eid mubarak from the gutierrez-fadoula home
today is eid al-adha, one of the most holy days of the islamic year. typical celebration of this day includes dressing up, spending the day with family, giving gifts, and giving fresh food to the hungry.
tragically, many gazans are unable to do any of this today. if you'd like to do something special this eid, muslim or not, i highly encourage donating to a fund here. palestine asdiqa is a palestinian led grassroots community focused on boosting the personal funds of people in gaza. i am long time mutuals with one of their organizers and can assure you they do great work over there ^.^

Submitted by @certainalpacawhispers:
So what if Desmond was sent back in Altair’s time but either it was planned (ISU bullshit) or it was a mistake (ISU bullshit), he was sent too early and Altair is like, a child. For some reason Desmond end up half raising or totally raising Altair. There is many way it can be maybe at first Umar is like “who tf is that grown unknown ass man staring at my child” but that unknown ass man seems to protect Altair ? I don’t know what relationship Desmond or Umar could have but Umar dies like in cannon cause Desmond can’t stop it (or maybe there’s another universe or he does) and now he just has a child ?
Or maybe Desmond just kidnap Altair once he comes back in time ?
I have no idea where this could begin or go, but I don’t think I have seen (except for one) any fic where Desmond come back in time and become some sort of father figure or mentor to Altair. The same could be said for any other AC protagonist. I would be curious to see what the hell would Desmond do ?
=====================================
Additions by teecup:
Desmond could start off as kinda like Umar’s strange informant and Umar knew that Desmond is hiding things but his information is always spot on so Umar never tried to press him for more. Altaïr meets him a few times when he accompanies his father during one of his ‘safer’ missions. Because there’s no way Desmond would go to Masyaf as it’s too risky to get Al Mualim’s attention and we need an excuse for Desmond and Altaïr to know one another.
With this, Altaïr would have an idea of how much Umar trusts Desmond, perhaps even think of Desmond as his uncle because of how nice and kind Desmond is to him. Maybe he’ll even spoil Altaïr every time he sees him and Umar just sighs and shakes his head softly.
It’s also during these times that Altaïr heard Desmond trying to warn Umar to not trust Al Mualim so blindly. To be careful and to-
Umar always stopped him. By the time he and Desmond met and developed whatever kind of relationship they had, Umar was already too loyal to Al Mualim that Desmond’s words fell on deaf ears.
But Altaïr remembered them.
So when Desmond appears inside his room the night of his father’s death, face pale as he kept apologizing for being too late, for not being there…
Altaïr embraces him tightly and begs him to stay.
And Desmond didn’t think.
Desmond took Altaïr away from Masyaf in the middle of the night without any real plans in mind.
Unorganized Notes:
You know what would be funny… if Adha was like Desmond’s daughter in this setup. And instead of an arranged marriage between her and Altaïr, she just nods and accepts that Altaïr is now her younger brother (“We’re the same age” “Shush. Listen to your big sister.”). She doesn’t even have to be Desmond’s biological daughter. She just happens to be a child that Desmond adopted and later found out was Altaïr’s Adha but, at that point, he’s already acting like the girl’s father to let her end up as what’s expected of her.
Altaïr would definitely have abandonment issues because he begged Umar to not leave him and that only transfers to Desmond as he grows older. As he grows up, he’ll also think that it’s Al Mualim’s fault that his father died and Desmond didn’t really stop him from thinking that.
Altaïr disappearance is considered one of the greatest mysteries of the Levantine Brotherhood. They’re still looking for him and Al Mualim is worried because he did care for Umar and Altaïr (even if his kind of care is a bit twisted by his desire for power and Altaïr’s gift of the Sight is definitely… a factor).
One of the greatest divergence with the canon on this setup is actually Ahmad Sofian’s survival. The night he tried to take his own life, he’s actually the one who noticed Altaïr’s disappearance. He believes that he cannot be forgiven until Altaïr returns to Masyaf so he’s actually the one who is trying to find Altaïr the most.
Of course, this only makes Abbas more or less jealous of Altaïr because it feels like Altaïr is more important to his father than his own son.
Altaïr doesn’t have any close friends in Masyaf so his disappearance doesn’t really affect anyone (other than Ahmad and Al Mualim) but everyone talks about it.
