looking for otome-based RP partners!

Hullo (hopefully future) friends! I’ve got a bit of a weird proposal.

(For anyone who saw the first one on my OTHER-OTHER side blog, this is redux, the 2.0, because that sideblog was TOO NEW to show up in tags and I am really hoping that this one shows up on this MUCH OLDER and REPURPOSED sideblog!) 

ANYWAY, here blog isn’t and probably won’t ever be an RP blog. I’ve RPed on Tumblr a lot in the past (mostly in the Homestuck community, a few years back) and while doing so was a lot of fun, it was also a lot of work! Maintaining pages, bios, graphics, etc, is all stuff I seemed to have all the time in the world for a few years back, but I find I really just don’t anymore.

Unfortunately, I don’t really know where to find RP outside of Tumblr and cherubplay (thanks again, Homestuck!) either, but Cherubplay isn’t exactly the greatest for finding anything outside of just raw-doggin-it-smut-fests and while that can be, uh, fun, it’s not really what I want to focus on when I RP.

So why am I here?

I’m hoping to find other people who don’t really have time to run an RP blog (or who do have time, but also might be willing to dip their toes into doing it on Discord, too, assuming you aren’t already!) for some good time plotting and roleplaying!

Which I guess brings us to the meat of this whole thing… (more, of course, under the cut!)

WHAT WILL WE RP?

I’ve been real keen on otome lately and I’m really looking to play some canon boys to your MC or OC! While I’ve certainly had my fun playing girls before (mostly in WoW, or other MMORPG settings), I find I always prefer to play dudes, and (if you’d pardon this bit of arrogance!) I think I can be pretty dang good at it!

While I do occasionally ship MxM, it’s really only something I do with my best bro, so I’m sorry to disappoint, but I’m really only interested in MxF pairings atm! I hope that’s okay with everyone.

COOL, BUT WHAT SERIES? WHAT CHARACTERS?!

I’d like to say I have a pretty healthy familiarity with a lot of otome, but I’m not sure I’d be the hottest at RPing them all! If it can’t be guessed by my avatar, I’m kind of on a Hakuouki kick right now, so I’m partial to that, for sure, but for ease of readability and so you can get a good idea of what I’m open to, I’ll list them in some nicely formatted order.

Hakuouki Characters

Okita :: Okita is tied for my personal favorite Hakuouki dude with Sannan, but I think I’d enjoy playing him a lot more than Sannan (which isn’t to say I wouldn’t like to play him, too!). I’ve always been partial to smirky, tease-y boys, especially when they’re struggling with confronting their feelings.

Sannan :: Sannan speaks to my love of polite but cold characters, and it’s only a bonus that he’s a megane, which I’ve also always loved! As mentioned above, he’s probably tied with Okita as favorite Hakuouki dude, but I think Okita’d be easier to play.

Kazama :: Kazama is fun because I’ve always had a love for garbage can style kidnap-and-seduce plotlines if that was your kind of thing!

Saito :: I love Saito aesthetically and his personality is pretty rad and I’d rank him as pretty up their on faves, but I admit I don’t have overmuch experience when it comes to awkward slow-to-open-up kinda boys! I’m sure we could make it work though.

Other dudes :: I’d be willing to try honestly most anyone from Hakuouki but these are the ones above are the ones I feel most confident/interested in playing! If you’d like someone else, you can most certainly ask, especially if you have some kind of plotline you’d like to see!

Diabolik Lovers

Oh baby, yeah I am totally into this hot hot dumpster fire!

Reiji :: As mentioned, I love megane, and Reiji’s probs my favorite of everyone in the whole dang series. Older? Check. Smart? Check. Responsible? Check. Cold? Double check. Really fucking mean? Check. Smirky? Well, in the games, yes!

Shuu :: Sorry Reiji, but I also love Shuu. I might make him just a twinge OOC because his laziness might make advancing the plot kind of headachey, but other than tht, I love this loser.

Subaru :: Subaru, contrary to his third place on this list, is probably pretty close behind Reiji for favorites. Aggressive, ill-refined, totally willing to fight everyone – I admit I tend to play the more well-spoken and calculating kind of characters more, but I’d be willing to rock Subaru for you to the best of my ability!

Ruki :: I won’t say Ruki’s my favorite of the Mukami brothers but I like him a lot and I think I’d play him well!

