I (finally) finished my first playthrough of the fangame Pokemon Rejuvenation (spoilers: I liked it a lot) and felt I should commemorate that. Over that time I got quite attached to my Runerigus, Mystery, so she earns a focus in the picture, too. Also a limited palette piece.

New redesign and ref for an AU version of Aevia!!

I haven't talked much about her AU here, so I'll give a basic rundown. She's "AF" Aevia, which stands for "Aevia Forms" because whenever .5 comes out I'm doing an Aevian forms playthrough.

The main meat of the AU is that AF Aevia is the actual Aevia. A replacement to take her place and body when she refuses to be an Interceptor wasn't found, so she was simply forced into the role against her wishes, with a bit of memory altering to make sure she functions well enough...

There's more to talk about and I'll make posts about her but! I love her!!

At the eve of a great dark storm, Queen Nymiera met with a Seven-Headed Dragon. But her eyes searched past the form unfamiliar before her, and into the magnificent Interception wherein the eigth head nestled in secret.

Remnant! My character from my first playthrough of Pokemon Rejuvenation, Paragon Route! ...With some twists.

(I decided the lore wasn't insane enough.)

REMNANT

When the world updated versions, things came out glitchy and wrong, and as a result, the Interceptor of that world attempted to reset back to the beginning. Something went wrong in the process, and her soul was separated from the Interceptor's body. Her Runerigus kept it safe, however, until an eventual meeting with the new Interceptor allowed her to become a Yamask-and with enough power-become almost human again.

(That restoration may have required absorbing one human soul. You can probably guess which one that was.)

She's much physically weaker than she was before. Her new status has left her a bit unhinged, but not enough to stop caring. Calling herself Remnant, she now attempts to guide the new Interceptor and keep everyone she loves safe...even if they don't all remember her.

(There may be ways around that.)

TEAM

Remnant would eventually go back to reclaim her old pokemon, the six of which still remembered her.

My piece for the 10th Anniversary is a bit late :,).

You’ll have to excuse me though I quite literally got my wisdom teeth removed the 15th. So im still in early recovery. Though I’ve only been here since v13 this game has quickly became near and dear to my heart so I wanted to do something, even if it’s not my best work or even on time. Here’s to many more years of rejuvenation!
