Vaping After Hair Transplant: What You Need to Know
So, you’ve had a hair transplant and you’re wondering about vaping after the procedure. Let us explain it in a simple way for you to understand. After new hair comes in, your body needs time to heal. Like smoking, vaping puts bad stuff into your body that makes it harder for your body to heal. Learn how vaping after hair transplant affects healing and hair growth.
Why You Should Avoid Vaping After Hair Transplant
Reduced Oxygen Levels: It is important not to use a vaping device after a hair transplant as it can damage your new hair growth. Vaping can make it harder for your body to get the oxygen it needs to heal your hair after a transplant.
Decreased Blood Flow: When you use vape with nicotine, it can narrow your blood vessels making it harder for blood to flow through them. This can prevent your hair from getting the nutrients it needs and your body can take longer to heal.
Increased Risk of Infection: Smoking or vaping can make it easier for you to get sick, which can make it harder for your hair transplant to work well.
What You Can Do Instead.
Quit Vaping
It is important to completely stop using vaping (and smoking) after a hair transplant. Using e-cigarettes can make it harder for your body to heal and slow down the healing process, which is really important for your hair transplant to work well. If you quit using vaping, you will not only be healthier overall, but you will also have a better chance of having a successful hair transplant.
Decide to take care of yourself and say goodbye to e-cigarettes forever. Your hair and body will be really happy in future.
Follow Post-Op Instructions
Listen to what your surgeon tells you to do after your hair transplant surgery. Doing what they say will help make your hair transplant the best it can be. It is really important to follow these instructions carefully so that you heal properly and the surgery works well.
Not listening to the instructions can cause problems and the surgery may not work. Your surgeon gives you these instructions to help you get the results you want. If you have any questions or concerns about the instructions, ask your surgeon for help. It is really important to do what they say so that your hair transplant is successful.
Healthy Lifestyle
A healthy lifestyle means taking care of your body by eating good food, exercising and drinking enough water. Good foods include fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. Exercise can be things like walking, swimming or yoga. Drinking water helps your body function better. When you take care of your body and mind, you can help your body heal and stay happy and healthy.
Remember, your hair transplant results are an investment in yourself. So, give your body the best chance to recover and thrive by avoiding vaping and taking care of your health. Your new hair will thank you for it!
Stay healthy, stay informed, and rock that new hair with confidence!

Better late than never. I got at least one in for the holiday season!
Day 31 of @steddieholidaydrabbles new-year/resolution
Rating: T warnings: fluff, post traumatic stress, apocalypse I guess?
Doomsday clock
“New year, new me.” Steve grimaced as the clock clicked closer to midnight. As far as he was concerned this party should have been over hours ago, more of a wake for the traumatic year that was 86 than a new year celebration- hold on no they were seeing out 87 now weren't they -The apocalypse really threw off the concept of time.
It wasn't even like he could drink in the new year like the others.
Both him and Eddie were stone cold sober, thanks Vecna, as if destroying their lives hadn't been bad enough. He had to go and take away the comfort of alcohol to numb the trauma. But hey he had some awesome scars, that totally made up for it, right?
The rest of the party were enjoying the party. But he saw it behind their eyes, the childhood that had been taken away, the lost time, the lost chances.
He had slipped away so Robin could finally shoot her shot with Nancy.
He knew it should feel something, regret? Lost opportunity? But he felt nothing. Just empty. His best friend deserved the world, she didn't have to get dragged into this disassociated state with him.
Let her find love.
He had felt Eddie's eyes on him as he excused himself from Joyce's front room, desperately in need of nicotine and to shake himself out of the depressing fug he had dragged himself into.
It didn't surprise him when Eddie followed.
They stood in silence leaning against the railing, watching through the glass as the others passed around drinks, laughed, and smiled as the alcohol did what it was supposed to. Even the kids had been allowed drinks under supervision.
What did it matter, Hawkins was a lawless town. Erased from maps and atlas, a mystery that would disappear in a few years never to be spoken of again.
It didn't exist.
But they did.
The ones who survived. The damned. The cursed and forgotten.
He hadn't meant to utter his words into the silence between him and Eddie, but it had happened anyway.
“New year, new you?” Eddie always made sure that Steve could see his lips when he spoke, not hiding behind the lengths of hair that had slowly begun to grow back to the lengths that Steve had grown to envy, back before.
Before the end of everything. Before and After. Everything divided straight down a burning red angry line that had ripped the world apart.
Eddie watched as Steve stubbed out his cigarette before turning his attention back fully to Steve's face. Steve's eyes traced the scar that ran across the other man's chin, it was quiet enough outside in the frosty air for him not to need to look at Eddie's mouth as he talked to follow the words. But addiction is a cruel mistress.
And, ever since Eddie army crawled back from Hell itself, Steve had been just that. Addicted.
Eddie had buried under his skin and become as much a part of his life as breathing.
Obviously, Steve hadn't told him that.
Couldn't bring himself to burden the man with the shallow empty shell of what he used to be. Scared, broken, deaf and all the other fun stuff that came with being the human shield, one concussion away from the bitter end. Human chew toy, a disfigured jumpy twitchy mess.
“Yeah, new-year resolutions, traditional shit. New year, new me” Eddie stubbed his cigarette out in the ashtray between them. Still watching Steve, as Steve watched him.
“Shame. I like, this you.” Eddie shrugged, hovering just outside of Steve’s personal bubble. Even now unsure if he should or would be let into Steve’s space. “What if you have a personality transplant and you turn back into a douchebag jock? That would never do. I have standards sweetheart. I could never…”
“You could never, what?” Steve watched as Eddie chewed on his bottom lip, his face schooled into the picture of innocence. Without the sound cues Steve was lost to read his expression, but there was something akin to mischief in the other man's eyes.
“It’s not midnight yet, my new year's resolution might change in the-” he glanced at the clock through the large glass doors. “-next seven minutes. You know me Stevie, I’m unpredictable, I zig when I should zag. Plus a New You might severely derail my immediate future plans."
Many things had changed in the After. Eddie was different, less opinionated, no need to fight for the attention of his peers, here in the ashes of a failed civilization, everyone was created equal. Yet sometimes he still spoke like he was leading a campaign or like his words needed to be deciphered with a cryptograph or a cypher. Used as a shield and a way to deflect. He talked in riddles, and tonight the topic of his enigmatic words was evidently Steve himself.
“When have you ever done anything because of me? Mr free will.” Steve found himself stepping forward, letting Eddie into his safe space. The other man seemed to be gearing up to something. So Steve waited.
Eddie tapped his lips in thought and Steve let the movement draw him in.
“Well let's start with a long time ago, in a galaxy far far away when I decided to not stab a bottle through your vocal cords. Kind of a turning point in my life that has sent me hurtling down a path towards this new years resolution if I’m honest.” Eddie stepped closer, it was getting harder for Steve to focus on his lips now, but it wasn’t for lack of trying. The way Eddie was looking at him now was almost animalistic, and Steve had never felt more like prey.
“I mean I chose to follow you out here at- “ he checked the clock again, “- five minutes to midnight and freeze my ass off- a commodity I have little to spare in the first place- to maybe, just maybe be in the right place at the right time for once. Each choice has brought me here. To you. So yeah, I’d say a lot of you, influences a lot of me. Especially your new year's resolution, if it means you’re going to go changing- ” he gestured wildly in Steve’s direction. “-Any of this.”
“Is that so?” Steve looked into the kitchen, his chosen family milling as they jostled to have a drink in their hand as the clock struck twelve. “So I have two minutes to change the world? Talk about a doomsday clock.”
“This isn’t about the world. It’s just about you and me. No doomsday clock needed.” Eddie stepped closer. “Just maybe a new watch battery, so I don’t run late for the date I was gearing up to ask you on. But you know that was the old Steve. Like I said, new Steve might be a douchebag.”
Eddie was stupidly close now.
“How about this?” Steve nudged Eddie's nose with his own, “I ask you out now? And neither of us make resolutions? They're kind of stupid anyway.”
Eddie's eyes studied his own. His pupils danced as he tried to focus on Steve who instinctively lent in.
“Hate to rush you Eds, but you have about thirty sec-” Eddie bit the end of his nose, causing Steve to jump back in shock.
“Don't you doomsday clock me Harrington.” Eddie warned a damn right dangerous look in his eye. Goddammit that shouldn’t do things to him but a blatant want was bubbling in the pit of his stomach.
“Twenty seconds.”
“I think I can just fit you into my busy schedule.”
“Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
“Fuck resolutions then.”

Kloktober 2023 Day 25
Campfire or left in the cold
Since Dethklok were already canonically abandoned in the snow, I decided to go for campfire today. For some reason, I couldn’t stop picturing Nathan and Skwisgaar at the campfire so that’s what you’re getting! They’re one of my favorite Dethklok relationships after all :)
“Okeys, starts askings de questionks, go, go go!” Skwisgaar rubbed his hands in expectation.
“Okay, okay…” Nathan narrowed his eyes at his phone screen. “If you could be an animal, what would you be?”
Skwisgaar replied instantly. “A dragons, you!”
“Maybe like Godzilla or something…” Nathan said, in deep thought. “Godzilla is fucking brutal.” He returned his eyes to the screen. “What has made you laugh until you cried?”
