Electric Mobility Market Growth: Innovations and Opportunities in 2023 - 2030
The global electric mobility market size is expected to reach USD 325.64 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 14.6% from 2023 to 2030, as per the study conducted by Grand View Research, Inc. Rise in substantial operating and maintenance cost savings is expected to significantly increase the demand for electric mobility thereby supporting the market growth. Furthermore, growing concerns about the rapidly rising carbon footprint and greenhouse gases from the transportation and automotive industries are encouraging state and country-level regulatory bodies to set up policies that promote the adoption of energy-efficient vehicles.
The rise in government investments along with stringent regulations, objectives, and policies for electric vehicle deployment, signaling OEMs and other industry stakeholders who actively participate in the industry and building confidence based on mobilizing investments and policy frameworks is fueling the growth of the electric mobility industry.
For instance, in December 2022, the Uttar Pradesh government in India targeted to invest 300 million in electric transportation. The state's UP Electric Vehicle Manufacturing and Mobility Policy 2022 aims to attract new investment and create 1 million new jobs in the sector. Meanwhile, the new strategy has attempted to address the three key issues: stimulating the manufacture of e-vehicles and their components, such as batteries, and creating a solid network of charging stations and battery swap locations.
Electric vehicles depend on electricity to replenish their batteries rather than using fossil fuels such as petrol or diesel. With the increasing number of EV battery charging stations emerging, it is now more convenient for consumers to charge their batteries at a local station rather than stand in line at a CNG station or a gas station. For instance, In May 2022, Energica Motor Company, a manufacturing company, launched a new e-bike named Energica Experia. The e-bike featured the company’s no-emission EV technology. These factors are expected to drive the electric mobility market growth over the forecast period
Some dominant players in the U.S. electric mobility industry are BMW Motorrad International; Gogoro, Inc.; Honda Motor Co. Ltd.; KTM AG; Mahindra Group; Ninebot Ltd.; Suzuki Motor Corporation; Terra Motors Corporation; Vmoto Limited ABN; Yamaha Motor Company Limited. These players focus on new product launches and partnerships & collaboration to enhance their offerings and geographic presence. For instance, In June 2022, iFood, an online food ordering and delivery platform based in Brazil, launched the EVS Work iFood electric motorcycle in collaboration with Voltz Motors, a startup manufacturer of e-scooters and e-motorcycles based in Brazil, for USD 2,099.9.
Electric Mobility Market Report Highlights
Based on product, the electric bike segment is expected to dominate the global market owing to the factors such as the expansion of cycling infrastructure in developing countries such as India and the rise of financial incentives for e-bikesales
Based on drive, the chain drive segment dominated the market with 46% of the revenue share in 2022. The growing amount of construction activities driven by rapid industrialization is driving the segment’s growth
Based on battery, the Li-ion battery segment accounted for 82% of the revenue share in 2022 owing to the benefits such as a decrease in the amount of toxic oil waste generated, the need for engine maintenance, and the pollution caused by fuel combustion engines
Based on end-use, the personal segment accounted for 76% of the revenue share in 2022. The segment’s growth can be attributed to the rising sales of electric two-wheelers as more customers choose electric transportation for both commuting and relaxation

One Step Ahead for WACL (1974)
Dan Graydon Fefferman April 1974 The Rising Tide The Seventh World Anti-Communist League Conference in Washington D. C. proved to be a step forward -- but, as expected, it also uncovered some serious problems which must be squarely faced if the WACL is to become a truly effective international organization. Perhaps the greatest victory was the resolution, unanimously adopted at the last moment, which condemns antiSemitism and extremism in general, providing for the expulsion of organizations or individuals found to be acting out of accord which the WACL charter's adherence to the principles of ''freedom, democracy and equality." The resolution, passed by acclamation, was explicitly supported by· the two organizations most prominently accused of anti-Semitism: The Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations (ABN) and the Mexican Anti-Communist Federation (FEMACO). Thus, an important seep has been taken. But it must be recognized as only one seep in a series; the goal of clearing WACL's name and providing for effective international action against Communism is still beset by several significant obstacles. First is the fact that there do remain in the WACL several organizations of a very dubious nature. Despite its official denial of anti-Semitism, for instance, the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations is allegedly riddled with former Nazi collaborators who have not, according to expert testimony, renounced their former quisling leaders nor fundamentally changed their anti-Semitic and ultra-nationalist outlook. Several Latin American groups, too, remain a subject for scrutiny, especially considering the strong-arm tactics they used to try to push through their resolutions. Moreover, at least one delegate from Western Europe has been identified as a leader of a neo-Nazi organization whose publication declares: "If we do not destroy Judaism, Judaism will destroy us." Organizations of the latter type are clearly unacceptable as members of a League which stresses the importance of religious freedom and human rights in the struggle against Communist totalitarianism. Such organizations should be expelled at the next conference or sooner. Otherwise it would be extremely difficult for the Freedom Leadership Foundation or any other with a similar concern for universal freedom, to remain. Expulsion of extremist elements, moreover, would ultimately mean broader representation since more democratic anti-Communist groups representing similar regions would then feel free to join. Beyond the question of dealing with fanatics and extremists, however, is another problem of even greater longrun importance: how to create and maintain a working unity among responsible groups with divergent yet legitimate interests. In some cases this