I wanted to make a post on the number of times Gojo and Geto “meet halfway” even beyond death. Just a complication of moments!
Spoilers if you’re anime-only.
Gojo Satoru stops in his tracks upon hearing something roll onto the floor; quickly followed by the voice of someone whom he killed with his own hands.
More under the cut:
Tumblr media
Gate open!
The same words upon a 10-year separation. Not “hisashiburi ne” but “hisashi ne” (a shortened version):
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
(Worth noting: the flashback image of Gojo after killing Geto looks eerily like Toji upon death. There is a deliberate parallel.)
Tumblr media
Gojo tries to make sense of what is happening and his six eyes registers the physical information that it’s really Geto.
In processing this he is momentarily flooded with memories of the best 3 years of his life - the Blue Spring 青い春.
Ironically like being flooded with information after being hit by unlimited void, as there have been others who pointed out.
Tumblr media
He was rendered immobile with information on his precious memories and that’s what seals him.
His mind was matching up information from his physical senses (six eyes) and his soul (presenting as feeling).
Tumblr media
And his soul refutes the information. His mind knows Geto wouldn’t do this. Thus, he knows otherwise.
Here is where he reverts back to “ore” 俺 as his raw and authentic self presents itself for a the moment where he is experiencing heightened emotions from the sacrilege before him that gets his trapped.
And it all kinda sucks because seems unfair that Gojo is going to suffer again for what seems to be a heavily one-sided pining for his best friend.
But then, Geto, who really is unable to react (because it isn’t Geto, as he is actually dead) ... still manages to do something.
Although like a dragonfly whose head has been cut off, it responds. His body appears to be imprinted with information despite his brain (mind) and soul not being there.
Tumblr media
As someone pointed out on Twitter/now X, Gojo reacts to Geto’s words/presence and Geto react to his name being called (and possibly also from seeing Gojo in that position):
Tumblr media
Gege, thank you for making this a reciprocal moment.
That smug lil smile from Gojo also kinda depicts a small victory that he made that happen. Something, as a reader, we appreciate that even the ancient Kenjaku has never encountered before - the vessel reacting whilst he is the host.
It’s poetic how they react to each other despite the situation where one is practically dead but can still depict sentiments of a strong bond.
Gege follows up on this with a moment between Toji and Megumi to illustrate another example of parallelism and emphasis, just 7-8 chapters later:
Tumblr media
The narrator doesn’t finish the sentence, but it hints at how the remnants of a soul can still persist within the body if it’s important enough. Leading the body to react even if the brain isn’t there in Geto’s case, and the body in a vessel can still react even if it’s soul information wasn’t summoned by the curse technique user.
It also hints at the parallels between Geto and Toji who died after yielding and “burying” a part of themselves.
The reciprocal nature of Gojo and Geto extends to the afterlife scene.
Can I just add (again) that I love how they’re sitting closer together than compared with when the chapter began? 🤭 yes I like repeating myself because i dedicated a whole post on it before
And I like how they meet halfway there too.
Tumblr media
Isn’t it romantic somehow? Last person Geto saw before his death was Gojo, and the first person Gojo saw was Geto in the afterlife.
I wrote this in another post but I’ll include that here too: the top bit is in reference to Geto’s death where his reaction acknowledges that he doesn’t feel he deserves the loving words, but rather a curse at the end.

And taken from my other whopper of a post on souls because I’m too lazy to write it all again:
Tumblr media
The end.
Thank you for sharing in my satosugu indulgence.
Please feel free to share and reblog with other moments worth pointing out! ╰(*´︶`*)╯~♡

what are your thoughts on tsumiki pretaining megumi's character? i see alot of people say she's hindering megumi and his growth but i disagree. Because of her kindness, he wanted to save more good people like her. hell, it's the reason he saved yuuji, a good person who he thought deserved to live. and him fighting to save her (the bridge and the culling games arc) are the two times we actually see him at peak performance and giving it his all. so im sort of confused on where this myth that he needs to 'let go' of tsumiki to become a better sorcerer when he IS a better sorcerer because of her. i do know he never really wanted to be a sorcerer and the only reason he agreed to be one was to guarantee tsumiki's happiness, but i don't think that fact necessarily stunted his growth? Maybe i'm getting it wrong so i'd love to hear your thoughts
man who is saying ts i cant stand it here sometimes....i 100000% agree with you that tsumiki is decidedly Not hindering megumi's growth as a sorcerer. in fact for the first part of jjk (like up to the death painting arc), the only one hindering megumi's growth was...megumi. and like you pointed out, a lot of the times we have seen him grow the most and give his all have been because of tsumiki.
i really think this take only came up bc ppl expect megumi to just stand up and fight back against being controlled sukuna, and they blame his grief for like....everything that has happened post 212. it's part of the bumification of his character within the fandom, which i take issue with for a few reasons (as im sure everyone would expect):
megumi did fight back. sukuna notes that even after the cursed energy bath, megumi was still limiting his cursed energy output in his attempt to fight back. sick of mfs acting like megumi just gave up right away.
sukuna was purposefully trying to break megumi down because he was limiting his ce output. this includes the cursed energy bath, specifically using megumi's body and technique to kill tsumiki rather than his own, and who knows what else. they were together, essentially alone (ig uraume and kenjaku were there but like yk...megumi was alone, buried in his own subconscious). sukuna could have done a variety of other things with his body to ensure that he stayed submerged. so it goes beyond just grief. megumi was purposefully tortured.
he's fifteen. he's literally fifteen, he is a child. he is a child who lost the one person who was consistently there for him throughout his life, who took care of him even though she had no obligation to do so. not only did he lose her, but he watched helplessly as his own hands killed her, despite his best efforts to stop it.
it makes sense that tsumiki's death broke megumi, because it was specifically designed to. i wish some readers would take the time to understand this instead of just ganging up on megumi and calling him a bum. but yk what they say...

little observations about Suguru and the twins
It's really a pity that the relationship between Geto, Mimiko and Nanako was only hinted at but not deepened. The official fanbook states that Geto has become a kind of father to the two of them (Gege calls him Papa Geto) and this already hints at the kind of bond between the three of them. When they say 'We love you. We love you. We love you." I think of several things. This phrase is sad but also sweet and powerful. I think the kind of love the twins feel for Geto is one of the purest in Jjk.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Satoru Gojo is Master Geto's one and only best friend, after all." I was surprised to see that Mimiko and Nanako understood the kind of friendship between Geto and Gojo perfectly. That “after all” encapsulating the various situations that happened is proof.
Tumblr media
Moreover, in order not to let Kenjaku remain to usurp Geto's body, Mimiko and Nanako (despite their fear and awareness of the danger) do not give up talking to Sukuna to ask for his help. "Please free… Master Geto.” Who knows how long they've wanted to say that phrase. I still remain convinced that Mimiko and Nanako shouldn't have gone to such a horrible end, they really didn't deserve it. I hope that some memory of the three of them will emerge in future chapters, because they really make a beautiful family.

