Don't worry darlings, just because I don't like them, doesn't mean you have to stop licking their boots clean. But maybe talk about that with a therapist? Being that mad at someone for disliking a group of people whose majority is known for being incompetent and violent, surely doesn't show stability.

one time i weaponised my autism so hard I got all my classmates, even the ones who never read books, to read my then favourite book ("Ο Θεός αγαπά τα πουλιά" by Aggeliki Varella).

I guess you could call it my hyperfixation for like a solid 3 months. I loved that book so much, I was obsessed with it, I would not stop talking about it in class, to the point some of my classmates decided to read it as well, and they liked it too, and then the teacher started encouraging everyone else to read it as well- to the point we made a class project for the book (we were in fourth grade). It was a really nice moment and memory for me.

There's a Greek series called Aggeliki. It's an example of how sa trauma affects the victims. She was a teenager when it happened in a festival by four drunk brothers who she knew because her father worked for them. 17! Years later she's traumatized and seeks revenge. Yes she graduated college and became a doctor, she tried to forget it, but it wasn't enough. The series handled it well and even when she fell in love she proceeded her relationship in her own terms with no pressure!

The series has a happy ending thankfully, but the story in general showed many types of relationships from toxic to abusive and manipulative and how society treats men who exploit their power.

So yeah LO should have either make the story only with that plot or not at all and instead make it an anthology series based on the original greek myths.

I’d much rather that honestly, it sounds like a much better story than what LO is putting out now besides just from reading it I already feel like it’s well written and represents the topics good. Maybe I’ll give it a watch it’ll help to see trauma being represented without any inaccuracies or inconsistencies.
