hello!! I edited some of the lyrics to killed by angel, a new song by alice schach and the magic orchestra! I edited it to be more friendly to singing along and covers! (which, I haven’t seen any of their songs, surprisingly)

also this is the first time I’ve done something like this, so any (constructive, lol) criticism and advice is very appreciated!

actually yeah hang on I have some more thoughts about Eat You Up -

I'm sure someone will have pointed it out, but it's a parallel to KILLED BY ANGEL in the same way that NO PARENTS is a parallel to QUEEN FLY.

Sahskar is in Hoer's role though, and Alishka? Alishka is performing the role of Hoer's mother, goading her to die so they can become one - except it's Alishka cannibalising Sahskar. We can see this also in the umbilical cord imagery.

So Salatoga is a parallel of the cult leader in Queen Fly. Alishka is a parallel of Hoer's mother - potentially enforced by the spider imagery in her father's design, since Alishka is a fly. Hoer is a parallel of Sahskar.

I think Umi might be a reflection of the original Alice. I could be wrong. Hoer's father also seems important, as well as the weird Christ figure in Salatoga's perspective.

this is also a hunch, I think the official playlist might have some clues about the chronology?

it would be in reverse, because I think it's pretty obvious that "O", QUEEN FLY and EAT YOU UP go in that exact order. If we think of this as like a cycle, Hoer might literally be some sort of rebirthed form of Sahskar. If NO PARENTS actually follows Fushigi Chan (I thought it must've been the other way around at first, but...) then this version of Salatoga must have forgotten Alice, and the memories he alludes to being "written over" in Fushigi Chan were replaced with the memories of Umi in her stead - to mislead him into pursuing Alishka as the cult leader potentially?

I'm throwing ideas around a bit but it's interesting nonetheless
