Regina George x Fem!Reader: Overnight Field Trip
Y/N = Your Name Your best friend = Sam
Your POV
You lean your head against the window of the bus with your headphones on and press play on your playlist. Your best friend, Sam, slides into the seat next to you passing you your favorite candy.
You get off to go pee and then look for a snack. Regina George is standing at the end of the aisle. Regina is new to your school after getting kicked out of her last one because she was the bully. You've only spoken to her once or twice because you share a few classes. She seems nice and she's really hot.
As you walk past Regina with your favorite snack, Regina calls after you, "Hey uh Y/N!" You turn around and say, "Yeah Regina, what's up?" She asks, "What's a good snack?" You answer, "Me." She smiles widely and says, "I think you're a full meal, baby." Flirty, you like that. You smile and say, "Touché Regina and the classic cheese squares are a good second option." She nods.
Back on the bus, you slide into your seat with your best friend. Regina walks past you and winks at you. Hot. Sam asks, "What was that?" You answer, "Just a friendly wink, why?" Sam answers, "Uh because she was kicked out for being a bully and she winked at you. I don't want you to get hurt." You answer, "I won't, but thanks for thinking of me." :)
You finally arrive at some lodge where you'll be staying with your English class for a few days. You'll be in the city to visit museums, explore, and see a play. It should be fun.
You wait for your English teacher to return and when she does, she announces that she's placing the room list up. She chose who we'll room with and we'll share with 3 people. You & Sam wait and finally, you get to the front. You're sharing with Sam, Regina, and Sam's crush, Casey. You & Sam walk off to find the other two. Casey walks up happily and Regina finds you soon after. You 4 head up to the room.
You're the first one in and you toss your stuff onto one side of one of the beds claiming it. Regina tosses her stuff on the other side of the same bed. You couldn't be happier. Hopefully, Sam is cool with sharing with Casey. You all change for a walk in the area and dinner then head downstairs. Sam is in an animated conversation with Casey right now. Regina asks, "Is it okay if I hang out with you tonight? I don't really have many friends at this school yet." You answer, "Of course you can. It seems Sam is going to be attached to Casey the next few days anyway." Regina asks, "Yeah, what's the deal with that? They seem really close, but she's your best friend, right? Why is she ditching you?" You whisper in her ear, "Don't tell, but she's her crush." Regina gasps and says, "No way, that's cute." I laugh.
You walk next to Regina on the guided walk. You both point out cool sights on the walk to each other and it's fun. Regina is nice to be around.
When we're sitting for dinner, you're at a table with your roommates for the weekend. Regina exclaims, "Some girl keeps shooting daggers at me from that table over there." You ask, "Where?" She points and you see this mean girl. Sam says, "Oh yeah, we hate her. She's always rude to us and she broke my heart." Regina replies, "Ew, I hate her now too." Sam laughs and says, "You know you're not like people said, Regina." Regina asks, "Is that a good thing?" Sam answers, "It is." Regina smiles.
During dinner, someone taps your shoulder and the mean girl is standing there staring at you. She says, "Hey so a couple of my friends and I are going to sneak out later to explore. We were wondering if you, Sam, and Casey wanted to join." You ask, "What about Regina?" She snaps, "What about her? You can't tell me you already care about the new girl that much. She's not invited." You reply, "Then consider me not there, thanks for the offer." She then storms off. Regina turns to you and says, "If you want to go with her, I don't mind staying in the room. Really I do. I could see she's into you." You ask, "What? Are you jealous?" She shrugs and blushes before you say, "Relax, I was kidding. I also do not want to hang out with her more than I have to in class. The bed and the on-demand movies are calling my name tonight." Regina replies, "Don't mind if I join you. That sounds fun." You smile.
After dinner, Casey and Sam stay out with some of your class for game night. You head up with Regina then you take a shower first. You climb into bed and Regina heads to shower. You turn the TV on and find the movie channel. It's some fantasy movie you love.
Regina exits the shower, puts her stuff up, and then seems to hesitate to get back into bed. You joke, "Regina, I don't bite if that's what you're worried about." Regina smiles and says, "No sorry, it's just ... are you comfortable sharing with me?" You ask, "Why wouldn't I be? Are you planning to kill me?" She shakes her head and says, "No, nothing like that. You just don't know me too much and you know I was kicked out of school. I just don't want you to feel weird." You ask, "What, were you kicked out for sharing a bed with someone? I don't understand. I feel fine with you sharing the bed. It's all good." She slides into the bed and says, "I wasn't kicked out for that. I should probably tell you why I was kicked out though." She then goes on to explain why she was kicked out of her last high school. (Plot of Mean Girls) You exclaim, "Well I don't think you're a mean girl, Regina. You've been nice at school. I'm sorry that happened to you at your last school. It really does suck. Now, to cheer you up, you should watch one of the most epic dragon battles ever." She laughs. You like her laugh.
Sam and Casey get back once the first movie finishes. They sit on their bed and you all watch more movies.
Next Day
You hear the alarm and groan. Damn, why do you have to be awake? You rub your eyes and open them to see you are lying very close to Regina who is also just waking up. She sees you, blinks, and says, "Sorry. I guess I rolled over last night." You reply, "It's okay. So did I. How did you sleep?" She answers, "Really good. I want to go back to sleep." You reply, "So do I. It's so cozy."
The day passes with nothing crazy happening until the night. You're going to see a Shakespearean play tonight. You get all dressed up in the room with the girls and each one compliments you. Regina's compliment makes your heart flutter a little.
At the play, you walk in and take your seat. You then realize who is to your right. It's the mean girl. Regina is to your left and she seems to notice as well. You just hope tonight goes smoothly. The mean girl says, "Y/N, fancy seeing you here." You reply, "Yeah. It's almost like we're on a field trip." She laughs too loudly and says "Yeah, you're so right. HAHA! You clean up well." You sigh and reply, "Thanks. So do you." She asks, "Really?" You answer, "I'm just being nice to an acquaintance."
The lights dim and she tries talking to you. You quickly interrupt, "The play's starting. Please hold what you're going to say. I want to watch." You notice Regina's fist next to yours and you fist bump it lightly.
At intermission, the mean girl leaves with her friends for a bit. Regina leans over and says, "God, I hate her." You reply, "She just refuses to take no for an answer." She replies, "She's really into you. She's down bad." You reply, "I wish she wasn't." She replies, "I know a way that'll work. Just hold my hand." You reply, "I'm willing to try it." She holds her hand and you link yours with hers. Sure enough, when the mean girl returns and sees your intertwined hands, she switches seats with one of her friends. At the end of the play, you take your hand out of Regina's to clap for the performers. You liked holding her hand during the play.
The next few days pass the same way. You and Regina are cuddling in bed in the mornings, you both flirt a little, and you explore with your class. The mean girl even leaves you alone for the rest of the trip.
Upon arriving back at school at the end of the trip, Regina calls your name and you turn to see her running over. You exclaim, "Hey Regina, what's up?" She asks, "Could we talk for a minute?" You nod and you walk over to sit on a bench. Regina says, "Look, this trip was really great for me and I really liked spending time with you. I don't know what it meant to you, but it meant a lot to me. When we held hands," she pauses and takes a deep breath, "it felt like fireworks went off inside of me. I really like you, Y/N. I was wondering if you feel the same way about me?" Oh wow ... You reply, "I really like you too. I liked holding your hand too." She smiles widely and says, "Cool great, I'm glad. I don't want to have our first kiss in front of our school if that's okay. It just doesn't sit right with me." You laugh and reply, "Okay, that's fair. You should give me your number so we can talk about when we can make that kiss happen though." She replies, "That was smooth." You exchange numbers, hug, and then part ways happily smiling at each other across the parking lot.

