Uhhh something Something headcanon the pizzaplex staff are given little trivia note cards about the company and the 80's in general to recite to guests as they tour the place or something, but the thing about these note cards is that they're full of the most inaccurate info ever, and freddy'll overhear them sometimes and literally have to stop in his tracks to compute what was just said like

Take two because tumblr deleted my entire goddamn essay of a post— so um I did a bad thing (LONG POST INCOMING)

Okay, so I accidentally came up with a FNAF movie AU where William is the Bruce Wayne but evil of Afton Industries, Vanessa is his heir, and Mike is new to the city and just landed a job as one of the Afton Industries henchmen.

Mike quickly realizes something is up because all the other henchmen around him are acting Abnormal™️ as in, they feel almost drained of their humanity (they all wear animal masks, Mike’s is a fox). His first day, the other henchmen that joined the same day, Jeremy, was super friendly and talkative— only to find that the man had gone completely silent, only speaking in affirmation to orders or replying with very rudimentary yeses and nos. The only other “henchman” who seems to be unaffected by this is a blonde woman in a bunny mask, who he quickly befriends because What The Fuck. We’re the only normal ones here. This is weird as shit right??

What Mike doesn’t know is that that henchman, Vanessa, is the reason he isn’t under the same mind control the others are under. In fact, she isn’t technically a henchman at all. She’s there to keep an eye on the third wave of the latest Afton project to confirm that the product, mind control chips attached to the animal masks the henchmen wear, are working as planned (as a parallel to the animatronics in the FNAF movie being controlled by William). This is all leading up to the end of the week, where Afton Industries is throwing a giant Gala with one plan in mind: to use the mind control chips to give William control over all of the city’s elite.

But Vanessa doesn’t agree with William’s plan, instead fucking with the least eye catching henchman’s chip (Mike) so that he notices something is up. And he does. So they become close, even getting to know each other outside of work because neither of them really had a friend before. When he first sees Vanessa’s face, all that registers in his head is huh. she looks kinda familiar. but he doesn’t connect the dots because he’s new to the city and doesn’t keep up with the rich elite because why would he (plus perhaps Vanessa can pull a superhero disguise and wear glasses or some shit 💀💀💀).

Vanessa inconspicuously seeds information to Mike about how the henchmen are being mind controlled and leading him to make the conclusion that that mind control is being extended during the ever impending Gala at the end of the week. They come up with a plan to kill the main server hub of Afton Industries to break the mind control of the henchmen + prevent the city’s elite from falling under William’s control. But there’s some underlying tension because Mike is completely open about his life and even introduces Vanessa to Abby, his little sister who he basically raised, but he catches on that Vanessa always seems to know a little too much about the ongoing of Afton Industries. Worse still is when he catches Vanessa lying about her past/life as her stories start contradicting each other. He starts realizing that he really doesn’t know anything about Vanessa but she begs him to give her just a little more time and then she’ll explain everything.

Vanessa planned to feed Mike code words instructing him through their plan through their comms so that to others, it just sounded like a normal conversation. Vanessa promises him that even if the plan goes awry, she’ll make sure he’ll be okay. He doesn’t question her how.

The day of the Gala comes around and Mike finds himself conveniently positioned right where he needs to be, in the main lobby of Afton Industries, as security. This is where the Welcoming Ceremony was taking place, introducing the hosts and inviting all the guests to the reception.

But as Mike starts panicking because Vanessa isn’t responding through her ear piece, he hears a familiar voice from the balcony of the lobby. He looks up and makes eye contact with his only friend: Vanessa. It dawns on him then that that was the reason for all Vanessa’s secrecy. She’d been lying to him this whole time. How much of this had she been planning since the beginning? Was she still trustworthy or was she actually working with William? How could Vanessa Afton be the “bad guy” when she’d been his closest confidant since moving to the city?

(Was this just an excuse to put Vanessa in this fit? Absofruitly. I am not immune to woman in dress)

Immediately, Mike catches that Vanessa is keeping up her side of the plan when he hears one of their code words in her speech.