Somehow I don't think sukuna is dead, yeah I may be coping, but is yuji story going to end with no sukuna? It started with THEM. Also no, call me contrarian but I don't want Yuji reduced to discount Naruto trio memes (I liked Yuji and choso more or Todo) without knowing his origins, but this chapter teased at ANOTHER flashback with Gojo (sigh) explaining Yuji's origins (but with gojo on screen who cares about soul uncle or mom bonding with yuji)
I also believe so, anon, hence why I am hoping harder than ever (even if it seems bleak) and want to believe that Sukuna will come back precisely because Yuuji (the one who was supposed to hate him and yet doesn't) wants him to. There's also the fact that they're supposed to be different than everyone else (hence why they were put as the center of the story) and why they deserve better and also deserve to give proper closure to all those themes and tie up the story properly.
Out of all relationships in this goddamn manga, the only one which doesn't change (even if it should, even if the plot is about them) is theirs. Therefore it'll be fitting for the story to focus on them more so than give jjk a typical shonen ending where he gets to be happy about rescuing his friends and in turn make that talk of roles and him still loving and asking for Sukuna back despite everything a straight up lie. It feels like the start of the manga again, except Yuuji never swallowed that finger and I don't want that really, not when Yuuji chose to bring Sukuna back despite Megumi's warnings.
I don't want Yuuji's wishes (or for that matter, who he is as a character) to go unheard or for him to get character assassinated in favor of a happy ending so the casual shonen consumers could be happy, especially not when it's the first time he had done something which was so unlike what the fandom thinks of him and that is wanting his enemy to survive. While everyone was saying that Yuuji despises Sukuna, in the end, that was a lie. The truth was a total opposite. Yuuji couldn't connect with anyone as well as he had connected with him. Why do you think he goes to cradle Sukuna and still insist on his answer instead of going after Fushiguro to see if he was alright? That tells you everything you need to know about who he is.
And that's why I believe Sukuna should come back. Proper closure would be them living despite the odds, them overcoming destiny (that they're forced to kill each other) and that Kenjaku's words are, again, just lies (just like how he really wanted the Merger yet in the end found more happiness in fighting Takaba and dying).

Personally, I don't see the appeal of Shoko.
Please convince me why I should. I'm curious.
ANONNNNN YOU’RE MISSING OUTTTT WHAT THE HELL 😔😔😔😔 okay i’ll give you a pass because her character writing is very subtle. but she’s just…… so interesting!!!!!!
honestly i have a Lot of things i like abt shoko…… getting the obvious out of the way; she’s Gorgeous. most beautiful woman in the whole wide world. look at her!!!!!!!!!! :((((((((((
Tumblr media
bUT THAT ASIDE . to me, the most interesting thing about shoko is her grief. and her connection to satosugu, obviously, but those go hand in hand!! i’ll die on the hill that she’s extremely similar to the both of them. she was also born with the burden of an ability she didn’t ask for, and she also became a weapon for the jujutsu society to wield. the irony is that she’s a weapon who Heals as opposed to satoru and suguru, but that’s arguably a worse thing to go through. in one of her phanpara voicelines, she mentions that it might be better to be out on the front lines than to stay back not knowing if the others will return in one piece…..
she’s just . stuck in such an awful situation. i think she’s seen far more death and suffering than either satoru or suguru . there’s a good chance she’s had to dissect her dying friends since she was fifteen. no wonder she comes across as so detached!!!!! no wonder she covers everything up with apathy or humour. she’s lost so many friends throughout the years. and she’s had to touch their corpses. i can’t imagine how much that messes you up.
but. yeah . her grief is just so, so silent. it’s almost always either subtextual or shown through visual imagery (usually her cigarettes)… it’s hard to tell what she’s thinking but it’s so obvious she’s suffering when you look at that subtext. her calling suguru childish for thinking nobody would understand him (implying she did), walking out of the room during jjk 0 when yaga declares war on him. picking up smoking again after gojo gets sealed, and she finds out that kenjaku had taken over geto’s body. (which is partially her fault!!! she was supposed to have disposed of it, but gojo tried to show compassion by not forcing her to. and that’s why kenjaku could take over.) the amount of cigarettes she’s smoking when she’s watching gojo fight sukuna….. etc etc . it’s all there. her grief is very silent and compliant and sad. but it’s so obvious that she loved them both.
basically; shoko is flawed, traumatized, desensitized, and kind despite that. just like satoru and suguru. she isn’t able to open her heart to anyone, isn’t able to be honest about how she feels, and she’s resigned herself to her role as a weapon. but she cares. she sticks around and keeps healing and never complains. i think she cares so much that she has to force herself into a state of apathy. she wouldn’t be able to keep going otherwise.
all of this is just my own take on her, but . imo it’s a take that the manga supports!!! we haven’t gotten any glimpses into her headspace aside from chapter 220, but we have more than enough subtext and interactions to analyze her character…. overall, i just think shoko is interesting. and wellwritten, in a subtle way. i hope akutami gives her the spotlight she deserves in future chapters because she has such a silent and unique role in the story…. it’s really hard not to fall in love with her!!!!! :’3 she’s just so cool…
anyway i said i had three reasons for loving shoko and her gorgeous gorgeous face + character writing are two of them . so i’ll end this by mentioning the final thing!!!!!! ….. which is that she’s super funny .
like. she’s a healer . but the first time we see her in the morgue she’s cutting curses open with a chainsaw. she’s disappointed when yuji turns out to be alive because she won’t get to dissect him. the students hesitate calling her for help with their injuries at night because they never know if she’s sober or not. in the light novel she takes gojo to a bar and calls him a big kid. in phanpara she complains when you put her on your team because she doesn’t want to do any work. she cheated her way through med school. she wore sunglasses during her best friend’s unsealing party. she made nanami and haibara give her a shoulder massage after they lost against her and gojo at an arcade game. she then forced a very grumpy suguru into taking a selfie with her. she’s so fucking funny and i love her <333333