will necessitate setting important issues aside. It would be foolish, for instance, to expect the WACL to take a stand one way or the other on the Arab-Israeli war, since the League contains both Arabs and Jews. It also contains Khmers and Vietnamese, Serbs and Croats, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, Buddhists and Hindus, Koreans and Japanese, and many more potentially antagonistic elements. Given its goal, the League cannot be expected to solve or even act on many of these problems. But one divergence must be overcome so that the organization might become truly effective. Some of the groups are of what we would call a narrowly nationalistic perspective. Others are more universal in their outlook. For most nations represented in WACL, strong nationalism is a prerequisite in their anti-Communist struggle. And patriotism is surely a virtue for people of all nations. But in today's world, Communism poses a global, as well as a national threat. The immediate threat is to the nation, and that threat must be met with nationalistic strength and patriotic fervor. But the ultimate threat is to all of civilization. This threat must be met with both international solidarity and universalize counteraction and concern. Such concern was expressed eloquently by men such as Dr. Ku Cheng-kang, Rev. Raymond de Jaegher and FLF President Neil Salonen. It is summed up in the belief that "a world united in love" is not an empty ideal nor simply a Communist slogan. "A world united in love" is a universal ideal living deep in the heart of every human being. It is, moreover, the desire and ultimate will of God. The purpose of the nation is important... important enough to die for... important enough to devote one's life to its fulfillment. So much more so is the purpose of the whole world. The conference next spring in Brazil should prove even more critical than the one just concluded in Washington. It is hoped, first of all, that the extremists will be rooted out and, secondly, that a working unity can be achieved among the strictly nationalist and the more universalize elements. Particularly important will be the degree of cooperation among the Latin American and U.S. contingents. If such cooperation is maintained, not only will the WACL be saved, but it could be another important step toward the ultimate solution of inter-American and international problems.

The Great Reset is Here: Follow the Money The top-down reorganization of the world economy by a cabal of technocratic corporativists, led by the group around the Davos World Economic Forum– the so-called Great Reset or UN Agenda 2030– is no future proposal. It is well into actualization as the world remains in insane lockdown for a virus. The hottest investment area since onset of the coronavirus global lockdowns is something called ESG investing. This highly subjective and very controlled game is dramatically shifting global capital flows into a select group of “approved” corporate stocks and bonds. Notably it advances the dystopian UN Agenda 2030 or the WEF Great Reset agenda. The development is one of the most dangerous and least understood shifts in at least the past century. The UN “sustainable economy” agenda is being realized quietly by the very same global banks which have created the financial crises in 2008. This time they are preparing the Klaus Schwab WEF Great Reset by steering hundreds of billions and soon trillions in investment to their hand-picked “woke” companies, and away from the “not woke” such as oil and gas companies or coal. What the bankers and giant investment funds like BlackRock have done is to create a new investment infrastructure that picks “winners” or “losers” for investment according to how serious that company is about ESG—Environment, Social values and Governance. For example a company gets positive ratings for the seriousness of its hiring gender diverse management and employees, or takes measures to eliminate their carbon “footprint” by making their energy sources green or sustainable to use the UN term. How corporations contribute to a global sustainable governance is the most vague of the ESG, and could include anything from corporate donations to Black Lives Matter to supporting UN agencies such as WHO. The crucial central goal of ESG strategists is to create a shift to inefficient and costly alternative energy, the Zero Carbon promised utopia. It is being driven by the world’s major financial institutions and central banks. They have created a dazzling array of organizations to drive their green investing agenda. In 2013, well before the coronavirus, the major Wall Street bank, Morgan Stanley, created its own Institute for Sustainable Investing. This was soon expanded in 2015 when Morgan Stanley joined the Steering Committee of the Partnership for Carbon Accounting Financials (PCAF). On its website the they state, “PCAF is based upon the Paris Climate Agreement’s position that the global community should strive to limit global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels and that society should decarbonize and reach net zero emissions by 2050.” By 2020 the PCAF had more than 100 banks and financial institutions including ABN Amro, Nat West, Lloyds Bank, Barcylays, Bank of America, Citi Group, CIBC, Danske Bank and others. Several of the PCAF member banks have been indicted in money laundering cases. Now they sense a new role as virtue-models to change the world economy, if we are to believe the rhetoric. Notably, former Bank of England Governor, Mark Carney is an “Observer” or consultant to the PCAF. In August 2020 the PCAF published a draft standard outlining a proposed approach for global carbon accounting. This means the bankers are creating their own accounting rules for how to rate or value a company’s carbon footprint or green profile. The Central Role of Mark Carney Mark Carney is at the center of reorganizing world finance to back the UN 2030 green agenda behind the WEF Davos Great Reset, where he is a member of the Board of Trustees. He also is Adviser to the UN Secretary General as United Nations Special Envoy for Climate Action. He has described the PCAF plan as follows: “To achieve net zero we need a whole economy transition – every company, every bank, every insurer and investor will have to adjust their business models, develop credible plans for the transition and implement them. For financial firms, that means reviewing more than the emissions generated by their own business activity. They must measure and report the emissions generated by the companies they invest in and lend to. PCAF’s work to standardise the approach to measuring financed emissions is an important step to ensuring