So I knew going into ACOFAS that Feyre and Rhys would eventually have a child, but can I just say how unbelievably grateful I am to learn that said child is actually intentional?

I really should've known with how considerate and gentle and good Rhys is with her, but it still makes me so happy.

Sjm could have used Hofas to lessen Rhys’ claim to High King and to the Dusk Court. She could have used that book to describe Nesta as a queen and give her a claim to the Dusk Court.

Instead she used it to strengthen the High King argument in Acosf by connecting Rhys to the last High Rulers of Prythian and made the Dusk Court something that has been passed down through generations of NC High Lords. She also reinforced what people have been saying since Acosf came out. Nesta is a warrior, not a ruler. Bryce could have described her as anything and she chose warrior.

Rhys was given more claim to the Dusk Court in Hofas and Nesta was given the title warrior.

Feyre is Made and Rhys is the most powerful HL. He knows what it’s like to be of 2 cultures, Illyrian and high fae

Nesta is death and Cassian is the Lord of Bloodshed, both warriors. One is Made and the other the most powerful Illyrian in thousands of years.

Elain is high fae but also Made, Azriel is fae but also a Shadowsinger and possible heir to Dusk. They are both the same and yet other, more than just fae.

Lucien is powerful and the possible heir to multiple courts if Spring is in play. He does have a magical eye but the eye is not Made. He is just a powerful high fae lord atm. But I do think he’ll end up with Vassa.

If you’ve read Hofas then you know objects can be hoodwinked and there are several types of mates, just saying.

Why is everyone saying Az will have the next book?

Did we all just forget about Tower of Dawn and how it deviated from the main story only for the end of it to go right back to the main plot?

Yeah, okay, it's extremely probable that he could. Im not saying that. There is definitely evidence of his book being next. We seem to forget that SJM keeps us on our toes. And it's possible the book could be Elains. That Sarah will pull away from the central plot to focus on Elain, Lucien, the Mortal lands, The Autumn Court, Vassa, and Koschei, and then that bleeds into the whole plot of acotar.

It’s wild to me that being anything other than straight in the ACOTAR universe is such a big no-no. Like… these fey are hundreds of years old and you’re telling me with all the boning that happens that they aren’t all just a little bored with their cis/het relationships??? They haven’t branched out?? Unrealistic. Mor deserves more.

Rhysand literally in tears while Feyre holds him as she says, "I love you" makes me sob every time. His whole story, start to finish. How he knew, he saw her before they even met. Every sign in Feyre's life even as a human, hinting and nudging her closer and closer to Rhysand.

You cannot give me a love story that is better than theirs. You can try, but you can't.

5 years have passed since Bryce Quinlan fought the Asteri—and lost.

5 years since the Horn in her back was then used to permanently open the gates between worlds. Midgard, Erilea, and Prythian are now in open war--the reunited Fae of each world working together to fight the Asteri.

But much has changed in the war-ravaged years that have passed. The Crochan Witchclan fights alongside the Valkyries. Hunt Athalar has sought day and night for a way to bring Bryce back from the dead and end this war. And the beloved High Lady of the Night Court--Feyre Archeron-- left Prythian for Erilea, just after their Inner Circle was cleaved apart forever by a newcomer.

As war rages on, the Asteri have found an unlikely ally in Prythian--one that might turn the fortunes of battle against the Fae.

This is an alternate ending to CC3 (HOFAS) where the Asteri win. Bryce was killed in the conflict that followed and the Horn in her back was then used to permanently open the gates. It will follow each of the main character ships (Feysand, Nessian, Rowaelin, Lysaedion, Manorian, Quinlar, etc.) as well as introduce some new ones for some other beloved characters (Azriel, Fenrys). Lots of relationship angst with a happy ending.
