Kou almost beamed in Ruki’s direction when he asked the question. But, only presented the famous smile and wink in answer to the inquiry. “ Yo~u’re gonna have to wait and see, Ruki-kun! ” 

The idol grabbed the elder by the hand, pulling him down the length of the open walk way in the mall. It was supposed to be some sort of surprise, but surely once the other saw the store front sign, it would be lack there of. It definitely wasn’t a book store, those were meant for birthday gifts and off days when there was nothing better to do in one’s free time. But, Kou was feeling the nearing holiday season and this was just right to do.

   Outside collecting some roses she decided it was time to come back inside since she had enough roses for the diner table, she was told get some and it wasn’t a problem for her to get anyway. She always thought they were pretty plus roses were her favorite flowers, once inside she sat them in the vase.

    “The flowers are place on the dining table as you told me Ruki-Kun, I hate to ask you but what time is dinner? I’m kind of hungry to say the least.”

Her boots crunched on the new snow as the girl walked briskly through her wooded surroundings, the once-verdant hues blanketed in a brilliant white. If she had come later, the morning sunlight reflected off the myriad snowflake crystals might have been blinding, but now the brightness was perfect to wake her up a bit. She clutched her bag strap and walked a little faster - she was used to the cold, but dawn had only just broke and she wasn’t wearing a very warm coat.

Finally, the frozen lake came into view, immediately pushing her thought processes into choreography mode. Absentmindedly, she hummed fragments of songs as she neared the edge of the ice, her eyes flickering around for possible threats - she was a lone girl wandering the woods at a near-questionable hour, after all.

She plopped her bag onto the frosted ground next to the ice and retrieved her skates, pulling the guards off as she kicked her boots off next to the open bag. Quickly lacing up the skates on her feet, she shoved her boots into the bag and zipped it closed before gingerly stepping onto the ice.

Her eyes squinted out at the expanse of ice, already mapping out her routine. With a light push back onto the ice, her feet guided her to the middle of the makeshift rink. Her hand fished out her phone, shakily tapping a few icons before pressing her earbuds into her ears and fitting the phone snugly back into her back pocket. As the first notes of Libertango engulfed her focus, she closed her eyes and allowed her body to execute the routine her mind had laid out.

The step sequences were fun - and the song had plenty of room for more impressive quads and spins.

It’s a pity no one will ever see this, she thought. At this point, she was sixteen years old. Unless a miracle happened, she would never get to make her senior debut, and her career was over before it started -

No. Remember, don’t think about that now. I promised, didn’t I?

She had resolved to not allow her frustrations to leak into her passion - so what if she only ever amounted to a ballerina? It wasn’t like she didn’t enjoy it; she simply liked figure skating more. And she only had a short window of time, a few short years, before her body would change and ballet would be the only performance art it would be able to seriously endure. With her meager savings, she couldn’t afford to travel to competitions in an attempt to catch the attention of a sponsor.

As she swung into a sit spin, her eyes fluttered open and she caught sight of a discrepancy in the scenery beyond the lake - was that tree there before?

As she came back around in the spin, she focused her eyes enough to tell through the blurriness that it was the figure of… a person? Rising from the spin, she frowned slightly, losing some speed.

Her eyes glanced over - at least he didn’t appear to be eyeing her bag. Just in case, though, she shifted her routine closer to the edge of the lake.

            Her mind was foggy and could hardly remember the event that happened back at the Sakamaki Gardens but she can somewhat remember a few things and what was bothering her was who were those guys and why were they calling her Eve? An hour pass before she started to gain consciousness and noticed her was on a couch on a living room.

                   Her mind was becoming clear before she noticed someone standing infront of her, was he the one she also saw in the Garden? “Where..am I..? How..? Excuse me please tell me where..is this..? I have to..get back.” She muttered before falling silent.
