I talked about this a bit on this earlier post and I don't think I have anything significant to add to it at this time. But I could tell you which perfumes they might wear in modern times? (Scents are hard to describe but I included some of their main notes to give you a vaguest idea of what they're like).

yuna should use her rich girl privileges to spoil hikaru, i think.

taking hikaru out shopping with her, using her father's money to buy expensive perfumes for herself, very nice cologne for hikaru. a variety of different scents, each on their own outside of hikaru's price range, that she'd never be able to buy if she were out shopping by herself or with her parents -- but yuna covers the cost and buys them for her, just so that she has something nice. even makes sure that each of hikaru's new colognes matches up nicely with a perfume that yuna is either buying or already has on her dresser.

(hikaru is carrying all of the shopping bags, of course.)

buying high-end lipstick and 'testing' it with hikaru, later, in her room, with kisses -- lips or arm -- to see if it rubs off or smudges, and doing this with each new shade, just in case one could possibly be faulty.

regularly having hikaru over for the night and washing her hair with the same nice shampoo and conditioner that yuna uses to keep her own hair so sleek -- being especially thorough if hikaru's had a long day or is particularly dirty or sweaty. brushing and combing out any knots or tangles (and just a little bit of affectionately combing her fingers through it) to keep hikaru's hair in as good condition as her own.

My BPAL order came in today! Finally got a full size of my favorite perfume of theirs (that I've found so far) Grave Pig. Got Troll and Deep in Earth as frimps. While I love all of my BPAL perfumes (I have quite a few from their collaborative with Sphere + Sundry), Grave Pig has remained a favorite and it was sorely missed.

I saw you talking about perfumes so I was wondering: what kind of scent do you think shigure would wear? Alternatively, what sort of scents would he enjoy on you? 🎤

ROMY ROMY ROMMMMYYYY i am so sorry i just got back in town. But I love perfumes and scents so here is my pondering...

Shigure is sophisticated enough to have a different winter and summer cologne selection, but, not much of a nuance beyond that. I mean, he has three or four different ones in his bathroom cabinet, with enough space for me to put a few travel-size bottles too, but they're more whimsical choices than anything meticulously planned for the occasion or the weather. In the winter, he likes Valentino's Uomo Born in Roma Coral Fantasy - spicy, sweetly fruity, with tobacco undertones. In the summer, he likes Chanel's Egoiste Platinum - lavender, neroli, with vetiver and woodsy undertones.

But for me, he's suprised that he's found he likes when I wear scents that are considered more masculine. I used one of his one day when I reached for Victoria's Secret's Intense Bombshell, but accidentally picked up Versace's Eros Flame. It's woodsy with a darker, spicier citrus mix, but the vanilla undertones really come out with my own scent - and he loves it. He loves when I apply it behind my ears, the hollow of my throat, because even whilst we cannot properly embrace, he can bury his head in the crook of my neck and inhale.

he's also a panty sniffer but we don't have to talk about that. sorry for even saying it.

ive gotten new perfume samples since the only perfume ive found that smells like "me" is either 200$ at lush or a bottle of juniper essential oil, and i dont think ive found my scent yet but holy balls i smell like true love rn. peonies and roses and the tenth date where its official and your happy but sex isnt new or anxious. i smell like pink lingerie.

nature wants what i have, real flowers could never. i smell like hickies and honey.

hmm well im more obsessed this fall than i was last year and its not quite cold yet so im not yet getting the chance to see what performs better for the season..! but i do know Givenchy L'Interdit Rouge was a winter favourite ill again be marinating in, and Mugler Aura ive put off all summer cause i think it suits cool weather best...and i just got these two vials from Universal Flowering, Saffron Flour (horchata note!!) which is very sweet, and Poems One through Twelve which is very dryyy spicy but develops a little sweeter...definitely going to be testing that a lot as its really fascinating me.

also feels like the best time to wear demeter beetroot just it smells more like dirt than beets than the sample did ahhh not really befitting of any occasion that comes to mind (and mostly all i do is go to work lol) AND I WANT A HAY PERFUME !!