Everyone else except Azusa and Kou :: Spoiler: I love Azusa to death and find him adorable but I don’t really relish playing openly masochistic characters, so he’s a no go unless we can work something out! Kou is – no offense, but I just really do not like Kou. As far as the famous Sakamaki triplets go, Kanato is one of my absolute all time favorites, and I’d be willing to play him with the right person… but we all know he’s kind of an absolute nutbag, so I’m hesitant to dump that on anyone! Ayato is a staple and Laito could be… like Kanato, I think I’d have to feel pretty assured by my partner they could handle the grosser parts of his character. Open to exploring it, however!

Amnesia

I’m not gonna bother sectioning everyone into neat little areas cause there is so few, but Toma is my favorite (I’m a real sucker for yandere, whoops). I’d be willing to play him, of course, provided my partner was comfortable with it! I’d also be willing to do Kent (my second favorite!), Shin and maaaaaaybe Ukyo. Sorry, I didn’t really care for Ikki – not because Ikki was bad (he was actually cool!) but because fan girl route characters drive me BANANAS.

AND SO THAT LEAVES US WITH… WHAT WILL YOU PLAY?

Honestly, I’m gonna be real with everyone here: I love roleplaying because it’s like writing fanfiction with someone else, so it’s all the fun and self indulgence of fanfiction, but better, cause ya know – someone else is doing it with you! And I’m really here for the self indulgence, so please go ham.

Yeah, you can play the MC of the game, and I’d be cool with that! But honestly, I love OCs, and I’d love to hear about and plot with your OCs. I have some ideas for potential plots (especially for Hakuouki), but I’m also open to your ideas, too, and I think a lot of plots could work best outside the confines of a pre-established MC. Also, you get to show me your drawings/face-claims/whatever for your characters, and that’s pretty rad!!

Also, as someone had asked when I tried to post this on my previously non-functional blog, I’m also open to crossovers! I’m cool even if I don’t know much about the character -- you’ll just have to pardon my ignorance.

So, uh… RULES? RP STYLE? ETC? SOME POORLY ORGANIZED POINTS

+ Yeah, I’m deffo 21+ so ideally you would be too, especially if there’s anything like, remotely scandalous going on! I’m not too sure I feel very comfortable RPing with anyone younger than 18, mostly just because there’d be such a big age difference between us. Rest assured it isn’t because I think I’m better than you, or being ageist! It’s mostly just for my own sense of comfort!

+ Speaking of scandalous, I don’t push hard for anything super graphic unless that’s your style because I’m very much a person who loves drowning in the emotions of “holy crap does this guy really like this lady a lot”. I tend to be over indulgent as heck when it comes to inner monologues describing just how much your character makes mine’s heart go doki-doki, so expect a lot of that. If we start heading towards fuck-making of the graphic non-fade-to-black-variety, we should deffo discuss the sorts of things you discuss before those scenes! (Kinks? I GUESS???) But, as mentioned, it’s deffo not at all on top of my list of prerogatives. We need to BUILD for that!

+ My RP style tends to be 3rd or 2nd (lmao, Homestuck) person, present tense, a couple paragraphs to “oh my god, you can shut up now”. You can write however you like, with my only request being that you be passably literate! Not like, snootily literate. You get what I mean? I hope so. ):

+ As far as activity goes, I’m also fine with the Tumblr esque style of replying whenever you get around to it! If we both happen to be on for a barrage of replies, great! If we can only get one or two out a day, also great! I’m pretty easy going, honestly.

+ I love working in universe and also going mad with AUs. Find some cute starters or AU ideas on tumblr and you wanna throw them at me? I’m always open. From vampires where there are none to school AUs to coffee shop AUs I am willing to try most things, but note: I am primarily a fan of DRAMATIC ROMANCE so keep that in mind!

+ Want some kinda crazy love triangle where your lady is pursued by not one, BUT TWO DUDES? We can probably make it happen!

But for all the time he’s spent with her, it has never gotten easier. No, no – it has only ever gotten worse, and it’s particularly bad now that he’s alone with her, now that she’s so close –

“Okita-san?” Her voice rings in his ears like a few plucked notes of some delicate string instrument, and he feels his lips part, his smile all teeth. She’s paused, midway between pouring him a cup of tea, and her eyes – ever and much too familiar – meet his with a hint of shyness Okita feels guilty for relishing. “Are you okay?”