Bleeding & broken.
That's how Satoru found you.
He took slow tentative steps toward you, avoiding the shards of glasses on the floor from the broken mugs & plates that he assumed you threw.
You did not even feel him approach you.
He knelt down & took you in his arms, your shoulders shaking as you cried yourself on his chest.
"None of this is your fault," Satoru said softly, "Forget that stupid man, you don't deserve to cry."
That's Satoru.
He has always been there for you, Satoru & Shoko.
He pulled you in his arms & carried you to the living room where a very worried Shoko & Meimei waited.
"Take her to the bath, we'll got it from there," you heard Meimei tell Satoru.
Your friends took care of you during that time, until you were able to get back on your feet.
Bless their beautiful souls for being very patient with you because you were very stubborn.
You started to move forward. But you did not move on right away. Your concern turned to regrets, to spite.
You began to spite Suguru Geto because Satoru was right - none of this was entirely your fault. He knew what he was doing. He's the same man who told Satoru that your skills & talents must be used to save as much non-sorcerers as you can.
He's a hypocrite.
But he was your hypocrite.
He was yours.
But it did not matter anymore.
Because you tried your best & it's time to put yourself first.
Your wake up call to move forward was when your favorite ice cream shop was set into fire along with the owner - your good friend, & with other non-sorcerers.
He is not your Suguru Geto anymore. He has become someone you don't know.
"Satoru," you called the white haired man who was resting lazily under one of the trees in Jujutsu high, "Oi Satoruuuu!"
He turned his head toward your direction, both arms under his head, "What?"
"I learned something new. You're gonna like this," you said with a confident smirk, "Turn your stupid infinity on."
Satoru remained lying on the grass, "I got them on all the time, stupid. Get on with it."
You rolled your eyes & focused your energy. Then you placed the tip of your index finger on his forehead, directly touching it, surprising Satoru, before you flicked his forehead.
"Ow! How did you do that?" He asked, sitting up rubbing his forehead, "Not bad, Y/N."
"I can finally touch the untouchable Gojo Satoru," you said smugly, sitting down in front of him, "You're not the only one who has a weird family ability. I think I inherited my grandmother's nullification ability - to which no one has ever seen for years!" You said just to tease him.
Well it's the truth. Many thought that the ability was gone, long before Sukuna's era, but your grandmother chose to live a simple life away from the sorcerer world because she just wanted to have a normal life.
Your mom inherited amplification & that's what you got. Plus nullification. So you can multiply & nullify any curse technique.
You just have to learn more about it & Gojo Satoru is the best practice material you can have.
"I guess I'll be your punching doll? That's why you're here?"
And he read your mind.
"Bingo! You are perfect for this role. Don't worry, Shoko will put your broken pieces back together after I'm done with you. I just need to get used to it. I think I can combine my techniques & use little curse energy when I nullify shit," You mused as you stared at your fingers," Meimei already taught me how to use my amplification technique well & I think I can use that to minimize the energy that use to nullify curses."
"When do we start?"
You stared at him with your pretty eyes, smiling as you tried to act adorable, knowing that Satoru would understand why you're looking at him that way.
"What? You mean now?!" He asked, standing up with his hands on his hips as he looked at you incredulously.
"Duh?" you answered, extending your arms to him as he pulled you up, "I wanna beat you at being strongest."
"You wish," Satoru answered confidently, trailing behind you as you walked back to the school grounds.
You remembered how Satoru helped you move forward. Well, not just him, your friends did a lot to help you get to where you are right now.
You focused all your energy to become stronger for a whole year.
Because one day, you know that your paths would cross & you're on opposite sides.
You swore to protect the weak like he did.
But now he is eliminating the weak.
And while you loved him so much, you can't stand for what he is doing.
"There's my princess," you felt a soft peck on your cheek, "Where were you? I have been looking for you all over the school."
You turned your head towards the man who sat beside you, "I have been here, working, when you should be too," you replied to Satoru, your now-boyfriend.
It did not hapoen right away. It was gradual.
You just realized that you were falling for him, when he told you that he has always been in love with you the same time when Suguru Geto did.
You just loved him first because Suguru was not a hard man to love.
Was.
But as you spent time with Satoru, you saw him more than the 'Strongest Gojo Satoru' that everybody sees. To you, he is just Satoru. Goofy, soft-hearted, kind, caring, smart, very laid-back & most of all, the man who brought your heart back to life.
When you thought you wouldn't be able to love again, he was there to prove you wrong.
Plus, he is the best you have ever had, yes better than your murderer ex - he made sure of it. Because if there's something to remember about Gojo Satoru, that would be his hate for losing.
Competitive bastard.
"Well you've been here for hours. You have to take a break," he said turning your chair to his direction as he pulled you toward him. He sat down & pulled you on his lap, his arms around you tiny wist, his lips kissing your neck sensually as you threaded your fingers in his hair.
"Mhmm, but we're at school. Somebody could just walk in -"
He cut you off with a kiss which you returned gladly.
"Ssssh, I locked the door," he smiled against your lips before kissing you again while he caressed your back, squeezing your ass, while you made out passionately.
He slowly lifted your skirt, your shirt already unbuttoned as you changed position to straddle him. He pushed your soaked underwear aside, tracing your wet folds, your back arched while your tongue continued to dance with his.
You kissed the sensitive spot behind his ear, mking him moan slightly as you nibbled his earlobe.
"Satoru, I want you so bad," you rasped in his ear, sending shivers down his spine.
You ended up sprawled in your office table, with Satoru fucking your brains out, your work long forgotten the moment he entered you.
"Oh gooood," you muffled your moans as you don't want anybody to hear.
"Cum for me, princess," he commanded & it was like a switch that was turned on. You felt the tension building up in your belly & not long after, you were a shaking mess under him, as he continued to fuck you with no mercy.
"Not yet done with you, love," he hissed between his teeth, "Not fucking done with you yet," he said between his thrusts, "Until I get my fill, which will never be full because you are like a fucking drug to me."
You'd definitely work overtime today.

Hi could you do 3, 12, and 24 for the choose violence ask game for JJK? :)
Hey, Winnie!!
3. Screenshot or description of the worst take you've seen on tumblr.
Ooh, I feel like this has many contenders, but to pick one... got it!
A take I remember seeing was how someone wished that the fandom didn't say that Sukuna should suffer just as much as Yuji did because "he has a sad backstory and he has suffered more than anyone in the fandom" and that Yuji should "listen to Sukuna more".
Now, this is coming from someone who is both a fan of Yuji and Sukuna. When I saw that take all I saw was question marks floating in my field of view.
Yuji should listen to Sukuna about what? Has Sukuna ever actually offered any advice to Yuji that was helpful? Has Sukuna ever actually done anything for Yuji that didn't benefit him?
Suffered more than Yuji? Yuji who he shown a massive grave to for a laugh after using Yuji's body to do it? Sukuna has even been clear that he wanted to break Yuji and you think he shouldn't suffer from his actions?!
Just because someone has a sad backstory doesn't mean they have every right to antagonize someone who did nothing to them.
Yuji did nothing that should warrant Sukuna to want to torture him. Mind you, Yuji a whole 15 year old compared to Sukuna who is 1000+ years old.
I already posted more of my feelings on this but overall, it's just something that made me question if some people actually get these characters.
13. Unpopular character that you actually like and why more people should like them.
Oooh, I can't choose between Inumaki or Miwa to say here so I'll say something for both. I have seen people call both characters "useless", but I don't think so.
Both characters just want to do good and they're both adorably kind.
I hate that "useless" is even something someone will say about these characters because when I think of useless I think of not being able to do anything.
Both Inumaki and Miwa have shown they're capable of doing something that can help.
And with Miwa, I think she deserves a little more credit than what people give her for. She often states she's scared, but she will damn sure get out on the field to fight, no lollygagging. She became a sorcerer to help provide for her brothers.
Also, I find her sneaking up on Kenjaku in Shibuya more badass than Yuta in the later arc. She did it first and until Yuta, she doesn't really have a fancy technique. Even after seeing Kenjaku dodge arrows and block a bullet, Miwa still decided to attack and that is guts!
24. Topic that brings up the most rancid discourse.
Anytime I see Kenjaku and Geto in the same sentence I just know I'm about to see some chaos. Especially when it comes to the "stitching and unstitching" thing.