“Whens…” Skwisgaar was already giggling at the memory. “Whens Moidaface tripped with dogs shit, den a bananas, then his hair caught fires, then brokes his nose...when he diveds in a pools.” He shut his eyes, body shaking from laughter.
Nathan chuckled. “That was fucking awesome. I guess that’s mine too.” He stared at the screen again. “Favorite TV Show?”
Some hours ago, Skwisgaar had suggested to Nathan to get fucking plastered, a suggestion Nathan would never turn down. They decided to get booze without the Klokateers and, on their way back from the store, they got lost in the woods.
Luckily, they had found a small campfire that Charles had set all across the place in case any Dethklok member would ever get lost, they could be safe and warm. Charles had told them to stay there and wait to be picked up. And while they waited, well…that booze wasn’t going to drink itself.
Skwisgaar especially was giving Nathan a fight for his money with that bottle of rum, which was impressive considering Nathan was the one that got a liver transplant due to this extreme alcohol consumption.
While neither of them was normally too talkative, alcohol made them more chatty. Thus, they were now playing the 20 questions game with each other.
“Uhh….a fact about the last person you kissed…” Nathan asked reluctantly, like he wasn’t sure he was reading it right.
“He ams a stupid dildos.” Skwisgaar answered way too fast.
Nathan blinked. “He?”
“She,” Skwisgaar belatedly corrected. “She ams…stupids…” He frowned at the fire and took another gulp of rum.
Nathan thought it was weird that Skwisgaar seemed bitter, he didn’t seem like the type to even remember his partners. Not that he cared. “Mine had huge boobs and was super hot. Next question…most traumatic exper-let’s skip that. What’s the last text you received?”
Wordlessly, Skwisgaar pulled up his phone and opened the messaging app. He raised both eyebrows for a second before his expression turned neutral again. “You ams a colds unfeelingks monsters.” He read, impassively.
“Woah.” Nathan chuckled. “That’s brutal. Who sent that?”
“Toki.” Skwisgaar said before tucking his phone back in his pocket.
“Oh.” That was considerably less brutal. “Did you guys fight?”
“He ams just being a big babies as usualsk.” Skwisgaar rested his face on his hand, seemingly done with the conversation.
“Right…” Nathan scrolled down his own messages. “The last message I got was from Charles saying we needed to stay put, so…” He opened the image again and cleared his throat. “Last awkward situation you found yourself in?”
Skwisgaar snorted. “When Pickle walkeds into me and Toki-” His half-lidded gaze suddenly turned wide-eyed. “P-Playings wif our swords- I means guitars! We were playingks wif our guitars!”
Nathan wasn’t sure if he had drank too much and was starting to hallucinate things but something was starting to be really odd about Skwisgaar’s answers. If anything, this was currently his most awkward situation. “Okay, let’s move on…have you met the person you fell hardest for?”
“Noes!” Skwisgaar yelled. “Noes, I hasn’ts! I don’ts do dat! I don’ts falls for peoples evors!” As if to emphasize this, he took a pretty long swig of his bottle and finished it.
Yeah, he was going to ignore that too. He was definitely going to ignore it. “Yeah, that’s a no for me too…” He mumbled to himself before moving to the next question. “What’s a secret you haven’t told anyo-”
“Nethans, ams you questioningks me?” Skwisgaar stood up and gave him an accusing glare.
“What?” Nathan grimaced. “No? What the fuck are you talking about, I’m just reading these stupid questions!” He looked back at his phone. “Next question says: talk about your ex.”
“I don’ts has an ex!” Skwisgaar exclaimed in frustration.
“That’s what the game says!” Nathan replied, just as frustrated.
Puffing, Skwisgaar sat back down on the tree trunk. The crackling of fire filled the silence between them. “Sorries.” He said after a while.
Nathan stared at him with vague, intoxicated concern. “Are you okay?”
“Ams dat a games questionks?” Skwisgaar said, gaze half-lidded again.
“Uh…” Nathan glanced at his phone. “Yeah.”
Skwisgaar kept his eyes on the fire, lip quivering. “Noes…” He let out quietly.
Nathan pretended to read from the image on his phone. “Why…are you not…okay?”
Skwisgaar sighed, covering his face with his hands. “I thoughts I didn’t cares about somethings…but I does…and it sucks.”
He might have had too much to drink, because it was making him sad to see Skwisgaar so dejected. “What happened?” After a pause, he added. “That’s also a question here.”
His friend chuckled. “I…has an argskuments with somebodies….” He lowered his hands, frustrated at himself. “I knows! Soes fucking stupids. Ams I a goil? Pfft.”
Nathan waited and waited, but when Skwisgaar didn’t say anything else, he insisted. “And?”
“Ands…” Skwisgaar blinked slowly at the fire, like he couldn’t comprehend what he was feeling. “Ands I misses dat idiots.”
“So, go and tell that person that.”
Skwisgaar winced. “I can’ts.”
“Uh, why?”
“He-she wants somethings whats I cant’s give hims…I means her.” Skwisgaar mumbled and buried his face in his legs.
In turn, Nathan took several gulps of his whiskey bottle, because he really was going to need it to listen to Skwisgaar’s half-baked confession. He exhaled loudly, the alcohol burning his insides. “And what is that?”
Skwisgaar didn’t move for several seconds. “Loves.” He finally said, voice muffled.
Seriously? That was it? Love?! Nathan squinted at Skwisgaar in disbelief. “The way I see it, you don’t seem to be having problems with that.”
Confused, Skwisgaar raised his head. “...What you means?”
Nathan stared into Skwisgaar’s eyes, a bit exasperated to have to spell it out for him. He was never the best with words, but Skwisgaar was even worse. “Egh, I mean that what I’m hearing is that you……love this person, Skwisgaar. Your problem is that you don’t want to admit it.” He drank more whiskey. “That’s it.”
Skwisgaar looked at him like he had invented the atomic bomb, or something. “I alreadies…?”
Nathan saw a bush move and he stood up instinctively before recognizing the Klokateer uniform. Oh, right, they were waiting to be picked up.
“Sir!” The Klokateer waved his hand, and another one came running behind. “Where’s-”
“He’s right here.” Nathan pointed at Skwisgaar, who still seemed to be in a state of semi-shock. “Hey, Skwisgaar,” He nudged his shoulder. “They came to get us.”
Skwisgaar didn't react.
Very quickly, the Klokateers reached them, covering them in blankets and giving them hot chocolate. A monitoring Charles spoke with them on the phone. The Klokateers said something about wolves and bears being in the area, though Nathan didn’t really listen, instead focusing on putting some whiskey on the beverage before drinking it. That was really good.
On the way back to Mordhaus, Skwisgaar didn’t say a word, just held the chocolate awkwardly, some drops spilling on his blanket but he didn’t seem to care. When they finally arrived to their house, though, Toki was waiting at the entrance, an anxiety-riddled expression on his face.
“Nethans,” He said, mildly relieved, though his eyes were still searching. “Where’s- Oh!” He ran to Skwisgaar, wrapping his arms around him in a tight hug. It was nothing out of the regular, really, Toki had always gravitated more towards Skwisgaar out of all Dethklok members.
After the conversation he had with Skwisgaar, however, Nathan couldn’t help but feel like there was something different. As Toki said unintelligible things to Skwisgaar, the latter gazed at Nathan. He hadn’t quite recovered from everything but he nodded at Nathan.
Nathan nodded back at him before he went back to his room to rest. It wasn’t until he had laid on his bed that he realized he was smiling.
Skwisgaar never said thanks outloud.

Kuroo's Ex Girlfriend chapter 17
Your throat burns as you throw back the shot. You slam the glass back down onto the table and fail at not making a face. Across from you, Aoyama who just finished her own shot, laughs at you and the way your whole face crinkles up.
That was it, you told yourself. That would be your one shot of the night. God forbid you end up drunk tonight and shack up with one of your coworkers… Again… Nope! You were going to be responsible tonight, you would nurse this glass of beer all night long and enjoy chatting with the people around you. There wasn't any need for you to embarrass yourself.
The izakaya you had all gone to was a bit of a hole in the wall but Kazai swore by its reputation. He had told your group that this place was practically a historical monument at this point, having been his favorite drinking establishment since college. Kenma had sighed in relief when first entering and made some comment about how at least it was quieter than the places he had visited with the previous CEO.
The long table you sat at seated all ten of you was a horigotatsu, built low to the ground with the floor recessed beneath it so your feet would dangle near the heater in the floor as you sat and drank. The food wasn't that bad either, you enjoyed the cheap plates of sashimi and karaage.
Kenma plops back down next to you as he, Kazai, Tomoske, and Sanada from Marketing return from grabbing drinks. Kenma's hands though, unlike the three men who were talking his ear off, were notably empty. But you suppose there is reason to be grateful for that as he is swaying in his seat looking as if he may topple over just as he did when he had been exhausted during that one day of work.
You think that when he sways in your direction that he's going to fall on top of you but by some miracle he stops just short of your ear and slurs. “ Think 'm gonna need a kidney transplant after all this.” His breath is hot on the cuff of your ear, sending shivers down your spine.
You wonder if that shot you had taken earlier was finally kicking in as you felt your entire face grow hot. You uncomfortably tug at your shirt collar as you try to remember how to breathe. When Kenma pulls away out of your bubble of personal space, you think you finally can again.
