I was only resurrected because I watched the podcast of the creation of The Sea Beast and that was how I woke up that side that was hibernating.

I beg for Hornagold to be in the sequel. He has so much potential for a redemption arc.

My favorite thing about this is how everyone reacts to him.

The way Sarah tenses but straightens up further so she can sneer at him despite being in a lower position (location wise).

How Crow's glare just intensifies the most, how he shrinks in on himself with the amount of anger he's holding down, and how the grip on hat

Jacob doesn't tense as much, but he brings his snack further away from him, clearly loosing interest

So I just watched "Sea Beast" on Netflix and I love it, but you won't tell me Jacob isn't a secret love child of Hans and Kristoff.

I mean, look at him

He is them both, he has blond sideburns and Hans' floofy hair and Kristoff's nose!

I don't know what kind of dark magic was involved but you will pry it from my dead cold fingers.

Also, Sarah Sharpe is badass and there is truly no first officer more loyal than her.

and Jacob and Honagold was supposed to be enemies to allies?? (But hornagold died later) and hornagold is taller than Jacob 😭😭

We never see Hornagold and his men again in the movie even though we know Red doesn't kill all of them. And we don't see a hint of them back at Three Bridges so as far as I believe Crow and the Inevitable crew straight up left their asses on Rum Pepper island.

I'm watching The Sea Beast on Netflix right now and it is already an incredible film. The animation is stunning. The story is pretty great too. Voice acting is on the mark. The OST is brilliant. Plus I am HERE for found family tropes.

Anywho, an imagine popped into my head. So, imagine being high up jn society and being promised to Admiral Hornagold, but being in love with Jacob Holland, so when he makes the bet to the King and Queen about slaying the Sea Beast, he's also competing for your hand.
