Reading tlnd was like watching someone you love doing things you don't approve and disappoint you but you can't tell on them because that's kind of how they are so it would strain your relationship with the said. person so you just continue your life with a deep frustration and regret for them. And the disappointment was for alecway more than it was for magnus(i only remember him throwing divorce party right now)

Alec is my fave and i choose to ignore his mistakes but reading him yelling magnus and his jealousy towards shinyun i was constantly saying " no no no! Alec no!" İ threw my phone countless times (to a couch, i'm not rich) when alec did something bad and walked away to came back to read

Ah! This analysis was REALLY interesting. It's how I feel about most of my fave fictional characters.
