What You Should Know About Excellent Car Body Restoration
It's not unexpected that our vehicles pick up small dings and dents, scrapes and scuffs, with ever-increasing congestion crowding our roads and people all attempting to park 4 x 4's and other vehicles into apparently smaller car parking places. So, should we wait for them to accumulate and diminish our car's resale cost, or do we take some action and find a reputable auto body shop? Once you have a better concept of what you are searching for, finding a reliable Car Body Work Near Me is simpler than you would think.
Characteristics Of A High-Quality Auto Body Repair
Where do you begin your search for excellence when visiting a vehicle body repair shop? The first thing I would like to have is a car repair they have recently completed, or, if they allow it, a walk around their facility. You can tell if repairs will last by looking at autos in various states of repair.
So, first, what should we look for while inspecting a done car body repair? Give it your best shot, look over the project, is there anything that stands out right away, and is the color matching nice? If not, that is a decent place to start; otherwise, everything should appear organic and unaltered. Examine how it was masked; are there any painting splatters on the rubbers or around the edges, for example? Bend down and inspect the surfaces; a good Car Accident Repair should be smooth and free of ripples. If it is not smooth, it is not competent, and a professional auto mechanic should always use a sanding block. Look closely at the painting to check whether there are any fine cracks or pinholes. If these are present, they are referred to as sinkage or mapping out; if they are not, the work is done well.
Next, check the general texture of the painting; does everything match? A good car body shop will aim to match the appearance of the paintwork as closely as possible to the original. This may be done by modifying the spray pressure or altering the paint composition. I know it's nitpicky, but low-quality repairs will lower your car's sale price. Lastly, do not be bashful while interviewing for a job (but do not be arrogant or obnoxious either); being curious and asking appropriate questions can help you understand the types of people you will be working with. They are likely no good regardless if they are upset and defensive with you.
Here are a few recommendations if they are good enough to let you wander about the workshop and look at some fixes in the process. Do they utilize dust removal blocks and polishing equipment, and are the vehicles well masked and dust-free on the inside? When it comes to dent repair, the bodywork filler must be finished with fine scratching before applying the paint. Fine body filler scratches usually sink over time; therefore, be wary of repairers who coat the deep scratches in primer to seal them. Check to see whether the body shop has a low-bake oven. If you want your bodywork restorations to endure a long time, you will need to dry the primers and paints in an oven or with infrared light.
I hope you found these tips helpful. A good vehicle Car Body Work Near Me shop is essential if you want to keep your car's bodywork in good shape. You are set for life whenever you locate a good one and establish a connection with them.

GOAL IS MET!!!
Thank you all for the support <33 the rest of the original post is under the cut
Greetings, friends. This isn't for me, it's for my friend @tyladoesthings who I met at my local tech school in-person. We both really wish this wasn't necessary, but things have gotten- difficult.
In short, she has been saving and raising money to move out of her family's house, getting to a safe space in a different state after she had a near un-closeting scare back in April. Yesterday, however, she got into a car accident. She's okay physically, but all of those savings are going towards repairs. Her original plan was to get out of there in about 2 weeks, but now that plan is in jeopardy.
Here is a doc of a letter going into more detail about her situation [embedded link, not updated w/ recent info] and you can help support her [in any small way, anything is super helpful] down here:
It also gives more recent info on the state of things. If you can't help out, we'd be super grateful if this was spread around by reblogging. I'm worried for the safety of my friend, especially with her asking me to make this post here because it feels safer for her than on her own blog. She's too kind of a soul to have all of this thrown at her... Please help bring my friend to safety.
In addition, I am doing doodle requests for any contributions over $10
just send a screenshot of the proof to my inbox and I'll cross-check that w/ my friend Tyla [please keep requests SFW]

「one year anniversary gone wrong 」 Stiles Stilinski x F!reader
Requested by @krissyiscomingforyou 🩷
━━━•❃°•°❀°•°❃•━━━
You knew it was a bad idea when Stiles proposed it: as romantic as a date far enough to look down at the city lights is, with his jeep you knew there was going to be some problems... like, for example, it breaking down without any warning just as you were about to end your date.
"Stiles, I'm going to kill you" you say and if looks could kill he would certainly be dead. Your reaction is excused tho, you're in the middle of nowhere, without appropriate clothes for the cold autumn night that is coming and without a car that could take you back home.
He doesn't look at you, one because he's focused on looking at the jeep's motor in fake, deep concentration, and two because he doesn't feel like seeing your death stare directed at him.  "Now you're being dramatic" he says while walking back to the passengers seat to take the toolbox and the torch. "Could you help me with this?" he asks giving you the light and you sigh while nodding your head.
As Stiles begins to move what seems very important parts of the car around you look warily at him, "not that i don't trust you, but do you know what you're doing?" you ask and he briefly looks at you sheepishly.
"yeah well, not really... but maybe by tentatives something will change...? i think?" he says and you can't help the smile that grows on your lips, after all, the night was perfect: Stiles prepared a wonderful but simple night under the stars with take out food from your favourite restaurant, candle lights and fluffy blankets to keep you warm... you don't feel like putting a bad mood between you two for a small accident that is not even his fault. You move the light to illuminate better the place he is working on.
"One would think that after all the times this car broke down you would become a pro at repairing it" you tease and he chuckles.
"Roscoe has a new problem everyday, it's hard to keep up, you know?" you chuckle at that and you both stay silent for half an hour expect for suggesting new things to try out.
"I'm gonna try to call your dad, maybe he can come pick us up" you propose while taking out your phone only to find out that there is no signal. You don't worry about your parents, you already told them you would be spending the night at Stiles' house and you're glad at least them won't have an heart attack tonight. "No signal... fuck, what should we do? the city is too far to go back walking" you say worried, being trapped near a forest in Beacon Hills in the middle of the night is not on your wish list.
He sighs annoyed and closes the dashboard of the car with more force than necessary. "No it wouldn't be safe" he says in contemplation while looking around, his lips pursued and brows furrowed. "I'm sorry, this is not how the night was supposed to end" he says disappointed and you hurry to walk to stand before him. The thumb of your free hand smoothes the furrowed slit between his brows to make it disappear.
"Don't worry about it Sti, it's not your fault" you kiss his lips briefly before caressing his cold cheek softly. "We could sleep in the back seats for tonight and tomorrow morning we'll try to start the car again" you propose and his hands wraps around your waist even if his eyes don't meet yours, clearly still disappointed by how the night ended.
"We don't have many other choices, do we?" he looks at the car like it just betrayed him in the worst way possible.