“Worried about me, mn?” He rolls his head from one shoulder to the next, halfway between a shrug and a stretch, and tries very hard to resist the urge to pull her towards him, into him, that he might catch more of the rich perfume that lingers along the line of her throat. “You shouldn’t be.”

You should, he thinks, and not without a hint of guilt, be more worried about yourself.

uhhh i mean, it’s been a day!! class and stuff and i’m feeling a little... apathetic right now, but i plan on hanging with my friend and playing subnautica after class!! which will be nice (if not stressful lmfao that game is wild)

002.     what’s your current fav? tv show, game, person, character, food - anything! let’s hear ‘em!

i’ve always been real fuckin’ into kingdom hearts, so that’s always a fave. i’m also big into tg (obvs) and you can probably tell who my faves are. foods, i’m really into like... fancy shit. basically everything i had at that fancy restaurant was great (especially the venison tartare and the chicken liver pâté). i’m also real caught up on this cabernet sauvignon i had with my mom sunday night...

003.     is there a muse you’d like to play, or a muse you miss playing?

oooohh good question. hm. for “like to play,” i know me and @oculare keep joking about brother blogs for adam and eve once i finish nier, which tbh?? would be fun for a super low-activity thing (just for laffs). i plan on going back to @cloakedpride soon though because i really miss writing the like??? chaotic neutral bad adopted dad. kind of wild and unpredictable and super casual and dangerous. i miss him a lot.

004.     whats the ideal “end-game” for your muse? how does their happy ending look?

so, for shuu, that involves being away from kaneki. i need him far away so he can get over this fucking loyalty he’s got going on that’s quite literally killing him. i guess ideal endgame for him is him addressing his losses, confronting kaneki, and leaving to heal. he still has his dad and chie. they can be a little family. (ideally if naki comes back the real dream is them getting together but uhhh that’s super wishful thinking.)

and for chie, i think she’s fine? so long as she’s alive and involved with ghouls, i’m happy with her endgame. she doesn’t really have any big issues facing her, so as long as nothing terrible befalls her, her story could wrap up nicely at any time and i’m fine with that.

005.     are you similar to the muse you play? or are you very different? 

well the running joke in the discord is that i am shuu, which... i mean, we have our differences, but we are also quite similar. i’m a weird hybrid of both of these kids, honestly. i love aesthetic and good food and i’m kind of... unfamiliar with my emotions like shuu is, but like chie i also have some apathy issues. i’m similar enough to understand them.

006.     is there a specific distraction that stops you writing / studying etc.? how do you motivate yourself again?

a specific distraction? hm. i guess just the internet in general? once my anxiety gets too bad i snap out of it though. lol

007.     do you have any pets! feel free to post a pic!

008.     how did you start roleplaying? how long ago? did you find it weird at first?

this is gonna be... very weird sounding and i don’t remember how it started, but i had a friend in middle school and somehow we ended up roleplaying over the phone??? like, it was done kinda like, “oh she would do this,” and then in response, “oh, he’d do this.” kinda like that? and it was with fuckin tvd characters and an oc of mine. we moved it to text format on paper (back before i had a phone), and then once i got a cell phone we shifted to text. i think i found twitter after that, and then tumblr.

but this is also ignoring the childish larping of my youth that i grew up doing, so it never really felt weird.

Quirk AU (Boku no Hero Academia/Hatoful Boyfriend)

Well anyways I’m back on the horse.  Here’s another AU!

Warnings for suicide, murder, death, and identity theft.

This AU was created with windsorgirllove, who is amazing and who co-created a ridiculous number of AUs with me.  In addition, she’s the reason I’m posting these again: we made a deal that for every character profile she posted, I would post another AU.

I’m going to go ahead and link to a specific one here, but I also urge you to check out her writing blog and her character profiles page.  She’s a terrific writer.

From now on whenever there’s an AU that involves two or more works, I’m going to do a summary of each of them at the top.

Boku no Hero Academia/My Hero Academia: set in a world where people have developed superpowers, called quirks.  In a couple of decades, the rate of people with quirks has risen to 80%.  Some people use their quirks to fight crime.  They’re called heroes (no surprise there) and they’re regulated by the government.  The series’ main character, Izuku, is quirkless but wants to become a hero anyways.  When he meets the top hero, All-Might, he discovers that All-Might’s quirk, One for All, can be passed down, and Izuku becomes its next wielder.