that every financial decision takes climate change into account.” As Governor of the Bank of England Carney played a key role getting world central banks behind the Green Agenda of the UN 2030 scheme. The major central banks of the world, through their umbrella Bank for International Settlements (BIS) in Basle, created a key part of the growing global infrastructure that is steering investment flows to “sustainable” companies and away from those like oil and gas companies it deems “unsustainable.” When then-Bank of England Governor Mark Carney was head of the BIS’ Financial Stability Board (FSB) he established something called Task-force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD) in 2015. The central bankers of the FSB nominated 31 people to form the TCFD. Chaired by billionaire Michael Bloomberg, it included in addition to BlackRock, JP MorganChase; Barclays Bank; HSBC; Swiss Re, the world’s second largest reinsurance; China’s ICBC bank; Tata Steel, ENI oil, Dow Chemical, mining giant BHP and David Blood of Al Gore’s Generation Investment LLC. Anne Finucane, the Vice Chair of the Bank of America, a member of both the PCAF and the TCFD, noted, “we are committed to ensuring that climate-related risks and opportunities are properly managed within our business and that we are working with governments and markets to accelerate the changes required… climate change presents risks to the business community, and it is important for companies to articulate how these risks are being managed.” The Bank of America vice chair describes how they assess risks in its real estate loan portfolio by assessing, “acute physical risk analysis on a sample portfolio of Bank of America residential mortgages across the US Each property was given a score based on the level of risk associated with 12 potential hazards: tornado, earthquake, tropical cyclone, hailstorm, wildfire, river flood, flash flood, coastal flood, lightning, tsunami, volcano, and winter storm.” As well, the banks’ investment “risk” in oil and gas as well as other industrial sectors is reviewed using the criteria of Carney’s TCFD. All risks are defined as related to CO2, despite the fact there is no conclusive scientific proof that manmade CO2 emission is about to destroy our planet by global warming. Rather evidence of solar activity suggests we are entering an unstable cooling period, Grand Solar Minimum. That’s of no concern to the financial interests who stand to reap trillions in the coming decade. Another key part of the financial preparation for the Great Reset, the fundamental transformation from a high-energy intensity economy to a low and economically inefficient one, is the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). SASB says it “provides a clear set of standards for reporting sustainability information across a wide range of issues… “ This sounds reassuring until we look at who makes up the members of the SASB that will give the Climate-friendly Imprimatur. Members include, in addition to the world’s largest fund manager, BlackRock (more than $7 trillion under management), also Vanguard Funds, Fidelity Investments, Goldman Sachs, State Street Global, Carlyle Group, Rockefeller Capital Management, and numerous major banks such as Bank of America and UBS. Many of these are responsible for the 2008 global financial collapse. What is this framework group doing? According to their website, “Since 2011, we have has been working towards an ambitious goal of developing and maintaining sustainability accounting standards for 77 industries.” Where this is all going is to create a web of globally-based financial entities who control combined wealth including insurance and pension funds into what they claim to be worth $100 trillion. They are setting the rules and will define a company or even a country by the degree of carbon emission they create. If you are clean and green, you potentially get investment. If you are deemed a carbon polluter as the oil, gas and coal industries are deemed today, the global capital flows will disinvest or avoid funding you. The immediate target of this financial cabal is the backbone of the world economy, the oil and gas industry along with coal. Hydrocarbons Under Attack The immediate target of this financial cartel is the backbone of the world economy, the oil, coal and natural gas sector. Oil industry analysts predict that over the next five years or less investment flows into the world’s largest energy sector will fall dramatically. “Given how central the energy transition will be to every company’s growth prospects, we are asking companies to disclose a plan for how their business model will be compatible with a net zero economy,” BlackRock’s chairman and CEO Larry Fink wrote in his 2021 letter to CEOs. Blackrock is the world’s largest investment group with over $7 trillion to invest. Another BlackRock officer told a recent energy conference, “where BlackRock goes, others will follow.” “To continue to attract capital, portfolios have to be built around core advantaged assets – low-cost, long-life, low carbon-intensive barrels,” said Andrew Latham, Vice President, Global Exploration at WoodMac, an energy consultancy. The Biden Administration is already making good on his pledge to phase out oil and gas by banning new leases in Federal lands and offshore and the Keystone XL oil pipeline. The oil and gas sector and its derivatives such as petrochemicals are at the heart of the world economy. The 50 largest oil and gas companies in the world, including both state-owned and publicly traded companies, recorded revenues of about $5.4 trillion in 2015. As a new Biden Administration pushes their ideological opposition to so-called fossil fuels, the world will see a precipitous decline in oil and gas investment. The role of the Davos globalists and the ESG financial players are out to guarantee that. And the losers will be us. Energy prices will skyrocket as they did during the recent Texas blizzards. The cost of electricity in industrial countries will become prohibitive for manufacturing industry. But rest well. This is all part of the ongoing Great Reset and its new doctrine of ESG investing. In 2010 the head of Working Group 3 of the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, Dr Otmar Edenhofer, told an interviewer, “…one must say clearly that we redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy. One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. This has almost nothing to do with environmental policy anymore…” The WEF Great Reset is not simply a big idea of Klaus Schwab reflecting on the economic devastation of the coronavirus. It has been long planned by the money masters.

