I always get ridiculously anxious during exam time. I often neglect my health and happiness in order to do the most revision, and believe something awful will happen if I don't do well. This is something I'm slowly having to train myself out of, particularly this year when I'm struggling more. I think In the studyblr community we have a tendency to get our self worth confused with our grades- so maybe this advice will help.

100 days of happiness: 40 out of 100. Painted clothes 🌻🐢🍑🌷yesterday I decided to put aside revision for a second (which was scary to do) and focus on what I loved. I've always wanted to go to art school and it never quite happened for me- however I've decided that I'm still going to pour as much energy and love into my creativity as I do in other areas of my life! Painting my clothes was a brilliant way to get artsy clothes for cheap, as well allowing me to experiment with using different fabrics as a canvas!
