We get 50% of molecular DNA from the mother and 50% from the father. But we get 100% mitochondrial DNA from the mother. Mitochondria and their DNA only come from the mother to the baby. Mitochondria produce ATP. ATP is the source of energy in our body. So, we receive power from our mother. Our mother gets it from her mother and our father also gets it from his mother.

Salutations to Lord Kalabhairava, the supreme lord of Kashi, who has the brilliance of a million suns, who saves devotees from the cycle of rebirths, and who is supreme; who has a blue throat, who grants us our desires, and who has three eyes; who is death unto death itself and whose eyes look like a lotus; whose trident supports the world and who is immortal.

Do you think Hinduism should become an expansionist religion?

Anyways, my answer to the question is that it depends.

In our current geopolitical atmosphere and the anti Hindu forces working tenuously to shrink us further, it is somewhat required. We have seen how not using the expansionist stratergy has costed the Jews over millenia, as it has done to us because the radicals we are against (obviously, I do not mean an average Christian or Muslim but just the radical elements) are expansionists.

Because the truth is that the conversion situation is more dire than we like to think, more people leave Hinduism than the reverts who join, and although we talk about muslim radicals, the christian missionaries are the ones leading the penchant fr.

And, it is not like we cannot do it. On the contrary, I feel like we will do it quite splendidly given how we attracted the likes of George Harrison, Julia Roberts, Miley Cyrus, Will Smith, Stallone either partially or fully to our faith without trying, and organisations such as ISCKON who do not even consist of 1% of total Hindus have done a steady job in bringing people to Hinduism, becasue Hinduism has a pluralistic and flexible belief system that connects to both religion and spirituality.

And we have done it before. Adi Shankaracharya did that when India was becoming dangerously close to becoming a Budhhist nation, so it is totally fine as long as it is to save our identity/make people aware of the truth of Hinduism like jagatguru did when people were converting out due to not understanding it properly, and not dominate the world.

If even 20% of Hindu population starts spreading their faith to the curious minded induviduals, we can hold up on our own against the offenders.

And I do not mean aggressive tactics or freebie promises at all, but a simple sharing of faith to those interested. Please, keep your mouths shut to people who already are in love with their religions.

The Ghar Wapsi initiative has been popular but failed to attract enough people as expected, simply because of the aggression that surrounds it. Its beginnings and the intrusive hindu groups that exploit the word have made people (especially non Hindus) wary of it, and an average Hindu is still a person who is not a fan of unwarranted conflicts and does not care what faith other people practice. The truth is that initiatives like ghar wapsi can only work within India as long as it does not rid itself of the radical elements around it.

ISCKON has used nothing but song, dance and love of God and today Hare Krishna movement is spread worldwide. They have done the mere job of actually making people aware of God, whereas Ghar Wapsi is based more on an Individual being a Hindu than an actual affiliation to God (reason #956834 why I don’t believe that extremists actually care about our Gods). Which is again why it cannot be popular outside India; you need to know about the Gods you are considering following, and while you can expect Indian Non-Hindus to know since this is a Hindu majority country, you cannot really expect that of people in Russia, Cambodia, El Salvador etc.

★ Hrithik Roshan to feature as Kabir in Tiger 3; YRF Spy Universe unites the trinity!

Over the last decade, YRF Spy Universe has become the biggest franchise of Indian Cinema with a 100 percent blockbuster ratio. Aditya Chopra’s stint with making Spy Films started back in 2012 with the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif-led Ek Tha Tiger, followed by its sequel, Tiger Zinda Hai in 2017. The journey continued with Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff fronted War in 2019, followed by Pathaan starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham in 2023.

Pathaan marked the beginning of an interconnected universe as the first SPY of the YRF Universe Tiger, made an appearance in the SRK starrer. Next up is the fifth film of the universe, Tiger 3, and it's already a known fact that SRK will be making an appearance as Pathaan in this action-packed adventure. But that’s not all. We have exclusively learnt about another big development within the YRF Spy Universe, and it can’t get bigger than this. According to our sources, Hrithik Roshan aka. Kabir from the War franchise is now all set to feature in Tiger 3.

“Aditya Chopra has set the wheel in motion for a full convergence of super spies within the YRF Spy Universe. No one knows, but along with Pathaan, Kabir will also be making an appearance in Tiger 3. A handful of people know how Adi is visualizing Kabir in Tiger 3 and this information is being kept under wraps to be only revealed on the big screen when Tiger 3 releases on November 12,” revealed a source.

While Salman and Katrina will be seen as Tiger and Zoya, they face the deadly antagonist Aatish played by Emraan Hashmi in the third Tiger film which is ready to hit the big screen on Sunday, November 12th, 2023. With Tiger, Pathaan, and now Kabir making an appearance in a single film, YRF is set to establish the trinity of iconic spies under one roof, paving the way for many other cross-overs across timelines.

“Three of India’s biggest superstars – Salman, SRK & Hrithik – are in the same universe and now also the same film. This is definitely a moment to celebrate for all the cine-goers. Kabir’s appearance in Tiger 3 is just the beginning of something special in the future of this universe. At this point in time, no one knows the dynamics of how the three super spies will be presented and if they will be in the same frame or not,” the source added.

Next up after Tiger 3 is the Ayan Mukerji-directed War 2, which marks the return of Hrithik Roshan as Kabir in a full-fledged role. The film pits him off against the young tiger, NTR Jr., with Kiara Advani as the female lead. The shooting for this epic action begins soon. SMVDU Celebrates Shankaracharya Jayanti

Shankaracharya Jayanti was celebrated by the School of Philosophy & Culture, SMVDU. Dr. Anil K. Tewari, Assistant Professor SoPC gave an introductory speech. Dr. A. K. Sharma was the Chief Guest. The day was celebrated by showing a documentary titled Kalady: the triumph of faith over time (rediscovery of Sri Adi Shankaracharya’s birth place). Adi Shankaracharya Jayanti is celebrated on Panchami Tithi during Shukla Paksha of Vaishakha month. Shankaracharya is known for his teachings on Advaita Veddanta, which emphasizes the unity of the individual self (atman) with the universal consciousness (Brahman). The documentary discussed the importance of the birth place of Adi Shankaracharya. It shed light on the four peeths which are located in the four corners of India – Sringeri in South, Dwarka in the west, Puri in the east and Joshimath in the north. The main discussion was about history of acquiring Kalady and relocating Shankaracharya’s home and related places. It also discussed his life story and the incidents which encouraged him to observe Sannyasa. Students from various branches attended the celebration. Guest faculties of Vedic Studies, Mr. Keshav Kumar Pandey, Mr. Krishna Kumar Pandey and Dr. Chandra Shekhar Mishra explained Shankaracharya’s philosophy. Mr. Sumantha Sarthi Sharma discussed a few questions related to the importance of Advaita Vedanta Philosophy in present time. In the end, the vote of thanks was given by Dr. Madhu Mangal Chaturvedi.