On Mahoraga, the Ten Shadows and Sukuna
I've seen so many hurt feelings and rage boners over on Twitter about Sukuna using the Ten Shadows in his fight against Gojo. There are people who straight up call Sukuna a fraud for using the 10S and people are violently speculating about an imagined battle where this and that power didn't exist and therefore either Gojo or Sukuna is the real boss and winner and it's as much of a dumpsterfire as it is hilarious to watch.
Sukuna is not a fraud for using a technique he owns
Tumblr media
This is like saying god-like character B only is as strong as he is because he acquired a weapon along the way and that weapon doesn't count in fighting powers because... he wasn't born with it I guess. Every swordsmam from now on is a fraud as well. Zorro is weaker than Sanji because swords don't count while Sanji only fights with his natural body. And that boy Tanjiro! Did you know that he only made it to the Demon Slayer Corps because he also had a sword? Total fraud or something like that.
Time and time again the manga made it clear that sorcerers are not noble and honour bound people. They fight to win and the how is completely irrelevant to the winning because they're, among other things, con-artists and the only thing that awaits them if they don't win is death. Gojo and Sukuna would straight up nuke each other if that was a feasible option.
Gojo is as much a "fraud" as Sukuna
Gojo started this fight with the help of three other sorcerers and that help is going to reappear as the fight goes on. As I said in last chapter's Review, the others will have to fight against Mahoraga to fill out the (most likely) 8 adaptations it has so Gojo's techniques can work again. Uraume is going to appear again at some point as well.
Tumblr media
The only reason why this fight is one-on-one until now is because of two things:
Ego, and
The immediate death of any outside assistance
Someone like Sukuna would of course want to defeat his opponent on his own with the minimum amount of effort to show how strong he is, and he most likely didn't think that much of Gojo at first either and he would also reject direct intervention from Uraume and Kenjaku, but his own techniques and weapons? Those are his and he's going to use them at his leisure regardless of where they came from. He "defeated" Megumi anyway to get access to the 10S so there isn't even any debate about whether he deserved to use them.
And Gojo? Hello? He would not let things like a fair fight get in his way of defeating Sukuna and saving Megumi and the world. Right now though, he can't accept any outside help because Sukuna would instantly kill them. Having him defeat Sukuna would be the best case scenario but they most likely discussed the more likely scenario that at some point the others have to step up as well. Even Kenjaku said that they will come. Gojo would give his life to give the others a fighting chance if it were to come to that but he wouldn't pointlessly throw his life away if "cheating" and being a "fraud" would've helped him and everyone else.
(Btw the more I think about it the more I'm of the opinion that Sukuna activated Mahoraga's wheel after Gojo's second Domain collapsed.)
Now that the fraud allegations are out of the way, let's go to another point people are losing their minds over: Mahoraga.
Mahoraga is NOT the ultimate weapon and the end of this fight
Mahoraga is also not the strongest technique of the 10 Shadows. What do we know about it? No one had ever tamed it before, not even the Zenin clan head who fought against the 6-Eyes Gojo clan head. I don't remember where it was said or if was ever clearly stated, but that fight ended with the Zenin activating an exorcism ritual to end the fight with both him and the 6-Eyes dying.
To achieve that, the 6-Eyes had to have been severely weakened otherwise he would've defeated Mahoraga himself just like 15-Finger Sukuna did. Just like Gojo said he would if Sukuna had summoned Mahoraga already. All of this is to say that the Zenin of that time fought against the 6-Eyes with only 9 tamed shikigami and a domain and maybe they were not truly equal in their fighting strength but the Zenin was at least strong enough to inflict serious damage to his opponent.
The true strength of the 10 Shadows Technique does not lie in one single shikigami, not even Mahoraga, but in the intelligent use of all aspects of it. Like: summoning and calling back the shikigami when needed; combining the living shikigami to form new creatures; strengthening the living shikigami with the powers of the dead ones; utilizing the shadows to their maximum, and completing Chimera Shadow Garden and using all its unique abilities and powers.
Tumblr media
Intelligence has been Megumi's number one characteristic among all the other characters and I don't know about any of you but as a true culmination of Megumi's abilities, I found Mahoraga to be underwhelming. First, because it (the super mega ultimate weapon) appeared too early in the manga and second, because it was defeated in its very first appearance. So either Gege made a blunder in his storytelling and appropriate leveling of character abilities or Mahoraga was never meant to be the ultimate usage of the 10 Shadows.
(The characters might think it is but the sorcerers aren't the only con artists in JJK, Gege is too.)
In essence, Sukuna isn't automatically going to win this fight just because Mahoraga is going to come, AND it's going to be Megumi who will push the 10 Shadows to its absolute peak not Sukuna

JJK season 2 episode 21 thoughts! ✨
Tumblr media
Went into this episode expecting the iconic “I am you” scene to be animated, left with two incredible works of art now ingrained into my memories (todo and takada-chan beating up mahito)
All this about Todo wanting to imitate All Might from MHA last episode, but I’m thrilled that the animators confirmed that Todo is actually living the magical idol anime dream that Gege Akutami initially was going to write before starting JJK. AND managed to make the volume cover I never really liked into a beautiful and hilarious moment 💗✨
Music / ost worked the entire episode and went silent when it was needed. Some of the previous eps had parts with their pacing or music that lessened the emotions of the scenes (e.g. right after Nanami died), but everything here flowed well!
As much as I like talking about JJK, sometimes, at my core, I just like watching a good and entertaining fight scene, and that was a majority of this episode until the end. It battle shonen’d in the best way a battle shonen can be. It’s a satisfying feeling to have snail mahito, a birthday, a magical girl segment, and a metaphorical rabbit wolf clashing of truths all in one fight.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The voice acting still amazing with every episode—Mahito and Yuuji being the highlights. I’ve said this a few times, but Mahito’s VA captures the (literal) childish personality and mindset of his character. Last episode, it was how he threw around and yelled at Yuuji like a kid throwing around a doll. This ep was along the same lines, with him immediately crying and throwing dirt at Yuuji. It’s not the exact same, since he is a curse, but it shows how he just came into being and was constantly learning and curious about the world. And the second Yuuji actually badly hurts him, stops him from running away, and repeats similar beliefs back to him, he breaks down. They really are the “same.”
Now Yuuji!!! His new conviction, if it can be called that, about being a cog made to kill curses until he’s worn out. Not exactly the healthiest mindset, but it’s an unsurprising progression after losing control of his own body/autonomy, losing his mentor and best friend (both figures of reassurance and hope), having his entire foundation for living and abiding by his grandpa’s dying wishes be challenged—all while needing to keep moving forward, to not fall into complete despair.
The voice acting in his speech back to Mahito sounded lifeless, but authentic to what he now believes. I appreciated how little the VA gave emphasis to any words and spoke it all in one similar tone. Some of the way it was spoken also sounded like it was affected somewhat by his mouth wound, which was a nice touch.
Manga spoilers for the points below‼️
Continuing: Yuuji’s new mindset is faulty and I love how much the episode shows the flaws of how Mahito and him thought, and how they’re both still incredibly young with their views constantly challenged by their new experiences. We get what’s supposed to be a cathartic scene of Yuuji killing Mahito and stalking him like a predator towards a prey animal, only to have the final killing blow be taken by Kenjaku, another predator (when your mom steals your deserved murder 🙄).
I’ve always appreciated how this moment was not presented as this great turn of beliefs that leads to success, and instead immediately gives him this unfulfilling and destructive outcome. Like, I’ll take Yuuji beating Mahito as a momentary win, but it’s not going to work out in the long run for himself or anyone. Which makes me interested in where his character is headed for the rest of the manga. There’s probably more to say with him regarding the story’s themes on strength/weakness, enlightenment, hunger, etc., but I love what we are given here.
His entire cog in a machine (of war) also reminds me of the series’ title emphasizing endless repetition of fights and everything looping (got the translation from the blog at kylescooter.com). JJK has constant examples and themes of past generation vs new generations, traditional vs unconventional, etc, but also repeating history and being stuck in the same ways. This post is already too long, but I wonder how Gege will conclude all this and if anything will change.
Said up there that there wasnt anything I disliked about the episode, but I do wish wolf Kenjaku was added! Not just because I adore the scene (for its imagery and hinting at them being related), but also because it would’ve been cool to transition out of that scene by having wolf Kenjaku show up.
Next ep will have Choso, the Kyoto school, Kenjaku, Uraume, and Yuki!! Also that Mei Mei scene which I am absolutely dreading.
Also the next ep preview with Kenjaku was fun