"Glaring at it will not make it work, baby" you say laughing while wrapping your arms around his neck.
"Maybe not, but it doesn't hurt to try" Stiles answers immediately and his hands slips in the back pockets of your denim skirt as he turns his head to look at you. "I'm really, really sorry baby, this wasn't suppo-" you interrupt him with a kiss.
"Stop apologizing." your assertive tone shuts him up "this night has been far too perfect to be mad at you... or at your Jeep" he smiles at that and connects your lips together in a sweet kiss.
"Happy one year anniversary" he mumbles and you smile, you're so in love with him.
"Happy anniversary, Sti'" your smile makes him grin. "How about we try get some sleep?"
Stiles hesitates for a few seconds before nodding his agreement. "Yeah...yeah okay, you're right, let's just hope the backseat is big enough for two people" he says, trying to keep his voice cheerful which only makes it sound bitter.
"it was big enough when we had fun last night" you tease and Stiles genuinely chuckles while opening the backdoor and motions you to get in first.
"maybe we should stop having sex in my jeep, it might have broken down because we went too hard in it" he says as he climbs in after you so that your back is pressed to his chest and his legs are on either side of you, his back against the door.
"yeah sure, thats the only plausible reason" you scoff as Stiles covers your body with the fluffy blanket he brought.
"you have a better theory?" he asks wrapping his arms around you, his warmth slowly creeping up on your cold body and you move backwards to try and get more contact between him and your body.
"I might have a few here, listen: dead battery, faulty spark plugs or coil, flooded engine-"
"Ok stop, you're turning me on right now" he whispers against the back of your neck and you chuckle at that, pushing your body further against his.
"ew, that's weird!" you answer.
"How is that weird? You're listing out car parts that tone of voice! how do you expect me to react?" he asks, holding you tighter against his chest.
"what tone of voice?" you ask confused.
"you know the little know-it-all super sexy tone you use? When you're acting all sassy and sarcastic to correct me on something..." he says with a smile and you can feel his lips brush against your ear as he talks making you shiver.
"so... womansplaining? does that even exist?" you ask and your hand goes to his cheek to keep him there.
"mhmh yeah" he says nuzzling his face on your hand, you can feel his lips on your palm and you move your fingers against the curve of his face gently "I call it sassyplaining but whatever works" he murmurs into your skin, his lips moving to your wrist.
You giggle "i don't know if I should feel flattered or offended."
"why would you feel offended?" he asks pressing a kiss to your pulse point "it's a compliment, it means that you're a smart, know-it-all, sexy and confident woman, what's not to like?" his nose travels up your neck and then he plants a kiss right behind your ear.
"uhm, the fact that you just called me 'little know-it all'? maybe? It's not exactly a compliment."
"little as in cute," he clarifies against the skin of your neck while he moves to kiss and nibble at a sensitive spot that makes your breath hitch, "the know-it-all as in super hot" he says while his hand slips between your naked thighs to warm his hand up.
"You're cold." you squirm uncomfortably against your boyfriend but he doesn't budge."
"I know! And you're like my personal heater baby, move closer, please" he says wrapping his arms around your torso in a tight embrace before pulling you flush up against his chest.
You huff but comply as you sit still between your boyfriend's legs and rest your head on his shoulder.
"we should sleep" you mumble while wrapping your arms around the arm that is circling your shoulders and chest to curl up on him.
"yeah yeah, I know" he mumbled as he plants a kiss to the top of your head before resting his cheek on it, his free arm tucks  the blanket tighter around your body, making sure there is no cold spot between the two of you. "Good night baby" he says softly against your hair and you let out a hum of agreement.
"good night Sti" you reply before slowly drifting off to the comfort of his body against yours.
The next morning you're woken up by a loud voice. You're still on the passengers seat of your boyfriend's Jeep, the blanket is draped over you and Stiles jacket is under your head as a make shift pillow. Still half-asleep you stretch and sit up while rubbing your eyes, your neck is stiff and your entire body is sore and aching from the uncomfortable positions you slept in.
You look out of the car, much to your relief you're not on the cliff anymore and you recognize Stiles house right away. Your eyes move to the porch and you see Stiles with- oh, his dad... his dad with a really angry expression on his face and an accusatory pointed finger pressed to his son's chest.
You hurry to get down from the car to help your poor boyfriend.
"Dad I swear the car bro-" Stiles tries to explain but before he can say anything the Sheriff interrupts him with a scoff.
"Your car 'broke down' in the middle of nowhere while you were on a date with your girlfriend? just like yesterday? very convenient, do you think I'm that stupid?
"okay, last time was a lie but I'm telling the truth now!" Stiles explains.
"okay Stiles that's it, I'm taking the Jeep keys away."
Stiles gasps in disbelief "you can't do that! I need the car!"
"I can and I will, if your Jeep decides to magically break down every time you and your girlfriend are alone" the Sheriff says with an angry tone.
"sir I promise it's the truth!" you intervene as you reach them.
The Sheriff looks at you, still tired and wrapped in the blanket you slept with. He looks displeased at both of you for a few seconds before letting out a heavy sigh and pinching the bridge of nose between his fingers. "Please tell me you're telling the truth and the Jeep really broke down in the middle of nowhere last night" he says clearly tired of his son's antics.
"it's true, we didn't want to walk in the dark in the middle of the forest and decided to sleep in the car, I promise" you answer and the Sheriff sighs again at your words while looking at his son with a disapproving look.
"I swear to God if I find out that you two lied to me and you just wanted to-" but before he can finish the sentence Stiles interrupts him with a horrified look on his face.
"Dad! Can you please stop here?" Stiles begs with burning red ears.
He look at you again suspiciously before closing his eyes, he doesn't have any proof you're lying, after all. "...Alright, I believe you" he finally says and Stiles scoffs.
"Seriously?! You believe her over me?!" he asks and you suppress the smile that is growing on your face.
"Yes, because she doesn't lie to me almost every week" his dad replies and his son whispers a small 'unbelievable'
"No you're unbelievable" the Sheriff responds "You're still grounded: no Jeep, outside school's uses and no girlfriend."
"WHAT?!" both you and Stiles exclaims at the same time, the only difference is that his voice comes as whiny and desperate while yours is just shocked surprise.
"keep going and it will be two weeks."
"Dad c'mon-" Stiles protests but you quickly interrupt him.
"Stiles shut up, now." you glare at him.
"but he-"
"Stiles! Shut. Up." He looks at you with betrayed eyes but closes his mouth nonetheless, arms crosses to his chest like a child.