William Afton finds Mike personally after he disrupts the server and grabs him, only to be thrown off by Vanessa, who followed him. -> smth smth plot (i’ll think of it later) -> William Afton gets publicly exposed and arrested. Mike turns to Vanessa and asks what’s going to happen to her? She smiles sadly at him and says it’s going to be okay, she’ll survive. -> setup for sequel for because I cannot think of a story ever without setting up for a sequel

And that’s as much as my silly putty lump of a brain thought of while blindly walking around Las Vegas. Was this all inspired by those two pictures? Yes. Am I regretful? Maybe. Ask me again in like 24 hours *smiles serenely*

what is was prince michael? a soldier ( as expected; when you're not actively sitting the throne, you'd best go off to war, and william is in 'perfect' health ); a brawler ( when he turned seventeen his royal parents came down on his head with this ultimatum: if he did not stop going to taverns and roughing up his subjects, they would pass over him for his sister and name her heir ); a hedonist ( they say he could drink his own weight, that he never said no to a proposition, that he was sleeping with his manservant ); a kinslayer ( it is, in fact, illegal and punishable by death to call him such publicly; but on the little prince's eleventh birthday, he was led into the woods by the heir apparent, and did not return alive ); an artificer ( all aftons are artificers -- mechromancers, they call it; the ability to imbue metal with magic and manipulate it, producing automatons for their armies ); dead?

before the prince's twenty-first birthday, the king and queen announced his untimely death. he was buried in a closed casket, a national affair, but lacking a bit of the pomp and a lot of the mourning expected of the royal family. his sister elizabeth waits in line for the throne.

who is michael? the village blacksmith, with an unheard-of talent for working metal. he'll mend your ploughs and hoes the same as any smith, but why let him go to waste? he crafted a chair that allows the apothecary to wheel herself around town ( he says he made one similar for his young sister ). he straightened a farmer's spine with interlocking metal plates. he's tall, and strong, and his services come cheap. for this reason, they have not banned him from the tavern. yet.

he wears a neckerchief, the colour so worn and the material so stained it's difficult to tell what it began life as, but some swear they've seen it close, and that it was purple silk. this earned the scoffs and immediate dismissal of all who heard. after all, purple silk is hard to come by, and the only people who wear the king's colours are royalists, and there are no royalists in the village. when asked, michael only laughed, from behind his pair of smoked-glass spectacles. ( no one has ever seen his eyes in good lighting -- purple silk, perhaps? )

he has no head for politics. when asked his opinion on the movements of local troops, or on the treatment of the animalkfolk who live in the kingdom ( the aarakocra, the ursids, the kitsune, the leporines, and all the rest ), he'll claim to have none. yet he has been known to frown when word of the army has reached him; the invasion of a neighbouring kingdom and the taking of their princess kept him up all night, and he was closed the next morning. when he reopened, he would not speak of it.

he keeps his gloves with him at all times. he says they're used for smithing, and perhaps he's telling the truth, but no one in the village has ever seen gloves like these before: great leather gauntlets inlaid with metal and strange tubing. occasionally, they give off steam. he says it's from working the bellows. even the villagers find this hard to believe.

he is not, under any circumstances, going home.

In this AU there are 4 main Mafia families, with three of them teaming up against the fourth. They are:

The Fazbears, consisting of the Og FNAF gang, the Glamrocks, some of the Toys(Chica and Freddy), BB and Lolbit. Freddy Senior has retired and Glamrock Freddy is the current head. Gregory is his adopted son who knows the family business but hasn't decided if he wants to be a part of it.

The Galaxia family, consisting of Sun, Moon, Eclipse, Mangled and Helpy. Eclipse is the Don, while Sun and Moon are the second in commands/co-heirs.

The Emilys. This consists of Henry Emily, The Funtimes and Marionette. Henry is obviously the Don. Marionette is surprisingly the second in command.

And finally, The Afton family. This consists of William Afton, Baby/Elizabeth, the Nightmares, the Withers, some of the Toys(Bonnie and Foxy), Ballora and the Minirinas. Peepaw Willy is obviously the Don, with second in command being Ballora and heiress is Baby.