100 Days Princess Event - Royal Prince Stage Epilogue (Translated)
Quick Links:
Events Page
Prologue
Previous: Premier End
Louis Howard’s Route
Giles Christophe’s Route
Notes:
This epilogue confused me at first, so if it also confuses you, I just wanted to say beforehand that this epilogue takes place a little while after the premier end. It’s a slice-of-life kind of epilogue.
I will be posting the second half of Epsiode 5 from Byron’s main story next!
Preview
...Your sweet and happy days with him as an idol are not over yet.
See the moment his heart only beats for you told from his perspective…
Byron: “I love the expression that you only show me whenever I touch you like this...”
Byron: “It makes me feel greedy, I don’t want anyone else to see you like this.”
(I love just being in front of her...)
I kissed her soft lips again and took off MC’s clothes…
The real face he shows you when he is not busy being an idol is special and extremely sweet…
***
“Whenever I have to smile… I think of you.”
Byron Wagner’s Route Premier End Epilogue
One afternoon before a program recording of the idol group “ABN” (JP: AXY)…
All three ABN (JP: AXY) members and their agent MC stood in the dressing room.
Nico: “Ah, Byron-sama is on.”
Byron: “...?”
Nico raised his voice as he watched the TV, and everyone else’s eyes turned to focus on the screen.
(Oh, is the commercial I shot the other day already airing?)
Nico: “The number of commercial offers Byron-sama receives have been skyrocketing lately.”
Albert: “Yes. Byron-sama currently has commercial offers from twelve different companies.”
Byron: “You know a lot.”
MC: “We also just recently signed a new commercial contract.”
Albert: “A thirteenth company?”
Nico: “Byron-sama, the king of commercials!”
Byron: “...You think so?”
(Although I’m aware the number of commercial offers I receive have been increasing recently,)
(I didn’t realize that there were that many.)
As I watched the TV thinking about it, another commercial I had appeared in played.
Nico: “Ah, I really like this commercial.”
MC: “That’s a commercial for drinking water. It’s so popular because Byron-san is rarely seen in wet clothes.”
Albert: “...What if Byron-sama caught a cold?”
Nico: “Of course Al would care about something like that.”
As I listened to them speak, I realized I have done a lot of different jobs.
(Like this commercial where I had to get wet…)
I didn’t even understand the purposes of some of the jobs I’ve been offered.
(But whenever I ask,)
(MC kindly always helps me understand the intention of the job.)
And whenever I followed MC’s advice,
I was always able to create something that pleased the fans and the company.
(...MC always supports me.)
At that moment, Nico spoke to MC.
Nico: “Hey, which Byron-sama commercial does MC-san like the most?”
MC: “I...like the recent perfume commercial he did.”
Nico: “The vampire one?”
MC: “Yes. The one that goes ‘a fascinating scent that’s more attractive than the scent of blood’...”
Albert: “The commercial has been getting a lot of attention for the scene when Byron-sama sinks his fangs into the neck of that stunt doll.”
MC: “Right! Byron-san is so cool when he is a vampire…”
(I see… so that’s what she thought of the commercial.)
I secretly smiled beside MC as she spoke shyly.
***
—...That night.
Tomorrow was our first break in a while, so I was invited to MC’s home.
As we were sitting side by side on the sofa and casually watching TV…
MC: “Oh, this commercial…”
MC suddenly spoke next to me.
MC: “It’s another one of Byron-san’s commercials.”
Byron: “It is.”
On the TV screen, I watched myself kiss the nape of the stunt doll.
(That reminds me…)
Byron: “You said you liked this commercial.”
MC: “Yes...I think it’s really cool.”
Byron: “...I see.”
As she gazed at the commercial, I saw a smile naturally break out across her face.
(Although… it feels strange.)
MC is staring at me on the TV,
but I actually wanted her to look at me as I am here now rather than at the commercial.
Byron: “...MC.”
MC: “...?”
I touched her cheeks, turned her towards me, and gently kissed her.
MC: “...Byron-san?”
Byron: “...Don’t move.”
After I brushed away her hair and lowered the collar of her dress down,
I pressed my lips against her now exposed neck.
MC: “...A-ah…”
Byron: “Is something wrong?”
As I sucked on her sweet skin, MC slightly trembled.
MC: “Ah… What are you doing…?”
Byron: “Don’t you like it...?”
MC: “Like what…?”
Byron: “The vampire commercial.”
As I licked the reddish skin, a sweet voice reached my ears.
MC: “I...like it... but why so suddenly…?”
Byron: “Because I want you to look at me, not at the commercial.” *Top Left Picture*
MC: “...”
When I looked up, I saw that MC’s cheeks had turned red.
Byron: “You’re red.”
As I brushed my fingertips over her cheeks, MC scrunched up her eyebrows.
MC: “...Your smile is beautiful.”
Byron: “Beautiful…?”
MC: “Byron-san… Do you know why the number of companies asking Byron-san to appear in commercials have increased recently?”
Byron: “No, I don’t know.”
MC: “The main reason… is because Byron-san has a wonderful smile.”