Altaïr grows up under Desmond’s tutelage which only makes him more deadly than he is as he is trained not just on his canon self’s style but Ezio’s and Ratonhnhaké:ton’s as well.
If Adha is included in this idea, they’re more like brother-and-sister with a bit of rivalry going on about who is their father’s top student. (It’s still Altaïr but Adha knows him enough to know which area to poke just to annoy him)
Altaïr’s arrogance and bluntness in this setting stems from Desmond’s weakness for him and his confidence in his own skills. It is also tempered by Desmond’s teachings and Altaïr doesn’t like to be scolded by him. His idea of the Creed is mostly what Desmond teaches it and he’s a model Assassin in almost everything… except…
Altaïr’s loyalty lies completely on Desmond, not to any Brotherhood or any Creed. This will definitely make him at odds with Malik when they clash but Altaïr doesn’t really care if his loyalty to Desmond is no different from Umar’s loyalty to Al Mualim. As far as Altaïr is concerned, the difference was his father chose the wrong master.
It is an ongoing headache for Desmond and he’s trying to get Altaïr to understand the importance of the Creed but Altaïr is a little shit who likes to use Desmond’s own explanation to get what he wants anyway.
Desmond’s technically a rogue Assassin and Altaïr is his acolyte. Although, by the time 1190 comes around, the two of them would be more like mentor and Master Assassin. His main mission is to keep the POEs away from both Templars and Assassins. Oh and to kick Al Mualim’s ass once he has enough evidence of his treachery.
They don’t acknowledge it but Desmond is supported by Alamut… mainly because they want Al Mualim kicked out as well but they can’t be seen as the ones who have done such a thing. A ‘third party’ like Desmond would be great, thanks.
Kadar still ends up heroworshipping Altaïr. Them’s the rules.
#submission#even in a world where his father doesn’t die#i still make abbas a dick although his dickishness comes from jealousy#which isn’t really anything new#desmond wasn’t planning on making his own brotherhood#it’s just the two of them anyway#three if we’re including adha#assassin's creed#desmond miles#altaïr ibn la'ahad#desmond becomes altaïr's foster father#umar still died sorry#teecup writes/has a plot#fic idea: assassin's creed

it's currently Eid Al-Adha, which would be a time for people to celebrate with their friends and family, but the occupation has prevented Palestinians from observing the holiday the way they normally would
@ma7moudgaza2 is keeping with one of the holiday's traditions of giving gifts to children, by giving money to kids for every $20 CAD that is raised
along with this, he's still trying to evacuate his family of 5, and is currently only at 1/4 of his goal, so please support him by donating if you can, and if not please still share

in honor of it being ramadan, could you please write how the assassins (altair, ezio, connor, arno, and jacob) would react to their fem love interest being muslim? ❤️
☾ ⋆ ゚𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐒𝐓 / 𝐑𝐔𝐋𝐄𝐒 𝐍𝐎𝐓𝐄𝐒: of course! sorry this is so late but now at least it's in time for Eid al-Adha being on the way! <3 as always, I'll just say that I'm not muslim myself so I'm always open to constructive criticism when it comes to writing about cultures and practices other than my own. A big thank you to @gojohater101 for giving me some pointers on things :) 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒: altaïr, ezio, connor, arno, jacob 𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐒: none
。・:*˚:✧。altaïr ibn la'ahad
♡ if you withhold from things such as drinking, gambling, swearing, etc. it honestly inspires Altaïr to follow your example and be more diligent in his practices too! He really admires you and the way you go about following your faith.
♡ a part of me feels like Altaïr lives the sort of life where he is a man of faith but he's very busy so it's not often at the forefront of his mind. But he's seen you making wudu and dua and it's really made him dedicate more time to his faith too and he's found that he's feeling much happier in following the example that you set for him, even without meaning to. He just loves you so much and admires so many things about you, he truly believes you bring out the best in him.
。・:*˚:✧。ezio auditore
♡ Firenze is quite a multicultural city and he's well-travelled so Ezio won't ever judge you. He'll ask you about your practices quite a bit but it's only ever out of curiosity and so that he makes sure he doesn't ever disrespect you by accident.
