Moving Forward

Hi everyone,

I just want to thank all of you for your support over the years. As we move onto our next projects, maintaining content for the Tumblr here takes time away from our current projects that our tiny three-person team simply doesn’t have to spare. To that end, we’ll be closing the ask box and shifting our social media support to twitter (@Akash_game) and discord. If you’re active on either of those platforms, we’d love to see you there. If not, thanks for all your kind words, fan art, and fun questions over the years.

I feel like I’ve come nearly full circle. When I first got to tumblr, I had run here cause I was burnt out on FB and political shit, so I decided to write p0rn. 😆 Then my muse dipped, and so did I for like... a year or whatever. Went back to FB (just in time for political season again). Decided to write again after 6457688675 years. Back on a now sanitized Tumblr.

@louisvuittontrashbags got me a Switch for a Christmas present last year so I’ve been playing that a lot (just got done with FFXII: TZA and now my Balthier thirst is on 30000%)

I miss Otome. Could you opine on your recent favorites and/or make any recommendations for an old coot like me?

You already know SLBP, which I’m still sucked into. A lot of Act 2′s have been released since you last played.

My new absolute favorite for the past year has been @thearcanagame. Magic, fantasy, murder mystery, drama, tarot, diverse love interests, each route drastically different from the others, two endings per character. Choose your own pronouns/name. The original three routes are complete & the new three routes are currently being released in a staggering fashion. 

@akashgame is excellent & hilarious & witty! I replayed it multiple times already. I’m a hoe for Ignatius & Rocco. Fully voiced, original music score, & gorgeous artwork (A FEW OF THE CGS MADE ME WANNA NUT OMFG) It’s out on Steam on the 1st, it’s out on Switch & PS4 already. Highly recommend. Warning: You may fall in love with MC (Aurora) more than the boys because she is AWESOOOOME. 

@whenthenightcomesgame has been a great game with a riveting story. There is an option to read it without romance options but uhhhhhhh I love everyone so I choose to smooch everyone. It gets a little spicy too~. You can also choose your own name/pronouns in this game. Vampires, werewolves, monsters, demons, hunters. 

Cybird games are always around. The two recent being Ikemen Revolution (an Alice in Wonderland themed game) & Ikemen Vampire (an “MC travels through a time portal & ends up in the 18th century in a mansion full of historical figures who are now vampires” game). Ikemen Sengoku has been out for a long while now & I still love it. Same history figures as in SLBP but a different take on them all. That one has my favorite Cybird MC, hands down.