You turn to look at your boss as he sits in the seat beside you, his eyes half lidded with a lazy expression on his face. His hair falls in front of his eyes and he tries to blow a loose strand of hair out of his face but when it refuses to budge, he turns to you and pouts.
Cute.
That warm feeling returns as you reach over to sweep the strands behind his ear. The smile he gives you is so innocent and happy. Like a little boy with not a care in the world.
He's so cute!
That's weird. Why are you even thinking things like that? This is your boss we're talking about here. This is Kenma. The same Kenma that borderline tolerates your existence. You slap both of your cheeks at once, trying to snap yourself out of it. There is no reason you should be thinking he is cute. It's probably just the alcohol. You need to cut yourself off before you try to jump his bones again.
“Here you go, Kozume-Shachou.” Sanada says passing the mug of beer to Kenma. It is amazing how fast your boss's smile drops as he frowns at the drink. “You don't need a refill or anything, Hisho-chan?” You blink in surprise as you realize that Sanada is speaking to you as he points to your glass. “Looks like you've barely touched your drink.”
“Oh yeah, I'm not trying to drink too much tonight. I still have to make it home after all.” You answer politely. Sanada is nice, very respectful even if he can be a bit air headed at times. You feel bad about not drinking much after they were nice enough to invite you out but you need to keep your faculties about you or else you will make an utter fool of yourself.
“Aww, But (L/N)-san! I wanna take a shot wit you!” Ichigo whines loudly. She is just about as wasted as Kenma is but instead of a sleepy drunk, she seems to be a loud, excitable one. She reaches across the table to hold your hands in hers making your eyes widen at the usually quiet girl. “Take a shot wit me. I'ma- I'ma buy shots fer the whole table!”
Curse you, Ichigo and your adorable little face.
Curse you, societal pressure to drink at work events.
And Curse You for being such a people pleaser and not being able to say no to people!
“Okay.” You answer the younger girl’s request, making her squeal in celebration. She nearly falls over in all her drunken excitement but a woman from accounting catches her and sits her back up straight.
Sanada throws his arms up in celebration, “Shots! Shots! Shots!”
Kazai joins in, “ Shots! Shots! Shots!”
From across the table Aoyama gives you a weary look as she tilts her head in Kenma's direction, “Is CEO Kozume okay there?”
You turn to look at Kenma who's doing his best to keep his head up. It bobs as his eyelashes flutter as if he's fighting the urge to pass out. You were mid thought in wondering if you should call a cab for him so he could head home when his head suddenly falls on your shoulder. You go ridgid as you hear him mumble, “You smell real good, (Y/N)”
You feel your face grow hot and you lift your drink to your lips and begin to chug. Why would he say that? Kenma hates your perfume, he's literally told you to stop wearing it. So why the hell is he snuggling into your neck, talking about how good you smell? Oh dear God, he's snuggling into your neck! Is Kenma not only a sleepy drunk but also a cuddly drunk? Heh, maybe that's how the two of you ended up sleeping together that one night.
You're just glad that the two of you ended up sitting next to each other. You could only imagine seeing the man being all touchy with any of the others.
Suddenly the thought of the man next to you being cuddly with a stranger or worse, one of your other coworkers, makes your stomach churn. You can't let that happen. For Kenma's sake, ofcourse. Not like there's any other reason. You just want to protect this man's sanctity, his virtue, and whatever else you trampled on when you were black out drunk.
“Kozume-Shachou! Wake up, we're going to take a shot together.” Sanada says, shaking the long haired man, spooking you in the process.
Kazai and Tomoske chuckle as Kenma sits up straight to glare at Sanada, “Sanada-kun. Don't you know better than to Chaperone a bro? Come on?” Chaperone? You feel the unbearable heat return to your face at the assumption made. Everyone thought you and Kozume Kenma were close.
Sanada looks at them confused but you on the other hand are already throwing your hands up to clear up the confusion, “Oh no, it's not like that. We’ve just known eachother forever and CEO Kozume is literally wasted. He's not usually like this.”
“See Takashi. I told you It wasn't like that.” Kenma mumbles as he slouches and rests his head on the table tracing the beads of water on his glass of beer with the tip of his finger. He's pouting again.
“Takashi?” You question out loud, unsure of who he's referring to.
“Wow, (L/N). You don't even know my first name? I'm hurt.” Kazai drawls from his seat. He rests his chin on the palm of his hand as he pouts dramatically. A drunk Ichigo pats him on the shoulder, believing his faux expression of hurt.
“Honestly, I think we're all more surprised by the Boss actually using your given name.” Tomoske comments as he slips his beer.
Kazai smiles smugly, “What can I say, we're sort of bros now. When you and Sanada were paying for the beers, we really bonded. We talked about work and games, I even gave him some relationship advice.”
Relationship advice? You turn to look at Kenma but he's too busy scowling at Sanada as the man pours him a shot and reaches over to fill your glass as well.
“You, giving relationship advice? That's rich, Ta-ka-shi” Aoyama rolls her eyes as she practically purrs each syllable of his name.
“I love the way you say my name.” He coos back only for her to roll her eyes and turn away. You begin to ponder on Kazai’s earlier statement of his and Aoyama's ‘will they won't they’ dynamic and wonder why they don't. At work if there is ever a chance for the two to have lunch together, they do. Sometimes he will come in early just to ride the elevator to the top floor just to chat with Aoyama. And you swear that Aoyama is annoyed that he didn't choose to sit by her tonight. Instead Kazai is halfway down the table, nestled between Tomoske and Ichigo.
You think that if you were in her shoes, you'd act on your feelings. You would ask to switch seats, heck you would probably already be dating your coworker by now if you had this much romantic tension with someone.
Oh, let's face it, you would even if you didn't. You don't just act on your feelings, you act without thinking. You decided to marry a guy who was clearly not interested in you on a whim. And remember how easily you fell into bed with Kenma while drunk? Yeah, maybe you should be the one taking relationship advice from Kazai.
Kenma looks at you and pouts, “(Y/N)”
“Oh, uh.. Yeah?” You pause from your thoughts to look at him.
“ ‘m tired of drinking. Can you please drink it for me?” he holds out his shot glass out to you, expectantly.
You blink at him as he sits there with that same pouty face from earlier, his cheeks dusted a light shade of pink from the alcohol. You swear your heart contracts as you stifle the urge to squeal over how cute he was. You decide that you like Drunk Kenma. He was just so adorable and sweet! Seeing him like this just makes you so happy, like you're finally allowed to see a side of Kenma that you never got to before. You like it.
“CEO Kozume is kind of cute when he's drunk.” You hear one of the girls say.
This immediately snaps you back to reality. Who had even said that? Was it Ichigo? She was drunk enough to say whatever was on her mind. Or was it that girl from marketing? What was her name again? Tsuchiya? Was she just that drunk too? Who even makes comments on how cute their boss is? That's like super inappropriate guys. Like keep those thoughts to yourself. Ugh! You need to focus, you promised yourself that you would protect Kenma and his virtue tonight. If that means drinking his drink so he won't get anymore drunk, cute, and cuddly, then so be it!
You take the shot in from his hand and slam it back. As soon as you set the glass on the table you grab your own shot and drink it immediately. There's an immediate head rush that drowns out the laughing and cheering at the table. The heat returns to your face as the buzz intensifies and somehow makes you feel a bit looser, lighter even.
You let out a groan and place a hand on Kenma's shoulder to balance yourself, “Oh the things I do for you, Boss.”
“You Okay, (Y/N)?” Kenma asks you, staring up at you with these innocent sleepy eyes of his. Gosh his eyes were a pretty color. The way the dim overhead lights from the bar reflected in his amber eyes really made them just shine. They looked like gold. You nod slightly, feeling the sudden inability to form words at the moment. You watch as the corners of the man's golden eyes crinkle a bit as he smiles at your answer. He looks nice when he smiles, it's the sort of look that makes you feel like you could just melt. This is sort of funny, with how long you've known the man, you think this is the most you've ever seen him smile. From what you remember in school he'd hardly look at you, let alone smile at you. And tonight it's like he only wants to look at you, and all of his sweet little smiles are just for you.
Ugh! What are you doing, thinking like this!? You're just a little drunk, that's it. All the alcohol you just consumed is just hitting you a little quicker right now and that's why you're having these weird thoughts. If you just pay attention to anything besides the adorable man sitting beside you, these thoughts will pass.
You look up at your coworkers who are chatting and laughing amongst themselves. Aoyama and Kazai are bickering about something, you can't quite seem to follow the conversation so you turn to Tomoske who is explaining something about mortgages to Sanada and the other fresh faced kids from marketing. They look just about as lost as you do. You look down at the table littered with drinks and food instead and opt to give that your full attention.
You pick up your chopsticks and as deftly as someone who just took three shots in a row can, you pick up a sushi roll. It tastes good despite being so cheap. Or maybe that's just the alcohol. Sometimes when you're wasted it's like your taste buds are too and suddenly whatever you're eating is either the best thing you've ever had or utter trash. You're happy it's the first.
Your eyes make the mistake of wandering back to Kenma again. Maybe they just forgot all about mental gymnastics you just went through to tear yourself away from his gaze or maybe it's because you could feel him looking at you.