Hatoful Boyfriend/Hatoful Kareshi: Pigeons have become sentient.  Humans are nearly extinct.  Although the wars between the groups are over, there’s still animosity.  Hiyoko Tosaka is accepted as the first human at a prestigious school for birds.  It’s a dating sim, so there’s a lot of that.  But some within the school aren’t all that friendly to humans, and St. Pigeonations’ is about to find itself at the center of a very old fight.

OKAY

so this story starts when Hiyoko Tosaka, a quirkless highschooler who lives in a cave, is given the power One for All

she adapts to it fairly quickly, given, y’know, 800 vitality

she enrolls at UA

ALSO THERE ARE

    Her childhood friend Ryouta Kawara, whose quirk either heals or decays tissue, depending on which he wants to do

    Sakuya Shirogane la Bel, whose quirk is ice

    Nageki Fujishiro, who is not dead in this universe, due to the fact that it is hard to set yourself on fire without activating your latent fire quirk.  He’s in a different class than the rest of the group.

    Anghel Higure, whose quirk is foresight, but who still goes on about falling angels and such like because - because he can, I guess.

    Okosan, who in this world looks the same as he does if you choose the human option for his shrine visit in Holiday Star.  No one knows exactly what Okosan’s quirk is.  Is it being a bird?  Is it running very, very fast?  Is it the subtitles that appear whenever he speaks?

    ‘Kazuaki Nanaki’, their teacher.  His quirk is disguising himself as other people.  This will be important later.

     Shuu Iwamine, the school doctor, whose quirk is being a creepy motherfucker.

 So they all get to school and everything’s pretty good for a bit.  The group start to become friends, Sakuya’s an asshole, their teacher falls asleep a lot.

Hiyoko meets a mysterious guy in the library.  He’s always in the library.  Seriously, does he ever go to class?  Does he live there?  

(He does.  No one but Nageki himself knows that he’s still alive.)

At some point, the crew is introduced to Sakuya’s half brother, pro hero Yuuya Sakazaki, who is quirkless.

A quote from early in AU developement: “Is Yuuya just Batmanning it?”  “No, he’s Nightwinging it.”

All the while, Shuu’s up to his usual nonsense, attempting to make Ryouta a carrier for a virus that exclusively affects quirkless people.  He was trying to do the same to Nageki originally, but Nageki didn’t want to be used as a weapon, so he tried to burn the lab and himself.  It only worked on the lab.

Shuu has a lab partner, the scientist Ryuuji Kawara, aka Ryouta’s dad.  

They have also created a creature called the King.  They did this primarily by messing around with a dead body until stuff happened.  And boy did stuff happen!

Plot Happens.  It is revealed that their teacher is actually Hitori Uzune, Nageki’s foster brother, who has assumed Nanaki Kazuaki’s identity in order to get revenge on Shuu Iwamine, as he believes his brother is dead.

At one point they think Yuuya is dead.  He’s not.

The plot is foiled and Sakuya gets a large helping of character developement.

There’s another issue though: the King is out in the world and absorbing souls.

The kids start investigating and discover that Ryuuji is involved.  Ryouta has to face the fact that his dad is kind of a supervillian.

They also discover that the King used to be Kazuaki Nanaki (the real one), who Hitori low key murdered (they planned a double suicide but at the last minute Hitori didn’t go through) in order to steal his identity.

That’s about as far as we’ve gotten!

Ruki: He would probably just blankly stare at them and just brush it off at first, but it slowly gets weirder to the point where he had to ask.

- “Livestock, are you aware of...Your brothers’ behavior recently?” “Um...” “I’m not surprised...” “I don’t know what to do about it! You think haven’t tried pushing them away!?”

- Legit, he can’t even ask her a simple question without them hounding on him.

- “What the hell were you doing with her!?” “Ayato, I was just asking if she still had a book of mine she borrowed.”

- This gets hella annoying.

- He wouldn’t ask her to live with them because the Sakamakis would come and smash the door in by a second.

Kou: Finds it weird but it’s hilarious to him how much the Sakamakis love their just-now-found-out sister.

- He uses this as either blackmail or pranks he pulls on the brothers.