Assassin, Part 3
Fem Reader x Raphael
Warning: graphic description of a bipolar crash (or, at least how I experience them) over this chapter and the next. Please take care of yourselves and don't read if you think it might trigger you. Much love to my fellow rapid-cyclers. 💚
Part 1 Part 2 Part 4 Part 5
After the storm of emotion had passed, Splinter sat with Raphael until the moon had crossed over the house, discussing the matter more calmly with his son. Eventually, Raphael felt stable enough to at least make it to bed.
The front steps groaned under his weight, and the paint flaked off the banister like snow in July, as he made his way up the front porch. Today had been a lot.
It had started out beautifully. The early morning mist held fast to the light of dawn as the five of you spent the morning setting everything up. Light swirled around your waist as you worked on place settings, and he was pulled to you.
He walked up behind you, just watching for a moment, affection blooming in his chest. You had ruined his life in the best possible way. Meeting you had brought up so many things he thought he'd let go of a long time ago. It made him hurt in ways he can't even begin to describe. And he is so very grateful.
You'd held each other, swimming in the golden light, and for just one moment he knew how it felt to hold sunlight in his arms.
Then, the ceremony.
Raphael reaches for the screen door handle and depresses the button, pulling it open. The hinges screech their usual protestations, and he cringes as the sound digs the exhaustion headache further into his skull.
That low had hit hard and he should have been expecting it. It'd been a minute since he got triggered like that, but you've always had a way of getting inside his head... You were so damn beautiful...
"Hey," you'd said, peeking around the door to the "boys room" where Casey and the guys were drinking waiting. "You guys almost ready?" When you stepped around and into the room, Raphael forgot how to breathe.
Perfectly coifed and painted in pin curls and neutral make up, and adorned with matching teardrop moissanites in your ears and around your neck (a pre-wedding gift from your brother), you looked like you'd stepped off the silver screen in 1940.
The silk of your floor length forest green dress flowed around you like ink in water, and the thin straps holding it up might as well have been non-existent. His eyes followed the curve of your neck down to your shoulder. His mouth watered and his mind wandered. He wondered what it would taste like. He looked away. Fuck's sake. Couldn't he just look at his beautiful friend in peace?
Minutes later, you'd slipped your arm through his as the two of you waited for your cue to walk down the aisle. A light dusting of pink bloomed in your cheeks when his arm had brushed against your silk covered breast, and your warmth radiated through contact. That warmth poured into his veins, and he felt something in his chest begin to spin.
It had been such a good week. Too good. And some part of him knew that. He'd drawn a deep breath, and exhaled, maintaining a mask of calm. He could feel the crash coming, and prayed he could at least make it to the other side of the wedding before it hit.
He'd spent the week in bliss, planning, packing, driving, and setting up his best friend's wedding with the most beautiful, sweet, smart, and sassy woman in the world. Now, he was going to pay for it.
Don't think about it. Don't think about where you are, or what this is, or that she's literally about to walk down an aisle with you. *Don't* think about it.
The awaited cue came and the two of you stepped out into the early evening light. He'd tried so hard not to look at you as you crossed the threshold, but it had been a lost cause from the beginning.
A Summer Goddess walked beside him. Skin full of golden sunlight, you'd caught his eye out of the corner of yours and your playful smile could have lit up the world. When three steps in the skirt of your dress fully bloomed to reveal a scandalous amout of leg from the slit three-quarters of the way up your thigh, he nearly tripped.
Every look, every brush of silk against his skin sent ripples through him, pushing the spinning in his chest faster. It was the longest twenty-five feet of his life.
When you reached the archway, you turned to him and your hand slid, feather light, down his arm into his. He gazed down at you and smiled.
He wanted to stop you. To pull back on your hand and pull you into him. To take his own and place it softly against your cheek, the other around your waist. He wanted to look into your eyes with every word he's choked down since the moment he met you. He wanted to slide his hand into your hair, tilt your head up, and capture your mouth with his.
This was the closest he would ever get.
With one last gentle squeeze, your hand slipped from his, and his fingers tingled from the loss of contact. You'd each walked to your respective places, and when the music changed over and Bride walked down the aisle, all eyes were on April.
Except his.
.....
Less a lover, more a fighter
But I'm tired of fighting to hold on
Got too many scars to hide them
So it's easier being on my own
But you
Shoot first, draw blood, before I know
Yeah you
One shot, one touch, and I let go
How did this happen?
My walls were up and
You moved without a sound
Never imagined, like an assassin
One look to me down