♡ one of Ezio's ways of showing love is gift-giving so he'll make sure to find places that specialise in pretty and modest clothing so that he can still spoil you all while respecting your way of dressing and your comfort. He also loves cooking for you so he finds substitutes for where he might use alcohol while cooking so that it still tastes good but he's able to make a version without alcohol for you. He doesn't make a very big deal out of it though and just ends up eating the same alcohol-free food as you, it's a silent little way of him loving and respecting you.
。・:*˚:✧。ratonhnhaké:ton | connor kenway
♡ he's very intrigued to hear all about your beliefs and practices as well as sharing his with you! He was the one that repaired and renovated the manor so I can 100% see him setting up a prayer room for you. He wants you to have the space that you need and he consults you about it to make sure that everything is in order. He'll try fasting with you if that's something you do! He'll get up before sunrise with you to cook and eat and he'll join you in fasting during daylight too.
♡ running the homestead means that he's a pretty busy guy but he admires the way that you take time out of your day for religious practices and it makes him realise he should probably take a page out of your book and slow down every once in a while too so that he can partake in his own practices as well. He'll always provide you with whatever you need, you mean the world to him and he wants you to be well physically, mentally and spiritually.
。・:*˚:✧。arno dorian
♡ like Connor, he also renovates the place a little to make sure you have a prayer room because he wants you to know that he respects you and he'll always make room for you in his life - emotionally and physically. Also like Ezio, he'll find some substitute flavour for alcohol when cooking so that he can respect your beliefs. He even arranges for a new line of the café's sweets that don't include alcohol so that you have a full pick of the menu when the two of you spend time watching performances over treats and coffee together.
♡ Arno is absolutely a fashionista and I won't be convinced otherwise. He gets into learning about modest fashion so that he can still treat you with new clothes the way he thinks any man should do for his lady. Considering the time period, I'd say that a lot of his sources come from places like Morocco so he's likely bought you a kaftan or a few considering how the french ladies were rather fascinated with this fashion at the time.
。・:*˚:✧。jacob frye
♡ like with Ezio, Jacob's city had opened up to become a very multicultural place so he doesn't really bat an eye at you having a different faith to him. (I honestly headcanon that Jacob was likely baptised under the anglican church but he's not really a big believer, he focuses more on this life than the next). He does ask you questions out of curiosity though and because he wants to make sure he won't say something disrespectful out of a lack of understanding.
♡ he's watches you pray a few times just out of a simple fascination and curiosity. He once interrupted you making wudu because he didn't know what you were doing but he was quick to apologise and let you continue without interruption once you explained to him - he ended up buying you some flowers to say sorry because he felt really bad for having interrupted something that he knows is so important to you.
p.s. again, I'm very open to any sort of constructive criticism! I want my followers to feel represented in my work. You all have a place on my blog, no matter what your background is 🩵
☾ ⋆ ゚like my work? why not: ∘ buy me a coffee? ∘ commission me?∘ join my taglist ∘ consider following/reblogging

Living in North America, even when you aren’t celebrating Christmas, it feels like you're celebrating Christmas.
Promptly on November 1st, the red, white and green festivities begin and their brilliant hues are inescapable. There are elves on shelves and an inflatable Frosty on roofs. And Santa! He really is always watching you as he’s plastered on every surface. He sees you when you’re sleeping because he’s on the half-eaten chocolate wrapper on your dresser. He knows when you’re awake because he’s also on your cereal box, milk carton, and morning coffee sleeve.
Around this time of year, there is a spike in cases of FOMO within first and second-generation immigrants whose holiday rosters do not include Christmas. For over fifty days, they are stuck between a rock and a jolly place because Christmas can be… tempting. The twinkling lights are alluring, the merry melodies are mesmerizing, the promise of gifts is promising, and so the fear of missing out can be all-consuming. It all starts on an ordinary November morning when suddenly, "the holiday spirit" infuses everything the light touches. Every mode and medium has a Yuletide tinge, and every sector of life has a little trimming. For two months, these FOMO-ridden individuals trapeze through jagged tinsel and paper-cut sharp wrapping paper, trying to maneuver in the aftermath of Big Hallmark’s joyous rampage.
In schools, children sing carols in winter pageants, some only mouthing the words to Silent Night or hesitantly rockin’ around a Christmas tree.