Byron: “...I wasn’t aware of that.”
At least in the past, I had never received any commercial offers because of my smile.
(But it seems I am now…)
Byron: “It’s because of you.”
MC: “What…?”
As I caressed MC’s cheeks, she blinked.
Byron: “I have told you this before.”
Byron: “Whenever I have to smile… I think of you.” *Top Right Picture*
Byron: “Whenever I think of you, I can smile easily.” *1st Middle Left Picture*
I continued speaking as we stared into each other’s eyes.
Byron: “Don’t people naturally smile when they think of the person they love?” *1st Middle Right Picture*
MC: “...”
(I have told her this before.)
Byron: “You’re the reason why I have been getting so popular lately.” *2nd Middle Left Picture*
MC: “Byron-san…”
Her eyes searched my face, and MC’s hand rested on my cheek.
MC: “That makes me happy…”
MC: “I…I am glad that I’m helping Byron-san.”
Byron: “Me too.”
I kissed MC as she shyly smiled at me.
MC: “...Mm…”
As I felt MC’s love for me when she responded to my kiss, I gently pressed her body down on the sofa.
Byron: “MC…”
MC: “Ah…”
Suddenly, MC held my cheeks with both hands.
MC: “I also like when Byron-san looks at me like this.”
Byron: “What kind of expression am I wearing?”
MC: “It’s an expression that always gives me butterflies.”
MC: “It makes my heart throb every time… it reminds me that I love you so much.”
MC’s lips touched my cheeks, as if to convey her feelings.
Byron: “MC…”
MC: “I’m not qualified enough to be your agent…”
MC: “I want you all to myself.”
Warmth spread throughout my heart at her words while she smiled shyly at me.
(Ah… so that’s how MC feels.)
Byron: “I understand your feelings.”
MC: “Byron-san…?”
Byron: “Yes.”
I unbuttoned her dress and traced her exposed collarbone.
MC: “...Ah…”
Byron: “You have a soft smile.”
Byron: “I love the expression that you only show me whenever I touch you like this...” *2nd Middle Right Picture*
Byron: “It makes me feel greedy, I don’t want anyone else to see you like this.” *3rd Middle Left Picture*
MC: “Byron-san…”
(I love just being in front of her...) *3rd Middle Right Picture*
I kissed her soft lips again and took off MC’s clothes.
MC: “...Mm…”
After marking her skin everywhere with kisses,
I also took off my jacket and shirt, our bare skin touching together.
Byron: “Only you can make me smile and make me feel like this.” *Bottom Left Picture*
Byron: “You’re the only one, MC.” *Bottom Right Picture*
MC: “Byron-san…”
I gave MC a natural happy smile.
(I will continue to grow as an idol.)
That's not a bad thing, though.
(As long as I can love MC…)
Letter
From: Byron
Subject: “Why I Can Grow”
In a recent program I performed in, there was a scene where I had to confess my love.
At first, I wasn’t sure how to act it out, but when I thought of you, I was able to naturally express myself.
I was able to say it clearly because I’ve said the same things to you many times before.
MC…you’re the reason why I can grow as an idol.
I hope you will continue to support me and grow with me.
As my agent and girlfriend…
You are irreplaceable to me.

Knowing What is Needed in a Home Loan is Key Says Liberty
MELBOURNE, Australia, Oct. 27, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — One of the first things borrowers look at when comparing home loans is the interest rate — but be sure to consider the other factors at play, says Liberty.
While mortgage interest rates are important, there are other attributes that can make a big difference over the life of a home loan — and can deliver significant savings.
According to Liberty’s Head of Communications Heidi Armstrong, taking the time to assess and understand what’s available in the market is a smart first step. “When starting your home loan journey, it’s important to consider price, budget, and the various home loan features that could help manage the structure of your loan.”
Armstrong says even a simple feature, such as having flexible repayments, could deliver borrowers significant benefit over the life of the loan. “The capacity to choose how often you make repayments on your home loan can help give you greater control of your finances.”
With a variety of home loans available, Liberty can provide tailored solutions designed to help borrowers achieve their homeownership goals. “At Liberty, we work to ensure each borrower receives a solution to fit their needs and offer a range of solutions tailored to each customer’s unique circumstances.”
Having the right facilities could save borrowers big in the long run, so it’s worth understanding what’s on offer and the benefits of different home loans and features.
With access to a range of home loan solutions, a mortgage broker such as a Liberty Adviser can guide borrowers through the application process. And with a comprehensive understanding of home loans and lenders, a Liberty Adviser can support borrowers to explore their options and help them find the loan to suit them.

Since 2018, I’ve crossed the $1,800 mark in savings from the program. Thankfully, a quiet surge over the last few years of gas station rewards and third-party loyalty programs designed to save you money on gas means there are more options than ever for finding ways to avoid paying the full price you see on the sign. So what can you do about it as you plan summer travel, or navigate higher prices in your day-to-day driving? STARTING A BUSINESS: PRACTICAL STEPS TO CONSIDER
Hi, so you’ve decided to make the big leap of faith and start your own business!
Excellent – here are a few tips to help you get started and a couple of things you’ll need to do to minimise the friction and drama. I’ll lay them out as bullet points to make it a bit clearer.