- “M-neko-chan~!!! Let’s go on a date!” “Kou-” “Hell no! You’re coming with us back home!” “Aw, Subaru-kun is so mean to me! Comfort me!” “Get the hell off of her!” “P-Put that down Subaru-kun!”

- “M-Neko-chan, how does having your first kiss with an idol sound~?” “What are you talking about?-” “Oh, sorry you’re out of luck~! Imouto-chan already had her first kiss with us so you’re gonna have to look somewhere else!” “L-Laito-kun!” “Ew~ How gross! M-neko-chan probably hates you for that!” “No she doesn’t, right?” “U-Um.” “Right~?” “Y-Yes.” “Jesus this guy has a major case of incest crazies...”

- Still hangs around Yui just to piss them off.

- It just gets annoying when they’re having actual conversations.

- “I had a cat at my old church, her name was Cloud because she had a lot of white fur that made her look super fluffy.” “Aw, that’s so cute~! Do you have any pictures~?” “I do, but it’s in a scrap book...I kept a mini-scrapbook for her growing up!” “Oh oh oh, bring it to school so I can look!-” “Hey, go bother someone else you girly idol!” “I swear to god...”

- Like he legit wanted to see pictures of Cloud.

Yuuma: Weirded out, but somehow impressed by the efforts they go by just loving her in that really weird way. He hangs around her so that she could talk about the whole incest thing and he’ll try to give some advice...But at some points he’d find it funny.

- “Hey Sow, would that neet actually run in gym if we put you on the line or something like that?”

- “Pff, look at that little shit treating ya like your his mate or something! Hahahaha, god you gotta move out of that house or something unless if you want fucked up kids!”

- “Why don’t you just move in with us?” “Um...You know they ask questions if I just go to the bathroom.” “Right...”

- “Sow, let me do something.” “Eh?” “I wanna experiment with something” He pulls her into a hug, like it looks really cute from the outside since he’s so tall and she’s small. He lifts his head and sighs. “Yep, he’s definitely glaring at me...”

- Shuu literally went up to him later and told him to stay away but he was just “fuck you neet, you can’t control her life.”

- Both Yuuma and Yui hide in the gardens to hang out like 3 times a week.

- Still bites her and the brothers are livid.

Azusa: This poor cinnamon bun is just like “Oh...That’s how you treat a sister...?” Someone had to explain why it was completely wrong and also against Yui’s religion. But he tries to help out if he can, but he’s just kinda confused on the situation a lot.

- “DON’T YOU EVEN GO AROUND HER!-” “I...Accidentally bumped...Into her...”

- He got yelled at a lot.

- He didn’t mind because sometimes he got hit afterwards.

- Tries to respect wishes of the brothers, hint: tries.

- Bites sometimes = Kanato throwing tantrum.

- “Yui-san...” “Yes, Azusa-kun?” “Why does...Reiji-san look like that...?” “Like what?” “He...Looks down on me a lot...When i’m around you.” “Oh, I’m sorry...They’re like that a lot-” “It’s fine...I like it a lot.”

- Hangs around Yui in hopes to get hit.

- “I’d appreciate it if you would distance yourself from my younger sister, I do not wish for her to be influenced badly.” “But...You hit her with...A flogger...? And...Bite her a lot...Like we do...And-” “I would also appreciate if you didn’t bring up past actions.”

Tsukinami:

Carla: He wouldn’t be surprised...Like at all.

- “Of course...”

- If he even breathed around her, Ayato would be all up in his case.

- “Don’t go thinking that she’s your territory, she’s mine!” “That’s hilarious, I recalled her being your sister...”

- Legit wouldn’t care...

- Bites with no hesitation.

- “Goodness, how disgusting can those Sakamaki get?”

Shin: Finds it gross, but uses it as a source of teasing.

- “Aw, shouldn’t your brother kiss is better for you~?”

1. In Good Hands (aowaka + momoi): It’s hard to see the change in their relationship right away; it’s hard to see because there isn’t one. Aomine and Wakamatsu are still every bit as short with each other as always, and Aomine still provokes him needlessly in practice, which, well, Momoi hadn’t particularly expected to change.

3. Poor Taste (nijisibs): Shuuzou’s got the last period of the day free, a blessing that allows him to leave early and swing by the middle school early enough to pick up his siblings. 