Vanessa is in this Au as a double agent. Being Vanessa for the Fazbears and being Vanny for the Aftons. Her loyalty lies with Afton.

The Aftons have been encroaching on the other families businesses for a long time, and with total control of the Port, they've gone too far. So, the other three families come up with a plan on how to beat back Afton and restore balance. One phase was to get rid of one of Afton's prized (unwilling) assets. That's where we come in.

Y/N is a famous singer under the thumb of Afton. He greatly enjoys their music as well as the cover it provides the more unsavory dealings. Sun and Moon get sent to their most recent concert to take them out in front of Afton. Sun and Moon have proven themselves to be very capable when it comes to these things, so they were given only one instruction:

Don't take interest.

They go to the concert in order to carry out the order, but up on stage with you singing your heart out (at this point your reach the climax of the song), the lights catching and framing your form perfectly, you looked too beautiful to kill. They hesitated. Unfortunately for them, William was tipped off and his goons were ready. That moments hesitation was all it took. Guns went off and chaos reigned. During the Pandemonium, Sun and Moon manage to slip out abit scathed and with a prize.

You.

Y/N is taken back to the Galaxia house and is placed before Eclipse. One Don meeting later and plans are changed for you to be used as a bargaining chip instead of an example. For some reason Afton finds you indispensable enough to actually TRY said negotiation. Granted nothing comes of it and you're still in the Galaxia family's hands.

What's so special about you?

This can be interpreted any way but some things first:

- Sun, Moon and Eclipse are NOT related in anyway. However they are close enough to act like brothers.

- I personally see this as a Sun X Moon X reader X Eclipse story but you do what ever you do.

- There is actually something special about Y/N, yes.

So in this AU the reader is actually just. A really ordinary person. They work as a florist. They spend weekends watching movies mostly on their own bc they don’t have a lot of friends. They’re pretty lonely overall but they try rlly hard to be a nice person. They don’t even know that their Uncle- the man who raised them- is like. The Head Dude of a huge infamous criminal organization

So one day it slips out to police that Uncle Mafia Guy has this one person he’s closer to than anyone else, and he’s been heard on multiple occasions calling them ‘the closest thing he has to an heir’

So the cops are all like 👁👁👀👀👁👀👁👁👀👀👁👀👁👀👁👁👁 at reader bc Oh My God they must know so much but they’re young and inexperienced so maybe they can catch THEM slipping up in the way the Uncle never has

So Sun and Moon are sent first to see if they can see them doing anything they can arrest them for, but the worst thing Reader does is leave food out for the stray cats of the area but instead they attract raccoons

So the cops are like. Maybe they don’t show it on their PUBLIC LIFE. mAybe,, we gotta get up in their PERSONAL life

So Sun and Moon are sent in AGAIN but this time to try n get close enough to Reader to maybe catch them slipping up enough to get valuable info

(Sun and Moon are extremely bothered and morally object to this idea, but the longer Uncle Guy is out there running his Business, the more horrible things are happening in the world, and this is the CLOSEST THING they’ve gotten to a lead in like MONTHS)

Eclipse is out there. Doing OTHER Crime Boss stuff. And his biggest threat/rival is Uncle Guy and HIS business

They told them about all their favorite things, about their dreams and their fears and their wishes. And they wanted to maybe make a future WITH these guys. Did they ever even like them at all???

So they feel broken, distraught, and extremely betrayed.

And then. :) Uncle Crimeboss shows up

the Uncle is William Afton mcfuckface. And Reader isn’t even related to him. He killed their family in a house fire and they were the only one to escape.

Reader’s Dad worked for Afton and Afton was cleaning up a mess that he wasn’t going to let happen.

He knew he couldn’t just snuff Reader, who had escaped the fire, without it looking extremely sketchy. So he adopted them! As the best friend of their dad, he felt it only right

And this whole thing with Sun and Moon and Eclipse?? AFTON was the one that leaked the information about Reader being his ‘heir’. Then he sat back and waited for everyone else to make their move

It went wonderfully! Even better than planned! Bc now he can use this Huge Fucking Mess to manipulate Reader hardcore. Bc now he can use this Huge Fucking Mess to manipulate Reader hardcore, and sculpt them into being the perfect successor

And Reader is stuck in the middle. An unknowing pawn in a game they didn’t even realize was happening.