He's laid his head back down upon his arms that rest on the table but his lazy stare is focused on you. You freeze under his gaze as his eyes, half lidded and sparkling under the bar lights watch you like you're a movie screen. You hold the bite of sushi in your chopsticks dangerously close to your mouth as you try to decide on your next move. Naturally you should just eat it right? But the way Kenma's looking at you. Could it be that he…
You hold the bite out to him. He flinches a bit at the sudden movement as the chopsticks invade his personal space, “Hungry?” You muse, knowing how this song and dance goes with Kenma. Getting him to eat was like trying to give a feral street cat a bath and making it wear one of those sweaters made for pets.
So you're a bit stunned as he lifts his head and opens his mouth as he goes, “Ahhh”
You die. You're dead. Your heart explodes in your chest and your soul ascends to a higher plane because that is the only way you will ever be able to process how stinking cute he is!
Kozume freaking Kenma is letting you feed him!
You know that if he was the slightest bit sober he would hate you for this. But you can't help the way your heart swells when he closes his eyes and smiles at you after he swallows. The gesture reminds you of how cats close their eyes when they feel safe, relaxed, and content. It's like he's happy to just be near you. It's sort of funny how bad you wanted to just be his friend when you were younger. And now here you are. You and Kenma are close.
Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, you grab another sushi roll and let Kenma eat it from your chopsticks.
“Not like that, huh?” Kazai says making you jump a bit.
“Aww, that's actually so cute. You really do take good care of the Boss, huh?”
Aoyama smirks, “Yeah, she takes her job very seriously” you feel your cheeks heat up. Why did she have to say it like that?
“Hisho-chan, you'd make a very good wife. Are you single?” Sanada asks and you can see Tomoske in the corner facepalm.
“Sanada-kun, that was way too forward. Seriously, how drunk are you?”
“ I- what?” You sputter. Was Sanada hitting on you? You genuinely couldn't tell. He had spoke in the same chipper tone that he had all night, there was no indication in his voice that he was flirting with you. But then again there was no sign that he was joking either.
Kenma sits up a bit straighter and looks over his shoulder at the oblivious man seated next to him. “Why are you asking if (Y/N) is single?”
Sanada paused for a second as if he has to really think about his reasoning. In all honesty, this guy seems kinda dopey. “huh, I guess it's because she's pretty?”
You cough, choking on the air that you suddenly forgot how to breathe. Why would he phrase it like a question?
Kenma looks like he's mulling Sanada’s answer over in his head. His previously sleepy expression now looking more thoughtful as his half lidded gaze makes him appear more wisened and contemplative. “Hmm…Yeah, (Y/N) is really pretty.”
Critical hit!
That was Super Effective!
You might just faint! It's time to drop some cash in a panic and rush back to the nearest pokemon center! You don't know why Kenma's blunt attack was so much stronger than you could ever expect but, it really knocked the wind out of you and left you feeling paralyzed. You kinda feel like those words alone have sobered you up.
“Still, you shouldn't talk to her like that.” Kenma mutters, looking away. “It's not… appropriate.”
Sanada quirks his head to the side in confusion, “What do you mea-”
The girl sitting beside him lands a smack to the back of his head, cutting him off immediately. She huffs in annoyance, crossing her arms, “You really are dense aren't you?”
“Huh?” Sanada chirps.
You don't think you've fully recovered just yet when Kenma begins to stand up from the table. His legs are as wobbly as a newborn deers as he speaks to the table, “Thanks for inviting me. ‘m tired though, think I'm gonna go to bed.” He doesn't bother with any further niceties as he turns on his heel to leave, nearly toppling right over as he does.
“Oh Kenma, be careful.” You chide worriedly.
You rush to your feet to keep Kenma from falling. Kazai is already at his side throwing your bosses’ arm over his shoulder to help him stand. “Woah man, you are way more drunk than I thought you were.”
“ ‘m not.” Kenma mutters as the two of you try to walk him outside.
“Sure you aren't.” You say as you slip your arm under his suit jacket and around his waist to get a better grip on him.
Kenma giggles and slurs, “Are ya trying to take off my clothes?” He's blushing as he asks this, rearing his head as far away from you as possible as if that would hide the shy smile flitting onto his features.
“Kenma!” You gasp in horror at the accusation. You have no idea where he would get that idea.
Kenma groans as he whines, “I just wanna go to bed. ‘m so tired!” He bursts into another fit of giggles and tries to push your face away, “Ugh! Stop feeling me up, you sicko!”
Sick idiot!? “Kenma!” You hiss, “Stop making me out to be a pervert.”
The three of you finally make it outside where Kazai helps you get Kenma to sit down on the curb. He's mumbling nonsense as he pouts, seemingly passed his giggle fit. “Stop making you out… Making- Making out- Bet ya want to be making out with Sanada. More like Snot Duh… I hate that guy. I'm going to fire him. Let's fire him tomorrow or Monday. What's today again?”
You let out an exasperated laugh “Kenma you will not be firing anyone. You're drunk.”
“You're drunk.” He shoots back
You sigh, turning to Kazai, “I can take the cab back with him and make sure he gets home okay. We'll be fine. Tell Aoyama I said bye, okay?”
Kazai nods, “Okay, be safe. And if he tries anything…” he trails off to look at your boss lying on his back on the sidewalk. “You know what, I'm not too worried about you (L/N), you could probably take him in a fight.”
You snicker at the comment and shake your head. “Good night, Kazai”
Good night.” He says waving goodbye before he disappears back inside.
You look back down at Kenma, “Okay buddy, let's get you home.”

Max & Liz from Roswell, New Mexico (2019-2022) || Nick & George from Nancy Drew (2019-2023) [part I] happy birthday @helloyona
[Image Description: Nine stacked gifs, each one divided vertically in half. On the left is a scene from Roswell, New Mexico. On the right is a scene from Nancy Drew. Each gif also has capitalized, blocky text overlaying the images in the center.
THE GUARDED, CLOSED OFF ONE: Liz says, “I don’t trust people. I’ve been burned too many times. I use facts and evidence to build a cage around my heart. I can’t help it, I can’t change it. And, honestly, I don’t think I would want to. It’s my armor.” // George says, “ I have a mother who is a neglectful alcoholic, and I’ve had to raise three little sisters on my own. It was really hard, but I adapted, and life hasn’t made me nice. It’s made me vicious.“
THE PROTECTIVE, RUNS INTO DANGER ONE: Max runs into a building as Liz calls after him // Nick quickly runs into a lake after a friend (offscreen) while George watches, visibly scared
TOP-TIER LOVE CONFESSIONS: Max stands in front of Liz and says, “But you’re not perfect. I see your faults. And I love you. Easily. You believe in the good in me when I can’t see it. So, is it so crazy that I believe in you too? Without evidence. I just… know.” // Nick gently tucks a strand of George’s hair behind her ear. She stares at him in shock as he says, "I love you. You take care of everything and everyone, and I know you don’t need anyone to take care of you, but you need to know you’re loved. Okay, you asked me before what changed from yesterday to today, what do I stand to lose, and… It’s us.”
LIFE-ALTERING FIRST KISS: (this is pretty self explanatory)
DEATH & RESURRECTION: 1 - Liz cries over Max’s lifeless body. 2 - Rosa uses her new ability to restart his heart. // 1 - Nick stares helpless at George after she’s been impaled. 2 - George gasps for air after Nancy uses a magical shroud.
AMNESIA PLOT: Liz looks relieved as she hugs Max, when she pulls away Max says, “I’m - I’m so sorry. Have we met?” // George rushes to Nick, saying, "Nick, you’re okay!” He recoils from her and responds, “Uh, who are you? Wait, you know me?”
FATAL ILLNESS POST RESURRECTION: Max, clearly not in a healthy state is talking with Isobel. M: "The heart is what’s the matter.” I: “No. You’re better. Valenti did a transplant. It’s better.” M: “Yeah. And my body’s rejecting it.” // George is talking to her grandmother’s spirit, and she tells George, “Your life line is beginning to merge with Odette’s. Your original line had a rocky start, but ended up happy and long. Odette’s life line is violent and brief. If you do not find a way to sever your connection, your life line will be greatly shortened.”
SABOTAGING NEWLY-FOUND STABILITY: After Max learns of her experiments, Liz says, “I’ve discovered something that could be the key to curing people who have no hope otherwise. I can’t walk away!” Max angrily responds, “So you’re gonna turn my family’s stem cells into the hottest commodity?” // George says, "[Dating other people is an] option that I never got to explore when I had an expiration date. I want us to be together for the right reasons, not because we just settled for each other.” Nick, in disbelief, responds, “Oh, you -- you settled for me?”
DOUBLE PROPOSALS: 1 - Max seems very emotional as he says, “What I want to say is that meeting you and being with you elevated my life. When you moved in, you did something I didn’t think was possible. You taught me that I can grow so much more.” 2 - On another occasion, Liz smiles as she holds a ring box behind her back. // 1 - George stands in front of Nick and says, “No more delayed gratification. No more waiting... Ned Nickerson… Will you marry me?” 2 - Nick kneels as he holds a ring box and says, “My answer’s yes. It’s yes. It always has been, with my… with my whole heart... No matter what tries to get in our way, I am never saying goodbye to you. In this life or the next.”]

What we see vs. What our photographer sees
It’s a catchy title!
It’s not that other people cannot see the things that photographers see; it’s that they do not see them or refuse to see.
This photographer saw things differently. This enhanced perception is for a middle-aged man who is almost 44 years old.
