"His voice"

Note : i made this at 1AM and got inspired by a tiktok comment abt kavetham slight angst (i cried my heart out, theres too many kavetham angst i cant take it) ANYWAYS I'm sorry if there might be typos.

Warning : none (just fluff and angst <3)

Imagine kaveh singing while he's working, humming and singing the lyrics to the song that both he and alhaitam loves not knowing that the grey haired male in the room was listening to him while jokingly said how bad he is at singing. "Oh shut up! Like you can sing better than me!" Both of them always bicker anyways but kaveh knew he doesnt mean it.

Kaveh loves to sing for alhaitam when he comes back all grumpy and upset cause he had a bad day while alhaitam secretly records his voice on his akasha terminal (just imagine its possible 😌) and always listen to it everytime he's away from kaveh.

Imagine one day kaveh isn't there anymore, gone..perhaps dead? Who knows, nobody has figured where or what happened to him when he went into the sumeru desert. All alhaitam has is his voice, frustrated and desperate to know what happened to kaveh. His roomate, no- his lover. After hearing about the news he inhaled sharply while storming to inside his house and without even realizing it tears stained his pale face as flashbacks of them having playful fights together, spending time on their shared bed embracing eachother, him purposely messing with kaveh while he works just for fun.

Alhaitham couldn't accept this, he wipes his tears in denial about it as he kept replaying every single recording of Kaveh singing.

Al-Haitham is a very vengeful person. If someone hurts the people he loves cares about, he will ruin their life. The issue is that they don't want him to do that.

Cyno has a strong sense of justice and will protect people who harmed him so they can be judged properly. He usually does not take it personally and would be frustrated if Al-Haitham does.

Kaveh would blame himself for other people being hurt. Even if Al-Haitham is logically right that he should not care about someone who hurt him, he can't help the guilt.

Nahida loves all the people of Sumeru, even if they caused her harm. She isn't all-forgiving, but she doesn't want them to be harmed needlessly.

Dehya is all for getting back at people, but she is kinder than he is and doesn't agree with his quest for returning the favor, 100-fold.

Sethos: I've been watching Alhaitham and Kaveh for a while. Alhaitham is pretty easy to manipulate.

Cyno: Really? I don't think so.

Sethos: Watch.

Sethos: Hey, Kaveh, I bought a lot of souvenirs for the Temple of Silence. I can't possibly carry them all. Will you help me bring them across the scorching desert?

Kaveh: Okay. It should be easy with Mehrak.

Alhaitham: No, you can't take Kaveh. I will tell those fake Temple of Silence workers to carry them for you.

Sethos: Really? How unexpected.

Suddenly Kaveh's words were ringing through my head.

"they weren't exactly friends" he said.

And yet he's roommates with Alhaitham. He's paying rent. He's staying with him on his own free will. So that means he actually enjoys being with Alhaitham despite their disagreements.

He scolds Alhaitham for his impulse buying, and asks him to help clean his own house up. He didn't need to mind Alhaitham's business, he was just paying rent, the best he can do is tidy the living room, kitchen and his room.

But the feeble scholar doesn't mind at all. he "states facts" to Kaveh and yet he actually does what Kaveh tells him to do. But why would he??? He's the house owner is he not????

And why would he let someone stay at his own house? His house wasn't built to be a renting home. Just bcuz they were ex-teammates ? Just bcuz he's intrigued Kaveh being his exact opposite ?? Does he really need to put up with Kaveh's noises at night and blabbering by day ?

And with the wine. Why did Kaveh tell the supplier he was Alhaitham's roommate when he was trying so desperately to not let the world know of them living together??? Will he really do anything for wine to even reveal his own desperate little secret ??

And with sumeru boys night out, he actually comes when Kaveh tells him to. He is acquainted with Tighnari and Cyno yes but was he really the type of person to spare his time just to hang out ??? Would he have even come if it was Tighnari or Cyno asking him ??

anyway look at these two losers that are so obviously married.

hi guys, i’ve started school up again and i think i am going to go insane from the coursework and constant fatigue i feel

update on the mermaid au special edition

-there will be no special edition for two reasons

1) the sample size was TINY i get around an average of 1.5k views per part on tiktok and i only received a total of 6 responses (really frustrating and unfortunate)

2) half of the people said they were not interested

it is pretty saddening and a bit frustrating but then again it’s really hard to get people to pay for your artwork and really hard for people to even pay you fairly for it. i appreciate the continued support but i do wish i wasn’t always broke 😔

Angst idea for Alhaitham x Kaveh

Sooo my idea is kaveh dies by a heat stroke after he leaves the shared home with Alhaitham because of a petty argument.

When he died he had a letter with him. It reads "My dearest, Alhaitham I cant take it anymore the arguments atleast now i am dead you can have the house all to your self again, i am sorry for being a bother to you." Orrr

Kaveh dies of a un cureable sickness and he tries to hide it from everyone but he end on his death bed Alhaitham nowhere to be seen after a argument about something important.

Imagine they were already in a relationship and it goes down hill with the argument and kaveh faints because of stress thankfully Tighnari was visiting and was able to get kaveh checked up and all is reveled.