On one hand. Afton is like. The only person that’s ever been consistent in their life. They’ve been raised by him. He’s only ever played the ‘kind father’ part. So when he comes to their rescue RIGHT AS EVERYTHING IS FALLING APART, and says “see? The world only wants to control you and twist what you know is true into fiction. But I won’t let anyone hurt you here”

Of course they WANT to believe him

But. When you have been really and truly betrayed and made such a fool of. You start to really notice the Signs.

They know the truth now. And there’s nothing they can do to forgive and forget.

anyway. susan refers to nessa and gregory as her children, so i assume this means she adopted nessa?? either legally or just emotionally, and considering she was homeless before henry gave them the afton house i am going to assume the us legal system wouldnt give her custody of nessa at all so its the latter.

WILLIAM FINDING REMNANT AS A TEENAGER IS SUCH A COOL CONCEPT ?!?!? like. him finding it post cc (i love how you call him benny btw. really cool name) or charlie's death is interesting, but the idea that he experimented using animals (AND HIS OWN FAMILY DAMN) and then moved onto children/humans once he- presumeably- did everything he could with being that didnt have the same level of sentience?? amazing. very evil-scientist core. love it.

remnant working similar to radiation is also an interesting idea, having to be stored carefully or it will 'possess' the objects around it. (imagine william tried to store it in a bucket one time and the bucket just. got possessed. what do you even do in that situation-) are there some materials that remenant is physcially unable to uh. meld itself into i guess?? like some resources are just remnant resistant??

will susan tell the kids about remnant? about everything (or even just some things) the aftons had going on? or is she going to try protect them from the truth?? DOES SHE FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO MIKE POST-SISTER LOCATION?? is the scoop canon to this au?? (if so my next question is how did faz ent get the sperm of a corpse but its faz ent. theyll find a way.)

It Twasn't a mistake. Twas a calculated risk.

I love people asking about the stuff I make. I'm out here stimming from excitement, you got me smiling so hard that my dimples are showing.

Emotionally and illegally. If there's one thing the lore has shown us about Henry beyond what we already know, it's that after William's bull-fuckery Henry had to be just as shady to bring the musty dusty purple Pringle down so paying someone to forge adoption papers was easy(I like to think he fnaf!Neil Caffrey to do it)

The concept of William discovering Remnant post-CC is nice but it never lined up quite right to me, I know way too much about how famous historical scientists studied the way stuff worked extensively to even begin experimenting with it to think that he discovered Remnant, and immediately started killing people to get results. William isn't on the Anti Social Personality Spectrum but he is an undiagnosed Narcissist with a God-Complex. So, William discovers Remnant as a teen and does smaller experiments to figure out how it works (this is one of my fnaf theories specifically around William's relationship to Remnant)

All the discourse about Remnant is actually what inspired the Radiation thing. Everyone, everywhere, was losing their minds over the insanity that is Remnant and I had a throwaway thought about how we've seen all this in fiction where Radiation is the given cause: the mutates in every Fallout game ever and the TV show, Spiderman, The Hulk, Corpse Mikey would fit right in in the Fallout-verse, etc. All fnaf does is take all of those concepts and shove them into one place and I love that. The only thing it doesn't do is bring you back to life and I think that's because you need internal organs for that. Mike lost his organs but not his brain so Remnant kept brain activity going.

The bucket thing did happen. It wasn't a bucket thought. It was one of those plain lunch boxes. He had one already but, he bought an extra to store the Remnant in. Long story short, it's early morning, and he's practically brain-dead as he gets ready for school so he grabs one of the lunch boxes without. Lunch in the cafeteria was legendary that day. The lunch box screeched, and he made up a half-lie about trying to invent a musical lunch box but grabbing the wrong one. He invented an actual musical lunch box that was fairly popular in UK for a while.