Let’s start at the beginning of the journey, where you lay down the foundations of your empire.
Foundations and building your Business Plan – the roadmap for your business
Here are some of the things you’ll need to do or consider in the early stages and document in your Business Plan.
BUSINESS CANVAS
First up, lay all your thoughts out on a Business Canvas. What’s a Business Canvas you ask? Glad you asked, good question. A Business Canvas is a visual representation of your business model. It lays out all the key strategic factors, presenting a general and complete overview of your business structure. This includes customers, income sources, competitors, SWOT’s and more.
Don’t panic – you don’t need to know all the details right now, but you do need to lay out the template so you can fill in the gaps ASAP. There’s a heap of free templates available so go nuts.
STRUCTURE
Legal structure: are you going to operate as a sole trader, company, or in a trust structure? Here’s where you talk to your accountant and solicitor to get the overview of business risk and the pros/cons of each option. Don’t guess.
Organisational structure: who do you need where to do what. Sometimes it’s just you doing (almost) everything which is an easy plan to draw – just add in your accountant and away you go. However, that’s not always the case and you also need to be looking 3 – 5 years ahead to think about who you need in your team then, so you can lay the groundwork for your future team now.
ABN/TFN/GST AND OTHER ACRONYMS
You will need an ABN and a TFN – they’re both very easy to get, but you need to get your legal structure right first.
GST – think about this. If you plan on sales greater than $75k then register now, otherwise only register if you feel that the increase in your prices won’t hurt your sales. That way you get back the GST paid on expenses, which is a greater cash benefit than claiming it in your tax return.
INSURANCES/LICENSES
Talk with your local council first. They’ll have the list of permits you need at their level, and the contacts for any state or federal license requirements.
COLLABORATIONS
This includes networking groups, peer support and mentors.
They’re all a key part of building business success. Ideas, new clients, suppliers, support, joint ventures with allied businesses – all on tap.
EXIT STRATEGY
This is best planned now; this helps with your business structure and operational plans.
Systems and Processes – you need a strong base to operate from
A way of producing excellent service on a consistent basis. This enables new team members to slot in smoothly and when you’re exiting the new owners can pick up where you left off.
DOCUMENTATION
You need to document your processes around:
undefined
You also need to set up platforms to take care of accounting and a CRM as a bare minimum. Make sure you’re open to innovate, the systems and processes you set in place now give your team the fallback comfort they need to be brave enough to look for better ways of doing business.

On the World Anti-Communist League
Source: https://militarist-monitor.org/WORLD_ANTI-COMMUNIST_LEAGUE/
Pictured: Chiang Kai-shek
One resource states that the Anti-Bolshevic Bloc of Nations (ABN), headed by the notorious Yaroslav Stetsko since the 1950s, entered the group in the early 1960s. The ABN is the largest and most important umbrella for former Nazi collaborators in the world. During the 1970s WACL spread to all six continents and chapters were opened in Japan, Europe, Britain, Australia, the U.S. , and Latin America. The organization attracted former Nazi supporters in Europe and in Latin America. The Latin American group, Confederacion Anti-Comunista Latinoamericana (CAL), headed by Raimundo Guerrero, sprang from the roots of Los Tecos, a World War II fascist group. CAL was overtly fascist and connected to a chain of rightwing military plots in Latin America.
Pictured: Confederacion Anti-Comunista Latinoamericana swearing in ceremony The Unification Church (UC) of Sun Myung Moon has remained a major power within WACL. Moon claimed that he raised $1. 4 million for WACL’s 1970 annual conference. In 1975, Moon denounced WACL as being too facist, and claimed to sever connections between it and the UC. Reports in the New York Times, Searchlight and elsewhere, however, indicate the separation is nominal only. In 1985, WACL’s Japanese branch was still run by Osami Kuboki who also headed the Japanese Unification Church.
Pictured: Sun Myung Moon’s Marriage Blessing Ceremony From 1978 to 1980 Roger Pearson, well known for his theory of white supremacy and his fascist sympathies, was chairman of WACL. Pearson concentrated his efforts in Europe and attracted more radical fascist elements to WACL. For a time WACL appeared to be more anti-semitic than anticommunist. Pearson and the more radical WACL branches attempted to oust more moderate groups, but his attempted coup failed. In 1980, WACL expelled Pearson and said it had purged its fascist elements. As with the separation from the UC, however, the separation from the fascists was cosmetic only. Most of the individuals involved were reported by the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and other newspapers to be among the attendees at succeeding annual conferences. After Pearson’s ouster, Major General John K. Singlaub (ret. ) and his newly-formed U.S. chapter of WACL, the United States Council for World Freedom (USWCF), became WACL’s most active branch. USCWF was founded in 1981 by Singlaub with a $16,500 loan from the Taiwanese branch of WACL and generous support from beer baron Joseph Coors*. From 1984 through 1986, Singlaub was the chairman of WACL.
Pictured: John K. Singlaub *Joseph Coors' brother, William, who once told a group of minority business leaders that the best thing slave traders did was “to drag your ancestors here in chains,” described his brother Joe as “a little bit right of Attila the Hun.”