"I swear it won't happen again, Sir, we're both really sorry... right Stiles?" you nudge his shoulder with yours.
"yes, it won't happen again and yes, we're sorry" he repeats back while not looking at neither you or his father, still sulking with his arms crossed to his chest.
"Good, at least one of you is being mature" he says while nodding his head and then he finally turns to go at the front door. "Now, take her back home and come here immediately, if you're not here again in 30 minutes it will be not one, not two but three weeks" he orders his son before walking into the house and closing the door behind himself.
Stiles glares at the door for a second before he turns to look at you and sighs "three weeks, can you believe this?" he says shaking his head like he just got betrayed in the worst way possible.
"if we hurry it will be only one, come on!" you drag him by his hand towards his car.
He groans, clearly still annoyed by the situation and you can see that he's dying to protest but he only opens the door of the car. "Yeah let's just get it over with" he mumbles in irritation while you hop on.
At the end, Stiles got three weeks of detention because, of course, the 'see you on Monday at school' kiss turned into a whole make-out session in the back seats that lasted more than 20 minutes.

the first of many and the start of something new
Tumblr media Tumblr media
(pairing: rust cohle x fem!reader)
a/n: heyyy! another fic in the jealousy, jealousy universe! this is based on the mention of when the reader's left without a car after an accident and rust offers her a lift for the time being. just some more background building between the two and giddy feelings! hope you enjoy!
word count: around 2.8k
warnings: a smidgen of workplace sexism and mentions of reader having longer hair. that and cursing.

Today had been one shit day. Shittiest of shit days you’ve had the displeasure of encountering in a while actually. The power had gone out sometime in the night from some short burst of a storm so your alarm clock had gotten reset, resulting in you waking up nearly an hour later than your usual start time. It also meant that the dryer hadn’t finished drying all your work clothes for the week ahead leaving you to throw on whatever attire you had on the day before from your hamper that was decently wrinkled come this morning. The best you could do for your messy tresses was throw it up haphazardly into a banana clip you rummaged for in one of your bathroom drawers. You barely managed to slap on some blush to look a bit more lively and wipe any remnants of caked mascara from beneath your eyes you hadn’t bothered taking off last night.
God, you were gonna be so late.
You managed to keep a clean attendance record at work, rarely allowing yourself the opportunity to slip-up knowing you’d get chewed out more than anyone else by Quesada just cause. Yanking on your work boots and grabbing some of your gear you nearly managed to eat shit on the way out, not bothering to grab a bite to eat or even scrounge up some coffee. You prayed today was one of those days where Rust carried out his ‘secret’ routine of setting out your coffee before you’d show up to work. Your weathered bronco was low on gas but you’d have just enough to make it to work and hopefully back to whatever gas station nearby on the way home. Peeling out of the driveway like a bat out of hell and settling yourself on the main road your eyes kept flying nervously to the dashboard’s clock. Each ticking minute caused the buzzing anxiety in your gut to sink deeper and deeper.
You checked your frazzled appearance in the rear-view mirror, failing to notice the intersection coming up ahead. Your heart just about leaped into the next state over when you barely managed the time to notice the rapidly closing gap between you and the car stopped in front of you. Slamming on your brakes, your car tires squealed to a stop and your front bumper found itself barely a hairsbreadth away from ramming into the vehicle ahead. Your relief was short-lived when the car behind you, unfortunately, didn’t have enough leeway to break at your sudden halt and collided with your car, causing you then to bump the car in front of you. The force of it had you near-whipping forward like a ragdoll, making you bump your head on the steering wheel. The separate trilling of respective car horns only added to your steady-growing headache.
You could just about cry.
By the time you actually made it the department after the mess that was trading insurances and getting your car towed to whatever repair shop that was in close proximity to the area of the accident you looked like you’d been dragged to hell and back. On top of taking one of the worst bus rides of your life, someone managed to spill their coffee across your lap at a harsh stop. The defeat weighing on your poor bones was apparent to everyone on the floor that took in the sorry state of your figure. You mustered up a mumbled greeting to the receptionist, feet dragging their way towards your desk. The small bruise on your brow throbbed increasingly, especially when that prick Geraci decided he’d make a snide pass at you as you trudged in.
“You’re gonna give folks around here a mean fright walkin’ around lookin’ like that, girl.”
“Do me a favor and go dine on some dick, Geraci.” You snapped without even looking at the now angrily flushing man. Rust and Marty sat in their respective spots, one eyeing you with slight shock and the other with something unreadable as per usual.
“Now just what happened to you, missy?” Marty started in on you as you tossed your stuff down.
Eyeing the anticipated presence of the daisy mug on your desk, you reached for it to take a sip of your awaiting coffee only to grimace at the realization that it was well cold and stale by now. Price of being late. Before you could grumble out a response your other consequence in the form of Quesada barked out your name to order you into his office.
You just couldn’t catch a damn break.
Closing your eyes and exhaling slowly to steady your spiking nerves, you set the mug down harshly before turning on your heel and stalking over to the Major’s office. The door promptly slammed shut behind you both, leaving everyone on the floor frozen for only but a moment before they resumed their individual tasks.
Marty let out a low whistle, shaking his head before turning back to some files, “Guess we should head on out now. She ain’t going anywhere anytime soon.”
Rust didn’t say a word as he sat fixated on you getting reprimanded to no end by your fuming superior.
The dusky hues of oranges and violets had long since burned in the sky by the time you finished with the deskwork Quesada had relegated to you for being late as well as your snappish attitude aimed at him while he had lectured you. The most grating forty minutes of your life that you’d never have the luxury of getting back. Your spine ached from being hunched over for hours on end and your retinas stung from overused strain. The slow steps of Rust's shoes sounded on the linoleum floors of the department, causing you to glance up and notice that Marty wasn’t by his side. Your gaze flew to the clock to see that it was nearing 7:40, shit, it was time to get going.
You’d have to walk back if there weren’t any other buses in service. Fuck.
“You done for the day?” Rust rasped out as he fiddled with a cigarette.
“Just about. Have half the sense to wanna throw these all over Quesada’s office for him to have to organize his damn self but that won’t do me no good after today.” You leaned back to release a few cracks in your vertebrae.
“Probably not, no.” He eyed your tired form.
“You guys find anything useful today?” You came back forward and got up to collect all your things. Mind busy with hoping and praying there’d still be a bus around this time.
“Just a whole bout of nothin’. At least for right now that’s what it’s seeming like.”
“Bummer. Sorry I got held up and couldn’t come with ya.”
“Don’t worry about it.”
