A true example of how times are changing and how we can adapt: I showed a few homes through video with out of province clients. They decided they liked it and so we put in an offer, all the paperwork was filled out and filed electronically. I attended the home inspection on their behalf. . This gives me so much more confidence that if there is a second wave and we go back on a lockdown, or just in general with the way the world is changing, life is still possible. . I've been keeping a gratitude journal for a little over a month now. There were a few days/group of days I didn't write in it and I can honestly say this effected my mood tremendously. I have since altered my journaling: I write down 3 gratitude, 3 things I can improve on today in order to achieve my goals, and end with affirmations. So, in you all didn't see it in my stories, I joined a Real Estate team. What does a team do, you may ask? . EVERYTHING. . Ok so not everything in the sense that I do nothing, but everything in that I have so much to help me help YOU better... I have access to resources (or, "the secret sauce as @idrisbaig_519sold taught me) that I would not have access to as a new agent; I have the satisfaction of knowing I joined a winning team and that I am only going to help them go further with their goals, and they will help me. I have accountability, not from one person, but from at least 10. Most importantly, I have a family. . I know a lot of people getting into real estate, and we have all contemplated team vs. solo.
