Every forget to probe? 😂😂 I cooked this steak on @grillgrates and turned after 1:30. It came out a bit rare on the cap, but was still amazing! I ate the entire thing. I seasoned it with @fiestaspices Uncle Chris’ Steak Seasoning. The steak is from. Akaushi/Wagyu ribeye from @heartbrandbeef and @texascraftsteaks. The Primetime Burger - Texas Akaushi Beef patty with Brie cheese, truffle aioli, arugula, caramelized onions and house steak sauce. This was a pretty damn good burger and you can taste all the individual components that went into it. The Akaushi patty was done medium and tender and fatty in a decadent way. The only thing that it was lacking IMHO was saltiness; could've used a slice or 2 of applewood smoked bacon. An Akaushi/Wagyu long bone ribeye steak from @texascraftsteaks was on the menu tonight! The cowboy cut was in the @anovaculinary sous vide for about five hours then seasoned with @stagnersteakrub Steak Rub. I seared this steak fresh from the bath in the @beefer_original at @1500degrees for about 1:45 per side and let it rest for 10 minutes. The steak turned out amazing and melted in our mouths!! Served up with a baked sweet potato with @bannerbutteratl & @meatchurch Honey Bacon BBQ and steamed broccoli.