It was a surprise, he wasn't wearing too much makeup, which is very unusual coming from him. His hairline has not fully grown after his hair transplant, but it is a perfect photo to see his lines, wrinkles, furrows on his forehead, rough skin, enlarged pores on his nose, and dark circles under his eyes. He cannot reduce the deep hook scar. His mole is in the same place and another one is growing on the forehead.
He has fallen in love with Botox, but this time 🕰️ the effect was gone. There was only one way to find out the photographer got amazing results.
Nobody cared about his brand, with his pin on his Vince black suede trucker jacket all the time, it was not part of the @filmfestivaloostende and it is an alcohol brand that is not found in Belgium 🇧🇪 or rather in the whole EU 🇪🇺 his trademark was refused. I don't think this will help drive their sales.
@filmfestivaloostende
📸 photographer Nick Decombel IG
His desirable full head of hair is not possible, so SH tries hard to hide his sparse hair on the sides and crown of his head. That is why he usually combs his locks forward, from the back to the sides and the crown of his head, Caesar-style. This is why his sides do not match the baseline.
The pompadour hairstyle helps him to mask thinning at the crown, thanks to the way that it is partially slicked back and SH pushes up his hair at the front.

1981 Tekakwitha Children’s Home
If memory serves me right, it was here that I spent much of my second round of the sixth grade. Unlike the previous attempt, I was actually more present this time.
I was in class, I was doing the work and I was getting good grades. I have to think that it was because I was in a more structured environment. My house parent was vested in me and he cared, taking his role quite seriously. It was unusual to have that show of strength presented to me so openly and blatantly.
His name was, Charlie.
I had a room to myself and I preferred it that way, I hung posters on the wall and I wanted a plant. I asked for a clipping of a plant from one of the staff members and I grew it in water like I had seen my grandmother do many times.
When the plant was ready to be transplanted I chose a hanging basket and Charlie hung the hook and plant for me. When the other boys made fun of me, he defended me by telling them of the process in which it took the plant to grow and how I did that by my nurturing it to life and to grow roots.
It was a different world having an uncomplicated life of sorts, one where normalcy was a possibility. The problem with a child coming from chaos is that I didn’t have all of the skills to exist in normalcy. I coped better in a chaotic life where I had to troubleshoot my problems with the limited resources and knowledge that I had.
Still, I did my best while I had the chance. One of my good friends there was the same boy who I was forced to witness his rape by the same two teenage boys that raped me an hour before. It was like an unholy bond that we shared and I could see the differences it made in him some eight years later when our bedrooms were in the same unit.
When we would walk past that room, he would run the six feet to put distance between the door and him. I noticed my own behavior as well, I’d walk all of the way to the opposite side of the wall. Once I asked him as we walked past, ‘do you ever think about what happened in there?’
He reassured me that he didn’t.
Our friendship was a different one, changing after I witnessed him coming out of his bedroom closet looking exhausted and carrying a lotion bottle and a pillow. I didn’t know why or more so that I really didn’t want to know.
In a few more years he would be sentenced to prison for committing a rape that was so heinous and grotesque that I still cringe to this day thinking about. Yet, I can tap into his psyche and understand it a bit. There’s something that as even a victim of rape cannot be forgiven.
I was spinning out of control here during this particular stay, my preoccupation with alcohol was at an all time high. I wished that I was older. I began to hang out with the high schoolers, I found that I related to them more.
My time here went into the Christmas holiday and soon the next spring.
I had a girlfriend whom I really liked to be around, she was two years older than me. She had this curly hair and one of the sweetest smiles I had ever seen, she lit up when she smiled. When we were together and alone on the playground we were the only two people that existed. We’d sit on the swing together, holding hands. I was really drawn to her innocence and tomboy attitude. Alas, I was too young for her. She liked high school boys, again I wished to be older.
In a matter of weeks I would be in juvenile detention for being a general nuisance and that time I broke into the sanctuary and stole two cases of wine and wafers, I held a big party behind the gymnasium until the wee hours of the night. Yes, I had to go.

Can Your Body Reject a Hair Transplant?
Can your body reject a hair transplant? How can one deal with rejected hair transplant? These questions might have crossed the mind of anyone considering the procedure. A hair transplant is a surgical technique that involves moving hair follicles from a part of the body to a bald or balding area. But just like any other surgical procedure, there are risks involved, and rejection is one of them. So, what’s the answer?
The short answer is yes, and your body can reject a hair transplant. However, it is relatively rare. Rejection can happen due to various reasons, such as a weak immune system, inadequate blood supply to the transplanted hair follicles, or improper surgical techniques. In this article, we will delve deeper into the reasons behind the rejection and how to avoid it.
Hair transplant surgery can be life-changing for many people struggling with hair loss. However, it is essential to understand the risks involved and how to minimize them. In this article, we will be discussing the science behind hair transplant rejection and how to ensure a successful procedure.
Hair Transplant Team's Incompetence
One of the primary causes of hair transplant failure is an incompetent hair transplant team. Hair transplant surgeries should be performed by qualified dermatology specialists or aesthetic surgeons and their teams. These professionals undergo training that allows them to gather professional experience and expertise in skin and hair.
Additionally, additional training in hair transplantation techniques is necessary to perform the procedure successfully. Unfortunately, some clinics use inexperienced physicians or technicians without a thorough understanding of scalp anatomy. Such an approach can lead to mistakes and lower the treatment’s effectiveness.
Experienced dermatologists can tailor the treatment for each person specifically. By personalizing the procedure and following the patient’s overall health and cosmetic needs, they avoid unnecessary risks and minimize the chance of hair transplant failure.
Outdated Method or Technology
One of the most significant factors affecting hair transplant success is the method or technology used in the procedure. Outdated methods or technologies can lead to poor graft survival, unnatural-looking results, and complications.
At Hairfree Hairgrow clinic, we use advanced techniques to ensure the best results for our patients. Here are some of the popular techniques we use:
Today, two popular techniques are used for hair transplant surgery – Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT). While FUE has gained popularity in recent years, some still believe that FUT is a viable option for hair transplant surgery.
Inadequate Post-Procedure Care
It’s important for patients to follow proper post-operative care guidelines after undergoing a hair transplant procedure in order to maintain the health and longevity of their new hair. Certain habits like smoking and alcohol consumption can be especially detrimental to the healing process.
Additionally, too much exposure to sunlight, an unhealthy diet, and intense physical activity in the days following the procedure can also put the new hair at risk. Adequate hydration is crucial during this time, and patients should make sure to follow all post-operative care instructions provided by their doctor.
If scabbing is present around the new hair, patients should avoid scratching or attempting to wash it off, as this can potentially damage the grafts. By following these guidelines, patients can help ensure the success of their hair transplant procedure and enjoy the benefits of their new hair for years to come.
Patient Unsuitable for Hair Transplantation
Not all individuals are suitable candidates for hair transplant surgery. It is important for doctors to review a patient’s medical history and conduct necessary tests to properly evaluate their overall health, genetics, and other relevant factors.
Additionally, the doctor must accurately diagnose the cause and extent of hair loss and identify any potential indications that may result in unsuccessful hair transplant surgery. This thorough evaluation is crucial in determining whether a person is a suitable candidate for hair transplant surgery.
Tips to Avoid Body Rejection After Hair Transplant
To minimize the risk of body rejection after a hair transplant, you should follow these practical tips:
Choose an Experienced Surgeon
The first step to avoiding body rejection after a hair transplant is to choose an experienced and qualified surgeon. An experienced surgeon will use appropriate surgical techniques, reducing the risk of damage to hair follicles during the surgery.
Ensure Compatibility of Blood Types
Before undergoing a hair transplant procedure, it is essential to ensure that the blood types of the donor and recipient match. This step will reduce the risk of body rejection due to incompatible blood types.
Follow Proper Aftercare
Proper aftercare is crucial to prevent infections and promote healing after a hair transplant. Your surgeon will provide you with specific instructions on how to take care of your scalp and hair after the procedure. It is crucial to follow these instructions carefully to minimize the risk of infections and body rejection.
Avoid Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and alcohol can reduce blood flow and weaken the immune system, making it more susceptible to infections and body rejection after a hair transplant. It is advisable to avoid smoking and alcohol for several weeks before and after the hair transplant procedure.
Manage Stress
Stress can also weaken the immune system and increase the risk of infections and body rejection after a hair transplant. It is essential to manage stress through relaxation techniques, exercise, and other stress-reducing activities.
Take Prescribed Medications
Your surgeon may prescribe medications to prevent infections and minimize the risk of body rejection after the hair transplant procedure. It is essential to take these medications as prescribed to ensure a successful hair transplant.
Conclusion
In conclusion, a hair transplant can be an effective solution for those experiencing hair loss. However, it is important to note that there is a small risk of the body rejecting the transplant. This can occur if the body sees the transplanted hair as a foreign object and attacks it.
Choosing a qualified and experienced surgeon to perform the procedure is important to minimize the risk of rejection. Following post-operative instructions and taking care of the scalp and hair as advised can also help to prevent rejection.
So, can your body reject a hair transplant? Yes, it is possible. However, with the right precautions and care, the risk of rejection can be minimized.

Preparing for Your Hair Transplant: A Pre-op Checklist
So, you’ve decided to take the leap and go for a hair transplant — congratulations! This is a big step toward reclaiming your confidence and saying goodbye to hair loss worries. But before you head to the best hair transplant centre in Surat, let’s chat about how you can prepare for the big day. Think of this as your insider guide to getting the best results possible. Ready? Let’s dive in!
