Không cưỡng lại được sức hút của Xương Nhi, Soobin Hoàng Sơn bấm chọn ở những giây cuối cùng. Nam ca sĩ cho biết giọng hát của Xương Nhi rất "sạch" vì không hề xử lý chút nào cả. 

Để thuyết phục Xương Nhi, Hương Tràm chạy lên sân khấu và nói: "Về với cô, con là duy nhất còn về với đội chú Soobin, con không là duy nhất". Cuối cùng, chiêu trò của Hương Tràm đã thành công khi chinh phục được cô vé 9 tuổi đến từ TP HCM.

Rocker nhí Lương Phương Linh (9 tuổi) mở đầu đêm thi với ca khúc tiếng Anh 'Bring me to life'. Thí sinh này chinh phục 2 huấn luyện viên Vũ Cát Tường và Soobin Hoàng Sơn ở những giây cuối cùng. Vũ Cát Tường nhận xét phần trình diễn của Phương Linh vẫn còn thiếu lửa nhưng cô bé rất xuất sắc ở những đoạn trầm và những nốt cao. Trong khi đó, Soobin Hoàng Sơn cảm phục vì cô bé 9 tuổi đã chọn nhạc Rock để dự thi. Hai huấn luyện viên Soobin Hoàng Sơn và Vũ Cát Tường lên sân khấu trổ tài hát tiếng Anh để chiêu dụ Phương Linh. Cuối cùng, cô bé chọn về đội nữ ca sĩ 'Vết mưa'.

Trần Ngọc Gia Hân (10 tuổi) mang đến không gian nhẹ nhàng, nên thơ qua ca khúc 'Giấc mơ trưa'. Cô bé chinh phục được cả 4 huấn luyện viên. Soobin Hoàng Sơn, Hương Tràm, Tiên Cookie dành lời khen cho giọng hát trong trẻo, ngọt ngào, da diết của Gia Hân. Trong khi Vũ Cát Tường thì hứa sẽ dẫn cô bé đi chơi, đi ăn và có nhà thiết kế riêng để may váy đẹp cho thí sinh. Kết quả, Gia Hân bị chiêu dụ bởi những lời mật ngọt của cặp huấn luyện viên Hương Tràm - Tiên Cookie.

Nguyễn Vũ Phương Anh (14 tuổi) được huấn luyện viên Vũ Cát Tường bấm chọn khi thể hiện ca khúc 'Chợt như giấc mơ'. Huấn luyện viên Hương Tràm tin rằng chất giọng trầm bẩm sinh sẽ giúp Phương Anh có thể xử lý rất tốt các ca khúc nhạc nhẹ.

Ca sĩ nhí của các sân khấu lô tô, Khả Vy (10 tuổi) dự thi bằng ca khúc nhạc Rock mang tên 'Bão đêm'. Giọng hát đầy nội lực của Khả Vy chinh phục được cặp Hương Tràm - Tiên Cookie và Soobin Hoàng Sơn. Hương Tràm nhận xét cô bé là một rocker thực sự trên sân khấu trong khi đó các huấn luyện viên còn lại Khả Vy có chất giọng đặc biệt. Sau khi nghe Hương Tràm hứa sẽ giúp mình hát Rock tốt hơn, Khả Vy quyết định về đội của 2 nữ ca sĩ trong sự tiếc nuối của Soobin Hoàng Sơn.

Nguyễn Thị Minh Ngọc (10 tuổi) chinh phục huấn luyện viên Soobin Hoàng Sơn khi thể hiện ca khúc 'Đất nước lời ru'. Nam ca sĩ nhận xét về học trò: "Mặc dù ban nhạc đánh rất dày nhưng cũng không át được giọng hát nội lực của con".

Depuis cinquante ans, Fleetwood Mac est le meilleur soap opera du rock, depuis leurs débuts sur la scène blues-rock anglaise dans les années 1960 jusqu’à aujourd’hui, en passant par leur transformation des années 1970 qui les a fait devenir des superstars du rock californien, et leurs succès des années 1980. Au fil des années, le groupe a connu des explosions romantiques et des consommations historiques de drogue. « Il y avait des fêtes partout dans la maison, a déclaré John McVie à Rolling Stone en 1977, en se souvenant de la création de leur LP classique intitulé Rumours. Incroyable. Terrifiant. De grandes quantités de substances illicites. Les jours et les nuits passaient, inexorablement ».

Le groupe Fleetwood Mac ne vit qu’au travers de ses chansons. A l’origine, elles transmettent les visions blues du génie tragique, Peter Green. Puis, au début des années 1970, elles deviennent des morceaux fascinants, même si on n’y fait pas souvent attention, avec Jeremy Spencer, Danny Kirwan et Bob Welch. Elles connaissent leur apogée lorsque Christine McVie, le batteur fou Mick Fleetwood et le bassiste John McVie s’allient à l’équipe de compositeurs du sud de la Californie formée de Lindsey Buckingham et de Stevie Nicks. La face B de Rumours débute par une collaboration qui reste la seule chanson dans l’histoire du groupe sur laquelle les cinq membres de Fleetwood Mac sont crédités comme compositeurs. Même si elle a été construite à partir d’une poignée de fragments musicaux disparates, en son centre se trouve la composition de Christine McVie intitulée « Keep Me There » (également connue sous le nom de « Butter Cookie »), un morceau tendu au clavier resté incomplet pendant les premières sessions d’enregistrement de l’album en février 1976. « On a décidé qu’il avait besoin d’une transition, alors on en a enregistré une qu’on a ajoutée au reste de la chanson », a déclaré Buckingham à Rolling Stone en 1977. Ils se sont mis d’accord sur un passage menaçant de basse de 10 notes joué par John McVie sur la batterie croissante de Fleetwood. « On n’avait pas de paroles, on l’a laissée en morceaux pendant un moment, raconte Buckingham. Cette chanson a presque été écartée de l’album. On l’a réécoutée et on s’est dit qu’on aimait la transition mais pas le reste de la chanson. J’ai donc écrit des paroles pour cette transition qui, à l’origine, ne faisait pas partie de la chanson ».

