This coming weekend at the @foudepatisserie shop you will be able to taste 2 very special creations by @alexislecoffre & @sylvestre_wahid from @hotelthoumieuxparis the first one is this “Tarte agrumes” made with a base of cinnamon tart dough base, Madeleine biscuit, yuzu cream, segments of grapefruit and orange marinated in safran and covered in grapefruit jelly. Visiting @gateauxthoumieux and chef @alexislecoffre to try this beautiful coffee tart made with a base of sable dough and filled with coffee cream, coffee crémeux and a crunchy sweet disk of 3 cereal nougatine (poppy, sunflower and flax) shoes by @mo_moustache (at Gâteaux Thoumieux)

I really like "Gateau de Voyage" or as we know them "pound cakes" made in the right way they are a great Sunday treat, like this chocolate one from @gateauxthoumieux and chef @alexislecoffre made with moist chocolate cake wrapped in chocolate milk cover and pieces of crunchy thin chocolate.