1. Choose the Right Surgeon and Center
The foundation of a successful hair transplant lies in selecting the right professional. Look for a Hair Transplant Surgeon in Surat who is highly experienced and has a proven track record of successful procedures. The center you choose should be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and offer a comfortable environment. Patient reviews and before-and-after photos can provide valuable insights into the quality of care provided.
2. Understand the Procedure and Costs
Hair transplant procedures are typically performed using either Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT) or Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE). Understanding these techniques will help you make an informed decision. Additionally, discuss the Cost of Hair Transplant in Surat during your consultation. Costs can vary depending on factors such as the number of grafts required, the surgeon’s expertise, and the facility’s amenities. Budgeting for the procedure ensures there are no financial surprises.
3. Follow Pre-op Instructions
Your Hair Transplant Surgeon in Surat will provide detailed pre-operative instructions. Following these guidelines is essential for a smooth procedure and optimal results. Common instructions include:
● Avoid Blood Thinners: Stop taking aspirin, ibuprofen, or other blood-thinning medications at least one week before the procedure, as these can increase the risk of bleeding.
● Stop Smoking and Alcohol Consumption: Smoking and alcohol can interfere with healing and reduce the success rate of the transplant. Avoid them for at least two weeks before and after the surgery.
● Discontinue Certain Supplements: Supplements like Vitamin E and fish oil should be avoided as they can increase bleeding risks.
4. Plan Your Schedule
Hair transplant procedures usually take several hours to complete, depending on the number of grafts being transplanted. Plan for a day off work and ensure you have someone to accompany you to and from the procedure. Additionally, allow yourself at least a few days of rest post-surgery to avoid undue stress or exertion.
5. Prepare Your Scalp
Your doctor might advise you to:
● Wash Your Hair: Clean your hair thoroughly with a mild shampoo a day before the surgery.
● Avoid Styling Products: Do not use gels, sprays, or other hair products for at least 24 hours before the procedure.
● Trim Your Hair: In some cases, trimming the donor area is necessary for better access during the transplant.
6. Address Medical Conditions
Inform your doctor about any pre-existing medical conditions or allergies. This includes chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease. Also, provide a list of all medications and supplements you are currently taking. The Best Hair Transplant Doctor in Surat will assess your overall health to ensure you’re a suitable candidate for the procedure.
7. Stay Hydrated and Eat Well
Proper nutrition and hydration can improve your body’s healing capacity. On the day of the procedure:
● Eat a light, healthy breakfast.
● Avoid caffeinated beverages, as they can increase sensitivity to medications.
● Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
8. Wear Comfortable Clothing
On the day of your surgery, wear loose, button-up or zip-up clothing. Avoid clothes that need to be pulled over your head to prevent disturbing the transplanted grafts after the procedure.
9. Arrange Post-Op Supplies
Prepare for the recovery period by stocking up on essentials such as:
● Prescribed Medications: Pain relievers, anti-inflammatory drugs, and antibiotics as recommended by your doctor.
● Soft Pillows: These can help you maintain an elevated sleeping position to reduce swelling.
● Mild Shampoo: Use a gentle shampoo as advised by your surgeon for post-op hair washing.
10. Manage Expectations
While hair transplants deliver impressive results, it’s essential to have realistic expectations. Hair growth after a transplant takes time, and initial shedding of transplanted hair is normal. Visible results usually appear after 6 to 12 months. Discuss your goals and timelines with the Best Hair Transplant Doctor in Surat to align your expectations with achievable outcomes.

Signs You Need Best Hair Transplant Doctor in Jaipur
Hair is a defining feature of one’s appearance and personality. It not only boosts confidence but also plays a crucial role in how we perceive ourselves. However, hair loss is a common issue faced by many, regardless of age or gender. While some may accept it as a natural phenomenon, others look for ways to regain their luscious locks. If you’re considering the best hair transplant in Jaipur, it’s essential to understand why you might need one, how to spot hair problems requiring a transplant, and the necessary steps involved.
Why a Hair Transplant is Needed
Hair loss can be caused by various factors such as genetics, hormonal imbalances, stress, poor nutrition, or medical conditions. Losing hair is often distressing and can lead to a loss of self-esteem. Here are some common reasons why people opt for a hair transplant:
Genetic Hair Loss (Androgenetic Alopecia): This is the most common type of hair loss and often runs in families. It results in thinning hair or baldness, usually on the crown and hairline in men and general thinning in women.
Traction Alopecia: Caused by hairstyles that pull on the hair roots, such as tight ponytails or braids, leading to gradual hair loss.
Scalp Injuries or Burns: Hair transplant can restore hair in areas where it’s lost due to scars or injuries.
Hair Loss from Medical Treatments: Chemotherapy or certain medications can result in hair thinning or baldness. A hair transplant may help regain hair density post-treatment.
How to Spot Hair Problems Requiring a Transplant
Recognizing hair loss early can make a significant difference in choosing the right treatment. Here are some signs that indicate you might need the best hair transplant doctor in Jaipur:
Excessive Hair Shedding: Losing over 100 strands a day consistently may signal a hair loss issue.
Visible Scalp: If your scalp becomes more noticeable through your hair, it’s a sign of thinning.
Receding Hairline: A noticeable backward movement of your hairline is a key indicator of male pattern baldness.
Bald Patches: The appearance of circular bald patches could mean alopecia areata or other forms of hair loss.
Slow Hair Growth: If your hair grows slower than usual or doesn’t regrow in some areas, it might be time to consult an expert.
Itchy or Irritated Scalp: Persistent scalp issues could lead to hair loss and may require a transplant if untreated.
Steps to Take Before Getting a Hair Transplant
If you’ve identified one or more signs of hair loss, follow these steps to ensure a successful hair transplant procedure:
Research and Choose the Best Hair Transplant in Jaipur: Look for best hair transplant clinic in Jaipur with a proven track record, positive reviews, and experienced professionals. Modern techniques like Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Direct Hair Implantation (DHI) ensure natural results with minimal downtime.
Consultation: Schedule an appointment with a qualified doctor to evaluate your hair loss pattern and understand the root cause. A good consultation will include a scalp analysis and detailed discussion about your medical history.
Understand the Procedure: Familiarize yourself with the hair transplant techniques used, such as:
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction): Individual hair follicles are extracted and implanted in the thinning or bald areas.
FUT (Follicular Unit Transplantation): A strip of scalp is removed and dissected into grafts for implantation.
Health Check-Up: Ensure you are in good health before the procedure. Discuss any pre-existing conditions or medications with your doctor.
Set Realistic Expectations: Understand that hair growth takes time. The transplanted hair will shed initially, and regrowth typically begins within 3-4 months, with full results visible in 9-12 months.
Prepare for the Procedure: Follow your doctor’s instructions before the surgery. This may include avoiding alcohol, smoking, and certain medications.
Post-Transplant Care
After undergoing the best hair transplant in Jaipur, proper care is crucial for optimal results. Here are some steps to follow:
Protect Your Scalp: Avoid direct sun exposure and wear a loose-fitting hat if necessary.
Gentle Hair Washing: Use mild shampoos as prescribed by your doctor. Avoid vigorous rubbing.
Avoid Strenuous Activities: Skip activities that might cause sweating or strain for at least a week post-procedure.
Follow Up with Your Doctor: Regular check-ups ensure the healing process is on track and any complications are addressed promptly.
Benefits of Choosing the Best Hair Transplant Doctor in Jaipur
Customized Treatment Plans: A skilled doctor will tailor the treatment to suit your hair type and loss pattern.
Natural Results: Advanced techniques ensure a natural hairline and improved density.
Long-Term Investment: A successful hair transplant provides permanent results, making it a worthwhile solution for hair loss.

But like any big decision, it’s important to set yourself up for success—not just on the day of the procedure but before and after as well. Whether this is your first time or you’re exploring your options, these five tips will help you make the most of your hair transplant journey.
1. Find a Surgeon You Can Truly Trust
Let’s be real: your hair is a huge part of your identity, so choosing the right surgeon is one of the most important steps. Delhi has plenty of options, but you want someone who’s not just skilled but also makes you feel at ease. Look for an experienced specialist who listens to your concerns, understands your goals, and explains the process clearly. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or dig into reviews—this is your look we’re talking about!
2. Preparation Matters More Than You Think
Before your surgery, your surgeon will give you specific guidelines, and trust me, they’re there for a reason. Maybe it’s avoiding alcohol, stopping certain medications, or even eating the right foods—it’s all about creating the perfect conditions for a successful procedure. And in Delhi, where the climate and pollution can be unpredictable, it’s even more important to follow these instructions to the letter. Think of it as laying the groundwork for a new beginning!
3. Treat Your New Hair Like a Precious Gift
After your hair transplant in Delhi, your scalp will need some TLC. Imagine it’s like planting a garden—those grafts are delicate little sprouts that need care and attention to grow. Avoid scratching, stay away from direct sunlight, and stick to the products your surgeon recommends. It might feel like a lot at first, but it’s worth it when you start seeing those first signs of growth.
