Viserys becomes more dependent on his nephew by the day. He makes it a principle to visit her every night. Filling the princess' womb with her sperm becomes an obsessive activity for Viserys. He wouldn't let the princess drink moon tea. He had discussed it with Aemma. She had said that she had to keep quiet because she couldn't give him an heir. Viserys uses all his free time to spend with his niece. He gives various gifts to his nephew. He likes to feel the princess physically. He's not afraid to spoil the princess. It had caused Aemma to deteriorate and die. Next up was Daemon. Viserys won't hurt his brother if Daemon allows the affair. He won't hesitate to eliminate the Daemon if he opposes it. The Princess is not allowed to leave the Palace and ride her dragon. She agrees to marry her uncle for the sake of her family. Special arrangements are made for weddings to be flashy and luxurious. In a short time, the Princess becomes pregnant. The marriage of Viserys and the Princess is blessed with seven healthy children. Viserys is a good father to his children. Viserys would never inflict corporal punishment on the Princess. He does not raise his voice or insult the princess. Viserys punishments are isolation, manipulation and guilt. The princess is a good mother to her children and a good wife to Viserys. Viserys always takes care of the Princess during her pregnancies.

Ewa knew marrying Carlos was wrong. Their lifestyles were just too different and with Carlos constantly distancing himself whenever he pleases, Ewa knew it wouldn't last. So as time went by they both started distancing themselves from one another, Carlos would spend most of his time in his office doing "important business, my love. I hope you understand".

Ewa on the other hand would mostly roam around her big, beautiful, fairy like garden. Sometimes he'd also catch her in their home cinema watching movies on her own. Of course he'd feel bad, so caught up in work and missing his wife, yet still prioritizing his job. Only really seeing her during dinner, rarely breakfast or lunch, these being his usual working and meeting hours. Sometimes catching a sight of her when he’s on his office’s balcony or walking from A to B.

She knew he watches her, she can feel his heavy eyes on her while she's grooming her beloved rose bushes or re-watching her favourtie movies or when she's on the phone with her best friend Aemane. She does her best to ignore his stare, to not react. He hates it. He hates that she won't run into his arms anymore whenever he'd leave his office. He hates that she barely tells him about her day or her interests. Does she still love nightly walks through her garden? Does she still enjoy stargazing? Is Aemane still her best friend? He doesn't know, and he blames her. He shouldn't have to ask her about it. She should just tell him about her interests the second they change. How else would he know how to keep her happy?

"Fuck her" he thought as he slowly approches his hook-ups house.

But what did he think? That she won't find out? That the stupid, little hook-up won't brag about it all? That she wouldn't get mad? That she'll think she deserves it since he keeps distancing himself?

"He must think I'm the dumbest woman alive."

That's how they ended up at their dinner table, all dressed up, right after a dinner party of Carlos'. Ewa sat down across from him, watching their servants bring out a special dessert Ewa spent hours working on.

"Looks delicious, my love." He comments looking Ewa in the eyes, hearts in his own. Is making him dessert really all it takes...?

"I hope it tastes good, I haven't had the chance to try it....my love" She takes her glass of wine, raising it to a silent toast. He copies her actions before diving in. Ewa watches from afar, sipping on her glass of red, while he dives into his food. Soon he starts coughing. Ewa can't hep herself but grin and ask "Everything alright, my love?" It comes out in the most innocent tone she can manage. He just nods and reaches for his own glass. "All good, love" He gives her a small smile before drinking up. She just nods, setting down her beverage. She slowly slides out of her chair and walks over to him.

"love..." she shrugs "Did you...did you call her that as well or is that reserved for me?" He freezes, not being able to stop coughing.

"What? Did you think I won't find out?" She can't help the laugh that escapes her lips. "Oh, my love, you're hilarious" She puts her hand on his shoulder. He slowly reaches for his gun, but failes miserably due to his aggressive coughs. Ewa lets out a series of "tsk"'s walking over to the gun and picking it up. "Such a shame, my love." She examines the gun quickly before placing it between his eyebrows. His face turns in fear. "Oh calm down, I won't do it. That'd be such a waste of the good poison I grew. This-" She shakes the gun a bit, to signalize what she’s talking about "-Is purely for the looks and aesthetic"

The Vezran Chromospheres are magenta areas around the pupils of practicing vezramancers that grow in accordance with the amount of Vezranites that respect their command. It is a form of biological tainting, where their bodies are considered to be vezran yet keep the physical figure of their birth race. Due to this taint, Vezra is able to communicate more clearly with vezramancers than mundane vezranists. Vezramancers frequently speak with Vezra to express their desire for more power or plead for less power; the latter happens more often than the former.

You see, with the Vezran Chromospheres' growth comes increasingly detrimental effects to the psyche. Since they are constantly communicating with tens of millions upon tens of millions of vezranites to practice their craft, adding hundreds of millions more voices to the choir erodes the minds of the untempered. Those that take on too much power are driven insane by the ceaseless overloading of their brains. The general rule of thumb is that if the Vezran Chromospheres of a vezramancer grow beyond the limit of their irises, they are already too far gone and must be put down: even in the case that they are not yet feral.

Vezra Aeman Zalis developed a scale to determine the tax of vezramancy on the mind by the sizes of Vezran Chromospheres:

Stage 0, Mundane (0 Vezranites): The individual is not a vezramancer.

Stage 1, Immature (10,256,141-20,957,592 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres are barely noticeable except by close inspection, only slightly peeking out from behind the pupils as they inconsistently peak and valley. There is a threat due to inexperience with vezramancy, but otherwise the vezramancer is a valued student and practitioner.

Stage 2, Tame (20,957,653-32,801,589 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres fluctuate gently and remain barely visible, but without the peaking and valleying of Stage 1. There is a threat due to inexperience with vezramancy, but the risk is largely reduced from Stage 1 and the practitioner is learning admirably.

Stage 3, Mature (32,801,793-59,905,238 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres form solid, consistent rings around the pupils that are noticeable at face-to-face conversation range. There are no adverse effects at this stage.

Stage 4, Advanced (59,905,462-110,259,383 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres fluctuate gently, creating flower-like patterns that are noticeable at around 1 meter. Loss of control over Vezranites is possible but highly improbable.

Stage 5, Dominant (110,259,643-234,507,279 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres form moderately fluctuating flowers around the pupils that are visible at a close, passing glance. Loss of control over Vezranites is rare, loss of control over self is highly improbable.

Stage 6, Apex (234,507,502-933,326,197 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres violently jolt inside the irises, but take to the rhythm of nearby music or other patterned sound; easily visible from across an empty room. Loss of control over Vezranites is a possibility, loss of control over self is a rarity.

Stage 7, Ferality (933,326,884-1,646,994,169 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres are plainly visible and fluctuate abruptly into the sclerae: they are easily singled out in a crowded room. Loss of control over Vezranites is nearly guaranteed and the self is to be considered lost.

Stage 8, Coaction (1,646,994,399-8,222,027,105 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres overtake the entirety of the irises and jut violently yet harmoniously into and back from the sclerae, making them highly visible in a crowded street. There is no longer a risk of losing control over Vezranites, but the self is likely to be entirely lost.

Stage 9, Coalescence (8,222,027,375-24,061,836,820 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres overwhelm all but the pupils of the eyes and radiate brilliantly. The self is one with the Vezranite hive, creating a rogue colony separate from Vezra's will.

Stage 10, Vezra (Over 24,061,836,820 Vezranites): The Vezran Chromospheres are all that remain of the Vezramancer. As only Vezra may choose who mantles them, this Stage is near-impossible to attain. The alternative is instant erasure from future existence.