A pause. Then,
“Your car ain’t out front.” His acute observation caused your shoulders to slump.
“Yeah. Part of the day's neverendin’ woes. Got into one hell of a fender bender.”
“Reckon that was the causation of that nasty bruise. How’re you gettin’ home?” It came out more as a slight demand than a curious question, making your head snap towards him. Your face was starting to feel hot in embarrassment.
“I was just gonna see if there was a bus or somethin’. Seems Marty rushed on home otherwise I would've wrangled his ass for a ride. I might just have to walk I guess…I dunno.” You shrugged, feeling yourself shrink under his calculating gaze.
“You ain’t walkin.”
Rust grabbed his keys and waited for you to finish fixing up your desk. It took you a second too long to realize he was implying you’d be getting a ride from him. The thought of being with him in his truck alone had you feeling all sorts of funny. You’d never really spent time together one-on-one and you were terrified of acting like some bumbling fool in his presence without Marty there to break the ice.
You wordlessly gathered up the rest of your things and made the move to follow him out of the building. The balmy air did nothing to ease the growing tension you felt in your body. You smiled at him shakily in gratitude as he opened the passenger door for you. Once you’d wobbled your way up into the truck he shut the door then rounded the vehicle to get in on his side. The rumble of the Ford’s engine was the only saving grace of the awkward silence that had settled between you both as he drove the somewhat lengthy distance to your house.
“Thank you. For drivin’ me. You didn’t really have to.” Your unconfident tone broke the quiet. You cringed slightly at how you sounded. Most people didn’t have you as nervous as he did. Whether that be because of the sheer power he carried with him at all times or the sharpness of his personality you didn’t know.
“It wouldn’t necessarily be wise to have you out walkin’ in the dark for some odd amount of miles. I wouldn’t trust anyone around this wasteland to leave you be.”
It did feel silly now thinking you’d be able to make it however many miles out by your lonesome. At night no less. You would’ve been a walking target and then some.
“What happened today? You don’t strike me as the…unorganized type.” Rust continued, gaze flitting over you in slight caution. If you had half the mind you’d be plenty self-conscious to be caught looking this unkempt around him. Your raging exhaustion just so happened to save you from the ridiculous notion as you rubbed your bleary eyes.
“That storm last night had my power go out so my alarm clock was fucked this mornin’. Same is to be said for my dryer that didn’t finish its job with what was supposed to be all my work clothes for the week. Then the accident. Banged up my car pretty good so it’s gotta sit in the shop for God knows how long, they couldn’t give me an estimate. I took the bus then got shit spilled on me. The rest of the sad third act you saw yourself.”
“Can’t say it wasn’t amusin’ seeing Geraci’s punk ass go bright as a tomato.” His chest vibrated with a dry chuckle and it had you feeling even warmer.
“I ain’t ever liked him. Ass kissin’ piece of shit. Likes shittin’ on me every chance he gets just like most around there. I could’ve thrown somethin’ at Quesada’s thick ass skull with the way he spoke to me earlier.” You huffed,
Rust shook his head slightly, “If it’s any consolation he don’t like me much either.”
“For different reasons. You’re more…prickly- forgive me for sayin’. I bust my ass and I ain’t ever gonna be respected like I should.”
“In a place like this, can’t say that’s much of a promised future.” He didn’t seem to take offense to the ‘prickly’ comment.
There was another pocket of silence before you sounded again.
“I’m gonna be honest, if it weren’t for your truck parked outside everday I wouldn’t think you were able to drive.”
His responding look was that of slight incredulity but let you go on anyway, “I’m only sayin’ because anytime you, Marty, and I have to drive out somewhere you never really get behind the wheel. I was convinced you couldn’t operate a vehicle the first month or so in.” You snickered at the ridiculousness of the previous thoughts you'd conjured up involving the man next to you. It was far-fetched that one as serious and experienced as him just couldn’t drive.
“Glad to see how little faith you had in my capabilities.”
“Nawww, it wasn’t like that, don't worry.” You grinned at him.
“It’s my synesthesia mostly. Why I don’t drive. Sometimes it’s too overwhelmin’ to where I don’t always trust myself behind the wheel.” He gave his explanation and you felt that familiar twinge in your chest you’d had been feeling in his presence over the passing weeks. You weren’t too familiar with his condition but from what he’d mentioned here and there it didn’t sound all that pleasant.
“Makes sense. Seems scary to have from what you’ve said.”
“You find yourself getting used to it after a while. I’ve built up the sense of knowing what’s really occurrin’ versus what ain’t.”  He sniffed, sounding nonchalant at the confession. It fascinated you just how we went about handling the cards he’d been dealt so far in life. If it were you in his shoes you were sure you would’ve gone AWOL by now. As you pulled up to your address, you felt the sting of disappointment that this had all swiftly found its end. It surprised you at how quickly time flew by during the car ride, realizing this was the most semi-lighthearted and continuous conversation that had ever flowed between you two. It wasn’t much of a chore to listen to him speak as Marty made it out to be. The difference could also be found in the fact you just regarded Rust in a different light than others happened to.
The engine cut and the only sounds offered were that of the cicadas and frogs somewhere out in the lush foliage surrounding your house.
You brushed some hair from out of your face and met his eyes again, “Thanks... again. I appreciate it a lot.”
He just nodded, “What time d’ya usually head out of here in the morning.”
You froze. Was he really offering up himself again? Completely and willingly? For you?
“You don’t have to! I’ll bug Marty about it or see if my sister can help me out-”
“What time?” The finality of it had you even more stunned. It was a disorienting sensation to think that Rust Cohle just might tolerate you more than he did most.
He more than just tolerated you but you didn’t need to know that just yet.
“6:30ish. I can pay you for gas o-or-”
“Just be up and ready to go.” Was all he said and that was it on the matter. After a moment or two, you brought yourself out of your awe and collected your stuff. You opened the door to head out of the truck but not before turning to him and placing a hand on his forearm lightly, the first time you’ve ever acted on any affectionate inclinations in regards to him. He stiffened almost imperceptibly but didn’t jerk away.
“I’m serious. Thank you.”
“Like I said, don’t worry about it.” Steel blue stayed focused on the windshield ahead.
“That ain’t like me. Coffee or breakfast’s on me tomorrow. Whatever my savior wants he’ll get. It’s the least I could do. My poor legs and I can live to see another day thanks to the benevolent nature of Rustin Cohle-” You were cut off by the scoff of your partner, inciting a small fit of laughter from yourself.
“Sorry, can't keep things too serious. You could use that every once in a while, y’know.” You patted his shoulder before hopping out.