There's no argument that these activities can spark joy, and that's precisely the problem. Celebrating, the very act of it, is fun. Whether it’s Halloween, a wedding, an achievement, however minimal, or even a dog’s birthday, people find reasons to come together and celebrate. But in this case, Christmas is not theirs to celebrate. Some people have a little voice in their heads that nettles them each time they put on reindeer ears or take part in Secret Santa. Depending on the individual, it could be their conscience screaming, “What would my parents say?”
In the winter whirlwind of hope, excitement, and merriment, it’s almost impossible to not want to be a part of it all, even subconsciously. It’s difficult to deny that Christmas is fun.
Especially since celebrating non-Christian holidays in the West can be challenging.
There are no signature drinks or holiday hours. There are no lights and most definitely no statutory days off. Christmas is fun because of the sheer scale. The stakes are high with countdowns, giveaways, and so many parties.
Christmas isn’t just a day you celebrate, it’s a season. It’s a pallette and a theme. It’s a genre of music and film. It’s a category of dessert, dinner, and beverage.
That said, it’s difficult to compete with all the fanfare that happens each year in December. Parents are often compelled to go above and beyond to get their kids excited about their own celebrations. Usually with the help of old reliable Mr. Chuck E. Cheese and even older — and therefore more reliable — Mr. Wad of Cash. Worse yet, when one has to justify their need for a day off to a manager who is apparently fascinated by their religion, people can’t help but pray for patience, or better yet, a miracle.
A miracle in which there is no rock by the jolly place. What if a certain non-Christian American demographic could celebrate their holiday at the same time as everyone else? What if they could ride on the Christmas coattails of vacation days, holiday parties, and sales? What if a certain non-Christian religious holiday coincided with Christmas and millions more could wholeheartedly celebrate together with the masses? What if, for example, Eid al-Adha fell on December 24th?
Wouldn’t that be a miracle?

I know you’re on a kinkmas grind (I’ve been loving it!) but I can’t help but think about Willa at the holidays! You may have done this before (I may have been the one to even suggest it even lol) but imagine Willa learning about the various holidays. Steve teaches her about Christmas and gets Thor to dress up like Santa. She learns about Hanukkah from Bucky and they light candles together. Idk I just love coming up with Willa fluff.
hey sweet friend, happy holidays! i was indeed very busy with kinkmas when i received this but i still wanted to give a little answer about willa's holiday season as you and a few anons sent in asks about it 🫶
note: i wanted to include willa learning about a wide variety of religions and cultures, but i'm not an expert on anything so if i got anything wrong or anything should be adjusted please let me know!! i will be so happy and grateful to learn more 💕
the end of the year is a crazy time for willa-bug, she's so busy! i didn't know bucky was jewish (and a quick google search wasn't very helpful on confirming this) but if he is, i love that!! and then yes he definitely does hanukkah stuff with her, lighting the candles and maybe she even makes him little presents for each night of hanukkah 🥺 she also wants some of the other friends (peter, thor, wanda, clint...) to come celebrate with bucky too, and bring gifts and participate in all the festivities with him!
i bet she and peter do advent calendars together, he gets her an avenger themed one and she finds him a spiderman one lol 🥺 maybe steve invites peter and wanda to stay over for the first 25 days of december and makes a big deal about them and willa getting to experience "christmas-time in a proper home" 💕 they do all sorts of traditional stuff that steve loves: baking and cooking, decorating the house, fun little crafts, putting up a christmas tree, etc. maybe the whole team comes over one night to help decorate the tree, and they all bring some ornaments to contribute so that willa and steve can have a nice selection for every year 🥺 christmas eve is super fun, she sets out cookies and milk for santa- then in the morning, steve and the kids all gather around the christmas tree and santa brought sooo many presents! (wanda and peter made sure to bring willa out to get lots for steve too ofc 🫶)
a silly little side note: willa's letter to santa is so precious 🥺 at five, she's just learning to write and can't spell yet, so she asks steve to write it out for her so she can copy it down onto her paper. the first part of the letter is just her talking to santa, asking how he is and how all the reindeer are and if he has to wear a bunch of coats in the north pole lol. she asks for a few things for herself but then she asks for a present for each of her friends too, bc thor told her that grown-ups don't write letters to santa and she wants to make sure santa knows exactly what they would like!! so if she's the only one writing to him, she's gotta put in a word for them herself 🥺 she also writes "please" after each thing so santa can see she's using her manners 😭 steve is already tearing up as he listens to her and writes it out for her in big, easy to read letters. then when he sees it written out in her own five-year-old script, he's practically clutching his heart he can't take the cuteness 😭 he definitely saves it, tucks it away somewhere safe to show her when she grows up
willa isn't ready for proper preschool but steve does bring her to an early childhood education program where parents stay and play 💕 she makes lots of friends, many who have different backgrounds that she gets to learn about! she gets to learn about ramadan and eid ul-fitr, as well as eid ul-adha from one classmate whose mom invites her and steve to come join them for iftar! another friend tells her all about chinese new year and shows pictures from the festival she went to last year with her family.
