Hal ini penting mengingat program jaminan sosial ini memberikan perlindungan dasar dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup. Selain itu program jaminan sosial bagi tenaga kerja juga memberikan ketenangan bekerja dan kenyamanan berusaha bagi pengusaha dan mempunyai dampak positif terhadap usaha-usaha peningkatan disiplin dan produktivitas tenaga kerja. Harapan tersebut disampaikan Wagub Bali dalam wawancaranya kepada awak media seusai menyerahkan Penganugerahan Paritrana Award Tahun 2022 Provinsi Bali, di Gedung Wiswasabha Utama, Kantor Gubernur Bali, Selasa (9/5/2023). Lebih jauh Wagub Cok Ace menyampaikan untuk mendorong keikutsertaan masyarakat dalam program BPJS Ketenagakerjaan diperlukan sinergitas baik dari para pengusaha selaku pemberi kerja, masyarakat maupun pemerintah. Pemerintah selain melakukan fungsi pembinaan, juga mempunyai kewajiban untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dan penegakan hukum terhadap pelaksanaan jaminan sosial. Sedangkan bagi para pengusaha, agar tidak menganggap program jaminan sosial yang diselenggarakan sebagai beban, melainkan investasi yang baik bagi pekerja dan pemberi kerja (pengusaha) yaitu untuk membangun hubungan industrial yang baik, sehat, kondusif dan produktif dalam menyediakan perlindungan bagi pekerja. “Kita tidak penah berharap kecelakaan kerja akan terjadi, namun hal tersebut adalah sebuah kemungkinan yang bisa saja terjadi. Untuk itu baik pekerja, pemberi kerja (pengusaha), masyarakat dan pemerintah bersinergi untuk mewujudkan penyelenggaraan jaminan sosial melalui pelayanan yang berkualitas, seyogyanya hal ini merupakan bagian dari gaya hidup, untuk bisa hidup mandiri secara cerdas dan terlindungi dari berbagai risiko,“ imbuhnya. Paritrana Award merupakan ajang penghargaan yang diberikan Pemerintah kepada Pemerintah Daerah dan pelaku usaha yang telah mendukung penuh pelaksanaan program jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan. Tahun 2022 memasuki tahun ke 6 (enam) pelaksanaan Paritrana Award dengan periode penilaian bulan Januari s.d. Desember 2022. Penyelenggaraan Paritrana Award Tahun 2022 berbeda dengan penyelenggaraan 5 (lima) tahun sebelumnya dimana penyelenggaraan sebelumnya hanya ada di tingkat nasional, untuk tahun 2022 penyelenggaraan ada di tingkat nasional dan tingkat provinsi. Panitia tingkat pusat menerapkan sistem zonasi pada Paritrana Award tingkat nasional antara lain zona Sumatera, Jawa-Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, dan Nusra-Maluku-Papua. Setelah dilakukan sejumlah penilaian baik penilaian berkas dan wawancara ditetapkan pemenang, untuk kategori Perusahaan Besar Sektor Keuangan, Perdagangan dan Jasa, Juara dua diraih Bali Marine Safari dan juara satu diraih PT Bank BPD Bali. Untuk kategori Perusahaan Besar Sektor Manufaktur, Pertambangan dan Migas juara dua diraih PT. this is mostly just a blurb? my goal is gonna be to try to write once a week.

Something is off, the first time the team ever walked you home. They had all insisted on it. That wasn’t what was off, no. It got strange when Atsumu had walked you up to your door, past your gate, insisting that you invite him in. Unsure and terrified, you did the only thing you could think at that moment. Don’t open the door.

You hadn’t, but Kita didn’t tell Atsumu to back off, Aran did.

You’d been frozen on your front door step, still fishing through your bag for your keys.

“Maybe you can come in next time Miya-san.”

He gave a hum before leaning over you, a hand snaking into your backpack. “Keep tellin’ ya to call me Atsumu or Tsumu. Why’re ya bein so difficult doll? Shouldn’t ya invite yer guests in?”

Suffocating. Atsumu’s presence alone had been suffocating enough that you’d forgotten it was the whole team there, not just him.

A voice called out from behind you, “Atsumu, don’t go scaring off our little manager.”

Atsumu pressed himself into your back. You’d stopped looking for your keys long ago, holding them in between your fingers, fist clenched. You stared into the door, the swirling pattern of the wood.

He gave a huff and pressed a kiss to your hair, “See ya tomorrow doll!”

Even if you were the team manager and you jokingly called them ‘your boys’ it was never a good idea to let them cross your boundaries.

It’s lunch, a week later, and you haven’t forgotten Atsumu trying to worm his way into your house. He doesn’t worm your way into your house, but now your life.

You’re listening to your seatmate, Akemi, talk about the volleyball club and ‘how cool it is that you manage them!’