His sights were then set on you as you shut the door and you let yourself bathe in the feeling of it for just a hair longer than you should’ve. Yeah, you were beyond flustered from the day’s events. Hair in a severe state of frizz, bruise having bloomed a bit further along your browbone, and clothes in a state of mess he’d never seen on you before. But it just made you all the more endearing. Especially with that ever-blooming smile of yours. It was becoming more evident that there was little you could do that would have Rust judging or turning you away. He didn’t know what to make of it but he's sure now that he’s offered up himself as your chauffeur for the time being he had to settle with the fate that things wouldn’t be getting any easier for his withered soul.
“I’ll be seeing you tomorrow mornin’.”
“That you will.”
“Goodnight, Y/n.”
“G’night, Rust.”
The turn of the engine had the spell you’d been enraptured in dissipating and you stepped away from the truck. He lifted a palm signalling his departure before making his way back down the road and out of sight. A heavy exhale escaped the tightening prison of your chest as your mind swam at the whole interaction. Every little detail about him had you becoming increasingly attached much to your distaste. A cold shower and ridding the smell of his addictive cologne from your memory sounded like more than a good idea right about now. Anything to run these thoughts of your very emotionally unavailable coworker out of the recesses of your brain.
This was going to be a lot of work.

Jack was in a daze as he took the steps two at a time after grabbing his keys in order to get to his car. All he could do at this point was hope and pray that you and the baby were okay and he couldn't also help but think that this was entirely his fault. If he had simply done what you asked him to do and been honest from the very beginning, more than likely this wouldn't have happened and the two of you would have been in a good place.
Now it seemed like everything was getting worse by the second.
He got to the hospital in less than ten minutes and stopped at the front desk to find out where you were. Once he got to your room, he walked in to see that your eyes were closed and there were two small cuts, one next to your eye and one below it. Other than that you looked to have been perfectly fine which he was more than thankful for.
Hearing his footsteps, you peeked your right eye open and quickly sighed seeing who it was. He was the absolute last person on earth that you wanted to see, but knew that his coming was inevitable.
“Babe…” He started to say as he reached for you before you immediately cut him off.
“I don't want to hear it.”
“Y/N, I don’t care what you want or don't want to hear. I told you that I didn't want you leaving and now look at what happened. I damn near got into an accident myself trying to get to you to make sure that you were okay!” Jack said clearly frustrated about how you were acting towards him.
“Oh, so it's my fault?”
“That didn't come out of my mouth so where did you even get that from?”
“I really do not want to be around you right now. Wasn't me leaving in the middle of your tour not clear enough? Because if not, I can start from the beginning and call off a list of things that you've done to piss me off.”
“I get it. I get that you’re mad at me and for good reason, but I still need to make sure you're okay and did you forget that you're pregnant now? So that means that I now have two people to worry about.”
“How can I forget when I'm literally throwing up all day, every day? Kind of hard not to.”
“I just… wanted to see if you and the baby were okay. What even happened? And you clearly are, since you’re arguing with me.”
“They're fine. Someone ran a red light and hit me and my car is done for. Now you can leave.” You shot back as you turned to your side to face away from him.
“I'm not going anywhere. I don't give a damn how mad you are at me right now, I'm staying with you to make sure you're okay. Despite what you may think right now, I…” He trailed off and you suddenly looked at him because it caught your attention.
“What were you going to say?”
“I'm still trying to wrap my mind around you telling me that I only asked you to marry me out of desperation when I love you and would do anything for you and you know that. Anything you ask of me I do it for you.”
“Except being completely honest with me.”
“I wish that we could start completely over, but what's done is done and I'm sorry that I betrayed your trust. But, baby you have to believe me when I say that you are the only person that I want. Whatever you need me to do to repair our relationship, I'm willing to do it.”
“I… just don't even know what I need you to do at this point. I think as hard as a decision that this may be, I need to take a step back from you and this relationship.”
“You… you can't be serious. You're pregnant!” Jack exclaimed while gesturing to your belly and you looked at him dumbfounded.
“And? Is that supposed to change anything?”
“It changes literally EVERYTHING. Just please let me fix this. I promise-”
You immediately cut him off not wanting to hear another word.
“You have broken literally every single promise that you have made me since we got engaged and I don't think I even know the person standing in front of me right now and you have no idea how much that hurts me.” You quietly told him as you felt tears prick the corners of your eyes.
“Y/N… you aren't about to say what I think you’re about to say because….”
“I'm breaking up with you and whatever this is or was is over. I'm not going to manage you anymore either. Let Neelam do it because I'm done. I'm not competing for a spot in your life anymore.”
“Y/N you don't mean that! You don't have to compete for anything. It's you, it's always been you. Baby, please don't do this. I will literally-”
“Do anything? Jackman, you've done enough. Too much actually. I love you and you know I always will. But I just… for my peace of mind, my heart can't take being with you right now until you get your shit together.”
“So, you don't want to marry me anymore?” Jack asked and you could see the tears in the corners of his eyes. As much as you wanted for things to go back the way that they were, you couldn't.
“I never said that. I think right now that's not the best idea for either of us. We need to be on the same page and right now we aren't.”
“What can I do to get you to change your mind? I… there has to be something.”
“I'm still going to be in your life, I'm not walking away completely. You did get me pregnant after all.”
“But we won't be together?”
You simply shook your head no at Jack and you were determined to stand your ground and not back down. As much as you wanted to forgive him and be wrapped in his arms, you knew that you deserved better and until he was able to give you that, there was absolutely no reason for the two of you to be together.
You had to let him know that this wasn't acceptable anymore and that if he wanted the two of you to be together that something had to give.
“Baby, please.” Jack pleaded with you as a few tears began to fall, but all you did in response was slip off your engagement ring and hold out your hand towards him as hard as it was and waited for him to take it.
Not believing what he was seeing, he simply shook his head.
“It's rightfully yours, so I want you to keep it. You're the one that I bought it for.”
“Please understand that this doesn't mean that I don't love you because that is as far from the truth as ever.” You quietly said as you grabbed his hand to squeeze it and all he did was nod.
“But we cannot be married and our relationship consists of hiding things from one another.” You added and Jack nodded in agreement.
“And I also have to be able to trust you wholeheartedly. That's my biggest thing.” You continued as Jack started making small circles on the back of your hand.
“I promise to give you all the space and time you need.”
It had been weird.
Weird without you being around Jack and you honestly didn't know how to feel.
He had moved around a few tour dates so that he was able to stay with you for a few days despite your protests. However, he wasn't taking no for an answer.
