I found myself at the Dolby Family Terrace finding excuses to photograph the view and take selfies. I had more champagne and then I desired to Lounge in the Delōnghi circular sofa but I was perplexed on how to achieve that status. A gentleman jumped up to inform me that if I got a Delōnghi coffee based cocktail I’d be free to set on the red circular sofa. I’m a sucker for coffee based cocktails anyway. I sat the watching the Oscars on jumbo screens and sucked in the wondrous atmosphere. Sadly, the partially open terrace made it easy to miss key words or phrases of the award proceedings. I decided the Geffen Theater was my next destination. I’ve never been and for me finding it didn’t come naturally. I finally found the red carpet everyone spoke of to ascend the 2 flights of stairs to finally view this spectacular theater. The Academy Museum’s Oscar Party was pretty happening. So happening that I’ll post more than IG photo set. There was a line but it’s moved quickly. The red carpet line moved slower but let’s face it most everyone wanted a piece of that carpet. Once I finished the red carpet I grabbed a flute of champagne to cue up for the 360° video. While all this happened I spoke with Todd and Michael who were shooting the party for Shutterstock and Getty respectively. We had a few laughs. They were out in 2 hours. Then I ran into Blanca Blanco and we selfied up before she headed over to Elton John’s party. Once the 306° was finished I got my drank-on form the various hosted bars. I also found the food and loaded up with some great food served on echo-friendly plate and utensils. It was all preppy y Wolfgang Puck. The was roasted vegetables, salads, pastes, grilled Chicken and steak. The chicken was bomb! I continued to cocktail to the top to view LA and the Hollywood Hills laced with lovely cloud cover caressing the hill tops. The fun didn’t stop there. Here’s my shot of legendary James Bond actor George Lazenby at the Energy Independence Now And Global Green USA Host Green Pre-Oscar Party. I’ve shot George once before a few years back at a charity event. In a funny turn of events I was walking out of the mens room at the Petersen when George was heading in my direction. He looked at me and asked “where’s the mens room?” I said “right behind me.” He said “Oh yes, I see it.” About an half hour later George walked the carpet and we had this moment together.