You focus on your lunch and wait. You know he’s going to show up this lunch but you just hope it’s-

“There’s our little manager! Look at her Samu! Good little girl eating her healthy little lunch!”

You look up, Atsumu holding open the sliding door as he stalks over to you with Osamu and Suna on his heels.

You hear Akemi stutter a bit, watch from the corner of your eye as she arranges her food, tries to make it look more neat and hurriedly wipes her mouth.

Atsumu makes a show of it, loudly dragging a chair across the floor to sit across from you, drawing a few stares. Osamu carries a chair with one hand, biceps flexing under his school uniform shirt. Suna follows suit.

Akemi starts stuttering out a hello to Atsumu but you don’t dare look up. A pair of chopsticks come from your left and take a snag of rice and before you can stop yourself you smack the hand and watch as the chopsticks drop to the floor.

A hand goes under your chin and jerks your face upwards. Atsumu stares at you with a laidback smile. “You should apologize little one.”

Akemi lets out a squeal. Little one? Gross.

Atsumu squeezes your chin harder and you drop your chopsticks and start trying to pry his fingers off. It fucking hurts. You finally look him in the eyes and see him frowning, eyes hard and flinty. “Apologize.”

You press your lips and dig your nails into Atsumu’s fingers, trying to remove them from your chin. Atsumu looks delighted for a second before your seatmate clears her throat. “Atsumu-san”, she won’t meet his eyes and her voice is a higher pitch than usual, “You’re hurting (name)-chan, please let her go.”

You yelp as a foot hits your shin under the table and look to the right of Atsumu, and see Suna there. His eyes give you a warning: behave.

Your eyes drift back to Atsumu, the silence between your group filled with the chatter of others in your classroom. “M sorry for smacking ya Miya-san.”

Osamu lets out a hum from beside you while Atsumu finally lets go of your chin. “Good girl.”

Just a month until November break. A month until your free.

“Come on! Come to the halloween party with us! It’s a group outfit! We need you!”

“You look at Akemi on the floor from your bed. Your group outfit is just a bunch of themed maid outfits. You don’t need me.”

Akemi pouts, “But we do! You’re gonna be the maid of love! We already have friendship, hope, and trust. We only need love, so you.”

You stare harder at your textbook in front of you.

She lets out a huff. “The volleyball team won’t be there. It’s a first year exclusive party”

“Yeah, because high schoolers are the best bouncers in the world.”

Akemi lets out a groan. “Come on! This is our last party day before November break! Then all the kids go farming and to work! It’s boring during that break! Everyone’s busy.”

You sigh. “Fine.”

She lets out a squeal.

The party is in full swing by the time you come. The music’s low so people can talk to each other, but there’s no light and a mass of bodies.

You hate the maid dress. It’s frilly with puffy sleeves, and disgustingly short. The thigh highs don’t help.

The skin on display doesn’t help. It doesn’t help keep the volleyball club eyes off of you.

You try to stick to Akemi and her friends as the party goes on. But the feeling of eyes never leave you. You know it’s Atsumu in his cheesy vampire get up, eyeing your thighs instead of neck. You know it’s Suna with his camera angled towards you. You know it’s the volleyball club watching you the whole night.

It’s after the third drink that you finally relax. You forget about the eyes watching you. You forget to keep your guard up around Atsumu, the ringleader of trouble for the volleyball club. You forget to cover your drink.

Atsumu gives you a pill that makes sure you won’t remember. He knows for a fact that the team couldn’t stand their little manager remembering her own corruption. He can’t help but let out a laugh. You’re sleeping on some random bed, and while Kita is displeased they can’t take you back to your house (”She snuck out for tonight. Remember?”) they’ll take what they can get.

And like clockwork. You’ll sneak out for another party, get comfortable, your boys will take care of you, and you won’t remember a thing.

HQ 2nd stories - Meet Everyone

Trust me I have lots I wanna write about these kids I created. It not all the fleshed out. I can tell ya I am not the best in that department.

But boy I have some stories to tell about them all.

Like how Kadashi, my first, became Kadashi.

Tetsuhana saga of crushes. And his teasing family.

The Kageyama Twins. Fights.

Dai's found family in all the kids she gets to know she treats them as if her own siblings.

Reiko accepting, self worth, selfishness and bravery.

Kento learning to listen to other and not only himself.

Shun finding friends and a passion on his own. No longer in the shadows of his brother.

Uta meeting his soulmate and Thier dad on the first day of knowing them.

Oba-Joben learning to be helpful.

Kuniko growing to protect his baby sister.

Sota meeting Kinhoshi and after a rivalry with Ena, they get together.

Not in that order persay.

There are more to be thought of but it'll be quiet awhile before this book will be finished. So enjoy them as they come out.

Slow updates as they are big stories.
