Who/where did you get your back tattoo done if you don’t mind me asking? I am looking to get Kiryu’s one day, and was wondering where you found someone who did such a good job!

I got mine at a local place (hotrod tattoo, AZ, artist Chuy) tho if you're looking to get something for yourself done, I would rec checking out artist portfolios at places of your choosing and seeing which you prefer! tbh a lot of this will come down to what you want out of the tat and what the artist is willing to do 👀

so like, for me, I wanted majima's tat done 1:1, style matching and all so it took me a few tries to find an artist who was willing to emulate the art exactly since some artists prefer doing their own thing or whatnot. the guy I found had a portfolio full of tats from other media in 1:1 styles as well as in general such a broad range of styles that I felt convinced he could get me exactly what I wanted 😊 plus he had a few japanese style tats so I could see how he'd handle things like the dark clouds typical of these tats (which is like 70% of majima's lol)

so if you're looking for kiryu's I would say ask yourself do you want it 1:1, or an interpretation, or something else, etc and go from there when you're looking for an artist and make it *very* clear your intentions just so communication is smooth and no one misinterprets things. and definitely don't settle if you're not 100% happy with whoever you find! I had to go thru multiple people and talk to them about the process till I really felt comfortable with the guy I finally picked. since these sorts of tats are huge af and expensive, defo make sure you have no regrets or hesitations when you start 👌

thinking about the differences and similarities between aradia and dave and their doomed selves.......................... dave walking on a constant tightrope to keep himself and his friends on the alpha timeline, doing everything he can, giving up his personhood, walking over his own corpse time and time again, aware that one wrong move dooms them all meanwhile i know aradia was also aware of this but doesn't seem to care, partially cus of being a dead robot sure but also maybe because their doomed selves function in different ways. dave's act as a warning and safety net for the alpha timeline, they show him what he has to do to keep the alpha timeline safe aradia's are a tool, a weapon, the more of them there are the stronger she is which makes me think its likely that unlike dave, during the trolls session aradia didn't try and stop any doomed timeline offshoots. i don't think shes the type to have Encouraged them, actively dooming timelines, but it was a necessary part of her role. for them to win, they needed an army both aradia and dave also view the end result as the only important factor, the end justifies the means aradia talking to dead dave about how dave needs to be prepared to die a thousand deaths to complete their quest dave not telling jade that shes about to pump him full of lead both use it as an excuse/justification to do what they want in a way, ghost aradia wrecking random shit, but its fine, there's probably a reason for it, and if there's not, one more doomed timeline is just another doomed self to join the final battle dave's thing about being mad that no one else seems mad n how this way he at least gets to try n go for jack, even knowing hell die, he saw it happen so hes allowed to be reckless, hes allowed to let go the freedom and captivity of time you both have no control over anything, forced to follow the whims of The Alpha timeline if you want to survive, but it also absolves you of responsibility, it Had to happen this way we'd all have been doomed if it hadn't.

--// Wild that I can still thoroughly enjoy my Overwatch ocs while Overwatch fans are mourning because I already separated them from the game so hard in my mind that I didn't even know how much of the lore I had missed. It's a just a heavy indication of how poorly the state of the game and story was when I feel like I lost nothing.

Anyway, strength to my Overwatch bros and the ground level devs who had the rug pulled out from under them. This whole pve situation is a mess.

The red sea blew strong on the shore, hissing salt across the face of the old witch that had been called to her. The tides were black today, reflecting an equally black sky that hung heavy and thick with threat to rain. Thunder rumbled.

"Get in the water."

The Woman's voice echoed in the witch's ears, deep and powerful, rancor-laden. It caused her body to shake. What was present more in the crone's chest, fear or remorse? You could say they tied.

"Get in the water."

Wrinkled lips smacked, trying to summon some of the saliva that had suddenly become entirely dried from her mouth. Her old heart pounded, but it would be remiss to say that excitement wasn't present. Green eyes looked to into the water and watched as it began to pulse like a heartbeat, flashes of magenta beneath its surface.

That's when she seen Her --- that's when she seen those piercing silver eyes surrounded by scarlet waiting for her in the deep, boring into her without mercy, without blink. She grew closer to the surface at an easing pace, dark lips unmoving, but voice completely crystal clear as it burrowed deeper and deeper into the witch's eardrums. Blond tendrils clouded Her and began to slither to the sand, locks looping around the witch's ankles.