Yes! Funny enough Radiated materials are the only things Remnant can't meld itself to. He could never figure out why but, William's not one to look a gift horse in the mouth. He bought and repurposed multiple microwaves to act as radiated containers.

By the time they get to the house Gregory and Nessa are 10 and 14 respectively so she does tell them, they're also Geniuses ala Afton Genetics and they're also Peak Gremlins™️ so they'd find out anyway.

Everyone knows Michael Afton(legal name Mike Schmidt) as a Missing Person's case that's gone unsolved for decades by this point. The footage of him getting scooped was scrubbed as was his being worn like a meat suit. But there is footage of 'Mike' forcing himself up and to the Elevator. His organs were all gone by the time the Police got there but the blood muscle and other bodily fluids were still there. It's believed that Mike was lured to the scooping room through abuse and manipulation a fact further compounded by the bodies of the technicians being found hanging by police.

The general belief is that he died out in the wilderness but, his body was never found hence the Missing Presumed Dead thing. This all happened in 1986 when he was 17. Afton Robotics and Fazent shut down Circus Baby's officially and stopped renting out the Funtimes after this because they weren't fast enough to cover it up like with the Missing Children's Incident and the Bite of '83. And so began the downfall of Fazbear Entertainment and Afton Robotics.

So yeah, the scoop happened here, and since Remnant works with what's already there and Mike's practically made of the stuff because he grew up eating it, his sperm was kept intact ala Remnant(I mean he didn't lose his penis to the scoop.)

As for the name. I was watching the sandlot when I came up with it. (His middle name is Garret) I'm glad you like it.

So my fnaf au I’ve been calling the Christmas Kids AU, because I have an obsession with I Can’t Handle Change.

The main characters (and my weird nicknames for them) are as follows:

Michael Afton (“the son and heir”)- Michael is basically the same as in canon. He’s William’s oldest son and his kind of favorite, and he holds a LOT of guilt over not only his siblings’ deaths and the bite, but also over the missing children in general and William’s actions. Following being scooped by Baby, he uses the remnant William harvested from the missing kids to keep himself alive, but he only does so to prevent himself from dying before he can stop William. He was 14 in 1983, and 21 when he was scooped, which is where his body has been permanently preserved. His spirit possesses Glamrock Freddy during Security Breach.

Cassidy Afton (“the vengeful spirit”)- Cassidy is the youngest of the Afton family, born in 1974. He is autistic and generally very unlike others, leading to him being alienated and bullied heavily, with very few friends. He was William’s least favorite child, mostly due to his high intelligence despite his young age meaning it was hard to manipulate him the way he did to Elizabeth and Michael, which made it especially bad when Cassidy began claiming he’d witnessed a child get “eaten” by an animatronic and killed. While he wasn’t supposed to die, William held no contempt for Michael after Cassidy’s death on his ninth birthday, believing it was better off if Cassidy was dead. He just didn’t stay dead.

Elizabeth Afton (“the turtle girl”)- Elizabeth is the middle child and the only daughter of the Afton family. Before their mother left in October of 1982, Elizabeth was her mother and father’s favorite. Amalie, her mother, simply thought she was the sweetest girl in the world, and William saw her loyalty as a good beginning to make her a perfect child and a successor. Despite her sweet demeanor, due to her parental issues she had a harsh mean streak and struggled to get along with her peers. The lengths she went to earn approval and love ended up with her pegged as a bad kid in most people’s eyes, but she kept up a superficial reputation as a sweet and loving girl. She absolutely adored her father and his work, but her favorite things were dolls and circuses, which ultimately inspired the Funtime animatronics.

William Afton (“the shadow man”)- Pretty similar to canon William. He’s a garbage dad, horribly manipulative, and obsessed with control. He always wants to control everything around him, especially who lives and who dies.

The five missing children (“the gifts”)- Each child was killed from 1982 to 1985, and the five of them- Charlie, Susie, Jeremy, Gabriel and Mitzi (nicknamed Fritz)- each possess one of Fazbear’s main animatronics (including The Puppet). Each of them, slowly losing their grip on themselves and their sanity, target and attack any adult they can get their hands on in an attempt to find closure. Charlie, absolutely terrified of what’s become of them all, is the one who brought the other four back to life to try and save their souls. Cassidy did it himself though.

