed to Be a Cheat Code for Happiness and Chururira・Chururira・Daddadda! Did some talking in a few older songs because she was a decently popular Vocaloid with a Voiceroid talkbank.

Akari is Vocalomakets's other Vocaloid, with a starlight theme. She also has a Voiceroid talkbank.

Vocaloid: CUL. She isn't part of the lineup, but she has sisters who are, so I'm covering her. Another Internet Co. Vocaloid, CUL started out as the mascot for the show VOCALO Revolution, which aired interviews with Vocaloid developers and producers, and showcased PVs. Videos featuring CUL used VY1's voice before she debuted as a Vocaloid herself.

ROSA and WhiteCUL are CUL's sisters. CUL was revealed to have several sisters, each named a variation of "CUL," except for ROSA. So far, only these two have designs and banks, and currently, they only have talkbanks, although ROSA is planned to get a SynthV voicebank.

You likely know Ritsu, a VIPPERloid UTAU, who went on to get voicebanks on DeepVocal and ACE Studio, as well as several talkbanks.

SynthV characters

Tsuina-chan is an ogre hunter. She started out on Voiceroid and eventually got a voicebank on SynthV.

Seika is the district mascot for Seika, Kyoto, Japan. She was a Voiceroid who later got a SynthV voicebank.

Rikka, Chifuyu, and Karin are three high school students in a music club. Rikka's character is up to interpretation, while Chifuyu plays drums, takes photos with an old camera, and dislikes sweetness, and Karin plays bass, likes archery and cute things, and dislikes matcha. All three have CeVIO talkbanks.

Akane and Aoi are twin Voiceroid talk vocals who went on to get SynthV voicebanks.

Maki is another Voiceroid vocal who got a SynthV bank. Like Kiyoteru, she also has a band comprised of characters that don't sing.

CeVIO singing characters

Sato and Tsudumi are friends who don't have a lot of interests in common. Sato started out with song and talk banks, whereas Tsudumi started out talk-only and got a songbank later on.

Talkbank only characters

Yuzuru is described as "kind and gentle, but rumored to be scary when angered," and "maybe not human." He started out on Voiceroid.

Maron's appearance is based chestnuts and autumn themes. He's currently only on A.I.VOICE.

Jashin-chan is from the series Dropkick on My Devil! She's currently only on VOICEPEAK.

Tsumugi is the cousin of Vtuber Kasukabe Tsukushi. She's only on VOICEVOX.

Nemu, and the engine her talkbank is on, CoeAvatar, have heavy NFT involvement.

Hi I've been meaning to ask, synthv/vsynth is like vocaloid roght?

Yes, it is! But Vsynth and Synth V are two different things.

If you're familiar with Vocaloid, then Synthesizer V (sometimes shortened to Synth V or SVS) is software similar to that. You input notes and lyrics and tune everything so the little robot singer sings.

Vsynth (short for virtual synthesizer or vocal synthesizer) is the catch-all term for these types of software, and the vsynth community uses it to refer to these programs, because there's a lot of them! Since the rise and popularity of Vocaloid, there's been a lot of competitors that have popped up in recent years, and they're all from different companies, so we can't refer to all of them as just Vocaloid (just like how we can't refer to every vsinger out there as Hatsune Miku - also fun fact! Miku hasn't been a Vocaloid in YEARS PIAPRO TOOK HER)

Here's a crash course:

VOCALOID is a vocal synth software by YAMAHA. It's the most popular one out there but sadly, it's fallen behind lately. It's not the thing that sings, it's the thing that makes the little singbots sing. It's the engine. Most of Vocaloid's voicebanks are provided by other companies - Hatsune Miku, Kagamine Rin and Len, and Megurine Luka are from Crypton (and they yoinked them back); Kaito and Meiko are native from Yamaha, Gumi is from Internet Co, etc, etc. You get it. The old versions of Vocaloid have been discontinued and are stupid hard to find. Their latest release is V6.

PIAPRO STUDIO is the engine Miku and the other Cryptonloids are now on.

CEVIO is another vsynth software out there. If you remember IA (you know, Miss KagePro herself?), she was pulled out of Vocaloid and moved to Cevio, and her sister ONE was released there too. CEVIO has come a long way since the IA days. We got shit like ROSE and POPY now.