A Different Fate - Final Chapter
OMG, it took me entirely too long to complete this, but I'm so happy now that it's done! I am so, so grateful to the anonymous (to you, not to me 😉) donor to the Write for Gaza project, who requested I finish this by the end of January. Well - I did it! And thank you so, so much - I can't tell you how much it means!
A Different Fate - Series Masterlist
Book: Open Heart (Post Series)
Pairing: Ethan Ramsey x F!MC (past)
Featuring: Tobias Carrick, Sienna Trinh
Rating: Teen
Words: 3,700
Category: Short-Series/AU/Lost Love
Summary: Ethan's first attempt to talk to Casey didn't work out, but now, with Tobias & Sienna's help, will it finally work out? Or will they have to resign and accept their fate?
A/N: When I started this, it was supposed to be a one-off, and now, I'm finally done after 5 parts! It's funny how these things take on a life of their own. I know a few of you have been very anxious for this to post, and I thank you for your extraordinary patience. I hope you find it's worth it in the end! @choicesjanuary2024 Day 23 - Hope Ethan x Kaycee Masterlist | My Full Masterlist
The bus jolted forward the moment the light turned green, jostling its passengers around like dolls—every passenger except for Sienna Trinh. Growing increasingly impatient with her “charge,” she sat firmly in place, arms crossed defiantly before her chest.
“This is a stupid idea!” She said, slapping a startled Ethan’s arm across the bus aisle.
“Oww!”
“Don’t oww, me!” She fired back. “You blew my advice off yesterday, and look how well that went. Maybe you should listen to me now.”
“I know,” Ethan droned. “But this is different.”
“Si, I have to agree with Ethan on this one,” Tobias said, his face twisting as he realized his words. “Shit! It hurt more than I expected to say that.”
“Thanks, pal.”
“Don’t mention it,” Tobias smirked. “Si, he can’t do this right now. He’d have to ambush her at work, and you see how well that went. We have a plan in place; it will be fine.”
“Normally, I’d agree with you, but I’m done tempting fate with these two. Something always goes wrong.”
“Look, the bonehead has put it off eight years. It can wait another eight hours to ensure it’s done right.”
“You know,” Ethan interrupted, “it might be helpful if the two of you wouldn’t talk about me like I wasn’t here.”
Sienna turned to him, brow raised. “It would be great if you didn’t need the two of us here to make sure you don’t blow it!”
“She makes a point,” Tobias nodded, pleased with Ethan’s exasperation.
“Can we stick to the point?”
“The point is, you’ll speak to Kaycee tonight.”
“Yeah, after your date,” Ethan chuckled ruefully. “
“It’s not a date!” Tobias spat. “You know damn well I’m just going to the party with her to get that asshole Douglas off her back.”
Ethan shot a half-doubtful look.
“Really?” Tobias said incredulously. “I’ve been rooting for you two since she left Boston, and this is how you treat me? Trust me, Ramsey, all Kaycee wants is you, and the last thing I’d ever want is to have you as a metamour.”
Sienna’s nose scrunched. “A meta-what?”
Tobias waved her off with a chuckle. “Trust me, Si, you’re better off not knowing. Now, stop worrying. I’ll take Kaycee to the party, give the creepy doctor a few death stares, and after a drink or two, I’ll mention you’re in town, play wingman, then you swoop in for the grand finale. We’ve got it under control.”
“Yeah,” Sienna rolled her eyes. “With you two at the wheel, what could possibly go wrong?”
~~~~~
“I’m coming!” Kaycee clumsily rushed across her apartment to answer the door, slipping into her silver heels along the way. She opened the door breathless but stunning nevertheless. “Hey,” she smiled.
A grin spread across Tobias’s face; he had forgotten how well Dr. MacClennan cleaned up. With her long blonde curls cascading over her shoulder, barely skimming the bodice of her strapless ice-blue gown, she looked more like someone who spent her day posing for Vogue than saving lives in scrubs.
“What do you think?” she grinned.
“What do I think? If this is how you look for a fake date, what the hell do you do on real ones? How many heart attacks have you been responsible for, MacClennan?”
“Shit!” She said with a stomp of her foot. “I screwed up! I shouldn’t have brought you tonight!”
“Oh, why?”
“I should have invited Dr. Douglas himself! If I knew cardiac arrest would be the result, well, that would be one way to be rid of him.”
Tobias burst out laughing. “I forgot just how wicked you could be.”
Slipping an earring in, she winked. “I’d feel guilty about it ten minutes later. Not guilty enough to start CPR, but guilty all the same."
"Well, I'm happy to provide a less lethal way of getting rid of Dr. Jackass.”
She grabbed her clutch off the side table and looked at Tobias, casually leaning against the door. She swore he hadn’t aged a day, still wearing that signature confident swagger as well as he wore his dark, tailor-made suit. She crossed her arms and shook her head disapprovingly.
“What?” He asked, checking his attire to see if something was wrong. “Do I not clean up as well as you?”
“Too well. If word gets out that I’m dating you, no one will ask me out again. They’d be afraid of the competition.”
He chuckled softly, visions of Ethan in his mind. “Well, let’s hope it won’t come to that.”
Stepping to Kaycee’s side, he offered his arm. “Shall we?”
“Let’s go!”
~~~~~
The party was exactly what one would expect to cap off the career of a renowned doctor from one of the top hospitals in the world. The rooftop ballroom’s floor-to-ceiling windows provided a panoramic view of the City’s famed skyline; fairy lights scattered throughout the room illuminated it with an ethereal glow. Warm notes from the piano wafted through the air, competing with the gentle hum of convivial chatter as tuxedoed waiters distributed flutes of Dom Perignon. Tobias and Kaycee were on a mission and played the part of an enamored new couple so well that they earned envious stares, not only from Dr. Douglas but from several others as well. But as much fun as that was, Tobias couldn’t get his mind off his primary goal of the night: getting Ethan and Kaycee together. He looked at his watch. She only wanted to stay two hours, and they were about to hit that mark.
“Hey,” he whispered, “Wanna take a spin around the dancefloor before we blow this joint? Make this look legit?”
Wordlessly placing her empty champagne flute on a passing waiter's tray, she took Tobias’s hand and led him to the dancefloor. Ironically, finding the most privacy they’d had all night.
“Dancing was a good idea,” she said. “Everyone knows I wouldn’t leave a party without dancing... and it’s not like you’re a stick in the mud that would refuse me.”
“Kacyee, it would be difficult for anyone to refuse you.”
“Yeah,” she smiled sadly, “You’d be surprised.”
“I don’t know about that. For Christ's sake, you used to get Ramsey to dance back in the day. I thought only an act of God could accomplish that!”
Kaycee’s body tensed, and her feet seemed to forget what they were supposed to do. As she stood still on the dance floor, Tobias looked her in the eye.
“I’m sorry, did I overstep?”
Kaycee shook her head and continued to dance. “It’s been so nice seeing you, but it takes me back, and sometimes, that can be hard, you know?”
“Yeah, I do. It takes me back, too, but is that such a bad thing? We had some good times.”
“Ha! It all depends,” she chuckled. “Do you have a time machine? Because I’d be happy to go back, but only if I could write a different fate.”
“I can’t do that,” he sighed. “Not the time machine part, but... maybe I can help with the different fate.”
Her brow furrowed. “What?”
“Come on,” he said, taking her hand. “Follow me.”
Kaycee remained silent as they ran down the plushly carpeted hall. But, when they found an empty banquet room, she wanted answers.
“OK, we’re alone now. What’s going on?”
“I want to talk to you about Ethan.”
Kaycee shook her head, throwing her hands in the air in frustration.
“We did that. We had that conversation at dinner the other night. We don’t need to do it again.”
“Did we have that conversation? Because as far as I remember, I didn’t tell you that he was here.”
“He’s what? He’s here... like in New York?”
“I’ll do one better,” he smiled. “He’s sitting at the bar in the lobby.”
Her eyes narrowed, and Tobias wasn’t sure if he saw shock or anger flickering in them.
“You told me he was in Boston. You said he refused to come with you!”
“He was. Or at least I thought he was. But when I got to my hotel that night, he was there.”
She crossed her arms smugly. “So he came to attend the conference. Right?”
“Nope. He didn’t come for the conference. He came here for you.”
“For me?” Her voice cracked. “He came here for me. Yet he’s been in town for two days and hasn’t reached out to me once.”
“Well... about that. He did. He stopped by Langone yesterday and sort of heard you tell Dr. Douglass that you had a thing... for me.”
Kaycee felt her stomach drop. “No!”
“Yes.”
“No, no, no, no! He doesn’t really think I want you, does he?”
“Hey, don’t act so disgusted!” Tobias said defensively. “Believe it or not, most people would kill to get with this... but Ethan knows you’re not one of them. I can’t give you a time machine, but you can give yourself a second chance.”
She remained silent, her heart beating faster as she stared out the window into the night.
“Tobias, it’s taken me eight years to say his name without crying. To recall our time together and feel whistful, not just sad. I’m content with my life here, and if I open that door and it slams shut once again... I don’t know that I could take it.”
“Kaycee, you’re right. Eight years have passed, and a lot has changed. Like you – you’re not a young, wide-eyed resident anymore. You have a brilliant career that can only be attributed to one thing – and that’s you. No one could dare say you made it because you were involved with him. You love each other. Why keep denying it.”
“He loves me?” She asked. “He used those exact words.”
“Well, he didn’t actually say the words, but... why would he say them to me? Why don’t you give him a chance... to say them to you?”
“But Tobias,” she said with a quiver in her voice. “What if... what if it doesn’t work?”
“But Kaycee... what if it does?”
~~~~~
Boston and Philadelphia had skyscrapers for sure, but neither city could hold a candle to New York, and right now, Kaycee couldn't be more grateful to the town she now called home. Sixty-eight floors, she thought, taking a tentative step into the elevator. Sixty-eight floors stood between her and the lobby, and she hoped they’d stop at each one.
Standing in the back corner, she relied on the walls to keep her upright as passengers piled in. She needed time. Time to think, to decide what she’d say, to breathe.... sixty-eight floors should have given her the time she needed to center and gain a semblance of composure. But it went by in an instant, and when the elevator doors began sliding over, all she could do was watch in horror.
Her head was spinning, and her mind was lost in a cloud of confusion. Ethan was waiting in the lobby... for her? It couldn’t be real. Tourists and locals alike chatted happily about their evening plans as they stepped out, a direct contrast to Kacyee, who stood frozen in fear. Only the elevator operator’s gruff voice brought her back to reality.
“Ma’am, are you getting out?”
She turned to him, then back to the door, and considered returning to the grand ballroom. But something inside her stirred. Tobias was right; she was no longer playing the part of the ingenue, filled with hope and naivete that were somehow both her greatest strength and weakness. No, she was a big girl now, and whatever happened when she walked through that door... she’d be able to handle it.
“Ma’am," the man repeated with increased irritation. “Shall I close the doors?"
“Uhm. No," she said, standing upright and dusting off the front of her gown. “No. I’m getting off here.”
The world seemed to move in slow motion as she stepped into the lobby. If this were a movie, Ethan would be waiting across a crowded room, their eyes would meet in an instant, and the credits would roll as soon as they shared a perfect kiss, one that left no doubt that they were destined for happily ever after. But real life seldom ran so smoothly, as Kaycee was about to confirm. She looked all around, to the left and the right, but no sign of him. She walked the perimeter of the room, even just outside, and still... nothing. Tobias said Ethan would be at the bar, so she returned and hopped on a stool to wait and wait. She was patient at first, but five minutes passed, then ten. Her fingers began to rap against the rich mahogany countertop when it reached fifteen, and by twenty? By twenty, she had enough.
Standing up with a weary sigh, she chastised herself for opening that door even a crack. You should have learned by now, she thought as she headed toward the exit. She was almost outside when she saw Tobias coming off the elevator. She turned on her high heel and headed his way. Why lambast herself if she could lambast him? He didn’t see her coming and reacted with surprise when he felt the shove on his shoulder.
“He’s here, huh? He’s waiting for me at the bar? Well, guess what? He didn’t show!”
“Kaycee,” Tobia started, but she wouldn’t allow him to speak.
“No! Don’t Kaycee me! This is precisely l why I didn’t want to get my hopes up! This is how it always ends with us... either he walks away, or he doesn’t show... and I swore I wouldn’t put myself in this position again!”
“Kayce, if you’d just let me....”
“NO! No, I don’t want to hear what you have to say because all that matters is that he’s not here! He’s not here, and....”
Her breath hitched when she felt a tap on her shoulder.
“Is that....” she whispered.
“You know,” Tobias smirked. “You might want to turn around.”
She turned around slowly, and just like that, life was imitating art. A feeling of warmth surrounded her the moment their eyes met. He may have aged a little, but she’d know him... she’d know those eyes... anywhere.
“I’m sorry,” he muttered, handing her a single red rose. “I stepped out to buy this from a street vendor. I thought it would be a nice touch.”
With her heart racing, she lifted the flower to her nose and inhaled its fragrant scent.
“And that took twenty minutes?” she grinned, putting Ethan at ease.
“Well, I also needed to go to the men's room. It took more than one glass of Scotch to get up the nerve to offer you an apology that could make up for eight years.”
“Ethan,” she whispered, at a loss for words.
“Well, this is the shittiest rose ceremony I’ve ever seen, and I’ve had to suffer through many an episode of The Bachelor,” Tobias observed. He pat Ethan on the back. “Nice touch, a little cheesy, but not bad for you.”
“You can go now,” Ethan grumbled.
“I was planning on it,” Tobias nodded at Kaycee, then looked Ethan in the eye. “You two can take it from here. Don’t fuck this up.”
“Can we?” Kaycee asked once Tobias was gone. “Can we take it from here, or will one of us mess it up somehow?”
“Well, there’s only one way to find out,” he smiled. “Why don’t we go someplace and talk.”
~~~~~
She couldn’t remember leaving the hotel lobby or how they decided where they would walk. All she knew was they ended up strolling along Central Park West, a comfortable distance between them, as she chattered aimlessly about nothing at all. Anything to avoid an awkward silence or, worse yet, an awkward conversation. While Kaycee faced straight ahead, Ethan couldn’t keep his eyes off her. She was as beautiful as he remembered, perhaps even more so. He was afraid if he took his eyes away, she’d disappear, and he wouldn’t allow that. Then, even in the dim streetlights, he saw her starting to shiver, and without missing a beat, he removed his jacket and placed it over her shoulders, bringing her to a stop.
“I’m sorry,” he said, taking a half step back. “You looked cold.”
“Yes,” she smiled nervously. “It is... it is getting cold.” She motioned to a food truck on the edge of the street and smiled. “I’d suggest we get coffee to warm up, but I know that wouldn’t meet your standards.”
“Is that what you want?” He asked. “Go. Go sit on that bench, and I’ll get us some.”
“You’re going to drink coffee... from a food truck?”
Ethan shrugged, a smile tugging at his lips. “I have to start living a little sometime. Tonight sounds like the perfect time to start.”
He walked away, and Kaycee hollered after him. “Wait, you didn’t ask how I wanted my coffee."
He turned around with his hands in his pockets and utter confidence. “At this hour? Decaff. Definitely, decaff with a splash of milk, preferably almond, but if they don’t have that, plain milk will do. And Splenda, two Splenda... even though you know they’re not good for you.”
A slow smile spread across Kaycee’s lips. “You... remember.”
“Yes,” he nodded. “I remember everything.”
“Well, I take three Splenda now,” she winked, and he felt his heart flutter.
“Go sit,” he smiled, and she all but skipped away.
She watched his silhouette in the ethereal light, still attempting to convince herself this was real. But she had to believe it was true when she felt the steaming hot cup in her hand. She watched with anticipation as Ethan took a sip from his cup and couldn’t help but laugh when he tried to contain a grimace.
“Oh, it’s funny,” he smiled. “Do you enjoy watching me suffer?”
“No,” she whispered, gently taking his hand and placing her coffee on the bench beside her. “No, I think we’ve both suffered plenty, and I don’t want either of us to suffer anymore.”
The touch of her hand impacted him more than he could have imagined, and he found himself unable to speak. He turned to her with tears in his eyes, just managing to mutter her name before pulling her into a tight embrace. Kaycee buried her face in his shoulder, taking in the warm, familiar scent she used to know so well. One of Ethan’s hands was entangled in her curls, while his other arm pulled her as close as he possibly could. They stayed there a long while, silent and amazed at the reality – both had assumed if this day were ever to come, it would be filled with fireworks. An explosion of passion that couldn’t be felt miles away. But the reality was different. It was warm, safe, comforting, a loving embrace each had desired for so long – it wasn’t fireworks, it was coming home.
“I can’t believe you’re here,” her voice cracked. “I can’t believe you’re in my arms.”
“I’m trying to believe it myself,” he said, pulling back to gaze into her crystal blue eyes. His hand cupped her chin, his thumb tenderly stroking her cheek. “You’re so beautiful. What kind of fool am I depriving myself of seeing this face for so long?”
Kayce reached up to take his hand, gently placing a kiss on it. “Then, shall we try to rectify that now?”
“We could. If that’s what you want.”
Kaycee sat back with a smile so gentle and warm Ethan didn’t need words to know her answer. She reached up and messed up his hair. “How did we screw us up so badly? I mean, I can blame it on being young and stupid, but you didn’t have that luxury.”
Laughing, he took her hand. “You may have been young, but you were never stupid. You knew so much more than me. I know there’s no fairy godmother that will show up with a magic wand, and I know we will still have things to work out. But the thing I know most of all is that I love you. I love you with all my heart, and I’ve wasted too many years without you by my side. I’m determined to put an end to that as soon as I can.”
“You love me,” she sighed. “Well, that’s good... because I love you. I love you so much.”
Ethan reached over and embraced her, letting out a joyful groan as he lifted them to their feet. She held on tight as he spun her around, stopping to gently put her back down. They stood face-to-face, a world of memories crossing their minds as they gazed into each other’s eyes. Time and distance had done nothing to them; their love remained the same. He leaned forward and pressed his lips to hers, lighting a flame that had flickered but never extinguished. It was more than a kiss. It was a promise, a silent vow that was a testament to their love, which had never, ever died.
“We can’t screw this up, Ethan,” she said as they broke away. “If we’re going to do this, I want this to be forever. I can’t lose you again.”
“Good!” He grinned brighter than she had ever seen. “Because I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
Ethan offered his arm, which she gladly accepted, nuzzling her head into his shoulder as they started to walk.
“So, where are we going?” She asked.
“Well, I do have a hotel room nearby.”
Kaycee playfully nudged him. “A hotel room? Mister, I have a whole apartment, and it’s quite nice! You know, your girl did all right for herself!”
“Oh, I’ve kept tabs on you. I know you did.”
“Then let’s go!”
As they walked to her apartment, they passed the café Kaycee had dined in not too long ago, and she told Ethan the story of that night. How two estranged lovers had come together, and he professed his undying love. She relayed how she was trying to listen in on their conversation, but in the end, she didn’t need to since the young man yelled it out for all to hear. The crowd applauded, and she secretly paid their bill. It was straight out of a movie.
“I’m glad you got to see that,” Ethan smiled. “You always loved a happy ending.”
“Mmm-hmm,” she agreed. “And now, I’ve got one of my own.”
(Yep that last part was from Part 1. 😊)