In 1984, columnist Jack Anderson wrote a series of exposes on WACL connecting the group with death squads operating in Latin America, and once again linking them with fascists, this time in Latin America. He reported that the "godfather" of the death squads in Guatemala, Mario Sandoval Alarcon, a principal of the CAL, had been on the CIA payroll for 30 years–since the National Liberation Movement (MLN) was organized by the CIA to overthrow progressive President Jacobo Arbenz Guzman of Guatemala. Further articles by Anderson reported that CAL, which operated out of Guadalajara, Mexico, was an outgrowth of Los Tecos.
Pictured: Barbieri Filho
As a result of this expose, Singlaub put pressure on Dr. Ku, the life-chair of WACL from Taiwan, to expel CAL. Ku complied but, as with the fascists in Europe, the disassociation was probably only nominal. A new Latin American wing, the Federacion de Entidades Democraticas de America Latina (FEDAL), was begun with Dr. Carlos Barbieri Filho of Brazil as head. Barbieri Filho has connections to the Argentine AAA death squad. Moreover, former CAL chieftan Mario Sandoval Alarcon was present at the 1985 WACL convention in Dallas. WACL activities in Central America expanded greatly in 1984 when Congress shut off all funds to the contra forces. Between 1984 and 1986 WACL became the principal publicly identified source of funding for the contras. Singlaub said that he "quite frankly used the WACL organization… to meet with some people who are capable of contributing" to the contra cause. He identified his three principal WACL sources for funding as Latin America, Taiwan, and South Korea. In 1986, Bernal Urbina Pinto headed the WACL chapter in Costa Rica and was vice president of FEDAL. FEDAL replaced CAL after it was expelled from WACL because of its fascist connections in 1984. Urbina Pinto was also the leader of the political group, Free Costa Rica Movement, which coordinated the Organization for the National Emergency (OPEN), a paramilitary, anti-terrorist force. OPEN trained thousands of peasants in the basic tactics of counterinsurgency. In 1982, Argentinians came to Costa Rica to organize contra forces who had slipped across the border from Nicaragua. They worked with Urbina Pinto and the Free Costa Rica Movement. Cuban exiles who are members of WACL also live in Costa Rica. Most notable among them is Nazario Sargen head of Alpha 66, a Cuban terrorist group and long-standing WACL member. John Hull–whose ranch in Costa Rica was used as a base by the CIA and private groups to bring supplies and military support to the contras–is a member of WACL. In fact, WACL was considered by some to be the main CIA conduit in the supply network for the contras. El Salvador's Roberto D’Aubuisson, Adolfo Cuellar and Raul Molina, worked together under the direction of National Guard commander General Jose Alberto "Chele" Medrano. All were members of WACL and all rose to power in El Salvador. D’Aubuisson, who rose through the ranks of the Salvadoran National Security Agency (ANSESAL)–the Salvadoran counterpart to the CIA–became El Salvador’s national representative to WACL. In 1977, he went to Peitou, Taiwan for three months of training at the Political Warfare Cadres Academy. In 1980, D’Aubuisson went to the WACL convention in Buenos Aires where he arranged for Argentine intelligence operatives to come to El Salvador and give the National Guard instruction in countersubversion. The advisers helped Salvadorans set up safe houses out of which the death squads operated. The project was funded by WACL. D’Aubuisson became an important figure in politics in 1981 when he established the Nationalist Republican Alliance (ARENA) party. ARENA is modeled after the ultra-right, militarist MLN of Guatemala. Soon after ARENA’s founding, investigative reporters linked D’Aubuisson with Mario Sandoval Alarcon of the MLN. Sandoval Alarcon is head of WACL in Guatemala and of La Mano Blanco, a major Guatemalan death squad. Testimony of U.S. Ambassador Robert White fixes responsibility for the murder of Archbishop Oscar Romero on D’Aubuisson.
Pictured: Mario Sandoval Alarcon Adolfo Cuellar was a member of the National Assembly for the National Conciliation Party (PCN), a rightwing party in El Salvador. In 1970, he became head of the Democratic National Organization (ORDEN), a rural paramilitary group of some eighty thousand anticommunist informers and vigilantes. He was assassinated in 1981. Medrano went on to achieve power in the National Guard.
