Day 5 of #stitchtober2019: Creature. I think snails in general are amazing creatures, but I recently discovered there are hairy snails! How cool is that! You probably can't see it but the tulle has gold glitter because hairy snails deserve it.

Well, I sent him a pretty basic message. Something along the lines of, "I had fun with you the other day. Hope to do it again sometime." He responded with, "Yeah, I had fun with you too." That was it. Nothing else.

He made a point of getting my number too. He almost walked away after he kissed me and said goodnight, but then he came back and made sure we exchanged numbers. But then nothing....

Oh well. It wasn't a bad experience overall. I'm feeling a little disheartened today, but that's not entirely related to this. It's a combined thing...and a story I don't think I'll share here.

But in spite of all that, I'm still trying to keep my outlook positive.