Time for some Chuck headcanons I came up with in my free time because I’m obsessed over these silly spy show. SPOILERS FOR S4 ON THE FIRST ONE AND THE FOR SEASON 3 ON THE FOURTH ONE
• Casey accompanied Sarah down the aisle
• John Casey not only was a choir boy, he was that one kid who always got the best solos because of how angelic his voice sounded
• Casey is a bottom. This is not really a headcanon but I’m still putting it here because people need to know WE’VE ALL SEEN HIM TIED UP TO THAT BED
• (Spoilers here!) after becoming a spy, Morgan trained every day on Wii sports resort in that sword game where you have to knock your enemy down the platform. He’s not good at it because he always preferred Kirby Adventureland.
• Morgan and Casey definitely play one of those competitive mobile games like ruzzle or Wordzee and it’s just their thing
• The reason Casey knows all Star Wars is because Morgan and Chuck tricked him into watching it because there was “war” in the title. Morgan was actually the first one who spoiled it to him accidentally while commenting and Casey did not forget that.
• When Sarah worked at Weinerlicious she brought dinner for everyone on missions
• It’s not like Casey doesn’t like physical contact, it’s that he doesn’t like it coming from other people because for someone who hates being touched he surely likes standing 2 inches from someone’s face while whispering things and grabbing them
• Lester and Jeff aren’t actually hired, they just showed up pretending to work there one day and it miraculously worked because Big Mike is too lazy to check if they actually deserve a paycheck
• Lester and Jeff once catfished one another on a dating app, Lester to try and get pussy and Jeff for probably highly illegal reasons
• When they met up they thought that the other was trying to ruin their date because of jealousy and hugged each other in friendship. To this day they still don’t know the truth.
• Morgan’s mother is a hardcore Jeffster fan.
Ok I’m done for now, add more if you want!

(Follows 2024 - pt 1/3)
It’s 2025, and nobody knows they’re married.
Henry always thought marriage would be another duty forced upon him that he could not escape from. Many terrible imaginings about his future marriage occurred before he met Alex and learned to believe he could write his own history. His future seemed headed toward him living in an entirely different, nightmarish alternate universe Henry is grateful not to be in. After meeting Alex, his future irrevocably changed. Then, after their proposals had cemented that the future he had never allowed himself to think about would become a reality, Henry found his mind barren of dreams for their ceremony. He just didn’t have much to add to the specifics of their wedding day when they started planning it.
Henry’s wants were simple, translating into his desires for their wedding day. He wanted the ceremony to be private, a secret from those not attending. He wanted the same people who knew of their engagement and the person marrying them to be the only ones in attendance. Most of all, he wanted to be the one to walk up the aisle toward Alex, toward his future. It would never have been allowed for a Prince of England. Even though Henry would always hold the title of Prince of England, he was no longer a royal trapped in the traditions of the Church and the Crown’s regulations. The Church of England wouldn’t have allowed him to marry Alex. Still, even if they had decided to make that concession, the church would insist upon practicing ceremonial traditions, and Henry would have been positioned in the church as they saw fit. There would be nothing that Henry would have a say in about the ceremony and how he spent the days leading up to it. The wedding would become a spectacle reflecting very little of his and Alex’s wants.
Henry knew much more about what he didn’t want his wedding day to be like than how he did. Alex, as often was the case, was the total opposite of him. Henry gave his opinions on things once Alex brought them up, but it was almost always him who had a new idea or suggestion. Alex had become worried that he was taking over and making it too much about what he wanted. He spiraled a bit and said that he was unsure if Henry had doubts about marrying him because it was weird that Henry, who he said had an opinion on everything, was stepping back, letting him make the decisions. Alex wondered if Henry not having many opinions about their ceremony meant that he wasn’t excited about getting married to him. Henry fucked those thoughts right out of Alex’s head and assured him, with whispers against the sweaty nape of his neck, that he was very excited to marry him. He trusted Alex would ensure their day was perfect for them, but he allowed himself to dream about it and eventually asked for more.
*
Henry knows they could have chosen a different day to marry. He and Alex are aware that it might have made things easier, but they couldn’t help but fall for the romance of the idea and choose New Year’s Day.
The choice of the day also came with some advantages. They plan every detail meticulously and covertly, disguised as part of the New Year’s Eve party that Nora and June have thrown in New York for the last two years. Their suits are bought months in advance, looking nothing alike, and easily passed off as their attire for the party. The flowers and food are looped into the order for that event, too. They browsed for wedding bands online after Pez offered to order them in his name. They chose bands that were not initially part of a wedding set, but once they sat snugly together in the box Pez had acquired for them, they appeared like they belonged together.
His mum, the Queen of England, and his brother, the heir apparent, caused a little turmoil for the Crown and their security teams. Neither liked the idea of the royal family congregating in one place for an event that was not private. Still, Catherine insisted on being a ruling Monarch, not sitting back and allowing the Crown to decide what was important to her family. Eventually, she got them to agree to visit Henry and Alex’s home, not the party, which benefited their plan.
There were plans for everyone, timetables that Nora scrutinized to give them all the best possible options of leaving the New Year’s Eve party early and not being found out or followed by the press. Everything leading up to the week of the wedding was going well. Henry enjoyed Christmas more than he had in years, and he was so incredibly excited about his upcoming marriage that the sadness that usually walked beside him during the holidays hadn’t shadowed him at all.
Oscar had invited them to spend Christmas with him in California, which Alex had initially hesitated to agree to. He had told Henry that he understood that the holidays were a hard time for him, and he knew that sometimes, when Oscar called Henry ‘son,’ it unintentionally caused him pain. He was afraid that so much ‘dad time’ would make what for Henry was already a hard time of year for him even worse. But Henry wanted to go. He had grown close to Oscar over the years. Though it was true that sometimes Oscar being around reminded Henry that his father wasn’t, the sharp pain and longing for his father during those times felt not so debilitating, soothed by Oscar’s love and acceptance.
All the plans were in place for the wedding, and June and Pez decided that they could handle the last of the details and encouraged them to go to California to spend their last days before the wedding, letting Oscar dote on them, as they knew he would. So Alex and Henry went and had a great Christmas with Oscar. After nearly a week of being immersed in the holiday merriment, they boarded a private jet in the early morning of New Year’s Eve to take them back to New York. Oscar was flying to New York separately that evening and would see them at their brownstone for the ceremony.
Fifteen minutes into the flight, right after they both fell asleep, Cash informed them that air traffic control advised their pilot to divert land in Las Vegas. The winter storm that had unexpectedly ravaged the South over the last week had changed course and was heading directly in their flight path. Due to the holiday, the busy skies, and security protocols, they had to land and wait.
*
“It’s only going to be for a few hours,” Cash assured them. “As soon as the storm passes, we’ll get back in the air. We shouldn’t even have to deplane.”
Henry felt content, but Alex hadn’t been. He started to list all the things they still had to do before that evening, began making a series of phone calls and texts to their friends and family, and by the time they landed, had worked himself into a panic. Henry did what he could to distract and eventually calm Alex. He dragged him into the small cabin bathroom as soon as they landed, and they exchanged blowjobs that left the both of them tired enough to fall back asleep as soon as they went back to their seats.
The next time they woke up, Amy gave them the bad news. “We’ve got to deplane,” she said, resigned. “The storm’s gotten worse in the East, and air traffic control wants us parked and disembarked to make room for more diverting aircraft.”
“But…” Alex’s lip wobbled, breaking Henry’s heart to see it. He had lowered his voice to a whisper, even though it was only their trusted security in the cabin. “We’re supposed to get married in…” he paused and looked at his watch, “in sixteen hours.”
“And we still will,” Henry promised. It was sixteen hours from now, and though they were likely not to finish everything they had planned before the ceremony, there was still time for most of it.
Alex reached over and gripped his hand tightly. “We will?” he asked, staring at Henry with wide, hopeful eyes.
“Of course, love,” Henry promised.

