SINGHAM AGAIN REVIEW

What in the multiverse of insanity was that.

I screamed shitless when I saw the trailer, and every time someone entered, I lost my shit. Because, it was crazy.

Oh maan. Like I don't understand why people are hating on it so freaking much.

Singham Again was decent, honestly. Agreed the star cast was overwhelming, but it actually had my interests satiated mainly. All their entries were cool, the puns hit well, certain scenes like the port burning scene had their fair share of adrenaline rush, acting was decent (I dare say even Arjun Kapoor was kinda okay). Overall, it was a cutesy retelling of Ramayana. I actually quite liked the way they presented the scenes and at different locations with the actual evidence of the real Ramayana.

Also, I have this weird habit of counting actors, at least the ones I know, so here we are:

Omkara has one of the most haunting endings I've seen in a movie.

Kareena's Dolly is probably one of the characters that I'll sympathise with for a long time.

Shaitaan Review ahead! Spoilers included

As an Indian I myself sometimes tend to forget about the fact that I will always love the characters Ajay Devgn plays, especially when he is a father :(

Totally in love with his character in shaitaan. The way I was on the edge of my seat the whole time…

Most of the scenes were so unexpected, especially when Kabir (Ajay Devgn) played that recording and set everyone free. The way he went and hugged his daughter. Tears in my eyes.

Balled my eyes out when Jahnvi (Janki Bodiwala) pushed her brother Dhruv, like 😭. It truly must have been so painful for her and her brother because he knew she was not in the right state of mind:(

Totally let out a sob when Dhruv told his father to bring back his sister despite being on the verge of dying. Truly showed the strength and love of siblings and how much they mean to each other.

Exceptional performance by every actor in the film. Seeing R. Madhavan play such a horrible role in the film made me hate his character so much because Wdym he was the same person who wanted to be a photographer in 3 Idiots???

I just had to talk to someone about this 😂👍. Movies great 😌.

Kareena Kapoor Khan describes Singham Again as "Male testosterone movie": “Deepika Padukone and I have very strong parts”

After kicking off 2024 with the box office hit Crew, the actress is gearing up for two highly anticipated releases – Hansal Mehta’s The Buckingham Murders and Rohit Shetty's action extravaganza Singham Again, Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film boasts a star-studded cast including Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Tiger Shroff, Arjun Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, and of course, Kareena herself.

Describing it as a "completely male testosterone movie," she assures fans that both she and Deepika Padukone have "very strong parts" to play. Kareena said, “There’s Deepika (Padukone) and me in the film, where we have very strong parts. But obviously it’ll be really different, it is the big ticket Bollywood bonanza for this year, and I’m sure people will enjoy that.”

An official announcement about the new release date of Singham Again is expected to be made shortly, but at the moment, the film is 100% pushed from the already announced date of August 15, 2024.
