Update 30.08.2020

4 more pounds until I finally hit my goal weight. Enjoying the ups and downs so far. Ran a lovely 5km with no pain besides stitches around 3.3km. Resistance training is sprinkled here and there but must remain consistent with nutritíon.

Still thinking about this half marathon...21.1km sounds stupid far now. 14 weeks out and my training plan is here. All I need to do is literally...do it😅

I love you all. ❤️ You knew from the first chapter that there was no way on this earth I would just give you happy holiday sex with no consequences. I laid it out like a buffet under a big net. You knew angst was coming, and you all came sneaking over to the buffet anyway. 

For nineteen chapters you’ve happily eaten the smutty sandwiches and the tiny cakes, all while glancing up at the net and saying, “That’s going to fall any second.”