The very next morning after your car accident, you sent Chris a letter detailing your decision of not managing Jack anymore and ultimately leaving Generation Now. It was rushed and could have been written better, but in your mind the quicker that you got it done, the less likely you would change your mind about your decision. Chris was soon blowing up your phone, but you didn't bother answering it because you knew that he was going to try and convince you to change your mind.
Everything would now be on Neelam's shoulders since you were out of the picture. You didn't wish ill of her or that she would fail at her job because at the end of the day, Jack would be affected. As much as you were upset at him because of his actions, you never wanted anything like that to happen.
The last day that he spent with you before flying back to Europe was somewhat awkward. That was a first because this was the person that you spent the majority of your time with since birth and there had never been a dull moment between the two of you.
This was the first time in his career that you wouldn't be with him and he didn't quite know how to feel about it. As he was getting ready to leave, he simply leaned down to kiss your forehead and lightly caressed your cheek since you were sleeping.
He figured that it would be harder for him to leave in the morning so he decided to leave in the middle of the night. It would be harder because he would physically have to say goodbye to you face to face and he wasn't ready for that. But, he did leave a note for you that you would hopefully see once you woke up.
Y/N,
I had to leave when you were sleeping because it would have been ten times harder for me if not. I take full responsibility for what has happened between us and I hope one day that you can forgive me. It's going to be hard not seeing and being around you every day, but I told you that I would give you all of the space and time that you need. I want you to have a healthy pregnancy for our baby and in order for that to happen, I will do anything you ask because stressing you out is the last thing that I want to do. I love you so much and please understand that I never meant for any of this to happen. I want you to be able to trust me and know that you are my priority. I’m going to prove to you that you made the right choice in saying yes to marrying me and I will wait for however long it takes. We’re going to get through this and I’ll text you when I land.
Love, Jack
Two months or so had passed and you were out at lunch with Maggie and she quickly asked how you were feeling seeing as you were now in month four. Jack would be present at every doctor's appointment either in person or on facetime if he wasn't near Louisville. As much as he wanted to cancel the rest of his tour and stay with you, you wouldn't let him. He worked entirely too hard all year to not see the entire thing through. Your belly was small, but there was definitely something there. Jack had sent a text early this morning to check on you and see how you were feeling and you kept it short and sweet.
You weren't mad at him, not anymore.
But he was far from being in your good graces.
Extremely far.
The two of you were discussing plans about the baby and you told her that when the two of you left that you were actually going to go and do a little light shopping as you were probably going to get a few outfits along with some toys knowing that you will get more than enough when the baby shower rolled around.
“Y/N, where's your ring?” Maggie asked you, catching you off guard as you were showing her the theme that you wanted to do for the baby's room.
You glanced down to look at your bare finger and silently cursed to yourself, forgetting to put it on this morning knowing that she was bound to ask questions.
As far as both of your families knew, the wedding was still on even though that couldn't have been further from the truth. Jack pleaded and begged for you to proceed with it, but you wanted nothing to do with him until he got his shit together.
“And don't lie to me.” Maggie added while eyeing you seeing as you still hadn't responded to her.
“Getting married isn't the best idea for us right now.” You quietly said while playing with your bracelet to distract you.
“Since when?” Maggie asked while trying to get down to the bottom of how her future daughter in law was feeling.
“Sometimes the fairytale turns into a nightmare, but luckily I was able to wake up.” You quietly said before taking a swig of your sprite.
“What did my big headed son do?” Was all you heard as a sigh escaped from her.
“It doesn't even matter at this point. But, just know that I had to take a step back from him. Not because I wanted to, because I needed to.”
“Just know that I'm always going to be here for you. No matter what.” She said while grabbing your hand and squeezing it.
“I appreciate that and I'm going to need it more than ever.”
“And why is that?”
“Jack isn't the only one with talent and I'm done managing him and being in the background. It's my turn to do something for myself.”
Jack was high key annoyed and he couldn't wait until the tour was over so that he would be able to go home to Louisville and be with you full time. Well not be with you, obviously since you hadn't forgiven him yet, but he would be closer to you than he was at this very moment. He had gotten a week off during his tour and immediately flew back to Louisville to see you, he sent a text first to let you know he was there and if it was okay to come and see you. By then, you had moved back into your condo, not wanting to be around anything that reminded you of Jack, even though that proved to be impossible.
Neelam was doing a terrible job taking over what you used to do and it had Jack stressed to the tenth level. He was just informed that she had double booked him for something…. again. This had to be the third or fourth time and he was tired of it.
She looked just as stressed as he was and he knew it was an adjustment for her now doing this full time, but something had to give.
“I never had this problem when Y/N was here. Neelam, we cannot keep doing this. How am I supposed to be in two places at once?” He quietly said and all she did was sigh.
“Well I was just thrown into this and now I'm completely by myself so give me some grace and have a little patience.” She shot back as she was scribbling down notes for something.
“You weren't thrown into anything, you had a general idea of what to do and what not to do.”
“Well if you don't want me here, call Y/N since she can obviously do my job a lot better than I can.” Neelam replied frustrated at the attitude that Jack was giving her.
“She doesn't want to talk to me or manage me anymore so you're it.” He muttered as he opened his phone to the text thread between the two of you. Talking every day had basically become non-existent, but he still made sure to check on you a few times a week. At this point, he would take anything that he could get because at least you were talking to him.
But he did make sure to tell you that he loved you in one way, shape, or form every day.
Neelam instantly felt bad once Jack came back and didn't have you with him. Suddenly everything was on her and she highly doubted that you would be willing to help her if she asked you.
Jack had been in a depressed state, which was fair given the circumstances, but he definitely made her job harder most days. She knew that he missed you and knew that you in not so many words broke up with him, were pregnant and did not have a plan on getting back with him any time soon.
Thinking that Jack needed a little pick me up and hoping that you would agree to het idea, she had to work up the nerve to call you later once he was on stage.
“I'll do my best to be better, okay? Chris wouldn't have hired me if I couldn't do my job.”
“It's whatever. I'm going to lay down until I have to head to the venue.”
Neelam quickly nodded and used this as an opportunity to call you once Jack was out of earshot.
She was surprised that you picked up on the second ring.
“Hello?”
“Uh, hey Y/N. It's Neelam.”
“I know, I have caller id. What do you want?” You asked her as you were moving around in your bedroom trying to tidy it up.
“Look, I'm sorry for the way that things went down between us and I overstepped when I shouldn't have.”
“Okay.”
“Um, Jack is just….”