I like your medieval au. Just wondering who the other people are in you au. Like is William Afton a suitor or is he a king that adopted Vanessa after all 3 of his heirs died?

I haven’t really thought that far ahead. I am like gonna make various references to other fairytale stories. I actually was thinking of making him a Rothbart figure (Swan Lake) who perhaps took over the kingdom for his own reasons.

Mind you, this is like supposed to be a one off thing. Maybe a fairytale writhing the Kill the Lights AU.

Deep Dive #4: William Afton..

(Note: This is how William came to be in my AU, not Canon William!)

Hi, it's been a bit since I've done one of these. I just have opinions on William. I don't like him.

Whatever, let's just get started so I can move on to the Tormentors next!

William started out in much the same way the others did, with the Stereotypical AU. He even had white eyes and that ridiculous belt over his eyes. All purple, murder sprees, toast and coffee, separate from Glitchtrap, all that stuff.

In all my AUs, he was a pleasant guy and a good father. He regretted his murders and was bff's with Henry and Charlie 🥺🥺🥺.

Even in the Old AU he was a good guy. Though, this AU I scrapped most of the Stereotypes for him and made him Glitchtrap. This is what he looked like:

Yeesh. I did him horrendous with this one. I do like the stars on the vest tho-

And then I decided I didn't fw the Old AU and revamped it.

William didn't regret his murders anymore, but was still regretful of what he did to his children. My current AU was going to have William rejoin the family and work through his problems with Evan and Michael, with Michael being his biggest obstacle. It was going to be angsty and would result in Michael trying to kill William before he broke down sobbing and they had a talk. Michael would tearfully admit that he doesn't know how to forgive William and William would tell him that he never had to forgive him ever if he didn't want to.

Then eventually I decided "hey wtf William sucks actually." And made him a psycho maniac that wants to get his family back by making them immortal and trapping them in a perfect mold of what they used to be and is obsessed with proving to Michael, his heir (as far as he's concerned) that he's better in every way than his life. He used to be a good father but his desire to bring his wife back corrupted him into searching for immortality under any circumstances.

And Michael gets to beat him up once in a while when he shows up to kill more kiddies.

(sidenote: my opinions on William don't change how I feel about DSaFs Davey Miller. Love that stinky kiddie strangler sm <3)

So I've been getting some questions about this in the AU and I felt it would be easier for me to explain it in one BIG post than to answer a bunch of little posts all together, if that makes sense? WARNING This contains spoilers for the most recent chapters of Glamstars! Do not read if you want to go through the story on your own!

Jaime is indeed Michael Afton's child. However, Michael married Jin under the alias of "Mike Schmidt", so Jaime's legal name is Jaime Schmidt

Michael appeared as normal to Jin and other humans due to the servo chip that alters brain perception.

Jaime was conceived thanks to the Remnant that kept Michael alive. Biologically, Jaime is probably a closer biological match to her mother than she is to her father

Jaime was indeed born a boy, however she feels more comfortable dressing and being referred to as a girl. This change happened after her father died

With her hair down, Jaime looks very similar to Michael's sister, Elizabeth

Jaime knows nothing of her Afton heritage, as Michael kept it a secret from his family. However, after his death, Jin learns part of the truth

Michael was not originally planning to die. However, once Henry learned of what Michael was trying to do, he informed him that his father survived Fazbear's Fright and that the only way to end things for good is for all of them to atone for their sins

Because Michael did not truly wish to die, his spirit would not have moved on

Little side note as well; William named Michael as the rightful heir to Afton Robotics LLC. As such, Michael named Jaime as his heir. So, Jaime technically owns the rights to her grandfather's company, however she's too young to take up the deed.

And thats everything! I hoped I answered all of the questions i've been getting as of late and i already know the questions will only increase the closer we get to the ending BUT for now, I think everything is fine!