That popular Twitter account (Goj over) saying REST IN HELL SUKUNA getting a lot of support, while that same person wanted kenjaku to come back...what's with the double standards? Kenjaku hurt women and children in the most twisted way yet he deserves to live? At this point, just bring gojo AND Kenjaku and have Kenjaku kill gojo in the most awful possible, watch them change their tune
Sorry for the rant lol
Don't worry about ranting at all! I understand how you feel completely.
When I was first getting into the JJK fandom, it was mostly because of Sukuna edits. I liked his character from the very start, even though people were really quick to call Sukuna fans (especially the Sukuita shipping ones) delusional or toxic. And a lot of Gojo fans would overrun the comment sections, saying that Gojo is better than Sukuna in every way.
When I watched videos analyzing Sukuna's character, for example, a lot of the responses to the videos would be something along the lines of "Sukuna is straight-up pure evil and can't be seen as any other way." And after Gojo's death, so many people were showing Sukuna hate more than ever.
What I find bothering about this, though, isn't that most of the JJK fandom likes Gojo way more than any other character - what I truly dislike is how disrespectful and contradicting some of those Gojo fans can be. I have read so many posts made by them that insult Gege, mock Sukuna fans, and insist that the only way for JJK to "redeem" itself is for Gojo to come back.
While I try to have a healthy respect for everyone in a fandom, I don't like when certain fans go out of their way to be toxic, rude, or forceful with their opinions. Especially when they don't seem to have such a good grasp on a lot of the reasons why Gojo isn't that great - not morally and not as an overall character.
Fans often neglect that Gojo is mean to others, selfish, arrogant, self-righteous, disrespectful to all kinds of people, too immature at times, and willing to disregard the value of other people's lives, including his own students. He has put Yuuji and the others in danger so many times, without any real good reason why, and he shows off more than he does teach.
I don't mean to disrespect his character at all, but these are his actual canon traits. Even if the fans like to headcanon him differently (which I respect) they can't use those arguments when comparing him to Sukuna, who they always characterize as selfish, arrogant, disrespectful, and dismissive of the value of other people's lives.... sound familiar?
Sukuna and Gojo share a lot of these negative traits in common. Both of them are obsessed with their own strength and so easily disvalue others for not beings as powerful. Yes, Sukuna is by far the most murderous and stereotypically evil of the two, and I would describe most of his actions as heartless and cruel, but Gojo's own bad traits can't simply be dismissed just because those fans like him better and because he's fighting on the side of "good."
He's been described as an antihero for a reason, and that's because he's self-absorbed and doesn't really care for anyone but himself. He wants to take down the higher-ups of the Jujutsu world, but doesn't really acknowledge how he himself being born to such intense power is also a curse of that system. He is part of the problem, both with his actions and ideals, and fans don't want to acknowledge it.
I think they're scared that by admitting his faults he automatically becomes a character you have no right to like anymore, just like how Sukuna antis say because of Sukuna's evil actions he doesn't deserve to be empathized with or liked. This inaccurate line of thinking comes mostly from the large anti culture that's been taking over tumblr and pretty much everywhere else now.
I would also like to point out that so many fans are really angry about Gojo dying, but his death actually makes sense in the story and he himself looked quite at peace with it. Bringing him back doesn't really make any sense.
I like Gojo. Even if I don't find his character unique, I still think he serves a purpose in the story and I like what Gege has done with him. Him losing to Sukuna was meant to happen. For me, the end battle should be between Sukuna and Yuuji, because Yuuji alone has the strongest connection with the King of Curses and this whole story started with him swallowing that cursed finger. Gojo really shouldn't have anything to do with this.
But these are just my thoughts. People are more than free to disagree with me, that's what being in a fandom means, but they should show respect about this and not act so overwhelmingly toxic to others who think differently. That's my only problem with them.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me!

