Ajay Devgn Took Loan Of Rs 18.75 Cr To Buy Lavish Bungalow In Juhu For Rs 47.5 Cr

Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn recently bought a bungalow  in the Juhu area of ​​Mumbai. The property is located near his current residence. The bungalow is spread over an area of ​​ 474.4 square meters and is said to have been purchased at the price of  Rs. 47.5 crores . The bollywood actor got a loan of Rs. 18.75 crores for the property.

The deal was reportedly made in last November-December, and the Kapole Housing Co-operative Society, where the bungalow is located, transferred ownership in the  joint name of  Veena Virendra Devgn and Vishal aka Ajay Devgn on May 7. It was owned by a man named Bhavish Balkrishna Walia.

After Amitabh Bachchan purchased a luxurious high end property worth Rs 31 crore in Mumbai, RRR actor Ajay Devgn too invested in a new house. Ajay already owns a luxurious apartment in Juhu where he resides with his family (Kajol and kids Nysa, Yug) and as per reports, the new bungalow is in the same lane as his current home.

Bollywood actor and superstar Ajay Devgn and his family are currently residing in the Shiv Shakti Bungalow, which is very close to the new bungalow that the Golmaal star has purchased. The bungalow has an area of ​​474.4 square meters and has about 6,500 square meters of carpet. The representative paid the stamp fee of Rs. 2.73 crore on the deal. The bungalow was purchased on December 29, 2020 and the loan was taken on April 27, 2021.

Devgn shares the neighbourhood with other Bollywood actors like Amitabh Bachchan, Akshay Kumar, Dharmendra and Hrithik Roshan. He joins a host of other Bollywood celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan, Alia Bhatt, Jhanvi Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan, who have also invested in prime real estate amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Repost @officialhumansofbombay We met 25 years ago, on the sets of Hulchul–I was ready for the shot & asked, ‘Where’s my hero?’ Someone pointed him out–he was broodily sitting in a corner. So 10 minutes before I met him, I bitched about him! We began talking on set & became friends. I was dating someone at the time & so was he–I’ve even complained about my then boyfriend to him! Soon, we both broke up with our significant others. Neither of us proposed–it was understood that we were to be together. It went from hand-holding to a lot more before we knew it! We used to go for dinners & so many drives–he lived in Juhu & I, in South Bombay, so half our relationship was in the car! My friends warned me about him–he had quite a reputation. But he was different with me–that’s all I knew. We’d been dating for 4 years, when we decided to get married. His parents were on board, but my dad didn’t talk to me for 4 days. He wanted me to focus on my career, but I was firm & he eventually came around. Again, there was no proposal–we just knew we wanted to spend our lives together. We got married at home & gave the media the wrong venue–we wanted it to be our day. We had a Punjabi ceremony & a Marathi one! I remember, during the pheras Ajay was desperately trying to get the pandit to hurry up & even tried to bribe him! I wanted a long honeymoon–so we travelled to Sydney, Hawaii, Los Angeles… But 5 weeks into it, he fell sick & said, ‘Baby, book me on the next flight home!’ We were supposed to do Egypt, but we cut it short. Over time, we began planning to have kids. I was pregnant during K3G, but had a miscarriage. I was in the hospital that day–the film had done so well, but it wasn’t a happy time. I had another miscarriage after that–it was tough. But eventually it worked out–we had Nysa & Yug & our family’s complete. We’ve been through so much–we’ve formed our own company, Ajay’s on his 100th film & every day we’re building something new. Life with him is content–we’re not too romantic or anything–we care for each other. If I’m thinking idiotic things, it’ll come out of my mouth without a filter & vice versa. Like right now I’m thinking that he owes me a trip to Egypt!

The couple has been married 20 years and have worked together in films such as Ishq, Pyaar Toh Hona Hi Tha and others. They welcomed Nysa in 2003 and Yug in 2011. Recently, they give an interview to popular Instagram page Humans of Bombay. In it, Kajol said how much they wanted to avoid the media on their wedding day and decided to trick them about the venue.

“We got married at home and gave the media the wrong venue–we wanted it to be our day. We had a Punjabi ceremony and a Marathi one! I remember, during the pheras Ajay was desperately trying to get the pandit to hurry up and even tried to bribe him,” she said.

Right now, Ajay Devgan and family is on a vacation. Ajay Devgn, Kajol with their kids Yug and Nysa have gone to an unknown location. There is no doubt in the fact that they have been enjoying themselves to the fullest at the moment. Sharing the picture on the social media, Kajol has written “Grumbles, rumbles and potato chips… road trip. Finally.” By looking at the caption of Kajol, we can say that the family has been planning for the trip for a really long time.

In the picture, Kajol can be seen in a jumpsuit in blue colour. On the occasion, Ajay Devgn has been twinning with his lovely wife Kajol in a blue shirt.  Nysa has worn a casual outfit like always. During winter, Devgn family has gone to Thailand for vacation. Right now, Nysa has been studying in Singapore. So, parents have joined them for a family holiday there. She has said, “I’m a Hitler mother… I’m a bad cop, Ajay’s a good cop… But the percentage of the good cop has dropped in him. He has realised that it is necessary to be a bad cop sometimes. That he can’t always look at the mother to say ‘no’. I’m 30 per cent bad cop, 70 per cent good cop.”

Later on, she has also added “It’s a very much a hands-on job… You have to do an internship with a child… You have to know that you will make mistakes and that others will make mistakes. You’ll have to forgive them and yourself. It is one of the most rewarding jobs… To see your children growing up to become good human beings.”

On the work front, Ajay has been seen last in the movie called De De Pyar De starring Rakul Preet Singh and Tabu. Next release of Ajay is expected to be Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior where he is expected to share screen space with Saif Ali Khan as well as Kajol. Release of Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior is scheduled on 10th January, 2020. It is expected to clash with Deepika Padukone and Vikrant Massey starrer Chhapaak which has been directed by Meghna Gulzar.

Much like the children of other Bollywood celebrities, actor Ajay Devgn and Kajols 15-year-old daughter Nysa and 8-year-old son Yug, get a lot of media attention and are often targeted by social media trolls.

In an interview to IANS, Devgn, a protective father, said social media users should not judge his children.

He said: "Judge me, but don't judge my kids. Kajol and I are the actors, judge us...it's because of us, our children are under the spotlight everytime."

"Being judgmental about someone is not a good thing. If I start passing a judgement on someone, that person would obviously feel bad...so do my children," he added.

The "Singham" star, who was in Delhi to promote his fortcoming film "Total Dhamaal", said, "Honestly speaking, those people don't really matter. But I feel bad sometimes when my kids go through such harsh trolling."

The star couple's first child Nysa recently got trolled and body-shamed for her airport look - and this was not the first time she was being targetted.

Asked about how Nysa deals with "such harsh comments", Devgn said: "She used to get upset over trolling earlier, but now she doesn't care about it anymore. She knows how to deal with it. She has accepted that there will be some people who will keep judging no matter what."

On how to tackle trolls, he said, "Avoid it... If you will react, they will react more and this will continue. So better to stop fighting against trollers."