when he gets snappy just bend him over a desk (or something like that)
by keyyring_ (death_blossom) Alex scowls and runs a hand through his mussled hair. He’s already frustrated, the last thing he needs is to see that limp dick of a person. Fine. Whatever. Just a quick run downtown, not like it’s 40 minutes roundtrip or anything (which it absolutely is). The subway’s packed, which is absolutely ridiculous for 2 in the afternoon, but it is and he’s sweaty and his clothes feel sticky and he aches all over. He just needs to get this over with and then he can get back to work and eventually, get home and take a nice long, hot shower. He’s getting weird looks as he walks the 5 minutes from the station to Shrivastava’s - it’s probably due to the fact that he’s had a grand total of 3 hours of sleep and is currently thriving off fumes and caffeine. Henry’s office is on the 18th floor and he’s getting more antsy as the elevator climbs. Not only can Brett not have anything to do with Molly’s because of Dawson, she can’t have Boden officiate her wedding because he walked Kidd down the aisle. It’s “copying”, and “unoriginal”.
I guess all those times that other fandom told us to go watch the show from the beginning and see how wrong Brettsey is really needs to take their own advice. Casey has known Boden longer than Kidd and been a parent like figure to him as well. D@wsey nor Stell@ride own “storylines”. Of course Brettsey want him to have a part in their wedding. By the way, officiating a wedding is not the same thing as walking someone down the aisle. Go touch grass. You’ll have your precious show back to yourselves in two episodes.

Im watching 10x15 right now - the one where Stella is looking for a person to fill the spot on the truck. She asked Boden for an opinion and he told her that he trusted her. So, my question is: what happened between this episode and premiere episode of season 11? Where he forced Carver on her? He didn’t let her choose who she wanted? I love you Wallace Boden but this is bs
yeah this whole situation makes me so angry to this day. it just felt so out of character because he has never disrespected stella and shown that distrust on any other occasion. i mostly like carver now, and i am now able to understand what boden saw in him, but the simple fact is stella put up with SO much from carver in season 11 when she shouldn’t have had to. you know if it was casey, boden wouldve never treated him that way. and it’s even more frustrating because boden literally walked stella down the aisle at her wedding the episode prior so for him to treat her like that is just so upsetting. and stella values his opinion so much, and would never want to disrespect him, so it probably stung so much more than it would’ve from anyone else. idk i just hate it

He will stutter at the time of the vows and have to repeat a part because he got nervous
You and he will laugh at the "respect you" and "in wealth…" (kids! ^^)
He will get shy at the time of the kiss and cover it with his hand so no one sees
He's going to leave the salon with his arms open like "I won, family!" pointing to the general like "you see, I really got married! Dad's off!"
Hongjoong

He'll see if everything is right, if the priest is okay, if the music is going to play at the right time
He'll pretend to be calm, but he'll be swaying nervously when he's at the altar
He will be adjusting the clothes of the members who are the godparents and telling them to behave
He'll stare at you like a dog that fell from the change as you approach the aisle
When you're around, you'll be smiling and shaking your head because you're so happy
"Did I tell you I love you today?"
He will pay attention to what the priest says, but he will find it all very time-consuming
He said he wrote the vows from the bottom of his heart
It gets all silly listening to you read the vows like "it's me she's talking about!"
he'll giggle when you say "I do"
He'll hold your hand tight after you put on your rings
He'll give you a little kiss because he's shy
He wanted to carry you on his back on the way out but I remember that he needs to behave
Wooyoung
_____________________________♡_____________________________
Like a child, he won't stop at that aisle
He will keep asking the members who are the groomsmen if he looks good
He will be greeting guests from afar
he will ask every 5 minutes if you have already arrived (If he had his cell phone, he would already be calling you)
When you hear the wedding march, you will get nervous and start laughing to yourself
When you walk in, he'll crack a smile and start to get emotional
By the time he walks down the aisle, he'll already be crying
He will give you a kiss on the cheek when you are around him and keeps telling you that you are beautiful
He'll keep whispering that you smell good
He'll pretend he forgot his wedding rings
He will say in the vows that you hit the jackpot by marrying him
He'll get all bragging when you read the vows
He'll pretend to think when the priest asks if he accepts you as his wife
You'll do the same to him, and he'll laugh
He will give you a beautiful and passionate kiss
He'll leave all shy because he feels like crying
Yunho
_____________________________♡_____________________________
He will ask for help from the members to know where he has to stay because he is very nervous
He'll be waving his hand, saying hello or bowing to everyone
He will get nervous and with his little eyes shining waiting for the door to open when he hears the wedding march start
He'll cry when he sees you, he'll cry when you get close, he'll wear the scarf on his jacket all the time
He will hold your hand, help you walk down the aisle and fix your veil
He'll caress your face sometimes when he looks at you
"You look so beautiful, you look like a princess!"
He will kiss your wedding ring before and after you put it on
You and he will be playing with your fingers while you hold hands with him
Sometimes you and he will look at each other and smile at each other
Their vows are short but adorable that make you smile
He will be surprised by your votes and get rosy cheeks
He will be in doubt at the time of the kiss if he gives you a kiss from the movies or if he just gives you a little kiss
In the end, it solves, it gives a cute kiss
He'll snap your arm into his arm when you're leaving, as if to say, "Now I'm by your side!"
Seonghwa
______________♡_________________
Tell everyone that he's very nervous and anxious and keeps shaking himself up
Says he's having palpitations when you start the delay
Every 5 minutes ask, "Has she arrived yet?"
When the wedding march begins, he is paralyzed because he doesn't know how to react
You barely get in, he's already going to have tears in his eyes
He will kiss your hand as soon as you walk down the aisle
He'll be looking at you while the priest talks and he'll be stroking your hand
"I love you so much, you know!"
He said the votes would be short (he lied, he had two sheets)
He let out a "wow" at the time of your vows, amazed at what you wrote about him
he asked Hongjoong to keep the rings because he was afraid of losing
The priest didn't even finish, he already said "I do"
He keeps waiting for you to do the same, and raising his eyebrow like "say i do right away, woman!!"
He will end the kiss time with another little kiss
He gets all silly clinging to you when it's time to leave the church
Jongho

He'll try to get serious at the aisle, but sometimes he'll jump up and down nervously.
Warms up your voice, it sounds like you're going to a concert
Tinker with the suit every 5 minutes, check the rings all the time
When the wedding march rings, and you walk in, he'll be looking at you and smiling
When you get to the aisle, he'll take off his veil, he'll shake his head to the side and make a face like "wow, I made a great choice!"
Obviously, you're going to sing at the wedding
He'll tell you not to cry and give you his scarf
In the votes, he will thank you for existing and being a support for him
He will get nervous when putting on the ring and put it on very slowly to make sure I put it on
When the priest asks if he accepts, he will smile and say "of course I do!"
The members will laugh and he will look at him with an angry face
He'll get all pompous when you say "I do" too
He will hold your face to give you the kiss and be shy afterwards

He looks like a church angel because he is so beautiful
Tell the godparents, who are the members, that your heart is racing
He keeps shaking nervously and saying, "What do I do! What do I do!" looking like a confused child
He'll be amazed looking at you dressed as a bride
When you enter, he will keep smiling until you get close to him
He will kiss your hand and help you with the dress
"Wow, how beautiful you look!"
He keeps looking at the priest but every time he takes a look at you and smiles shyly
He'll get shy when it comes to vows and say that you mean a lot in his life
He'll cry at that part and you'll dry his tears, he'll thank you
He will listen to your vows and stare at you with his little eyes shining
Almost misses the hand of putting on the ring, he will smile and take the right hand
At the time of the kiss he will be embarrassed, he will give a shy kiss on the tip of your nose and then on your lips
He will hold out his hand to you so that you can fit your fingers when you leave the church.
San

He won't admit he's nervous
Smiles and greets everyone smiling
Keeps bringing up random subject with the priest
Tell Wooyoung to stop messing with the groomsmen
Laughs nervously because you're taking too long (he's about to pick you up at home)
He will hear the wedding march and will put his hand on his heart as if he could hold it
He will get emotional when he sees you enter the church
He will help you walk down the aisle, take off your veil and kiss your forehead with affection
You're going to tell him not to cry and he's going to say in a thick voice "I'm not crying!"
He will keep repeating how beautiful you are and how much he loves you every 5 minutes
"I'm so lucky to have you, I love you!"
He didn't hear a word from the priest because he only knows how to look at you
He will cry at the time of the vows
He'll get all silly listening to you read your vows
"Wow, she's not perfect!" he'll say after you're done, and gives you a smile
He'll get nervous when it's time to put on the ring
He'll keep holding your hand tight to make sure you don't leave without him
He will hold your face at the time of the kiss, kiss you passionately and then kiss your forehead again
He'll want to go out with you on his lap.