Of Sensibility and Swords (Mulan AU! Megumi x Reader) Epilogue
Epilogue: Home
(Y/N) descended from Midnight and rushed to the cherry tree. She was finally home and all she wanted was to find Nanami. She had missed him deeply, his kind words and support.
            “Father!” she called.
Nanami whipped around and stood. His eyes widened as (Y/N) approached him. She was alive.
“I brought honor to us, Father,” said (Y/N), holding out the sword and showing off her medallion. “I did it.”
Nanami took the sword and let it fall to the ground without a second thought. “You’re alive.” He pulled her close. “That’s all the matters to me.”
(Y/N) hugged him back. She was home.
l
As a hero of Japan, (Y/N) was free to do as she pleased in her village. She spent her days working with Nanami and training some of the other men of town. Gojo happily returned a proper guardian and was treated as such by the ancestors of the shrine. Both were free of the expectations people had placed upon them.
However, (Y/N) missed one thing: Megumi. She missed his friendship and company. He was intelligent and ambitious, qualities she admired and did not see in the men of her village. But she knew he was at the capital continuing his training. He would likely become a full general soon with his skills and actions in the battles against Kenjaku.
Still, (Y/N) could not help but entertain the thought that he might come and at least say hello to her if he passed by the village. Even if it was far-fetched, (Y/N)’s mind continued to conjure the image of him into her mind.
To distract herself, she threw herself deeper into her training. She would become even stronger so that if he did come, he’d see she was still who he had met: a warrior. True, (Y/N) herself enjoyed it, but the idea of impressing Megumi wasn’t terrible motivation.
Nanami sighed as he watched her train. “She has seemed a bit upset as of late.”
            Utahime chuckled. “You mean heartsick.”
            Nanami frowned. “What?”
Utahime nodded and smiled. “I’ve seen the look in her eyes. She found someone she likes.”
Nanami looked at her. “Who do you think it is?”
Utahime shrugged. “I suppose it was a fellow soldier seeing as this started after she returned home. No telling who, though.”
“Excuse me?” said a voice behind them.
Nanami and Utahime turned to face a young man with spiky black hair and dark eyes. He was dressed in a formal military outfit.
“I’m Fushiguro Megumi. Does (L/N) (Y/N) live here?” he asked.
Utahime smiled as she made a connection in her head and nudged Nanami. The blond looked appraisingly at Megumi, deciding whether or not he deserved to speak to (Y/N). Finally, he nodded.
“She’s back there,” said Nanami. As Megumi walked past, he added, “Hurt her, and you deal with me.”
            Megumi nodded politely. “Yes, sir.”
Utahime watched him walk towards (Y/N). “Come on. Let’s give them a moment.”
Nanami glanced at (Y/N). “Yes. Let’s.” He was ready to see (Y/N) in love.
            “(Y/N)?” called Megumi.
(Y/N) turned from the training mannequin with wide eyes. “Meg—Captain,” she said. “You’re…here.”
            Megumi shifted. “Is that alright?”
(Y/N) nodded. “Yes, of course, Captain.”
Megumi shook his head. “I’m here as a friend.”
A small, hopeful smile appeared on (Y/N)’s face. “You are?”
“I was wondering if maybe you’d like to spend some together. I know (Male/N), (Y/N) the warrior, but…I’d like to get to know (Y/N) the person as well,” said Megumi.
“I would like that…Megumi,” said (Y/N). She glanced at the setting sun. “Would you like to come for dinner?”
Megumi smiled. “I would love to.”
(Y/N) smiled. “I’m glad.” And then, in a moment of bravery, she reached out and took his hand. “Shall we?”
Megumi returned the hand-hold and squeezed it gently. “Yes, we shall.”
Two warriors walked off as night descended on them, and as the moon rose above them, the future of their feelings stretched out before them.

I'm not the most genius person, but I'm really confused on how to play Toji. Some people say that he didn't care about Megumi. Others say yes and that he was a great father. As ?????????????? Well, I'll say what I think and correct me if I'm wrong.
Toji was someone traumatized, with no respect for himself or others, who had suffered enough at the hands of his shitty family. Okay, got it. Knowing him like this, it's hard to think that he would be a good father to Megumi (his fight advice, while amusing, sucks, I'm glad Tsumiki understood that). I imagine him being someone so sunk in his own loss and grief that he didn't even think about his son. It also didn't help that Megumi looked a lot like Mamagumi. That's why Toji married the first woman who showed at least a little bit of decency and stability (Mamamiki), because even though he was doing a shit job of keeping his son, he still cared about him enough to secure a bit of normality. So, not caring about anything, Toji just walks away and leaves Megumi behind. He visits him occasionally, but the visits eventually become more and more sparse until they stop altogether (that flashback looks very old, very blurry, as if Toji hadn't really bothered to look for a long time, and I theorize that may have been the their last moment together, as Megumi looks really upset here and lonely). So, a while later, when Shiu talks about Megumi, Toji's first reaction is to be confused. This is difficult for me. For if it was he who gave the name, why does he not remember? Some people have said that he was just covering it up and not wanting to talk to Shiu, but that sounds so wrong to me. Shiu has known him for 10 years, he probably knew Mamagumi and took care of Megumi at some point, so it doesn't make sense to me. Then why? What is most accepted is that Toji did not associate the name with the person, because he probably called Megumi by any other name (in my country's translation, he always refers to Megumi as "kid" or "son"), so he forgot his son's name was "Megumi" and remembered it after he fought Geto, because he remembered why he chose the name in the first place (because "Megumi"="blessing", he was his blessing, even though Toji I didn't value her that much). Well then he has the whole zenin clan business. Toji probably thought that Megumi would have a better life than he did and would be able to live without having to doubt whether she would eat at night. I don't know if he knew about the ten shadows, but if he did, Toji's choice to hand over Megumi makes sense. As the holder of an inherited technique, he would reach the top of the zenin clan and have a comfortable life. Of course, selling it is still problematic, but fuck that. Toji probably threw all the money away anyway… Or did he hand over some money to tsumiki's mother???? This woman is much worse, in my opinion. We don't know anything about her, but I hate her (Imagine if it's Kenjaku again????? LOL… Okay, now I'm thinking about it.)
So, the conclusion I have is: Toji cared for Megumi and truly loved him, but he could never have been the father his son deserved. He didn't even know what parental love was. I bet if he knew about Naobito's decision the guy would probably laugh. The son of the zenin clan's failure becoming the leader of it all. It's ironically comical. Alright, now that I've analyzed that, I'm going to ignore all those people saying that Toji is a great dad and all the others that say he didn't care about Megumi. You are all wrong. I throw it in the same trash as people who say that Sukuna is a fraud and Gojo is Goat (what the fuck does that mean????? Brazilian without understanding here.)

hmm what about yuji for the send me a character and i’ll tell you?
My first impression: I thought he was a sweet kid and a lovely person to be around
My impression now: BEST BOI BEST BOI! ANYONE WHO HATES HIM IS A RED FLAG HE DOES NOT DESERVE THE SHIT HE GETS FROM THE FANDOM
Also he really needs some therapy
Favorite thing about that character: his personality:) also really like his pink hair and how much he wants to save people
Least favorite thing: the fact that Gege made Him wear his school uniform again after Shibuya
It doesn’t make any sense
The outfit he wore while he was with Choso post shibuya and while looking for Hakari were way better ( at least in my opinion)
Favorite line/scene: of course it’s the " I’m you " scene:) idk all of Yuuji’s scenes with Mahito are great
I will say this if Yuuji and Kenjaku ever do get to talk to each other then that would be my favorite ( Gege give us the family drama)
Favorite interaction that character has with another: hmm maybe Junpei? Or Nobara and of course Megumi
But yk all of those ended in tragedy ( well we don’t know about Megumi yet )
Wait wait i forgot TODO! AND CHOSO! How can I forget them ( I miss todo so much)
A character that I wish that character would interact with more: Maki and Kenjaku
I LOVED when Yuuji and Maki jumped Sukuna back in chapter 215 ( I believe that was the chapter)
I once read a fanfic that took place right after Sukuna escaped with Uraume in it Yuuji and Maki had a little bonding moment talking about the people they lost and at the end of it Yuuji calls Maki his big sister and OH MY GOD MY HEART
For Kenjaku it’s pretty obvious that’s his mom the person who has planned all of this and ruined so many lives is also his mother
ALSO THIS PANEL
Tumblr media
Another character from another fandom that reminds me of that character: hmm a lot of people say Denji from chainsaw man and I see why they have their similarities and also their differences ( idk this isn’t something i thought about a lot)
A headcanon about that character: like the idea of Yuuji being a horror movie fan watching the newest movies to come out to the ones from the 80s
He’s a huge movie fan everytime he watches a film he likes to sit in silence and think about it yk the things he liked and things he disliked
Also one time Yuuji missed the bus so he tried to run for it and accidentally went Past the bus
A song that reminds of that character: can’t think of one rn sorry
An unpopular opinion about that character: Yuuji doesn’t need a power up or be the strongest to be the MC he doesn’t need to be the solo focus of the series other characters can have the spotlight and he would still be the protag no matter what
Favorite picture: this one
Tumblr media
I’m just joking
It’s probably these three

