They enjoy watching horror movies together <33 (Connor got him more into horror movies). They'll have sleepovers a lot, and have horror movie marathons past midnight

Their favorite horror movie to watch together is Scream (1996)

Alana and Evan are besties 🫶 Like, very close friends

Sometimes they'll have sleepovers, and Alana will tell him gossip about the school (which she's got a ton of). Even of people Evan doesn't know of, but he eats it all up 😭. But they'll also gossip about their crushes/partners,,

(before Evan and Connor started dating) Alana would sometimes give Connor advice to ask Evan out and stuff

And Zoe would give Evan advice on how to talk to and ask out Connor

Alana and Evan are library buddies, and during college they both got jobs at a Barnes And Noble

Zoe and Jared are one chaotic duo. They'll text and facetime a lot, sending each other memes, and also will plot different pranks to pull on their friends lol

All five have pets:

Evan has his golden retriever, Aspen, which I've talked about before 🫶, Connor has a white ragdoll cat, Winter, which I've also talked about... Alana has a bunny named Cocoa, Zoe has a ball python named after a Greek god (I always forget which one), and Jared has a tortoise named Sheldon (of course (also Sheldon turned out to be a girl lol) )

Zoe and Jared will put their pets up against each other and have them race

Jared for some reason can do a near perfect Mickey Mouse impression 😭 And he likes using it all the time around his friends. For example...

Zoe is also guilty of stealing clothes... She's stolen some of Jared's graphic tees, and is yet to return them 💔

The whole gang loves going to Alana's house, because the energy there is just perfect: All cozy, and feels like home. Alana's grandma is very fond of them all too <33 And will give them all delicious food and deserts when they go visit

Murphy twins headcanons!!! Zoe will sometimes read through Connor's diary, which he doesn't know...

The twins will pull pranks on each other a lot (their parents are already used to this)

One time, Connor put fake spiders in Zoe's bed while she was sleeping. That next morning wasn't very pleasant

Connor and Zoe will ALSO constantly steal from each other's closets; Lucky for them, they're very close in size

They love going to the mall together and being goofballs

On family road trips, the twins will always argue over who gets to control the music

Though they won't admit it to anyone or each other, everyone around them can tell they get along very well and love each other <3

Oh yeah... I don't remember if I've said this one before, but they also argue a lot over who was born first (they're both convinced it was themselves), but their parents have never told them because that'd just be fueling the fire more lol

Now for Evan and Zoe... They give each other music recommendations

Zoe will recommend music from Feeltwood Mac or TV Girl, and Evan will recommend Radiohead songs

Zoe treats Evan as if he was her own brother (where Zoe is the older sibling, obviously 🙄 (Evan is literally older))

Zoe will never grasp the concept of Evan and Connor being together. How can such a nice and polite guy like Evan be with such a mean old ogre like.. her BROTHER?? 😞

Since Evan is close with Alana, Zoe’s gayass will ask certain questions,, such as, “What’s Alana’s favorite candy?”

Jared and Evan hcs: Jared honestly considers himself to be part of Evan's family. They have a cousin type of relationship, and Jared honestly looks up to him (He’d never admit that)

They play video games at Jared’s house, and one of their favorite games to play is Cuphead (you know who is who. Evan's also VERY bad at that game, but he still enjoys playing)

There will be moments where they both geek out over something they both enjoy, like a new comic book series releasing or something

Evan will always be the first person Jared goes to for advice

From when they were younger, Jared had stolen multiple of Evan’s toys and to this day is YET to return them (they both forgot, obviously)

And finally, some more Treebros hcs to finish off:

Evan is often Connor’s “muse”, when he draws or paints (he's got MULTIPLE drawings of Evan, and when Connor shows them to him he gets very shy <3 But Evan is always VERY impressed)

Sometimes they go on late night drives and will park in empty parking lots,, and then kiss <3

Connor has convinced Evan to try shotgunning with him, and it was definitely an experience 🦋

Evan is obsessed with doing his boyfriend’s hair and styling it, he'll do ponytails or even braids

on the way to go see dear evan hansen my friend and i were talking about if some of the characters could cook or not. this is what we came up with

evan is ass at cooking. he would probably burn down the house if he tried to make toast. okay maybe not but like. he uses the microwave and only the microwave. he is scared of the stove and even more of the oven. turned on the stove once, it started glowing red, he ran back across the room. he couldn’t turn it off out of fear. he waited until heidi got home so she could turn it off for him. she did. he touched it because it was no longer red and got burnt because it hadn’t cooled down. don’t even get started on the oven. he won’t even open it. and heidi tried to teach him to cook basic things like soup. he failed horribly. all of the murphys tried to teach him to cook. he failed horribly.

connor can cook really well. like that dude from ratatouille would be impressed. he could make the best shit you’ve ever tasted and be like ‘eh that was a quick thing i made because i didn’t feel like doing anything fancy.’ he refuses to cook for his family and they’re all under the impression that he sucks.

