So I was re-enacting a bakuiida hurt/comfort scenario I made up for exactly 2 hours since I started during 10:00 pm and it is 12:00 AM

gist of it: bakugou’s inferiority complex acts up and so he doesn’t take care of himself bc he’s too busy training and iida tells him how much he (Katsuki) means to him, (Tenya) and that there aren’t enough numbers that exist that could tell him (Katsuki) how much he (Katsuki) meant to Tenya

and then I remembered my tumblr account and one of the asks I got was “do some knight Iida Tenya headcanons this is my first time doing a req” and I was like oh wow I am v blessed that I am the person who took anon’s req virginity so here we are

speaking about bulky things his canon costume is lightweight in design because if speed and leg strength makes up 100% of your quirk you can’t have stupid accessories and additional weight.

But of course since what he’s going for (the Ingenium title) is pretty much set in stone, there’s a heavy emphasis in visuals (in canon) so like 90% of his fucking costume is for Decor

Since this is fantasy and most fantasy-ish things are set in a European medieval style because of fucking Hollywood and not in a more traditional Japanese style since apparently fire spitting dragons are cooler than Kitsunes with ten tails, power over nature elements and are literally considered deities—

Knight armor is made of metal, right?

So in that case..his armor would really weigh him down.

But because this is FANTASY and science and physics can go fuck themselves here,

It’s possible that there’s a chance magic could make his armor more lightweight, like Uraraka’s quirk

but like there’s a chance that his armor is ALREADY lightweight because again, canon Tenya really went after the design of his brother’s costume

And his brother’s costume was inspired by his parent’s and grandfather’s own costumes, which kinda looked the same since it had the white modern accents and holes in the helmets kinda aesthetic

SO ASSUMING THAT THE IIDA FAMILY LINE IS V NOBLE AND FAMED FOR BEING IMMERESED IN THE KNIGHTHOOD SHITE FOR A V LONG TIME

And his brother did copy whatever his parents and ancestors’s armor was or whatever

And they’re noble, right—so they’re rich. Because magic exists, plenty of wizards mages and other magic people for hire also exist

So, Belle is watching Haikyuu for the first time and this is what I think her SIMP list will look like and why(I’m not doing every character from every school):

Karasuno

Hinata - Our good boy Hinata is a baby. He can be serious and what not, but on Belle’s list that’s not for simping. Let’s be honest, he’s simp material when he grows up, but as of right now? No simp.

 Kageyama - He gives off Todoroki and Bokugo vibes - they’re her faves - so he’s basically their love child. Also, he’s Haru but in a different font so...SIMP

Tanaka - While Tanaka is a bundle of energy and definitely tryna be a ladies man, I don’t think he’d be on the simp list. 

Daichi - Daichi is kickass and level-headed and I honest to god believe that Belle would simp hard for this man daddy. RIP Daichi.

Sugawara - I’m half and half on this one. I really can’t decide if she’d adore him more than she would simp for him. I know there’s not much of a difference between the two, but there is a line. Momma Suga is a tough one to debunk. HalfSimp

Ennoshita - By season one standards, I don’t think she’ll be simping. HOWEVER! I do believe that when we get into further development she’ll simp for him because he deserves to be simped for.

Kinoshita and Narita - Both of them get the same amount of airtime and while they have some goood parts later on - especially in season 4 - I don’t think she’d simp for them. I do think think she will love them.

Kiyoko - HARD SIMP. Have you seen the goddess Kiyoko? Belle will simp hard and Kiyoko may just become her ultimate.

Tsukishima - This tall piece of crap is her guilty SIMPing pleasure. That’s it. Simp.

Yamaguchi - Tadashi is the best boy but season one Tadashi isn’t someone I think she’d simp for. I’m sorry. Season 2 Tadashi is more simpable, but I don’t think she’d simp.

Nishinoya - I don’t think Nishinoya is simpable for Belle. While he is definitely an outgoing personality and very likeable, I feel like Belle will just want to slap him across the face and tell him to get his act together.

Asahi - Asahi is a big cuddly teddy bear with a gorgeous man bun. While I see the appeal of simping, I think Belle will treat him like a baby instead.

Yachi - Another baby. This poor baby will not be simped for unfortunately. She would be cared for though.

Nekoma

Kenma - Kenma is so relatable and he’s the best and even though he’s quiet, that bitch is fierce. I bet you anything, if he were a little more confident, he’d have punched a few people by now. SIMP material for Belle.

Kuroo - This isn’t a question. SIMP

Yaku - Yaku is a lot like Ennoshita. He has nice qualities about him and I think later in the season he might stand a chance. But right now, there’s no simp.

Inuoka and Yamamoto - No.

Lev - She’d treat him worse than Kenma does. He has the fact that he’s half-Russian going for him, but she would NOT simp for this boy. She’d drop kick him if given the chance. 

Aobajohsai

Oikawa - She’d half simp. Oikawa’s got some problems and I think that’ll effect his SIMPability.

Iwaizumi - lol. she IS Iwaisumi. She’d simp hard for this one. Have you SEEN THIS MAN?!?!? Hard simp.

Fukurodani

Bokuto - Bokuto may have a phat ass but I don’t think his personality will make her simp. She’ll probably want to baby him.

Akaashi - Mom #3? She’d simp. He’s different from Suga, and I think that’ll show to her a lot more. There’s no question with this one, she’ll be simping.

Shiratorizawa

Ushiwaka - No. While he too has a phat ass and a stoic face, he’s a dumbass that is socially awkward. Actually, he’s almost more baby than Hinata if you think about it #protectbabyushiwaka No simp.

Tendo - No. While this boy is precious, I don’t think she’ll enjoy him enough to SIMP. He’s as hit or miss as his guess blocking, and I think we’ll be missing this one bois.

Semi - No simp. A phat crush cause boi is just tryna do his best, but no simp.

Tsutomu - Same as Semi. He’s the baby, and she’ll enjoy his character, but no simping for this boi.

I don’t think she’ll be simping for anyone from Date Tech or the other schools that are mentioned. Maybe when Season 4 catches up she might enjoy him a little more.

Maybe I’ll do more of the character in a bit when she gets farther. Who knows. For now, I need to actually do some work!