4. A Liminal Stage (aomura x nba): It’s easier getting up right after to clean them off when Daiki’s still sweating from both the sex itself and from being pressed closely against Atsushi the whole time, the warm friction of skin on skin and already-gathering sweat on sweat.

5. Concentrate (garcirakihimu): There’s about an hour window on a good home game day after Masako gets home but before Tatsuya has to leave for the arena (more if Alex convinces him that he can take a cab, just this once even though it’s the twentieth time this year). 

6. Challenge Accepted (setomomo): Kentarou is usually pretty punctual, but today Satsuki’s beat him to the street court, even with stopping to pick up coffees. 

7. Push (kagahimu x nba): Several years into his NBA career, Taiga still finds himself falling a little more in love with basketball every day. 

8. One and the Same (nijihimu): Corralling the freshmen is like herding cats at the start of the season; there’s only five but they’re all wandering off like they don’t realize boarding’s in less than ten minutes—Tatsuya’s been trying to bring them all back for five or ten minutes already and nearly every time he gets one he’ll lose another to some distraction or other. 

9. Two for Holding (kagahimu hockey au): Tatsuya’s already at the rink when he gets there, stick-handling between the circles and out and back, too focused on the puck to notice Taiga. 

10. Not Just a River (kagahimu x nba): It starts imperceptibly, as much so that Tatsuya can’t say when. 

11. Pinched Time (liuhimu): “Come visit?” Tatsuya had asked two days before graduation, half-turning back to look over his shoulder at Wei, fake levity that even Wei can probably see through in his voice. 

12. Moonshine (nijihimu 1920s au): It’s so easy for Shuuzou to get lost in the winding streets of the city and end up in the direction opposite to where he’d been intending to go, the wrong street of the wrong neighborhood with little hope of getting back in the time he’s allocated for himself. 

13. Suddenly, You (nijihimu): Tatsuya wakes up several times on the flight. Each time he looks around; the cabin’s still dark and he feels how high up they are and shifts his position, trying not to think about how stiff he is, and goes back to sleep. 

14. Under the Ice (liuhimu hockey au): The cold weather rolls back in slowly; they get used to days being significantly above freezing, grey skies and fog and rain pushing back the snowdrifts, road salt long since ground away into the sidewalks beneath their feet. 

15. No Other Way But You (aomido x nba): It rains the weekend the Cavs come to town. 

16. Stress Fractures (kagahimualex x nba): Alex gets the call while she’s watching Tatsuya’s game on TV; it’s gone to a commercial break and she’s just about to text Taiga but he’s got her beaten. 

17. Forces of Destruction (haikise fantasy au): The first time they’d met, Ryouta had felt like he was going to choke. 

18. Lead-Up (furuhana): The staggered rustle of paper on paper as everyone flips their math workbook open is irritating. 

19. Cinnamon Roll (liuhimu): Tokyo is full. It’s full of people, full of things to do and try, bright lights and loud sounds assaulting Liu’s senses (at least in the touristy part of town he and Himuro are sticking to right now—it had been quieter and more out of the way by the hotel).

20. Until it All Runs Dry (aohimu x nba): “I think I’ve got another year left in me.”

TG’s quality does seem to be going down a bit these last few chapters (I think the real problem started with the Touken romance. I swear I’m not being salty about a ship I don’t particularly like being canon, I just feel like the pacing was a bit bad…Touka’s ‘are you a virgin’ came completely out of the blue, plus Touken has hardly interacted in Re before the recent chapters. It’s been YEARS since they’ve seen each other, wouldn’t things have changed? Neither of them are teenagers anymore. Both of them have grown and changed, but Touka chose not to stay near Kaneki and watch his growth, while Kaneki had no way to see how Touka’s experiences gradually changed her. But Ishida decided to suddenly make it canon and then start focusing on the Touka-Kaneki-Mutsuki triangle to the point where it feels like he’s abandoning his other plot threads… kind of like what Isayama’s been doing lately.).

However, I believe that Ishida is completely capable of making things better if he wants to (remember, he still has the Hide trump card- bring Hide back in a believable way that nobody has predicted and also adds to the story, and I imagine most of the fandom will forgive everything that’s gone wrong in Re so far) so I’ll stick around. Plus, I’ve just gotten too attached to all the characters ;-;

Ugh, y'know, even if it wouldn’t fit very well with all the implied Mutsurie, I wish Ishida would just pull a plot twist and make Ken/Urie or Urie/Saiko canon.

