@evan_trex_strongman Today was one of those days you need to just put your head down, get a running start and just run the fuck over anything in your way. Tired, earlier than usual training time, no food. Doesn't matter. Kill it anyway. Get yourself mentally where you need to be and your body will follow. Never stop trying, never stop working and never EVER give up . Compared to last weeks single, this was practically in slow motion. But I'll be damned if I give up when shit gets hard. That being said if this is what have when I'm feeling depleted... I'll be a nightmare to compete against when I'm feeling good 💪💪💪 . . PSA: STRONGMAN ALLOWS A HITCH so don't get your panties in a bunch mmkay 😬 @evan_trex_strongman No matter how hard it is, I will NEVER give up. I will push through every single time. Goes without saying, that last rep was a biiiiittttchhh. God, everything felt heavy today. Went into todays deadlifts super sore, fatigued and unsure how training was going to go. Truth be told, I wasnt sure if I was even going to get it. But before the set i did my pacing, amped myself up and said fuck that, this is going up tonight. 765 for 4 is a PR on top of all of that so after I locked out the 4th, i was a little excited lol. Broke through a mental barrier tonight and super proud of it. My deadlift has come a long way, but still have a long way to go. Yes sir @evan_trex_strongman Last night deadlift session. Worked up to a 745lb/337.9kg single then dropped down to this for a set of 6. Deadlift has been feeling like it's been in a bit of a rut the past couple of weeks but tonight its starting to feel good again. Definitely happy with it feeling better and stronger.