ACE STUDIO is also another vsynth engine. I've never used it myself, but I know people who have. IIRC they're planning to use a subscription model (most software including Vocaloid are one-time purchases - you get the engine and the vb separately but you only have to get them once), so you get the engine and the voices but you pay a monthly fee. The English UI is still in development but there are community-made guides out there for those who want to use it. It's still in beta I think so you can test it out. It is SO GOOD.

And then there's SYNTHESIZER V STUDIO (which I personally, along with most of the community, think is THEE leading vsynth program currently). You still have to get the engine and vbs separately for this one but there's a Synth V Basic which is free (it just doesn't have a couple of features like crosslang, scripts, etc). Vocaloid Xingchen (Stardust) was moved here, and LORD. Listen to her

Synth V also has the most English vbs amongst all modern vsynths, I think, and the Pro version has crosslang so the vbs can sing in English, Chinese, Japanese (or another language if you get a dictionary - the community has made a lot of them and they've got them up on github). And they all sound FANTASTIC

Reading the chap again has made me question if sukuna is really gone and why yuji was desperate to save sukuna after declaring he would eat anything to kill him..

Megumi said his lone finger probably won't be able to carry his soul because of resonance. But what about two fingers. coz yuji technically is sukuna's finger atm literally bathed in his ce and connected to his soul...Which would explain the resonance between them. It works the same as sukuna's finger. This is what gege said about sukuna's fingers.

And yuta also said something similar.. Sukuna can sense big physical changes. And I think sukuna using piercing blood can be used as a proof.. At first I thought he must have learned it after seeing choso fought yuji but now I think it is because of resonance. In chp 259 we know yuji had to learn BM manually. What kamo explained him the was the mechanism of convergence ( basics of BM) Which causes big physical changes. So sukuna could have sensed him. Although He was surprised when yuji's blood exploded (supernova) but we can consider that yuji learned in the moment...

But the reason he didn't know about soul swapping stuff is because ui ui said he can replace the boxes without anyone knowing. So I assume it doesn't cause any big physical changes for suku to sense...

In short yuji is practically a finger and can carry the connection along with the last finger.. Just like other fingers.

Another thing i noticed was yuji being hellbent on changing suku's mind.. The chp 265 starts with sukuna asking about what yuji did but says he did it in hurry and just wanted to talk meaning him wanting to talk to sukuna is not something he did it on impluse. Then he takes him on his childhood trip ,treating him like a normal person doing fun things..But it doesn't work which he expected then he threatens/tries to force him to return to his body. He does it again after separating him from megumi . This time he urges him to live again and promising he will stay with him no matter what. As per yuji he can kill him without him changing vessel but still wants to/ offers to host him again

This and what yuji said about them being born carrying a curse makes me think yuji definitely knows about sukuna's past or something similar. Irrespective of how yuji got to know that ,this much is true that yuji believes nd want to give sukuna a chance to live again. Even if sukuna has killed choso,gojo and Higuruma. ( I really wonder how bad things were for suku to make yuji go this far) ..So I really wonder would he let him go that easily?? He allowed gumi to decide for himself but threatened sukuna?? As if he knew he wouldn't listen.. It's kind of funny tbh...Megumi also said if yuji doesn't take care in tearing sukuna's soul apart he'll die.. Which I wonder did yuji do that?? Of course not showing suku completely disintegrated also doesn't help..

The only part where I get puzzled at is when did he realize this truth and how? .. Was it during timeskip Or in the middle of the battle...If I were to guess, I would say this panel was the first moment he noticed something.. I believe this was the first time the resonance happened when maki stabbed sukuna's heart. simultaneously yuji also coughs up blood realizing something has yet to be healed but we never saw what exactly was injured. This happens again during chp 263.

This might explain why we weren't shown gojo yuji interaction at all. And the reason is that after separating with sukuna there must have been some change in yuji 's body which gojo would have noticed at first glance with his six eyes. Maybe something similar to him seeing megumi's soul during his fight. Maybe it's because yuji is like a finger but he also has his soul so the resonance works little diff than it would work between two fingers.

And I do wonder why kenny did all this. What sukuna and yuji has to do with merger apart from suku being the initiator in case kenny dies.. And how come the fingers suku spat became useless.. Why didn't he revert into his finger form.... Huhhh😮‍💨😮‍💨

Honestly this whole chapter raises more questions instead of providing answers not just about yuji sukuna but other things too...It is possible that whatever I have written is completely wrong or may not even be addressed by gege. I had so many thoughts that i had no choice but to write them down to provide some relief to my brain. It is funny how manga is about to end in 3 chp but there is a lot we readers still don't know.. ..