« Don’t Stop » était le conseil optimiste et insouciant de Christine McVie à John McVie à la fin de leur mariage. C’était également un aperçu de son propre bonheur. (Elle sortait à l’époque avec Curry Grant, ce qui créait une tension supplémentaire au sein de l’environnement de travail orageux de Fleetwood Mac.) « « Don’t Stop », c’est Chris qui dit à John « je t’aime mais je ne suis pas amoureuse de toi » », a plus tard déclaré Fleetwood. Comme le dit Christine, « « Don’t Stop » n’était qu’un sentiment. Ça ferait une très bonne chanson pour une compagnie d’assurance, mais je ne suis assurément pas quelqu’un de pessimiste. Je suis quelqu’un qui écrit des chansons d’amour ». La chanson s’est hissée à la troisième place du classement Billboard et a pris une résonance encore plus large en 1992 lorsque Bill Clinton, alors candidat à l’élection présidentielle, l’a utilisée comme chanson de campagne. Les membres de Fleetwood Mac se parlaient à peine à l’époque, mais ils se sont quand même retrouvés pour jouer « Don’t Stop » lors du bal inaugural de Clinton. Quand Christine a rejoint ses camarades lors d’un concert à Dublin en 2013, 17 ans après avoir quitté le groupe, c’est la première chanson qu’ils ont interprétée.

Le point culminant de Rumours est une ballade à la guitare qui ressemble à un film d’horreur. Nicks chante sur des notes de guitare à propos d’une sombre obsession sexuelle et d’une ruée vers la drogue comme si ce n’était qu’une seule et même addiction : « Did she make you cry?/Make you break down?/Shatter your illusions of love? ». D’après l’ingénieur du son Chris Morris, il a fallu « 20 ou 30 prises » pour que la chanson soit enregistrée convenablement, Nicks enregistrant les paroles tard le soir enroulée dans un châle, debout sur une chaise avec quelqu’un qui tamisait doucement les lumières du studio d’enregistrement. Elle interprète toujours « Gold Dust Woman » en concert en dansant de façon interprétative. « C’est en partie une représentation de moi dans la peau de certains des accros à la drogue que j’ai connus mais c’est aussi moi-même, cette fille perdue dans la rue, apeurée et qui n’a aucune idée de comment retrouver son chemin, a-t-elle déclaré à Rolling Stone. Quand Christine l’a vue, elle a dit « Wow, on a toujours su que « Gold Dust Woman » parlait de l’époque où on touchait à la drogue, mais ça décrit vraiment à quel point c’était effrayant pour nous tous et ce qu’on était prêt à faire ». Peu avant qu’elle ne rejoigne Fleetwood Mac avec Buckingham, Nicks a acheté un roman intitulé Triad dans un aéroport. Il racontait l’histoire d’une galloise qui se croyait possédée par une autre femme qu’on appelait Rhiannon. « J’ai écrit cette chanson pour représenter ce qui est pour moi une vieille sorcière galloise. Elle parle d’une femme très mystique pour qui il est très compliqué de se soumettre, de quelque façon que ce soit ». Imaginant une « chanson country galloise », Nicks a commencé avec des accords durs au piano autour desquels Buckingham a construit une partie de guitare. « J’avais tendance à vouloir ajouter du rythme, à en faire une chanson plus rock », se souvient-il. Nicks a plus tard appris que Rhiannon était un personnage de la mythologie galloise, mais elle a créé son propre mythe sur le premier succès de Fleetwood Mac qui s’est classé dans les 10 meilleures chansons américaines : l’enchanteresse californienne au châle qui a laissé des publics stupéfaits par ses performances intenses. « On dirait une fée, une princesse qui vit des idylles fabuleuses dans un royaume magique », a un jour déclaré Courtney Love.

En 1976, au début du processus d’enregistrement de ce qui allait devenir Rumours, l’album marquant de Fleetwood Mac, les membres du groupe ont fait une pause dans leur tournée et ont loué une maison en Floride pour travailler sur de nouvelles chansons. Les deux relations au centre du groupe se détérioraient, ce n’était probablement pas le meilleur moment pour des vacances en famille : « A part les tensions sous-jacentes et évidentes, je me souviens que la maison avait une mauvaise ambiance, comme si elle était hantée, ce qui n’arrangeait pas les choses », a écrit Mick Fleetwood dans son autobiographie. Dans cette maison, Lindsey Buckingham a composé une nouvelle chanson qui exprimait sa colère sombre créée par sa rupture avec Stevie Nicks. « « Go Your Own Way » est une chanson pleine de colère, pleine d’angoisse », a-t-il affirmé. Avec un battement de tambour lourd et des notes de guitare agressives, c’est également une chanson qui s’éloigne du « rock léger » auquel était habitué Fleetwood Mac. « J’ai eu cette idée en écoutant « Street Fighting Man » des Rolling Stones, a déclaré Buckingham à propos du rythme de la chanson. Mick n’arrivait pas vraiment à comprendre et il a fait son propre truc ». Sorti comme premier single de Rumours, « Go Your Own Way » est devenu un succès qui s’est hissé dans le classement des 10 meilleures chansons. « Je lui en ai énormément voulu de dire au monde entier que tout ce que je voulais, c’était être avec d’autres hommes, a déclaré Nicks à Rolling Stone en 1997.
