Discrepancies, Illegalities, and Immoralities Noticed in the Dave Amaryllis Case

Evidence was gathered without a warrant and under duress.

Evidence presented shows Dave as a minor under Reid family control, yet the NPD acts as though she did these things while under full independence.

Dave is being withheld legal counsel with the NPD actively suppressing discussion on the matter.

Dave has suffered physical injuries on behalf of the NPD.

The NPD has been recorded trying to force Dave to sign a forged confession while under duress.

The NPD has been recorded trying to prevent Dave from coming into contact with her loved ones. They also refuse to inform her that Professor Amaryllis is alive.

The NPD has lied about Dave's legal name and continues to do so despite evidence presented to them.

The NPD has put out false statements regarding the rights of arrested people during interrogations.

Hey guys. In light of Dave/iheartnimbassacity’s treatment by the police, we’re trying to do a fundraiser. It’s too early for us to do another stream, but we found another way.

If you’re in Paldea and can spare a visit to Mesagoza, most of us had set up shop in the plaza. We’re selling food courtesy of Cain and Azazel is selling jewelry they made. If you want something more practical, the stall is also selling healing items made by Maggie and Evelyn and Pokeballs crafted by Esau, which are either more effective, cheaper, or both than what you would find in a Pokemart.

If you’re out of region or can’t visit Mesagoza, I’m opening up commissions and adoptables cheaper than my usual price. And if you have no money to spare, Eden and I made a game here, where it’s a side scrolling beat ‘em up where you battle hoards of corrupt Jennies to free your wrongfully imprisoned friend. The game has ads to help raise money, all you need to do is play.

Every single cent of this is going to Dave and Amy. Wherever it’s for legal fees, hospital fees, replacing destroyed furniture, therapy, or anything they might need money for after this ordeal.

I got Lissie back and I wish I could explain further because I know it's strange to have this all happen and there be so muchradio silence but when I say I can't I can't explain it...