I think I kinda hate centipedes now.

1: Yeah, I don’t think that’s Mutsuki’s hand either (like you said, it looked pretty 'fresh’. Plus, I have no idea how Mutsuki would have gotten one of the limbs Torso cut off). The only reason I mentioned it was because of the parallel with Torso showing Mutsuki their own hand with a wedding ring on it…Ishida loves his symbolism so I thought this might actually matter to the plot.

2: I think it was probably either a stranger or an acquaintance, since she seems slightly surprised and not exactly 'happy’ to see this person, but not afraid or displeased either. I’m scared…why would Ishida not show us who it was if it wasn’t something important? If things went well Yoriko’s probaby just gained some knowledge about what’s going on (perhaps she’s been told where Touka is and why she can’t come to the wedding?), but if not…perhaps a villain’s blackmailing her…idk :(

3: I want to believe that too, but I’m not sure yet. If there’s a reason for Yoriko looking so serious then that might be connected with the mystery character who greeted her when she was out shopping.

Thank you, that really means a lot to me <3 What I’m really worried about right now is that I go to a piano 'hagwon’ (a cram school of sorts, I guess?) and this year they’re going to do a small concert. Everyone who goes to the hagwon has to play a song and I have no idea how I’m going to do this ;-; just trying to look a person in the eyes when I’m talking to them scares me, how am I supposed to get on the stage in front of a crowd (a small crowd, since everyone there to see the concert will be the parents/family of the kids participating, but seriously). Things are just a bit complicated XD

Adorable Shuu. I guess that would just make me tease him even more LOL I’d probably ruin all his dramatic moments.

(Now that I think about it, though, Shuu and I have similar interests: music, fashion, art, literature…though I guess he’s a lot more interested in food than I am haha)

And oh, I see! Honestly Tony is still one of my favorite avengers…RDJ really brings him to life. And if you’ve seen Captain America I definitely recommend The Winter Soldier and Civil War (next movies in the series)! So much Bucky angst ;-; Also the Thor movies, because I have a feeling you might like Loki.

Honestly, you’ve voiced my thoughts perfectly. I can’t help but get irritated at all the changes that have been happening. For me, it started around the time we found out about Mutsuki’s past. I mean, can’t we have one character who had a nice childhood and isn’t insane deep inside? At this point, basically everything is overdoing it for me. Let them have a break. A nice moment. A single day without a centipede or someone dying.  TG is slowly turning into shoujo manga. A sick, twisted shoujo manga, but a romantic one. That is the one thing I didn’t want from it. It was actually nice to have a manga without pointless crushes which play an important role in the plot, for a change. Guess I was wrong.

Dude, I don’t care who he kills, if Ishida brings Hide back, he is automatically forgiven for everything and anything. Well, I would care if he killed characters like, but other than that, he’s free to kill anyone he wants (like Furuta (or maaaaybe Mutsuki, but I’d like it better if they redeemed themselves (though that might be difficult))).

I just… I want the cookie to be happy. And Mutsuki is definitely not making him happy.

Gaaah, so many questions and symbolisms, it’s making my head hurt. Here’s my theory: This is a huge setup for everyone to be happy. Mutsuki will run away to New Zealand or something and restart their life, Kaneki and Touka will get married (tho I don’t quite ship it, whatever, as long as they’re happy), Urie will realise he’s loved Saiko all along and she’ll be there waiting for him. Kanae is actually alive and so is Hide. Kanae and Shuu get married. Hide finds himself a nice girlfriend (or boyfriend, not gonna discriminate), opens a pet shop and is happy.

Everyone is happy. 

Okay, but imagine this au: ghouls don't exist and there's no reason for so much suffering. Kaneki and Touka are two kids who knew each other from school and now run a coffee shop together. The Q squad went ri the same class and Saiko alway loved Urie. He recently realised it. And so on.

Ah, I definitely know how you feel. I went to music school as well, and we had yearly (or half-yearly, depending on how long you’ve played the piano) recitals. My method of calming down was to imagine I was at home, alone and just practicing. There was no one around me, and it didn’t matter if I messed up. I could always start again. Also, the audience was vegetables, as far as my imagination was concerned. It did help.