I read your text on your other account, before you deleted it, in defense of Yuji about comments you reads on another social network about how they consider him a bad protagonist. I also wanted to understand where Megumi comes into this. In your text you implied that Megumi is a good character, but not that good.
Well, I think to begin with I would say that I don't remember commenting that Megumi is not such a good character, on the contrary, I would be crazy to say that when he is my favorite character in the manga after Geto (number 1). Megumi for me is the same weight as Yuji, so no. I would never say that about him.
Anyway, to answer your question about the text I know I deleted, I honestly hate how some readers make it sound like Yuji isn't a good protagonist. And worse, when I read comparisons with characters within the universe of jujutsu kaisen who have narratives different from his.
And I'm not going to point out here what people are lacking in knowing about this manga, but rather point out Yuji's reading in a more poetic way.
Tumblr media
Many completely erase his importance from the text, out of tantrums or laziness in trying to understand Akutami's objective with him in the plot. Obviously, Yuji's existence has a purpose after all he has a direct connection with Kenjaku and carries Sukuna himself. But beyond that, all of Yuji's development points out his importance in the face of the way that Akutami guides other characters: Like, for example, Nanami, Megumi and Nobara who at some point are touched by his purity and naivety since Yuji is a child who, until then had no contact with being a jujutsu sorcerer.
And, of course, Megumi and Nobara are children too, but they live this life and understand what they have to sacrifice to live in this environment. Yuji no. Everything happens very fast and he doesn't have time to absorb and deal with it, he is forced to mature in order to maintain his sanity and, even so, failing at it. Megumi also has problems, obviously, but knows how to handle it better for the reason I pointed out initially. He experienced death long before Yuji dreamed it and THEREFORE I hate to read comparison between them.
It is more coherent to compare Yuji to Yuta, even if Yuta is still different from Yuji because they were inserted differently in this universe: Yuta has had to deal with seeing his beloved die so young as well as having her cursed on him, but Rika is not harmful to Yuta. She is there beside him fighting and protecting him. Yuji no.
Tumblr media
He has to deal with Sukuna's meanness and monstrosity, listen to him mock his desperation, his need to save other people. Sukuna forces psychological pressure on him, it is destructive and only makes him feel bad. It's sad to have to read and know that before the boy who feared death, who desperately questioned why he got into this, today doesn't care about his own life and calls himself a gear.
And where Megumi comes into your development? This is very clear, given the dialogues they exchange, but mainly about Yuji's first question about Megumi question “Who's to say that someone you save won't kill someone in the Future?".
He embraces those who deserve to be embraced from his point of view, no matter if that person will do something that goes against his beliefs in the future. But, Yuji sees himself within this uncertainty and after the Shibuya arc, I'm absolutely sure that this realization makes him depressed at some point, after Sukuna makes him relive all the atrocity he committed while he had full control of his body. ( i can discuss Megumi's development at another time, based on this)
But, moving on: Another moment I consider crucial to Yuji's development is that after meeting Mahito, Yuji realizes the real situation of the world he lives in and understands that curses are the embodiment of human feeling, something that Megumi and Nanami point out at some.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
He didn't have that notion, he didn't understand that the world is not black and white, even though Megumi was clear about it all the time, Yuji still believed that there was black and white/hero and villain, characteristic of the naive child that he was. And telling Mahito that they are the same separates the Yuji from before from the current one.
Of course there is still kindness in his heart because Yuji has that nature, which Megumi considers reason enough to protect him, but he is different now because he are absolutely sure of your place in this world.
Tumblr media
He tells Hakari and after that, even though he understands his place, he helps Higuruna with her moral issues. For Yuji there is something to be done, even if it doesn't include as many people as possible, he is taking action. And despite all that, Yuji is still sweet because his purpose in the plot is not to externalize his strength and be one of the strongest sorcerers, even with the great potential he has. Yuji is the clear embodiment of goodness, he is the clear answer to this unbalanced world. It's the answer Megumi is looking for about her view of life and death.
Tumblr media
Yuji reinforces that even in such a cruel world people are still worth saving because despite feeling completely wrong and unnecessary, he is necessary. All his trajectory is not in vain.
Tumblr media
He is not a useless character and a protagonist without potential.