Present Time
“Grady you wanna go check out the food?” Casey held out the glitching skeleton at arm’s length, slowly and carefully lowering him to the ground while making sure not to ruin his cloak hoodie combo he had going on.
Gradient wrung his hands together, “Uh, yeah. Sure- uh I mean, sure. Yeah.” The skeleton’s uneven pupils slowly floated up to where Casey was staring, quite perplexedly.
“What. You ok, mate?”
“Yeah, uh. I’m fine. We can go look at it if you want…”
“What’s wrong with you? Bruv I’m not that dumb, obviously something’s wrong. What the hell is it?” Casey lowered to his knees so that he was level with Gradient. This whole time Gradient has been acting, weird, to say the least. Even before the wedding, Gradient was acting strangely aloof and distant, topped off with what seemed to be a constant layer of glitches shrouding his body. He was nervous, obviously, Casey could tell.
Casey ran a hand through his hair and picked at the bandaid on his chest. Casey himself was always awkward with sentimental conversations like this, so it was a bit of a struggle to even get the next few words out. “Did… something happen... with something. I can fix it if it's something silly like the aisle song or somthin-?” He bit the inside of his cheek, watching as Gradient continued to fumble with his hands.
The small skeleton fiance stopped fumbling with his hands, his eyes glancing up at Casey before darting right back down to the floor. “No! Nuh… no. Nothing’s wrong.” A wave of glitched matter cascaded through Gradient’s body, a deep sigh exhaling from his chest. He quickly placed a hand on Casey’s shoulder, his voice all shaky and upbeat like a runaway train. “Can we please just uh do something else, hahaha, we can go check on the food now yeah let’s go!”
Gradient already began to rapidly walk down the hallway, so Casey had no other choice than to catch up to him. “O-ok?” Casey brushed both hands through his mop of a head of hair, shook his head, and chased after the small skeleton. This wasn’t going to be unsolved… Once they checked on the food, he would surely confront Gradient’s behavior. Surely. Casey firmly decided on that, shoving it all into the back of his head in the meantime.
…………………………
“Christ that smells good…”
Casey and Gradient pushed open the massive embroidered doors leading into the reception hall. It was a food addict’s dream. The moment the two poured into the hall, a sweet, light, and airy smell indicated the presence of an array of sweets. This heavenly aroma was tinged with notes of savory beauty, providing salvation to Casey’s nose hairs. The smell alone was enough to increase Casey’s brain function exponentially, so when he looked at the actual display of clothed tables, he nearly fell into a coma. It was beautiful… so beautiful. Each and every table was brimming with platters of foods, basking under the golden light of hanging chandeliers and stained glass windows. Guests walked to and fro, in and out, winding between the tables, mingling in groups. The din of conversation mingled with the tantalizing gusts of food, nearly illuminating the atoms of the hall itself.
As for Gradient, however, he looked nervous as ever. Casey noticed Gradient gravitated towards his body more, his eyes darting about as if he was searching for something.
“Oh god… bruv.” Casey dragged Gradient toward one of the tables, his nose picking up something particularly alluring. The two hovered above a display of chicken nuggets sloppily thrown into paper bowls. A few paper cups, containing a variety of condiments, accompanied the nuggets, all littering the ironically elegant white table sheet. “Are those… nuggies?”
“Yep…” Gradient’s cheeks flushed a brilliant green.
Casey tentatively picked one of the nuggets up, examining its characteristically dinosaur shape. Without thinking, he popped it into his mouth, crunching loudly.
“Eh, pretty good, mate are those hot pockets too-? Grady?”
Casey peered down, only to find Gradient with his hand over his mouth, his hand extended towards one of the tables near the center of the room. “Casey…” Gradient’s voice was strangely low, carrying notes of elevated pitches. “Casey… the cake… it was supposed to be… not like that…”
“Huh?” Casey popped another nugget into his mouth before floating over to the table in question. “Wow. Who’s Logan?”
“I don’t know…” Gradient ominously whispered, hovering over the cake. He pushed his glasses further up onto his nose socket. The cake, the one layered cake, was frosted with white icing, the edges accented with orange swirls. Confetti sprinkles dotted the cake’s face, framing the curly cue styled words, "Happy Birthday Logan!"
“Is this what you told Ink to get?!” Casey turned to Gradient, his eyes and mouth quivering into half amusement, half disbelief.
“No! Christ… he’s so stupid! I told him specifically to get the cake I showed him over and over again! I showed him the picture five times, Casey!”
“Uh. So… who has our cake?”
“A very lucky someone named Logan, Casey. Most likely.” Gradient groaned and pulled his hood over his face.
“Well, I’m sure he meant well, I uh-”
A loud raucous interrupted Casey’s line of speech, drawing both his and Gradient’s attention towards the giant doors.
“GET OUT OF MY LIFE, INK!!”
“Shit…” Casey’s fight or flight instincts flared as a furious and short and yellow figure pushed through the doors and ran down the main aisle with his hands covering his face.
The figure, Dream, violently whimpered and fell into the arms of a taller skeleton who wore a white cap and long white jacket, patting Dream’s shoulder as if he’d practiced the motion over and over. Another skeleton, adorned in a long hooded white cloak, awkwardly smiled and patted the capped skeleton’s back. Dream let out a long wail, the shrill sound violently bouncing off the walls and earning a few confused glances.
“Oh crap…” Casey bit his lip and let out a heavy breath. Gradient just stood there with his sockets lidded, looking sadder than ever. A spritz of glitches sparked off his body, his eyes finally closing.
The new voice, belonging to the capped one, broke Dream’s sobs, turning them into small chokes. “Shh, hey, it’s ok. It’s ok Dad, calm down… I know- oh- ok, I know… it’s a lot.”
At a gentle wave of the capped skeleton’s hand, the cloaked one quickly slipped out of the building’s main exit and instantly came back with a startled skeleton, clothed in black and white. The two-toned skeleton exchanged an understanding glance with the other two and quickly pried Dream away, whisking him over to an unoccupied table.
Casey open-mouthed watched the whole ordeal, shrugged, then began stuffing his face with Cosmic brownies from the table to his left. “Eh, skeletons are weird, well, except for you, Grady. Is that stuff normal?” Casey tried to stifle the primal fear that Dream evoked within him, focusing on the way the multi-colored sprinkles crunched between his teeth.
Gradient did not respond, but instead dragged his sleeve across his face and kept a solemn gaze toward the floor.
Noticing Gradient’s behavior, Casey wrapped an arm around him, feeling the electric glitches popping off his bones. He side eyed the table with Dream and the black and white skeleton, trying to decipher the strange yellow creature. He took another bite of the brownie, subconsciously chewing as he studied Dream’s hunched figure, how his companion soothingly rubbed his back.
Casey reached his hand into a bowl of sour patch kids, stuffing them into his mouth. To think of it, he was feeling a bit energized from all that sugar… a bit high, actually. He felt like he was doused in heaven, finally having the ability to satisfy his unyielding urge to consume everything that had sugar on its label. Gradient wouldn’t let him touch more than one cookie a day, which was criminally unfair.
He slurped the sour goop gushing from the gummies. “Uhh, hehe, Grady, hey what do you think of all this stuff?”
“Oh… shit.” Casey looked up, only to find the gaze of Dream blazing into his soul from across the room. This time, his eyelights weren’t those innocent balls of sunshine yellow. This time… they were piercing neon street light yellow balls of sheer fury. His other features were masked by distance, but Casey could almost feel the heat of those eyelights radiating into his skin… Shit. He dug another handful of sour patch kids out of the bowl and frantically stuffed them into his pocket, a few of them spilling out. He instinctively looked back up, Dream’s sockets now half lidded, piercing death rays.
“Shit… Grady we got to go.” In response, Gradient just nodded a few times, his gaze still glued to the floor.
“Yeah.”
Casey wrapped an arm around Gradient’s waist and led him out of the hall, leaving the wide swinging doors and the cacophony of senses behind.
Casey turned to Gradient and they held each other's gazes for a good long while.
And it looked like Gradient was on the verge of either words or tears.
1.) I do not know wedding terminology... it is truly evident.
2.) I made Grady a soggy pathetic cat... oops.
3.) i just like how this is getting farther and farther from the source material... even as the source material is farther from the original source material itself. i like that. (i think im just rambling)
EAT MOR GRASY i swear i just wrote this in an hour or somthin... heheh
MORE GRASEY WEDDING!!!!! Sorry I had this sitting in my inbox for like two days I was busy these couple days I wanted to sit down and properly read it.
DREAMMMM WHY ARE YOU RUINING EVERYTHING i know he's far away from the source material and out of character but that makes it all funnier tbh he's such a bitchy drama queen i hope he dies

Behind the bookstore’s counter, you find a display of rare books. The first book your best friend ever published titled Alex Casey catches your eye.
You take the book off the shelf. The spine crinkles as you carefully open it to the first page where your best friend’s signature greets you. You run your fingers along the raised ink and shed a single tear of pride. This marked Alan’s first foray into the literary world. Those early years as his literary agent were something special. Time may have passed, but your love for Alan still remains.
Low muttering from two aisles away causes you to pull off your rose-colored glasses. You are not alone inside Books’n’Crannies.
You hide behind the counter, safe-guarding the book close to your chest. Whoever, whatever, is in the store with you is arguing with themselves. A week ago, you might have thought this was an ordinary person having a bad day, but from the reverberations in their voice, you know it’s a Taken.
With the flare gun and Alex Casey novel in tow, you navigate the bookstore undetected to reach the door connected to the adjacent store. Unbeknownst to you, the door has a bell, and sure enough, it rings the moment you slip through. The Taken has become aware of your presence.
You are now inside the Bright Falls Coffee Shop. You have no time to waste. Any moment now, the Taken will be on you. You scan the Coffee Shop searching for something useful.
Which do you take?

