❤️: How popular is you x your f/o? Are you a rarepair?

I’d say we’re fairly popular, enough to have ship wars between Kokiddie, Saiouma and Oumota fans. We’re loved, but not the most popular V3 ship.

☕️: What are the most common plots of shipping fics between you and your f/o?

The three most common fics are comfort, with one of us comforting the other during the quieter times where we’re both free to be completely vulnerable. Carefree fluff with the two of us playing our pranks on the others and going on dates. And angst, with one of us hurting and betraying the other (most often it’s Kokichi obviously), because people just love making characters suffer rather than any actual hatred for one/both of us or the ship.

🛌: What tropes show up in fics involving your ship?

Friends to lovers. There’s a LOT of angel/devil tropes that make me much more innocent than I am, bed sharing, shared trauma, chaotic x (slightly more) realistic and calm, loveable x hateable, snarky and unpredictable jerk x person who knows how to deal with them. And chaotic gremlins being chaotic gremlins together.

🎞️: What ‘canon’ scenes would the fandom point to as evidence for the validity of your ship?

100% the biggest one people would mention would be Kichi being sincere and vulnerable with me as his first true friend and someone dear to him, when we’re alone in one of our dorms when we were still attending Hope’s Peak, or at home after graduating. Especially the first time he had when he was certain he could trust me.

And for me, being patient and being able to run with his pranks, but balance him out as well to reason with him somewhat, and that I find him funny and love being around him rather than finding him annoying

💌: How would your dynamic be portrayed? What might people focus on most? Any misconceptions?

Oh, any ship involving Kokichi is seen as toxic by a lot of people, so naturally he’d be lying and manipulating me like he does with everyone to antis. The actual dynamic would be the wildcard, power couple. Childish and often seen as irresponsible, but the “individually they’re strong, together they’re unstoppable” couple. And much deeper than anyone else can see. It’d be fairly evenly split which trait people would focus on, depending on which side they’re more of a fan of.

👬 - What kind of hugs do they give? (Do they lift you off your feet? Bear hug you? Softly cuddle you?)

Kokichi latches onto me, latches. And he refuses to let go until he’s done.

If we’re out around the others or we’re out in public he tackles me lunges to wrap himself around me as much as he can, but when we’re alone at home together he’s gentle, sweet and either drapes himself over me or he’ll drag me to be the big spoon and hold him with his head buried in my neck or my chest.

👕 - Do you ever wear each other’s clothing?

Constantly. More often it’s Kichi who takes my clothes to wear, and proceeds to act shocked if I ask him about it and insist “I’d never steal from you, Addie-chaaan. I bought this with my hard earned money, nee-heehee.”

The instant I’d gotten close to Kichi nothing’s off limits.

🌛 - Who is more likely to doze off on the other?

Both of us. He’d never admit it because he has his evil supreme leader reputation to maintain, but Kichi is incredibly affectionate and thrives on it. So we’ll often be found with one of us fallen asleep on top of the other.

I’m bored so here, me and my f/os with our love languages to start off my self shipping on the blog <3

Wally: He loves all of them. Wally adores affection of all kinds, and he could never get tired of showing me all the affection in the world. And receiving it? It has him instantly going limp and dazed in a complete love struck state whenever I’m romancing him. His favourite is without a doubt is acts of service with his endlessly friendly and helpful nature, and once I’d taught him about romantic kisses and cuddles he’s practically addicted to physical affection.

Syobai: Open affection doesn’t come naturally to him, and it took Syobai time to get accustomed to it. He’ll laugh and (lightly) tease me over being soft whenever I’m loving and showing him any, but it’s clear that he doesn’t mean it, that he genuinely appreciates and likes when I am affectionate, and that it’s only because that’s how he is. He shows it through acts of service and gift giving, with small actions showing he cares; bringing home some trinket, piece of jewellery, anything he sees that I’d like (whether or not he’d gotten it legally isn’t important), laying his jacket on top of me or carrying me to our bed if he finds me asleep asleep on the couch, etc. physical affection is only for when we’re at home alone, where no one else can see what we’re up to. And quality time, being able to spend time with one of the few people who doesn’t drive him insane.

Kaito: Another who absolutely cannot get enough of all kinds of affection. Words of affirmation? He refuses to go one day without making it clear that I am the most incredible, impressive, absolutely incomparable person in the universe in his eyes. Gift giving? He would spend the rest of his life spoiling the living hell out of me, and he would give me the moon if he could. Acts of service? Kaito would give anything and do anything and everything for me. Physical affection? Quality time? Dear lord, just try to pry the two of us from each other. There is no better way for either of us to spend time than being together, no matter what it is we’re doing, whether or not we are even doing anything. And the both of us are absolutely shameless in being as openly affectionate with kisses and cuddles, arms around each other, grabbing and pulling each other into our side, holding each other close. And seeing him absolutely light up every single time I give him the same treatment has me absolutely melting inside.

Kokichi: Boy may be a little shit and boast about being the most dangerous, terrifying, utterly evil supreme leader out there, but the second I first gave him a taste of affection? He doesn’t have a preferred love language, he insists on me showering him in all of the love and adoration either of us could dream of. If we’re out in public he’s much more of a tease over it, but when we’re alone Kichi is sweet, soft and sentimental, though still with his cheeky charm, and of course he’s always sure to give as much as he gets, making sure that it’s clear he loves and appreciates everything I do for him.

Charles: Another person who isn’t a natural when it comes to showing open affection. And even after he does become accustomed to it, he is easy to fluster with the slightest bit of affection from me. Naturally quality time with him actively searching me out to spend time with when he isn’t busy with work, or going to find me if anyone (Whitt) has irritated him to hell and back. Subtle and light physical affection, words of affirmation through compliments and clumsy but meaningful reassurances when I’m upset, and acts of service, making me something simple he’d learned to cook, making sure that I’m taking care of myself, and planning special and fancy dates for the two of us.
