Very excited that my WIP is now a reasonable size to try on and looks like it's going to be perfect!!

Fiber: The Wandering Flock Baby Paca (50% Merino, 30% Alpaca, 20% Nylon) in limited edition colorway "Summer Tie Dye"

Needles: Knitpicks Mosaic Options Interchangeable Needles in Size 7

Pattern: Jessie Maed Design's Cozy Classic Raglan, Size 3X, with significant modifications.

I'm holding the Baby Paca (a light sport weight yarn) double to achieve a heavy DK / light Worsted weight sweater, and am planning to do bishop sleeves with a sweatshirt-style blouson fit and a wide cinched waistband. I'll do this color, Summer Tie Dye, to the upper bust, then do some striping, and then finish with the same yarn in the Neon Pink colorway.

I recently discovered the Portuguese style of knitting and it's really helping with my hand / wrist pain. If you're interested in trying the style, I recommend Very Pink Knits' youtube series on it, linked here.

buying clothes 2nd hand is so odd. half of the price range i'm looking at is just fast fashion resold for 4 euro less (has started to pill) and then a percentage is painstakingly handmade 100% alpaca wool never worn (5 euro because no brand).