“Just what?” You asked as you stopped in your tracks thinking that something was wrong.
“He needs you, like really needs you. It went from bad to worse, and I just don't know what to do anymore. He barely leaves his bed most days.”
“And what am I supposed to do all the way in Louisville?”
“Well maybe just talk to him? Or even come and see him?”
“And say what Neelam? He made his bed and now he has to lie in it and deal with the consequences. I love him and he knows that I love him, but every time that he has a problem, I cannot always run to him and save the day. He doesn't have much longer and he's just going to have to deal with it as harsh as that may sound.”
“Well can you just think about it? That might be what he needs to finish this out strong.”
“I'll see him once he gets back to Louisville. Talk to you later.”
As Jack was in his hotel room laying down and staring at the ceiling, there was a knock on his door. Removing the comforter from his body, he made his way over to the door and opened it to see Urban staring back at him.
“Uh hey.” Urban quietly said as Jack moved to the side to let him in.
Ever since Jack returned from being with you in Louisville, Urban was trying to be as supportive as he possibly could. He necessarily didn't see this coming the way that everything went down, but he wasn't going to throw it in his best friend's face when he was already not at his best. This what he had been afraid of from the very beginning.
Urban sat down on the couch that was in the far left corner of the room as Jack came and sat next to him.
“What if she changed her mind and doesn't want to marry me anymore?” Jack asked as he broke the silence.
“Did she tell you that?”
“No, but I can't be so sure. I didn't cherish her and I took the love that she has for me for granted. I told her that I would give her as much space and time that she needs, but we're about to have an entire kid and she can barely stand to be in the same room as me.”
“Just give her time. This is Y/N that we're talking about. You know the one who has known you since you were eight days old?”
“As much as I want to, I don't think that giving her time will be enough.”

Poly! Car Dealership!Daniel & Mechanic!Johnny/ Baker!Chubby!Reader
Tumblr media
(Unedited) (Johnny and Daniel are in their mid 20s, Daniel works at the dealership that he would later buy & turn into his own, Johnny got into handwork but ended up going into mechanics, their dating but on the low.)
🔧🚗 Reader wanted to cry when she found out the news regarding her van. The poor thing had been totaled by accident in a repair yard. A week prior the engine had stalled after a delivery so she brought it in to get it looked at. The mechanic told her it would be a simple fix and to come back in a week. She was able to find a quick replacement for that week but wouldn’t be able to use it for long. A week later she showed up to retrieve the vehicle only to find out that it had been hit while in the lot, and crushed after being deemed total.
🔧🚗She felt like her whole world was crashing down in that moment. Although the repair shop said they would cover her new van, it still felt like so much. She had no idea where to go to get a new van. There where dozens of places around town but she still had a budget. It took her a day or two but she finally narrowed it down to a new car dealership near her job. Luckily they sold used cars as well on the lot and not just brand new ones. She spotted a few vans while passing the place a few times and finally decided to stop in.
🔧🚗 At first she thought she knew what she was looking for. A simple van with a good ac that could transport her goodies on delivery’s. The van was only used to deliver the food from her job at her parents bakery. She loved working at the bakery because she loved baking, she wondered if it was something in her blood maybe. As of recently she was doing a lot of deliveries for her parents so she was the one mainly using the van.
Tumblr media
Reader chewed on her bottom lip as she looked around the huge car lot. She was wandering around the multiple aisles of the dealership for a few hours. Looking over every single used van she came across. Most of them looked nice in her opinion but she had to admit she didn't know much about cars in general.
She scanned one of the vans windshields for a moment, pressing herself up against the hood of the van.
“Do you need some help miss?” Reader jerked for a moment and spun around. With a hand on her chest, she looked at the guy standing behind her. Her cheeks were suddenly warm as she looked at the guy who was on the verge of laughing at her. He was a little bit on the shorter side for a guy, with nicely tanned skin, ever so slightly curled black hair, and dark brown eyes. His lips curled in a genuine smile. With a small breath she said “Oh uh yes! I was looking to get a van? A used one? I see you have a few but I admit that I don't know much about them.” he smiledas nodded at her.
“Well, I'm Daniel, Daniel LaRusso, and I'm the lot manager. I can tell you just about anything you want to know about these babies. Ask me anything you want. Are you looking for anything potential, besides it being used of course.” he smirked as he looked over the van behind her.
She quickly explained her situation. He showed her around the lot and went over some of the vehicles. He wasn't lying when he said he knew a lot about the vans, he spurted out random facts about every model they came across. He told her the mileage, background, and past issues with every van.
They also did a little chit-chat as they walked around.
Reader was starting to quickly fall for the guy's accent.
“So Daniel where are you from? You have an accent.”
“Oh yeah, I get that a lot, I was raised in New York, and moved here a few years ago during high school. I actually graduated from West Valley. Even after being here the accent hasn't gone anywhere.”
Reader felt herself flush a little.
“No, it's cute. It suits you really well.”
In that moment she couldn't bring herself to look over at him as they walked next to each other. She looked off in the opposite direction hoping he didn't notice her flustered appearance. But he did and definitely thought it was cute. Both of them where adults and she was blushing over him like a little teenager. The urge to chuckle bubbles up into his chest but he digresses.
After what seemed like for ever they find the perfect van for her. A large rear with no back seats and a great ac. Reader was in awe as she looked around the inside of the vehicle. It was perfect! Looking around she couldn’t even tell it was pre owned. The title was clean with no record and low miles, all of it seemed to check out. With little to no effort Daniel talked her into buying the van right out.
Daniel was quick to let her test drive the van to let her get a feel for it. They drove around the block for a few minutes before driving back to the dealership. Daniel told her to drive it up to the back of the lot where the repair center was located. She was quick to question how cool it was that they had on staff mechanics on the lot. Daniel grinned as he explained that he was able to make a deal with the dealership owner in a meeting to start a mechanic program. They would bring in fresh students from a local college for work experience while getting paid from the school for credit hours. It sounded like a smart move to Reader, Daniel grinned even more at the praise.
The two of them got out of the car after Reader pulled into the open garage.
There wasn’t even a moment to spare as both of them where cut off.
“LaRusso out in the yard today? Must be a hot day in hell.” A deep voice came from around the side of the van. Johnny comes out from behind the van, wiping grease stained hands on his jumpsuit. Thick blank oil seeps though the dark green fabric. His hands only and on fingerless gloves that where bathed in the liquid.
“Yes Johnny it is so out of my nature to not show my face around your gross garbage.”