「 SCREAM FOR YOU ! 」 . . . 📁 08
scream : billy loomis, stu macher
wrd count : 3k
⊹˚.⋆ synopsis . . . when [name] and stu meet up with billy at the video store, they defend his honor when arguing with randy
⊹˚.⋆ starring . . . billy loomis, stu macher, & male reader
My fingers traced the spine of the movie cases as I paced through the horror aisle. There were so many options. I just couldn't make up my mind. I could pick a classic, go down the underground route, or even pick something so gross and grotesque it scares everyone at the party off, so it's just me, Billy, and Stu.
And probably Randy since he too had the same affinity for horror films. I doubt he would stop watching horror movies even if he was shot.
Speaking of Randy, he came rolling down the aisle on one of the store's rollers used for shelving. He turned to me with a brand new DVD of 'The Shining', "I've been saving this one just liked you asked."
I took the DVD from his hands and began to examine the case, "And this is the special director's cut, right? You know, Kubrick is my favorite director, so if it isn't-"
"Oh!" Stu screamed as he pushed some DVDs out of Randy's hand.
"Dork," Randy grumbled as Stu laughed while wrapping his arm around my shoulders. I relaxed back into Stu as I tried my best to hide my chuckles from behind the The Shining DVD.
"Jesus, this place is packed, man," Stu said as he scanned the place.
Randy picked up the DVDs that Stu had knocked over, "We had a run in the mass murder section."
"You know, I would think people would rather not think about mass murder now than ever," I replied.
Stu gave me a wicked grin, "Who knows, maybe they want to die in some mass murder orgy."
I kicked his shin, "Ew, Stu!"
"My bad! My bad! Anyways, Randy, you comin' to my fiesta?" Stu winced.
"Yeah, I'm off early. Curfew, you know?"
"Cool."
I glanced at Stu. Was he planning to murder Randy too? I knew he was never really fond of the guy, and my suspicions about Casey's murder were out of pure spite, so it wouldn't have been too out of character if that was the case.
A girl came up to Randy, drifting my attention away from my less-than-delightful thoughts to her, "What's that werewolf movie with E.T.'s mom in it?"
Stu and I shared a look of disgust at the mention of the movie. It was even worse than Jaws: The Revenge which was saying a lot. Stu moved to whisper in my ear as Randy directed the girl to where the movie was, "If she really wanted to watch a movie about a hairy beast she should just watch a Robin Williams movie."
"Robin Williams' is hot though," I whispered back.
"What."
"Nothing." I giggled.
Randy turned to us, "Oh, now that is in poor taste."
"What?" Stu said dumbly too distracted by our conversation to process what Randy had said. I was trying my best to hide my giggles at Stu's dumbfounded expression at my attraction to Robin Williams.
I tried my best to die down my giggles as I spoke to Randy, "Yeah, The Howling was awful."
"No! Billy!"
I furrowed my brows as I turned my head in Billy's direction. Since we had entered the store, Billy had wandered off elsewhere not saying much to me or Stu.
"What about him?" I asked.
Randy moved in closer to me, lowering his voice. Stu gripped my shoulder tighter, his protectiveness kicking in. I gave Stu's thigh an inconspicuous pat to comfort him. Randy was the last person I would ever be attracted to.
"If you were the only suspect in a senseless bloodbath, would you be standing in the horror section?"
Stu opened his mouth to respond but I butted in before he got the chance, "Randy, that's bullshit, and you know it. Anyone's a suspect, and practically everyone is in the horror section. You even said so yourself."
Stu nodded his head in agreement, "Besides, it was a misunderstanding. He didn't do anything."
"You're such a little lapdog," Randy barked, "And you," he turned his head towards me, "Since when do you defend Billy Loomis?"
I gritted my teeth. Randy was being such an asshole! Sure, Billy did do it, and we were, after all, straight up lying to his face, but it was different.
"I just don't think it's right to accuse someone who's been proven innocent."
"Oh please, he's got 'killer' printed all over his forehead," Randy replied.
Stu began to mock Randy which gave me immense joy, "Okay! Really?" Stu returned to the normal inflection of his voice before continuing, "Well, why'd the cops let him go, smart guy?"
"Because obviously, they don't watch enough horror movies. This is standard horror movie stuff. Prom Night revisited, man."
I scoffed at the statement, "Do you know how fucking stupid you sound right now? The police have more experience, training, and knowledge about catching killers than you do despite you thinking you do 'cause you like to watch girls with big tits run from psychos with a knife on a screen."
Stu let out a small, "Good one!" before questioning Randy's theory again, "Yeah? Why would he want to kill his own girlfriend?"
"There's always some stupid, bullshit reason to kill your girlfriend."
"And that's why you don't have one," I snickered. Stu laughed at my response while Randy was fuming, "You're one to talk, [Name]. You haven't had a girlfriend since Tessa Thompson in freshman year."
"If you haven't noticed, Randy, the girls are all over [Name] unlike you. He just rejects them because he wants a mature, college chick."
I stifled my giggles as Stu danced his fingers on the small of my back. Stu and I sharing my dirty little secret felt like a game or an inside joke that we only understood, and it was the most fun game I've played in a very long time. Knowing that we could pretend like our arms don't yearn to hold each other or that our eyes don't drift down to look at our lips in conversations, but rather that we were a playboy who had at least 2 girls on each side and a boy restraining himself from being a high school ladies' man because he thought that they were too immature for his genius. It was fun.
Randy just rolled his eyes at Stu's words, "Whatever, but that's the beauty of it all; simplicity. Besides, if it gets too complicated, you lose your target audience."
"Well, what's his reason?" Stu questioned.
I bit my lip in anticipation to see what Randy's inkling for Billy's reason was. There was no way he would guess that it was a ploy to get revenge on Sidney's mom. I let my bottom lip go at the thought. I was so confident in my investigation that I failed to realize that Billy's revenge left an open-ended question. What was he avenging by killing Sidney and her mom? My eyes drifted to where Billy stood to see he was not where he once stood in the horror section.
My head twisted and turned as I searched for the strikingly handsome boy. My eyes met his as he leaned against the wall near the mystery section heading towards Randy, Stu, and me. Billy gave me his signature panty-wetting smirk as he watched us.
I hit Stu's shoulder motioning towards Billy which he acknowledged subtly before we both turned to face Randy who was going to give us his best bet on why Billy would kill his girlfriend.
"Maybe she wouldn't have sex with Billy..."
Stu and I laughed as we followed Randy's small hobbles from the other side of the shelf.
"What, is she saving herself for you?" Stu jested.
Randy took a glance back, "Maybe. Now that Billy tried to mutilate her, do you think she would go out with me?"
Stu let out a comically large laugh as I felt my brain reel in the pure comedy of it all. Stu pulled me in close with his shoulder as he let out some chuckles, "No, I don't. Not at all. Besides, if there's anyone Sid would go out with, it's [Name]. The two have been pretty cozy lately."
My eyes were wide as Stu turned to me holding an air microphone while putting on a news reporter voice, "Is Sidney mature enough for you, [Name]? Would you like to pork her?"
My gaze hardened as my jaw clenched in anger. I slapped Stu's hand away, "Don't talk about her like that, okay? I'm not gonna pork her or any of that shit. I care about Sid. She's a good girl."
Stu's eyes softened, but I could feel the heavy swallow of saliva go down my throat as I stepped away from Stu's grasp. I could tell my distance hurt Stu, but he covered it up with his classic way of coping with humor, "You hear that, Randy? I think he's in love with her."
Randy looked down as Stu began to taunt him more, "Does that hurt your feelings? Does it, poor, poor, Randy-poo?"
Randy remained silent as so did I, so Stu turned to the next best thing to continue the conversation, "You know who I think it is?" There was a pause before he resumed, but both Randy and I were hooked into the conversation now, eager to know what or rather who he would name. Stu leaned in closer to Randy, "Yo, I think it's her father."
My eyes frantically darted across the carpeted floor as I tried to milk as much information as I could from Stu. I got one thing from that sentence alone. They were going to frame Sidney's father. My ears pricked toward Stu who was going on about Sid's father, "Why can't they find her pops, man?"
Randy didn't have the information as I did, so he took the information as the opposite of what it was; bullshit.
"Because he's probably dead," he dragged. Stu expressed his confusion, but my attention was focused on Billy who was now stalking us. He was quiet and discreet. A lion after the prey. No wonder, he hadn't been caught. He was good. A natural-born killer, no doubt.
But it seems I was the only one who was aware of Billy as Randy went on and Stu listened intently, "His body will come poppin' up in the last reel somewhere! Eyes gouged out, fingers cut off, teeth knocked out! The police are off-track with this shit!"
People were starting at Randy like he was a lunatic by now. Which to be fair, made sense. He was screaming about gouged-out eyes, cut-off fingers, and other bodily mutations in the middle of a video store. Stu tried to save the situation with a quick look around and a quiet, "Man!" to Randy.
But Randy was too far off in his own world to tone his volume down a few notches, "If they'd watch Prom Night, they'd save time!" Randy began to use his body to explain his frustration as he pushed the DVDs into his hands forward and his eyes practically popping out of their sockets, "There's a formula to it! A very simple formula! Everybody's a suspect!"
In unison, all the customers and staff stared at him as if he was a circus clown in a black-and-white mafia movie. Randy seemed to finally notice the attention he had drawn to himself as a red flushed his cheeks. Stu motioned for the audience to look away, which they did, luckily.
"I'm telling you, the dad's a red herring. It's Billy."
Randy backed up but was stopped by Billy holding tight onto his shirt, holding him in place, "And how do we know you're not the killer? Huh?"
Randy held a frightened look, but mine held one of attraction. Billy was hot when he was scary. Really, really hot. I glanced upwards at Stu and felt shock consume me. He held the same gaze I did toward Billy.
I watched as he moved behind Randh who was stuttering like there was no tomorrow. I watched as he bit his lip, and practically eye fucked Billy. My eye began to sting at the sight of how long and intense I was looking at Stu's expression.
My gaze darted to Billy who was threatening Randy, "Maybe your movie-freaked brain lost its reality button. You ever think of that?"
"You're absolutely right. I'm the first to admit it. If this were a movie, I'd be the prime suspect." Randy kissed-ass.
"That's right." Billy praised.
"And what would be your motive?" Stu egged on as he wiggled his finger against the canvas of Randy's neck.
My arousal and attraction toward him were growing, and out of pure confusion, I looked to Stu. He held a gaze of adoration to Billy that my confusion slipped away.
Stu felt the same way as I did.
Oh.
Oh my God.
What did this mean for us? For this weird, triad couple thing we had gotten into to. Did I have to choose between the two? Would Stu choose me? I wasn't sure anymore. Not of Stu.
But I buried my sentiments down. Not here. I couldn't talk about it to them here, so I just watched and listened to what the boys in front of me were saying.
Randy got out of the boys' grasp and spun to face Stu, "It's the millennium," He twisted back toward Billy, "Motives are incidental."
"Millennium. Hmm," Billy pondered. He turned to me, who was awkwardly standing off to the side while watching the three, "Millennium. I like that."
I just gave him a nod which he interpreted as to continue taunting Randy, I guess. He pinched Randy's nose, "That's good. It's the millennium." He patted Randy's cheek mockingly as he motioned to me to follow him. I did as Stu lingered behind still mumbling something to Randy.
I caught up with Billy who just grabbed my wrist, and dragged me out the door with him. We stood out front, waiting for Stu. My fingers wrapped around Billy's, and I snuck my hand into his.
Stu waltzed out the door with a proud grin present on his face. He made his way to us, "Are my favorite boys in the whole wide world ready to enter my private man cave?"
I let out a chuckle at the pure stupidity of Stu which Billy shared. I glanced at Billy from my peripherals and found he was doing the same. We held eye contact, neither of us daring to look away.
"Can you guys stop with the eye sex, please? I already had to watch you guys making out." Stu groaned.
I felt the blood rush to my face as I let out an awkward cough, trying to hide my crumbling dignity. Billy just rolled his eyes at Stu as he let out, "Don't even try to pretend like you didn't enjoy seeing us make out."
Stu simply just shrugged his shoulders, "I liked it better when [Name] was making out with me."
I raised my hands in defeat, "And I liked making out with you both! Can we please move on?"
Stu crept up behind me and lifted me in the air by my waist, "Don't be embarrassed, baby. You're gonna keep making out with us in the future so chill."
I hit Stu in the head, "You might just give me herpes if I make out with you any time soon."
Billy laughed as Stu whimpered and set me down. I let out a small cheer of triumph at regaining my footing before Stu snuck up on me and began tickling my sides. I screamed for Billy to help me escape Stu, but he just watched giddily at my misery.
I launched forward away from Stu and was able to break free. I pointed at Stu as I caught my breath, "I am so getting you back for that."
"Oh yeah? What are you gonna do?" Stu teased.
"Uh," I tried my hardest to come it with a threat up to par, but my mind drew blanks, "it's a secret."
Stu cushioned himself next to me, slowing his pace down, so he could walk comfortably next to Billy and me, "Whatever you say." I elbowed Stu which Billy chortled at.
My eyes lit up at hearing Billy letting out anything that wasn't threats or meaningless flirts. I snapped my fingers at Billy, "Dude, did you see the way Randy was kissing your ass!"
"Yeah, man! He was shaking so bad!" Stu joined me.
Billy nodded as he gave Stu and me a toothy grin, "You should've seen the look [Name] was giving me when I was at it." My hands cupped Billy's mouth, "Don't you dare!"
Billy motioned for Stu to help him break free from my forced muffling of Billy. I fell against Stu's broad chest as he held me there like a prisoner.
"His eyes were practically ripping my clothes off. They were just screaming, 'fuck me!' man."
I felt my head fall against Stu's shoulder as he dragged my feet against the cement. The embarrassment was killing me. Sure, I was technically in a relationship with the boys now, but the topic of any romantic let alone sexual interactions made me shrivel up and die.
"You're killing him, Bill!" Stu quipped. I nodded my head in agreement as I pleaded with Billy to save me from the humiliation. Billy tugged me away from Stu as he let out a breathy, "Okay."
I covered my face with my hands trying to hide how flustered I was. Billy had done a number on my ego with just two sentences, and now, I would have to spend the rest of the night with him at this party that I didn't even want to go to.
It would be a long night, and I knew zero about what was ahead of me except for one thing; I needed to rewatch Prom Night.