zoe is pretty good at cooking. she’s able to make really good stuff, nothing professional level, but good. she’s able to make a good, hearty meal for her family. she actually cooks most nights but cynthia insists on cooking whenever guests are over.

speaking of cynthia, she’s able to cook, just not as well as her kids. she can make simple stuff. if she tries to make anything else, even with a recipe, it is not amazing. like it’s edible but not something you’d want very often if at all. it’s not great.

larry can like. make toast i guess. and microwave stuff. but he will burn anything burnable nine times out of ten. like probably not the the point of fire but still bead. i think he probably somehow burned noodles that were already cooked by trying to warm them up. how does one do that? don’t ask me, ask larry.

heidi can cook. she’s able to make good food. she’s your average mom who can cook decently whenever she’s around to actually cook. she probably orders takeout for herself most nights after work and class.

jared can sometimes cook. like if it’s just the microwave or toaster and he knows how long to set it? perfectly fine. if it’s the stove or oven… dear god. the house is not staying intact for long (probably because he’s playing video games or something instead of paying attention to the burning food).

alana is a respectable human and can cook about as well as heidi can, basically average cooking skills. i imagine alana can make really good soup because she’s probably volunteered at at least four soup kitchens.

so if i wanted anyone to cook me food in order of best to still good? connor, zoe, alana/heidi

Winx Musical Casting -The Winx and the Trix

So, yknow how there's those extremely underrated winx stage musicals in the early 2000s in Italy and The Netherlands? What if we brought a production over to broadway? WELL, i've combined my winx fan braincell and my theatre kid braincell and created a casting. HERE YA GO HERES THE GORLS! (the boys will come later)

Bloom: Mallory Maedke

Mallory's mostly well known for being an alternate and the dance captain for the North American premiere (Chicago, Edmonton, Cambridge, and St. Paul) and Broadway production of Six the Musical. She has such an amazing voice that I feel like she could kill whatever material is in the show, both acting and singing material. Her dancing? Amazing. She was the dance captain for a reason.

Stella: Stephanie Styles

Stephanie's credits include: Katherine in the national tour of Newsies and Lois Lane/Bianca in the 2019 Broadway revival of Kiss Me, Kate, and Autumn on Zoey's Extrodinary Playlist. Her character has been described as having an "adorable flower child meets young Kristin Chenoweth vibe" and if that doesn't describe Stella perfectly? In everything I've seen her in, she just radiates stella energy.

Flora: Krystina Alabado

Krystina's credits include: Ensemble/Understudy The Extraordinary Girl and Whatsername in American Idiot, Vanden in American Psycho, Gretchen Wieners in Mean Girls, Dot in Pasadena Playhouse's Sunday in the Park With George, Colombina in Hartford Stage's Kiss My Aztec. I've seen some videos of her and I feel like she radiates Flora energy.

Tecna: Caitlin Kinnunen

Caitlin's credits include Thea in Spring Awakening, Carolyn in The Bridges of Madison County and Emma Nolan in The Prom, which she was NOMINATED FOR A TONY FOR! She's such an amazing triple threat so, I think she could definately step into the wings of our favorite fairy of technology.

Aisha: Lorna Courtney

Lorna's credits include Understudying Zoe Murphy and Alana Beck in Dear Evan Hansen, Rosalia/Understudy Maria in the short lived 2020 revivial of West Side Story and Juliet in &Juliet, which she's in currently AND GOT A TONY NOMINATION FOR! . I've seen her in &Juliet and she's SO good. Her voice? Spectacular? Dancing? On top of it? Acting? A+.

Musa: Andrea Macasaet

Andrea's mostly well known for originating the role of Anne Boleyn in the North American Premiere (Chicago, Edmonton, Cambridge, and St. Paul) and Broadway production of Six the Musical, she's most recently in Stratford Festival's production of Rent as Mimi. I've seen her as Boleyn and she is FIERCE! She's also a short queen which definitely reenforces the short!Musa headcanon lets goooo

Icy: Renee Rapp

Renee's credits include: Regina George in Mean Girls. She's a Jimmy award winner and is currently releasing music. From what I've seen of her, she's SO talented. Her voice is KILLER. *it also reenforces the Belter!Icy pipeline so hell yeah* She's played a role similar to this so I think she could do a really good job as icy.

Darcy: Isabelle McCalla

Isabella's credits include: Jasmine in Aladdin, Megara in Papermill Playhouse's production of Hercules (pictured) , and originating the role of Alyssa Greene in the Broadway production of The Prom. I've seen her in Hercules and she killled it. Her "I Won't Say I'm in Love' is spectacular and she really gave it her all with this material.

Out of the videos I've seen of her, she has an amazing voice and I really think she has the proper energy from our favorite weather witch. Tiffany's credits include: Ensemble/Understudy Becky and Nurse Norma in Waitress and Jenna Rolan in the Broadway production of Be More Chill (pictured)