steve definitely raises her to be interested in and respectful of all other cultures and religions! he teaches her what traditions and holidays he celebrates, but also encourages her to find out what other important people in her life believe in and celebrate, and to value those things as well. maybe he gets her a big calendar to hang on the wall where they can mark all their holidays, and their friends' holidays too! so they can remember to celebrate along with them in ways they find meaningful 💕

Darling Sab!!! I just loved that latest extra credit fic so, so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I loved the premise so much!!! The idea of Suguru seeing the childhood bedroom of his wife?? 💖💖💖 I think that’s so, so cute!!! And yes, oh my gosh, I thought your lines of how this wasn’t the person he knew but one that grew into the one he loved were so, so powerful & moving xxx 💜💜💜 and with the bed?? 😆😆😆 imagine squeezing that mountain of a man into a twin bed??? 🤣🤣🤣
But honestly… the idea of Suguru just adoring his wife is so… 😍😍😍 and being teased but resisting, and then finally he can’t wait anymore 🤭🤭🤭 and neither can his wife 😉😉😉
there’s something incredibly sexy, in MY opinion, of ‘wife’ (and especially ‘perfect, pretty wife’) being used in this context ❤️❤️❤️ I love it so much 😍
AND THEN THE FLOORBOARDS?? 🤣🤣🤣🤣 that’s so funny 😆 I would’ve literally been so terrified for that second ahahah 🤣
I thought the ending was also super sweet xxx Suguru with a cute pink blush 🥹☺️💖 how cute 🥹 (also, I don’t know what it is, but I’m super into papa Suguru agenda 😆)

agh thank you bb 😭🥹 this ask made me smile so much — no literally it’s something so beautiful about seeing someone you love as a person you didn’t know before but being so grateful that they existed so you could love the person before you 😭😭😭
no literally suguru is so obsessed with his wife — he just adores her with every fiber and it’s so hot 😭😭 he can’t believe you’re his you know?? hahah I had to do almost getting caught 🫣🫣🫣 I would die of embarrassment too though haha
I’m so into the papa suguru agenda — him and his daughter in those asks I got are everything to me and I’m getting around to writing some dad!suguru soon I think 🥹💕
thank you so much babe I appreciate you for being here and your kind words 💕🫶🥹 it means everything and thank you!! If you celebrate I hope you had a wonderful Eid al-Adha too! 🫶🥹

Eid al-Adha (Arabic: عيد الأضحى ʿĪd al-ʾAḍḥā [ˈʕiːd æl ˈʔɑdˤħæː], "Feast of the Sacrifice") or the Feast of Sacrifice is the second and the largest of the two main holidays celebrated in Islam (the other being Eid al-Fitr). It honours the willingness of Abraham (Ibrahim) to sacrifice one of his sons, either Ishmael (Ismail) or Isaac (Ishaq), as an act of obedience to God's command. However, before Abraham could sacrifice his son in the name of God, and because of his willingness to do so, God provided him with a lamb to sacrifice in his son's place. In commemoration of this intervention, animals are ritually sacrificed. Part of their meat is consumed by the family that offers the animal, while the rest of the meat is distributed to the poor and the needy. Sweets and gifts are given, and extended family members typically visit and are welcomed. The day is also sometimes called the Greater Eid. The celebration of Eid, however, is not mentioned in the Qur'an.
In the Islamic lunar calendar, Eid al-Adha falls on the tenth day of Dhu al-Hijja and lasts for four days. In the international (Gregorian) calendar, the dates vary from year to year, shifting approximately 11 days earlier each year.