4. Be Patient—Good Things Take Time
I won’t sugarcoat it—waiting for results can feel a little nerve-wracking. It’s completely normal to see some shedding in the first few weeks after your transplant, and full results can take up to a year. But don’t lose hope! Celebrate the small wins along the way, like that first bit of regrowth, and trust that the process is working. Your hair is coming back, and it’ll be worth every bit of the wait.
5. Healthy Habits = Healthy Hair
This might surprise you, but your overall lifestyle plays a huge role in how your new hair thrives. Eating a diet rich in biotin, zinc, and iron can give your scalp the nutrients it needs to grow strong, healthy hair. Staying hydrated, managing stress, and protecting your hair from Delhi’s pollution (a scarf or hat can do wonders) will also help keep your locks in top shape.
Why Delhi is a Great Place for Hair Transplants
There’s a reason so many people choose to get a hair transplant in Delhi—the city has some of the best clinics and specialists around. From advanced techniques to personalized care, you’ll find everything you need to feel confident about your procedure. Plus, Delhi’s medical professionals understand how to tailor treatments for the unique needs of patients here.
Final Thoughts
A hair transplant is more than just a procedure—it’s a chance to rediscover yourself. With the right surgeon, proper care, and a little patience, you’re well on your way to a natural, fuller head of hair.
So, take it step by step, trust the process, and don’t be afraid to lean on your surgeon and support system if you need guidance. This is your journey, and every step brings you closer to looking and feeling your absolute best. You’ve got this!

5 Do’s and Don’ts Before Getting a Hair Transplantation
Hair transplantation is probably the most crucial decision anyone with hair loss must take. This is undoubtedly one of the best cures for hair loss, at least for males with male pattern hair loss and women with thinning hair, but, like anything that has to do with medical procedures, the better you know, the more suitable it will be for you. Here is the list of do's and don'ts that will be useful if you are a hair transplant surgery candidate.
The 5 Do’s Before Getting a Hair Transplant
1. Choose the Right Clinic and Surgeon
Your hair transplant's success will rely heavily on the prowess of your surgeon and how renowned the clinic is, so research very extensively. In addition, firstly, go through the before-and-after photos that other patients shared; secondly, there are reviews.
Among other hair transplant clinic in India, Monaris Hair Clinic is one of the leading clinics offering modern method surgery like AHT (Autologous Hair Transplant) & FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) performed by the best surgeons for men as well as women hair transplant surgery, which gives permanent natural look and feel.
2. Schedule a Comprehensive Consultation
A professional consultation will help determine your condition and whether your scalp fits the procedure. This is a crucial session wherein your doctor examines your condition, strength in the donor area, your hairline design, and so on.
3. Prepare Your Scalp
Healthy scalp conditions can enhance the success of your transplant. In the weeks leading up to the procedure, follow your doctor’s instructions to prepare your scalp. This may include:
Stopping certain medications or hair treatments.
Keeping the scalp clean and moisturized.
Avoiding excessive sun exposure.
Monaris Hair Clinic ensures your scalp is fully prepared before the procedure, setting the foundation for a successful and smooth recovery.
4. Follow a Healthy Lifestyle
In general, the quality of health shall be indirectly proportional to the success of the hair transplantation procedure. Diet implies that you have to eat foods that contain vitamins and proteins and all the things that will help you grow healthy hair. Engage in drinking water, should not take cigarettes, and should limit consumption of alcohol because it will slow down the rate of healing and hair regrowth.
5. Trust the Process
Hair transplantation is a process that takes time. Although the initial changes can appear in a few months, the final may take up to one year. Put your faith in your surgeon and follow their after-surgery advice for the best outcomes.
The 5 Don’ts Before Getting a Hair Transplant
1. Don’t Ignore Research
Failure to do research before deciding may lead to undesirable consequences or developments. One should never forget that it is dangerous to choose the clinic with the lowest price. Instead, the focus should be directed toward the clinic, the surgeon, and the technologies utilized throughout the process.
2. Don’t Use Hair Products or Dyes Before Surgery
A week before the transplant, try not to wash your hair with chemicals such as hair dyes, hair sprays, or hair gels. These may cause inflammation of the scalp or may hinder the process. Avoid using any hair products; instead, use a mild shampoo.
3. Don’t Take Blood-Thinning Medications or Supplements
Among the medications that have been known for the coagulability of blood, like Aspirin, ibuprofen, or vitamin E, among others, present risks in bringing about the potential of bleeding through surgery. It becomes essential that you discuss the medications that you should not take without consulting your surgeon.
4. Don’t Smoke or Drink Alcohol
Smoking and alcohol are known to cause inhibition of blood circulation and retard the healing process. These can also harm the survival of graft transplants. Avoid smoking and drinking before your surgery at least 7 – 10 days before the surgery.
5. Don’t Expect Immediate Results
Indeed, a hair transplant is a permanent solution for hair loss, though it will require some time to work out. Do not expect perfection of one’s hair by immediately growing it back to its entirety because the hair that has been transplanted will fall afterward and regrow within the following months. That’s why your patience will be rewarded with thick hair that doesn’t look artificial.
Final Thoughts
Hair transplants are life-changing, so the proper preparation and direction could mean the difference for those willing to leap. Thus, it is possible to receive the necessary help and successfully carry out all the do’s and don’ts of hair transplantation if one cooperates with a reliable clinic such as Monaris Hair Clinic.
Regardless of your hair loss problem, such as thinning hair or spots, a receding hairline, hair loss, or whatever it may be, Monaris will provide customized hair restoration services. Get in touch with us as soon as possible and begin regaining your hair and self-esteem!

The Hair Transplant Journey: From Consultation to Results
In a world where appearance plays a significant role in personal and professional lives, hair loss can be a distressing experience for many individuals. Fortunately, advancements in medical technology have made hair transplants a viable solution for restoring hair and confidence. The hair transplant journey involves several stages, from the initial consultation to the final results. This article aims to provide a comprehensive overview of this transformative process, ensuring individuals are well-informed about what to expect along the way.
Understanding Hair Loss: The First Step
Before embarking on the hair transplant journey, understanding the underlying causes of hair loss is crucial. Hair loss can result from various factors, including genetic predisposition, hormonal changes, medical conditions, stress, and nutritional deficiencies. Recognizing these factors helps individuals understand their specific situation and prepares them for a consultation with a qualified specialist.
During the initial consultation, the practitioner will conduct a thorough assessment of the patient's hair loss pattern and overall health. This assessment may include a detailed medical history, scalp examination, and discussions about the patient's expectations and desired outcomes. By gathering this information, the practitioner can tailor a personalized treatment plan that aligns with the patient's needs and circumstances.
The Consultation Process: Setting Expectations
The consultation process is a pivotal moment in the hair transplant journey. It is during this stage that the patient and practitioner build a rapport and establish clear communication regarding the treatment process. The practitioner will explain the different types of hair transplant techniques available, such as Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), each with its unique benefits and considerations.
In this discussion, the practitioner will also address any concerns or questions the patient may have. This open dialogue is essential for setting realistic expectations regarding the outcomes of the procedure. Patients should understand that while hair transplants can yield significant improvements, results may vary based on individual factors, including the extent of hair loss, hair characteristics, and overall health.
Preparing for the Procedure: What to Expect
Once the patient and practitioner agree on a treatment plan, preparations for the hair transplant procedure can begin. This preparation phase often involves specific guidelines to follow in the days leading up to the surgery. Patients are typically advised to avoid blood thinners, certain medications, and alcohol consumption to minimize the risk of complications during the procedure.
On the day of the procedure, patients will arrive at the clinic, where they will be greeted by the medical team. The environment is designed to be comfortable and reassuring, as this can alleviate any anxiety the patient may feel. Before the procedure begins, the practitioner will review the plan, ensuring the patient is informed and at ease.
During the hair transplant procedure, local anesthesia will be administered to ensure the patient experiences minimal discomfort. The chosen technique, whether FUE or FUT, will be employed to extract hair follicles from the donor area and transplant them into the recipient sites. This meticulous process requires precision and artistry, as the practitioner aims to create a natural-looking hairline that complements the patient's facial features.
Post-Procedure Care: Essential for Success
After the hair transplant procedure is complete, the focus shifts to post-operative care. This phase is critical for achieving optimal results and involves following specific instructions provided by the practitioner. Patients may experience mild swelling, discomfort, or redness in the transplant area, which is normal and typically resolves within a few days.
Proper aftercare is essential for the survival of the transplanted follicles. Patients are often advised to avoid strenuous activities, direct sun exposure, and swimming for a specific period. Additionally, the practitioner may recommend special shampoos or topical treatments to aid in the healing process. Adhering to these guidelines significantly impacts the success of the transplant and the overall satisfaction with the results.
The Waiting Game: Patience and Progress
One of the most challenging aspects of the hair transplant journey is the waiting period after the procedure. It is vital for patients to understand that hair growth is a gradual process. While some individuals may notice initial growth within a few months, it typically takes six to twelve months to see the full results of the transplant. During this time, it's common for transplanted hairs to shed before new growth emerges, which can be disheartening for some.
To navigate this waiting period effectively, patients are encouraged to maintain open communication with their practitioner. Regular follow-up appointments can provide reassurance and allow for monitoring of progress. Additionally, patients should focus on adopting a healthy lifestyle, as factors such as nutrition and stress management can influence hair growth and overall well-being.