JJK Men and their 🍃 dealer
Characters: Gojo, Getou, Nanami, Shoko, Toji, Choso, Sukuna and Naoya
Word Count: 1910 words
Content/Warnings: smoking mary jane, suggestive, mostly joke
a/n: vaped too much so I thought I would write some cheeky 420 head cannons
Gojo Satoru
Used to buy your weed, but now is just your friend who mooches
He brings snacks and movies tho!!
He really likes candy normally but gets overstimulated when high so he only really brings the candy for you
but then it works as back up candy when he’s more sober.
Definitely talks too much
To the point where his voice becomes low and gravelly
So you give him a pass for being annoying, cause at least he sounds hot when doing it
Definitely is the plug for his friends for a long time, partly cause he’s a troll so he hikes up the price (stonks) and he doesn’t want them to meet you.
He can’t handle not being your favourite
Eventually Getou out smarts him tho cause he doesn’t trust Gojo’s measurements
Gojo started visiting more cause of this
No being too friendly to his cute plug
The day his students grow up and eventually buy from you is the day he squares up
it quickly becomes high movie marathons with everyone tho
You're just happy cause you barely need to pay rent now, you have a dedicated consumer base right there
He would be horny high if he actually kept any braincells when smoking
He tried many times to make a move on you
but every time you start brushing his hair with your fingers, he melts and is paralysed
Jumping to anime timeline
He visits less cause his paranoia really shoots up here
So he feels he can’t let his guard down
And he doesn’t wanna drag you into anything if he were to be followed
But if you come to his place
or even better you were also a sorcerer
He would feel less on edge
Your safety is his priority
Now that he’s older, this is where he can actually use his horny high
He just feels so lonely that he needs the touch, and it helps more than his normal womaniser ways, cause he feels the connection with you
Thus he is also very romantic and soft
He will act no further than this unless you work to build the relationship
The power is in your high ass hands
Getou Suguru
150% stoner
always was, always will be
so he is your top client
Gojo might always try to be around but he’s always not buying, Getou however always does and pays in full, sometimes more
Not to say he’s efficient about it, he’s also over all the time too now
So its just you trapped between the two watching movies
They try to act like they wanna watch horror, but they prefer romcoms tbh
His tolerance is so high so he has much respect for you supplying everyone and feels the need to pay it forward
Weirdly it still doesn’t feel transactional tho, he would make ways to create a day out or even be really domestic like getting groceries and making dinner
He is defo high the whole time tho, for him its like cigarettes to shoko
But not that you notice, no one really could tell the difference between high or sober Getou
Every time you think maybe you’ve just always been dating? When did you stumble into a 4 year relationship?
Until he sends in that money and leaves with a tap to your butt/hip/thigh
Its hard not to be heart broken
He however knows what he’s doing
Not that he likes it
at all
He smokes to help with his depression, it quells his thoughts
So he keeps a weird boundary as he feels you deserve much better
he really cares about you
Still smokes after betrayal
He also cuts down visits cause this tho
but buys a shit tonne when he is there
And when he’s there he just feels like a husband
Treats you very well
If you aren’t a sorcerer, then you’d be the only one he respects, no calling the plug a monkey
His assistant supplies the money the day before, so you always know when he’s coming
Spoiler!! Even kenjaku is still stuck getting weed, the body he has chosen it cannot function without it
You don’t get to see him anymore though, it was replaced by the patch face guy but quickly the girls he used to raise would be around a lot but sometimes disappear to deliver to imposter getou
The hasaba twins honestly get adopted by you
Kenjaku could not give less of a shit
But Getou is so grateful they are with you, even from beyond
Nanami Kento
super rare
He only really smoke for chronic pain
You just know mans has hurt his back and neck in his lifetime
definitely sued for workplace injury
So you help with his unofficial pain management treatment
He always bring a pastry with him :))
Another barely noticeable smoker
You can only really catch him if you do something sweet for him
Like make him cute edibles!
He’s so touched that he will let out a laugh
It melts your heart
absolutely would not let the students smoke until being of age
Doesn’t try to scare them from weed
Mans thinks cannabis propaganda is the worst
But still wants them to wait till there minds are more developed
Is the best tactic cause they agree and also don’t wanna let him down :,)
Never around when Gojo is there
Gojo must never know Nanami smokes
Low-key Gojo is the reason why he is so passionate about the students
Saw Gojo become the dumbass that he is from smoking with Getou in senior high :///
But also highly thinks Gojo was always destined for being childish
Will eventually start bring you a cute plant or flowers cause he likes how excited you get
Shoko Ieiri
I reckon her cigarettes are defo mixed, she is not just smoking tobacco all the time sheesh
Lowkey she actually helps you grow
So her pay for helping sm is legit just some of the green
Best business partner
Really is attached to you
She will reverse curse technique you all the time
She doesn’t want you getting hurt!!
Will always check on your lungs cause of that too
definitely kicks out Gojo
Everything she says is low-key flirting
She can’t help it
Sometimes will bring Utahime and have a girls night!
Helps Utahime destress a bunch
Toji Fushiguro
THIS MAN
THIS THIS THIS
THIS TIKTOK!!!
absolutely your dilf client
Is incredibly sweet in that older gentlemen kind of way
Will call you only nicknames, you start to think he doesn’t know your name until he tell you off for not getting enough sleep and calls you by your full name (dad mode sheesh)
Will gush about his kids
Even when he’s left them
It’s really the only place he lets himself talk about them
It doesn’t help ur dilf radar
He will absolutely help you with house stuff as a tip
Car needs oil? Plumbing need fixing? You wanna set up a on-wall spice rack?
He got you! And will take off his jacket that exposes his way too tight shirt!!
Suddenly you have a lot of house maintenance
It makes it incredibly cute tho! Dream house done
Lowkey hopes that you will see his kid in the future
He knows that he’s definitely lost a bunch of his life span after losing his wife
also lowkey knows it won’t be natural death
A reason why he’s very distant from you tho
He cares from afar
You don’t charge him as much
But he somehow pays over, saying something like he’s got enough and doesn’t need it
definitely only ever comes on his motorcycle, mans defo does not use his car if he even has one
Means that he sees ur car as his tho
He’s fixed it up sm might as well be
Left his jacket behind often
When he stops coming around of nowhere, you don’t clean out his cigarettes butts as well as always replace the cologne he left once and keep the jacket wrapped around the driver seat
You also always keep the zippo lighter he left
Its death penalty if any tries to take it
After a while you get what has happened, probably the only person left who cares and mourns
Choso
he gives always high but actually pretty sober
Doesn’t smoke rly
But does like edible teas
Keeps him mellow
Perhaps starts smoking after his brother’s pass tho
He mourns extremely deeply
It helps him not have panic attacks about it
He often talked to you about them
Wishes you could have met them
When he adopts Yuji, he always brings him
Lectures him about it tho
Lets Yuji bring a console
So its often all three of you versing in Mario kart
Doesn’t let Yuji make fun of your character choice
Absolutely roasts and destroys Yuji for his character choice tho
Is a king boo main
definitely lays on you when playing games
Tends to rub your legs then too
Is very oblivious to flirting
Thinks you are just super kind
Would marry u on the spot tho
especially when you make a hella good tea that helps him sleep so quick
Heals his insomniac heart
Ryomen Sukuna
never sober
NEVER
Will not be caught lacking like that
The world would not exist if he was sober, the destruction he would bring
Loves just always chilling with his pipe
In the golden age
He was kinda respectful ig
He hated the process of finding a new dealer so kept you around and treated you equally
Didn’t know he did that
He was just a sorcerer, people dubbed him king of curses before being a curse
You didn’t see much point in fearing him
It helped him decide you as a dealer
He did not like anything complicated and legit just wants a stable supply
so Its not his fault (yes it absolutely is) when he developed deeper feelings shush
You unbothered
Sukuna very bothered
Would question why you are different from all he other people he sees as below him
and that did infuriate him when the answer was not good enough
So mass havoc before hoes
Starts sending Uraume in his stead
Sometimes it would still be him
And you would not be able to spot a single difference, he seems the same as before
He is never generous, but never stingy
another thing he respects is
you aren’t unaware of the drama about him
but you also never react differently
Not surprised at all when 2 arms become 4 and one face becomes two
That only makes his stupid heart beat more sometimes
you aren’t running from the hills? not that he’s self conscious, he knows he’s hot
he’s just ahead of his time
people only run screaming from jealously, not cause of his murderer tendencies
When he is exorcised, the village also hunts you down
See’s you as complacent so you are killed off
Thus, reincarnation in the current era
He recognises you instantly
But he has yet to see some reincarnate perfectly like that so he’s quietly side eyeing
Can’t help to question if it was fate
Only human he’s nice to
Will try and do subtle things to test if you remember, or even just see if personality lines up
Cause it definitely feels exactly like your soul
Weirds him out
everyone else is weirded out for entirely different reasons
you weren’t apart of his localised story so
no clue why you are oh sis special to silence the Ryomen Sukuna
Makes Yuji suss of you until he makes you his bestie for making the nasty shut up
Your backstory is absolutely untraceable to anyone
So who knows if the villagers even were successfully in killing you, or maybe your curse technique allows you to bend time or maybe there’s absolutely nothing going on up there in that noggin of yours
Either way he’s intrigued
Naoya Zenin
the worst
Just don’t
Interaction with him is terrible = if he does smoke, let his maids deal with that for him
Not worth it