HAPPY EID AL-FITR/ EID AL-ADHA / EID MUBARAK TO ALL Of The Muslim Community & To All Who Celebrate It ☪️ 🕌 🕋 #EidAlFitr #EidAlAdha #EidMubarak #Muslim

Turkey Public Holidays 2023 | Turkey Holidays 2023
This article delves into the captivating world of Turkey public holidays, exploring their origins, cultural significance, and the diverse ways in which they are celebrated.
Turkey, a land where rich history and vibrant culture converge, boasts a diverse array of public holidays that reflect its heritage, traditions, and values. From religious observances to national commemorations, Turkey's public holidays play a significant role in the lives of its citizens.
Here you can checkout Turkey public holidays.
1. The Blend of Secular and Religious Observances
Turkey's public holidays offer a unique blend of both secular and religious observances. This is a testament to the country's rich history, which includes its transformation from the Byzantine and Ottoman empires to the modern Turkish republic. Public holidays in Turkey are divided into two main categories: secular holidays, which have a focus on national identity and history, and religious holidays, which hold immense significance for the country's Muslim population.
2. Religious Holidays: Celebrating Faith and Tradition
One of the most important religious holidays in Turkey is Eid al-Fitr, also known as Ramazan Bayramı. This three-day celebration marks the end of Ramadan, the Islamic holy month of fasting. Families come together to share festive meals, exchange gifts, and give to those in need, adhering to the principles of generosity and compassion.
Another significant religious holiday is Eid al-Adha, or Kurban Bayramı. This holiday commemorates the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son as an act of obedience to God. Families sacrifice animals, and the meat is distributed to those in need, promoting solidarity and care for the less fortunate.
3. Secular Holidays: Honoring National Identity
Secular holidays in Turkey are deeply rooted in the country's history and its transition into a modern, progressive state. The most prominent secular holiday is Republic Day, celebrated on October 29th. This day marks the proclamation of the Turkish Republic in 1923 and the abolishment of the Ottoman Empire. Festivities include parades, fireworks, and cultural performances that showcase the nation's unity and strength.
Another notable secular holiday is Victory Day, commemorated on August 30th. This holiday pays tribute to the military victories during the Turkish War of Independence. The day is celebrated with ceremonies, exhibitions, and historical reenactments that honor the resilience and determination of the Turkish people.
4. Cultural Festivals: A Fusion of Tradition and Modernity
Turkey's public holidays also feature various cultural festivals that celebrate the country's diverse heritage. One such festival is Nevruz, a spring equinox celebration that holds roots in ancient Turkic traditions. It marks the arrival of spring and is celebrated with music, dance, and colorful displays.
The International Antalya Film Festival showcases Turkey's contribution to the world of cinema. This event attracts filmmakers and cinema enthusiasts from around the globe, providing a platform to appreciate Turkey's cinematic achievements.
5. Travel and Tourism During Public Holidays
Turkey's unique blend of history, culture, and natural beauty makes it a sought-after destination for travelers. Public holidays can significantly impact the tourism industry, as both locals and tourists participate in the festivities. Visitors can immerse themselves in the local customs, enjoy traditional cuisine, and witness the vibrant celebrations that unfold during these holidays.
6. The Economic Impact of Public Holidays
Public holidays play a significant role in Turkey's economy. Businesses often adjust their operations during holidays, and industries like tourism, hospitality, and retail experience fluctuations in demand. The careful consideration of public holidays is vital for maintaining a balance between celebrating cultural heritage and sustaining economic stability.
Postino WineCafe is a chain of wine bars, here you can typically enjoy discounted drinks and small plates. It’s a great time to grab a drink with friends or colleagues after work and unwind with some delicious snacks.
Conclusion
Turkey's public holidays offer a fascinating glimpse into the nation's history, traditions, and values. The blend of religious observances, secular commemorations, and cultural festivals paints a vivid picture of Turkey's rich and diverse tapestry.
These holidays not only unite the nation in celebration but also serve as a reminder of the past and a foundation for the future. Whether it's the joyous feasts of Eid, the pride of Republic Day, or the vibrant displays of cultural festivals, Turkey's public holidays reflect the essence of this captivating country.