Matt Casey- Home Pt2
"I swear I put it in here. I can't find it" Brett says looking through her bag while I'm doing my makeup
"What if Kelly comes in here?" Stella says looking at me
"He won't and anyway that's just a stupid tradition from arranged marriages. Was just to make sure the groom and bride don't see each other before the wedding and decide to run away to avoid the whole thing" I reply finishing up
"I'm not tempting fate in anyway. It's a shock this wedding is even happening"
"Got it" Sylvie pulls out a blue garter
"Oh no that's hideous"
"It's the only one they had"
"Oh no" Stella starts to freak out a little
"Ok breath. You need something blue? Here" I take off my sapphire necklace that Matt bought for me during our first anniversary
"I'm still worried about Kelly seeing the dress"
"Ok" I walk over to the door and open it "Matt? Babe? Tell Kelly if he comes in here I'll kill him"
"Severide ya here that? YN will kill you if you go in that room"
"Got it" Kelly shouts back
"Ok. Now let's get you dressed"
"Hi we're here to check in for the Kidd- Severide wedding" Matt tells the wedding venue owner
"Yeah so I tried to call her but her voicemail was full"
"Well they're here now so let's go. Chop chop these two will run away if they don't get married right now"
"Well, the Miliniac wedding is back on and I still have his deposit, so I gotta let him in. We'll get you guys in here next month"
"Oh no they need to get married now" I say
"Hey buddy listen um they hurry up and get it done, cos they got serious commitment issues, so how about I offer you a hundred bucks?" Herrmann tries to to bribe
"No sorry"
"This is a disaster"
"What now?" Cruz sighs
"We go back to the apartment?" Kelly says with Stella stood behind him
"Hey I'll be back in a second" Matt kisses my cheek and walks off towards a boat
"So YN you and Matt are doing well"
"Yeah" I reply to Gabby clearing my throat feeling very uncomfortable
"Look I don't want things to be awkward. Matt and I divorced, I don't want him back, but I do want my friend back"
"Gabby..."
"I know it's kinda weird and this is Kidd and Severides day, but can we talk later?"
"Ok"
"I got a boat" I hear my boyfriend say. I leave Gabby and walk over to Matt and Kelly "right there. The tour boat"
"You sure everyone can fit on that?" Kelly asks
"They only have two people signed up for the tour, so Captain Herrera said we could buy it out. Even better, he's a ship captain, so he can marry you!" Matt saves the day
Once everyone's on the boat Matt and I sit next to each other
"You ok?"
"Yeah. Not like I get sea sick or anything"
"Just breathe through it" I give Matt a nod and take a deep breath just as Stella walks down the aisle with Boden
"Good afternoon, everybody. Usually, about this time, - I'm pointing out the width of Mather Tower. Instead, the fates aligned and here we are on this ship surrounded by the magnificent city of Chicago to celebrate the union of Kelly and Stella" the captain of the ship says. I lean my head on Matts shoulder "And I understand
this one's been a long time comin so let's get right to it, what do ya say?" This makes us all chuckle. Kelly and Stella say their vows which make me cry. They have their kiss and they are now man and wife
"Wanna get married?" Matt says leaning in my ear and we clap the newlyweds
"What?" I frown looking at my boyfriend confused. Matt stands up pulling me up with him
"I asked Severide and Kidd if this was ok to do" Matt gets down on one knee, I look at the newly weds who just smile at me "YN I love you more than you could ever know. I've been planning on asking you to marry me for a while and Severide gave me the idea to ask you today, said I wouldn't do it else. So YN will you marry me" I wipe the tears that have fallen
"Of course" I yell. Matt places the beautiful ring on my finger
"What do you say? Up for another wedding?" Matt asks the captain who smiles
"Why not"
"What right now?" I ask wide eyed
"YN I don't care about the big white wedding. I just want you to be my wife and your finally home. I don't want to wast anymore time"
"We don't even have rings Matt"
"Doesn't matter. I'll buy some tomorrow"
"Here use ours for now" Kelly and Stella take there's off making me chuckle
"Ok" Matt takes my hand, since we don't have our own vows we just repeat what the captain says. We say our I do's, kiss and now we're married "I was a fiancé for .5 seconds"
"And now your my wife"
We end up parting on the boat till it's late. I can't believe I'm married now. While Kelly and Stella leave for their honeymoon Matt and I head home, put the boys to bed and head to bed ourselves
"I love you YN. Promise we will have our honeymoon soon"
"Can we go to Italy?"
"Done"
"I love you to. Was the easiest yes I've ever made" I yawn cuddled up into Matt.