Celebrating the Results: A New Beginning
After the waiting period, the moment of truth arrives as patients witness the results of their hair transplant. For many, this moment marks a significant turning point, often leading to a boost in self-esteem and confidence. The transformed appearance can have a profound impact on various aspects of life, from personal relationships to professional opportunities.
Patients often express joy and satisfaction with their new hair, which can lead to a renewed sense of identity. It's essential for individuals to remember that hair transplants are not merely cosmetic procedures; they represent a journey toward reclaiming one's self-image and embracing a brighter future.
Conclusion: Embracing the Hair Transplant Journey
The hair transplant journey is a multifaceted process that encompasses various stages, from consultation to the eventual celebration of results. Each phase of this journey is essential, contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of the patient. By understanding the intricacies of hair loss, the consultation process, preparation for the procedure, post-operative care, and the waiting period, individuals can approach their hair transplant with confidence and clarity.
As patients embark on this transformative journey, it is vital to seek guidance from experienced practitioners who prioritize safety and quality. For those considering a hair transplant, Este Medical Group is an excellent resource for exploring options and embarking on a path toward renewed confidence and self-expression.

Recovery Process After a Hair Transplant in Tijuana
Hair transplants are a popular and effective solution for hair restoration, offering lasting results for those experiencing hair loss. If you've decided to undergo a hair transplant in Tijuana , you might be wondering what the recovery process is like.
What to Expect Immediately After Surgery
Undergoing a hair transplant is an exciting step, but it’s important to know what to expect once the procedure is complete.
The First 24–48 Hours
Immediately after the procedure, it’s normal to experience some mild swelling, redness, or tenderness in both the donor and recipient areas. These side effects are a natural part of the healing process and typically subside within a few days. Most patients are able to resume light daily activities within 24 hours, but strenuous activity should be avoided.
During this initial period, your surgeon will likely provide specific aftercare instructions, such as:
Protecting the transplanted area: Avoid touching or scratching the grafts, as they are delicate during this phase.
Sleeping upright: You may need to sleep with your head elevated to minimize swelling.
Using prescribed medications: These may include pain relievers, anti-inflammatory medications, or antibiotics to prevent infection.
The First Week
In the first week post-surgery, small scabs may form around the transplanted grafts. This is entirely normal and is a sign that the grafts are healing. These scabs will naturally fall off within 7–10 days. During this time, your surgeon will guide you on how to gently wash your scalp to avoid disturbing the grafts.
It’s also important to avoid direct sun exposure, heavy sweating, and wearing hats or tight headgear, as these can impact the healing process.
The Weeks and Months Following Surgery
After the first week, most patients feel a significant improvement in comfort and begin to notice their scalp returning to its natural state. However, the recovery process continues as the transplanted grafts settle and begin their growth cycle.
Shock Loss in the First Few Weeks
One of the most common concerns among patients is "shock loss," where the transplanted hairs temporarily shed after the procedure. This can happen within 2–4 weeks after surgery and is a normal part of the process. While it may be unsettling, this shedding is simply the grafts making way for new, stronger hair to grow.
The Growth Phase
Around 3–4 months post-surgery, you’ll begin to see new hair growth in the transplanted areas. The hairs may initially appear thin and fine, but they will thicken and become more robust over time. Full results are typically visible 9–12 months after the procedure, with continuous improvements during that period.
Lifestyle Adjustments During Recovery
Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can aid the healing process and enhance your results. Eating a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and avoiding smoking and alcohol can all contribute to optimal hair growth. Your surgeon may also recommend specific hair care products to support your recovery.Schedule a Call
Tips for a Smooth Recovery Process
To ensure the best possible outcome from your hair transplant, it’s essential to take proper care of your scalp during the recovery process. Here are some practical tips:
Follow your surgeon’s advice: Always adhere to the aftercare instructions provided by your hair transplant specialist, as they are tailored to your specific needs.
Be patient: Hair restoration is a gradual process, and it takes time to see the final results. Trust the process and avoid unnecessary stress.
Stay in touch with your clinic: Regular follow-up appointments or online evaluations can help track your progress and address any concerns.

Hair Transplant UK: What to Expect and Where to Go
When considering a hair transplant in UK, individuals often find themselves navigating a landscape filled with questions and uncertainties. The decision to undergo such a procedure is not merely cosmetic; it can significantly impact one's confidence and self-image. Understanding the process, expectations, and available options is essential for making an informed choice. This article delves into the intricacies of hair transplants, offering insights into what patients can expect before, during, and after the procedure, while also highlighting reputable clinics in the UK.
Understanding Hair Loss
Hair loss can be attributed to various factors, including genetics, hormonal changes, medical conditions, and environmental influences. For many, the journey begins with a gradual thinning of hair, often leading to bald patches or receding hairlines. This process can be emotionally challenging. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, approximately 80 million men and women in the United States experience hair loss, a statistic that resonates globally, including the UK.
In men, male pattern baldness is the most common type of hair loss, characterized by thinning hair on the crown and receding hairline. Women, on the other hand, may experience female pattern hair loss, typically manifesting as overall thinning across the scalp. Both conditions can lead to significant psychological effects, underscoring the importance of seeking effective treatment.
The Hair Transplant Procedure
A hair transplant is a surgical procedure that involves relocating hair follicles from a donor site, often the back of the head, to areas experiencing hair loss. The two primary techniques employed in hair transplants are Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) and Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT).
Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE)
FUE is a minimally invasive technique where individual hair follicles are extracted from the donor area and transplanted into the recipient site. This method leaves tiny scars that are less noticeable compared to those from FUT. The FUE technique is particularly popular due to its reduced recovery time and minimal discomfort. Patients often report feeling comfortable during the procedure, as local anesthesia is administered to ensure a pain-free experience.
Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT)
FUT, also known as strip harvesting, involves removing a strip of skin from the donor area, from which hair follicles are then extracted. This method can yield a larger number of grafts in a single session, making it suitable for individuals with extensive hair loss. However, FUT may result in a linear scar, which can be a concern for those who prefer shorter hairstyles.
Both techniques offer satisfactory results, but the choice between FUE and FUT often depends on individual circumstances, including the extent of hair loss and personal preferences.
What to Expect Before the Procedure
Before undergoing a hair transplant, patients typically have a comprehensive consultation with a qualified specialist. During this initial meeting, the doctor will assess the patient's hair loss pattern, discuss medical history, and set realistic expectations regarding the outcome of the procedure. This is a crucial step, as it ensures that the patient is fully informed about the process and potential results.
Patients should also prepare for the procedure by following specific pre-operative instructions. This may include avoiding certain medications, refraining from alcohol consumption, and arranging for post-procedure transportation, as sedation may be involved.
During the Hair Transplant Procedure
On the day of the procedure, patients will arrive at the clinic where the surgery will take place. The environment is typically designed to be comfortable and welcoming, alleviating any anxiety the patient may feel.
Once settled, the medical team will begin the process by administering local anesthesia to numb the donor and recipient areas. Patients can expect to spend several hours in the clinic, depending on the number of grafts being transplanted. During the surgery, patients can relax, listen to music, or even watch movies, making the time pass more pleasantly.
Aftercare and Recovery
Post-procedure care is vital for ensuring optimal results. After the hair transplant, patients will receive detailed instructions on how to care for their scalp. This may include avoiding strenuous activities, protecting the scalp from direct sunlight, and using prescribed medications to mitigate discomfort and prevent infection.
It is normal for transplanted hair to fall out within a few weeks after the procedure, a process known as "shock loss." However, new hair growth typically begins within three to six months, with full results becoming visible after approximately twelve months. Patience is key, as the timeline for results can vary among individuals.
Choosing the Right Clinic for Your Hair Transplant in the UK
Selecting a reputable clinic is crucial for achieving satisfactory results. Prospective patients should conduct thorough research, considering factors such as the clinic's accreditation, the experience of the medical team, and patient testimonials. Esteemed clinics often showcase before-and-after photos of previous patients, providing insight into the potential outcomes.
When exploring options for a hair transplant in the UK, it is essential to prioritize clinics that emphasize patient safety and aftercare. A clinic that offers comprehensive pre-operative consultations and post-operative follow-up appointments demonstrates a commitment to patient care, further enhancing the likelihood of a successful procedure.
The Role of Technology in Hair Transplantation
Technological advancements have revolutionized the field of hair transplantation, making procedures more efficient and effective. For instance, robotic-assisted hair transplant systems can enhance precision during follicle extraction, ensuring minimal damage to surrounding tissues. These innovations not only improve the overall experience for patients but also contribute to more natural-looking results.
Moreover, some clinics offer advanced techniques such as Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy, which involves using the patient's blood to promote healing and stimulate hair growth. Integrating such treatments into the hair restoration process can enhance the overall effectiveness of the procedure.
Psychological Benefits of Hair Restoration
The psychological impact of hair restoration cannot be understated. Many individuals report significant improvements in self-esteem and confidence following a hair transplant. The transformation can lead to a more youthful appearance, helping individuals feel more attractive and socially engaged.
Studies have shown that individuals who undergo hair restoration procedures often experience reduced levels of anxiety and depression. The ability to regain control over one’s appearance can be empowering, leading to a more positive outlook on life.
Conclusion
In conclusion, a hair transplant in the UK can be a transformative experience for individuals grappling with hair loss. By understanding the procedure, from initial consultation to recovery, patients can approach this journey with confidence. It is essential to choose a reputable clinic that prioritizes patient care and employs advanced techniques for optimal results.