Lilith seldom surfaced from Hell, but when She did, it was for very particular souls who pledged themselves to Her. The reason spanned, but the burning anger in Her eyes marked that this occasion was for unpleasant purpose. Sharp black fingers came to curl in the crone's direction, beckoning.

"Get in the water."

Lots of new guys.

First one is Nayla, he was once a skinny tv celebrity, but he let the comfy indulgent lifestyle take its toll on him. He doesn't work anymore and spends his days exercising to lose his chub, or spends it eating and feeling guilty about it. His weakness is chocolate ice cream, which he can eat despite being a shark.

Second one is Clayton. You/reader carved him out of clay as a 'perfect beauty', and he one day came to life on his own. He was distant at first and not open to physical contact, but it turns out that he just needed to drink water to get bigger/to HIS liking. After that he started being more loving.

Third is Marigold- you/reader met him when you found him in your garden with a broken leg. He does talk but he was feral and somewhat agressive, and would not like being taken care of. However when night came, he'd raid your fridge and eat everything he could, making him gain quite a bit of weight. He denied it for a long time, but he did get more and more comfortable with you. Eventually he accepted his weight, fell in love and became your domesticated male house'wife'.

Fourth is the Burger foodeite- foodeites can only eat the food they're based on, so this guy only eats burgers; can be any kind as long as the basic ingredients are there. He affectionately calls his favorite food 'burgies'. He's actually a mild celebrity, that many fast food companies hire to star in their ads. His payment is usually more burgers than money. He's a nice person but he's very focused on being the person he wants to be (a perfect advertisement model), so much so that he loses sight of who he actually is. He has a lot of self frustration with this subject, but eating always make him feel better.

Fourth is Babylon, a scorpion that lives in a city in the middle of a desert. He's a promiscuous man who loves to find one-night only lovers. He essentially just want people to carnally desire him. However he one day met you/reader, who found him 'pretty but a bit small'- Babylon was never told that before. So he decided to try and eat more to get bigger and to your liking, only to find the act to HIS liking. He always has a malicious expression, but in reality he's fairly chill as long as his lover does what he wants- if not then he stings them with his tail and leaves them to their pain (his sting is not deadly but hurts quite a bit).

Fifth is Catarina- he lives in his world's equivalent of the mediterranean coast. There's lots copious meals given to everyone in that country, and Catarina can't bring himself to say no to any of them, even if he ends up even wider. His love of local food makes him travel a bit and he loves going to the beach as well. He's no stranger to taking a walk or going to the beach with a full belly for all to see- he's a bit embarrassed about it but he also feels like it's a normal thing to do.

Last one is Anabel- he's a male princess thst was forced to marry you/reader. He's mean and angry at you despite his parents being to blame, only to get upset when you decide to take a holiday away from him for a few days. When you get back, you find him being quite chubbier and surrounded by pastries- turns out he got so upset that he would buy everything at the local pastry shop and eat it all to cope with the loneliness. After that he's nicer in the sense that he actually listens to what you have to say, and you reassure him that you find his softer body to be a positive thing. Despite not being alone anymore, he keeps eating a feast's worth of pastries everyday, and he lets you help him if he's too full to get up and get the pastries left at the end of the long, royal table. As he gets even bigger, he includes you in his feedings by letting you feed some pastries to him- it's intimate and you both seem to love it. Eventually he gets too big for his corset and he ends up as your fat male'wife', who's definitely the biggest person in the kingdom. You have parties and feasts to have him have fun with food and let him show off his body to the court members.

hello!!! i hope this project comes out good bc im procrastinating exams for this (not very yn of me). i wanted to say that i based this format off of @eggyrocks 's smaus, they gave me such a good inspiration and made me fall in love with smaus overall as a genre! i believe they don't use their blog anymore but i also believe in giving credit where it's needed so yeah :) i recommend reading their work, it’s very good. also wanted to add this is my first time doing this, i hope u enjoy :) and if you don’t just pretend you do PLEASE. big thank you to @anormieee @gigiiiiislife @moonchillsstuf @jinxiewritings who said i should do this i hope you guys enjoy!