“Yeah we don’t want to get that cheap ass suit all messed up, do we? You should stay in that cold ac filled building away from the actual hard work.”
It was pretty clear that the two had a bit of a rivalry going on. Reader giggled a little bringing the two men to stop their insult filled bickering . Both of them looked at her and Johnny just smirked, looking her over. His eyes scanning over her thigh thighs and fluffy belly, tits that threatened to spill out of her tight tshirt. He licked his lips and sucked in his teeth as she looked her on the face.
“Johnny this is Reader, Reader this is Johnny. He’s one of our head mechanics. We also went to school together.”
“Yeah well you also kicked me in the face during a karate tournament too, don’t forget that one.”
“Yeah and I’m not going to forget the chance that you and your goons beat me up- you know what let’s not start this Johnny. I just need you to do the last report on this van. Reader wants to buy it flat out but I need the sale report before we release it.” He huffs as he pulls out some of his papers and hands them to Johnny. He grimaces as Johnny’s oil covered fingers rip the clipboard with the papers out of his hand. He looks it over before throwing it into a near by work bench.
“I can have it done by tomorrow.~” he looks back over to Reader who is now busy looking around the garage. His eyes going straight to her ass as she walks around.
Daniel let’s a small smirk cross his lips as he follows Johnny’s gaze. His eyes landing on her fat ass as well.
“I think we could arrange a in person pick up for later tomorrow.” He walks a little closer to Johnny and whispers into his ear.
“If you can try and keep that dick in your pants until I can figure out a way to ask her out.”

I was waiting for my brother Nico to come put of the locker room. He was my ride home since my car was in the shop. I couldn't do anything.
The devils won tonight. I had recently just started college in New Jersey, in drivable distance. My car was getting repaired since I got into a car accident not to long ago and just needed a maintenance repair.
Guy after guy came out of the locker room until one got my attention. Jack Hughes. He's been playing on the team since I was sixteen years old. He's now twenty-one and I'm now nineteen.
"Hey y/n." He said. I looked up at my phone to see him standing there infront me.
"Hey, what's up?" I said while looking at him. Feeling our eyes meet and lock together sent butterflies to my stomach.
"Nico told me to give you a ride home...he's going to a party with the guys at the bar tonight and asked me to drive you." He said while looking down at me for a second then quickly glanced back up at me.
"Why aren't you going?"
"I just don't feel like going out tonight." He said well walking towards the car and o walked with him.
"Oh okay."
"Does Nico every say not to date his friends or team mates?" I turn my head to the side. The question sounded unreal. Why was one of my brothers team mate asking me this? Does he like me or something? I mean Nico hasn't told me anything about it but im curious whst Jack has to say. We were getting closer to his car. Noe exiting the building going to the parking lot where he was parked. "Yeah he tells me all the time. Has he told you anything?" I asked.
"Yeah...he told me in particular and everyone else that you're off limits. I mean I never thought about you like that till he told us not to." All I could do was do a little mhm. Just thinking how this nig I t could end. Come on y/n, get your head out of the gutter! You're not sleeping with him...or am I? No I'm not, that's gross...but is it?
"Are you single?" He asks me. At first I hesitated to answer. Had to think about the possibilities of I say yes and if I said no.
"Yeah." My voice grew softer as he unlocked his car. Both of us getting and closing our doors.
Before we buckled our seat belts we looked at each other. He leaned closer to me and I let him. Nothing stopping us. He put his hand on the side of my cheek and softly kissed me. Our lips connecting together. We both pulled away before going in for a few more. Getting lost in the moment with him, our kisses getting more passionate. All we could hear was the rain that was hitting the car.
He pulled away looking at me feeling so tempted for another. "We should get going, it's starting to rain." Starting his car and made his way out of the parking lot.
We sat in silence while we were driving to my apartment. I could see out of the corner of my eyes his hand was moving to my thigh. I felt chills in body.
"Do you live alone?" He asks me. His voice is soft now. I felt his hand slowly moving up my thigh. Sending butterflies un my stomach. The tension is driving me insane. I don't know how much more of this I can take. "Yeah, just me." I said. My breathing was getting a bit heavy. Not too noticeable though. Pulling into the driveway I couldn't wait to get inside.
Getting out of his car he rushes to the front door with me and stands close next to me. Unlocking the door and walking inside he follows. The rain started to get worse so it I could see why he would want to come in. "You can stay the night if you'd like. You can dry your clothes too." I offered to him. He was standing right infront of me soaking wet.
"That would be nice." He said while moving closer towards me. I could feel his hand trail on the back of my thigh near my butt. Feeling myself leaning closer together. I was moving closer towards my bedroom.
Before looking at me he was placing his hand on my waist and his other around my neck pulling me closer to him and kissing me softly. It didn't take us long to get into the bedroom and start removing clothes. Our body's were wet because of our soaking wet clothes but that didn't stop us. I was lost in the moment and didn't care about anything but this.
Softly pushing me onto the bed. No hesitations into kissing my neck and down my body. I started to moan a bit. There was no going back now. No clothes stopping our bodies from being apart.
I felt him lined up with my entrance and then he pushed in softly then began to go faster. I felt myself getting lost in the moment. We both were a mess. Moaning messes. "Oh fuck! Don't...tell mhmm...nico bout...this." He said while feeling his high getting close. I was too. "Wasn't planning..on it.." I say while feeling my high build up.
We both reached our final moments. Before we could even talk we were both breathing heavily. Almost like we were panting. He rolled over next to me and we both layed our bodies under the blanket as we were regaining our breath. I had been thinking about what's next for us. Is this it? Just a one night stand or could there be more?
I finally had the guts and breath to speak. "What's next?" I asked while having my breathing under control now. I turned my head to the side just to see Jack looking at me already. "Whatever you want darling."
Oh. My. God.
The way he said darling spent chills in my body. This was going to be more than this. I wanted that. He probably wants that. It's a win-win. "Well I want something more than this." I said to him while putting a soft smile on my face, he chuckles. "Me too." He replys. We both were smiling at each other until it hit me.
"What about Nico?" I say. Nico would kill me and him if he found out I was dating Jack. Nico would also kill Jack for dating me. Nico would probably also be in jail for double murder, but that's not my point.
"Well we will just have to take things slow then." He says so calmly almost as if he doesn't care. "You don't care what he says do you?" I ask him. "Oh no, I do just not in the moment. Maybe tomorrow I will but right now I don't." He says while smiling at me.
I give him a soft kiss on the lips before smiling at him. "Goodnight Jack." I say to him while getting ready just to close my eye. "Goodnight y/n." He says back.