In 1954, with the formation of the CIA-sponsored Army of Liberation (AOL) organized to overthrow Guatemalan reformist President Jacobo Arbenz Guzman, Guatemala became fixed in a pattern of anticommunist political violence which persists today. The Eisenhower administration tagged Arbenz as procommunist and sent E. Howard Hunt of the CIA (and, later, of Watergate fame) to organize the AOL. In 1957, a radical right faction of the government set up by the U.S. to replace Arbenz assassinated his successor, President Castillo Armas, and formed a new party, the National Liberation Movement (MLN). Mario Sandoval Alarcon was the driving force behind the government, and the MLN became the legitimizer of his paramilitary operations. Sandoval Alarcon, known as the "godfather," launched his career in the AOL, and has been head of the WACL in Guatemala since 1972. He was the coordinator of La Mano Blanco, which oversaw the operations of many of the death squads in Central America. La Mano Blanco was coordinated by CAL. The death squads have terrorized Guatemala since their formation in the 1960s. When interviewed by the authors of Inside the League a political analyst said,"People ask if the death squads are controlled by the [Guatemalan] Army. They are the Army." Sandoval Alarcon was head of the National Congress and vice president under Colonel Kjell Laugerud Schell from 1974 to 1978. While vice president, he established close ties with Taiwan through his leadership of WACL. He sent an estimated fifty to seventy Guatemalan army officers to the Academy in Taiwan for training. In 1980, WACL requested that Sandoval Alarcon help D’Aubuisson establish death squads in El Salvador. In 1979, John Singlaub and Daniel Graham of the American Security Council and soon to be founders of the new U.S. WACL branch, the USCWF, visited Guatemala. The purpose of their junket was to begin to heal the relationship between the U.S. and Guatemala that had become strained under the Carter administration. They also informed the Guatemalan government that a Reagan victory would lead to a resumption of military ties between the countries. Mario Sandoval Alarcon attended President Ronald Reagan’s inaugural ceremonies. Alberto Piedra, WACL member, was appointed ambassador to Guatemala by President Reagan. While Sandoval failed in his bid to become president of Guatemala, he remained the power behind the throne. In 1985, he was still the head of WACL, claimed to have a private army of three thousand, and the ability to put thousands more paramilitary troops into action on short notice. In the late 1970s, General Gustavo Alvarez Martinez brought Honduras into the anticommunist warrior ranks. During his term as president, he created the Honduran AntiCommunist Movement (MACHO) and its action arm, the AntiCommunist Combat Army (ELA)."Lobo," a leader of the ELA, was a member of the United Democratic University Front (FUDD) which served as the ELA’s front group. He was also a member of the youth wing of the Latin American Anti-Communist Confederation (CAL)."Lobo" and other representatives of FUDD were present at the 1980 WACL conference in Buenos Aires, and there arranged for WACL members from Argentina to come to Honduras to train contras from Nicaragua. During 1980 and 1982, Jesse Helm’s aide John Carbaugh, who attended the WACL convention in 1980, made numerous trips to Honduras. The WACL chapter in Honduras was headed by Moises Jesus de Ulloa Duarte, a conservative radio commentator who traveled to Korea at the invitation and expense of the Unification Church. Refugee Relief International, a project of Soldier of Fortune, joined forces with WACL to deliver supplies to contra camps in Honduras in 1984. The Confederacion Anticommunista Latinoamericana (CAL) was run out of Mexico's Autonomous University in Guadalajara. CAL was formed from a well-established, elite, pro-Nazi network called Los Tecos. CAL did not cast off its anti-semitism to don the cloak of anticommunism; it simply incorporated the latter into its agenda. The Jack Anderson expose of fascist elements in CAL forced WACL to expel the group in 1984. However, an article in the Village Voice noted that "the core of the old Latin fascist apparatus remains." The first WACL chapter in the U.S. was the American Council for World Freedom (ACWF) founded in 1970 by Lee Edwards. Edwards was the former director of Young Americans for Freedom, the youth arm of the John Birch Society. John Fisher of the American Security Council served as ACWF’s first chairman. The American Security Council is a virulently anticommunist group that originally focused on internal security. It currently heads up the rightwing lobby group the Coalition for Peace Through Strength, which includes among its members a number of members of Congress. In 1973, the ACWF, at the urging of board member Stefan Possony, complained to WACL about the fascist members from Latin America. The report was discredited, but in 1975, ACWF left WACL and its members drifted off to other groups in the New Right.
Pictured: General Gustavo Alvarez Martinez
The second U.S. chapter of WACL (1975-1980), the Council on American Affairs, was headed by noted racialist Roger Pearson. During this period Pearson had strong links to the American Security Council. In 1980 John Singlaub went to Australia to speak to the Asian branch of WACL. Shortly thereafter he was approached to begin a new U.S. chapter of the organization. The U.S. Council for World Freedom (USCWF) was started by the retired General in 1981 with a loan from WACL in Taiwan and local funding from beer magnate, Joseph Coors. USCWF has been the most active chapter of WACL of this decade, with the action picking up tremendously in 1984 with the cessation of offficial U.S. government funding to the contras. Singlaub was selected by the White House in 1984 to be the chief private fundraiser for the contras. The key private funders were to be wealthy business people, Taiwan, South Korea, and "an anti-communist organization with close ties to those governments." Other major contributions came from Guatemala and Argentina, countries where Singlaub had strong WACL connections. In his position as chief private fundraiser for the contras Singlaub reported directly to Colonel Oliver North of the National Security Council. It is highly likely that Singlaub’s USCWF/WACL high-profile,"private" contra fundraising may have served as a cover for North’s illegal government-sponsored supply network. In his deposition at the Iran-Contra hearings, Singlaub’s claims that he raised $10 million in contra aid were questioned. In 1985, for example, when claims of millions of dollars in aid raised from private sources were reported frequently by the media, the USWCF financial statement reported income of $280,798. In the previous year, reported income was just over $41,000. Singlaub responded that a good deal of the aid was "in-kind" and that the dollar values were somewhat uncertain. He also claimed that his statements had been exaggerated by the press. What Singlaub has done as a private citizen and what he has done in the name of USCWF and WACL is unclear. However, WACL paid for the services of the public relations firm of Carter Clews Communications to improve Singlaub’s public image in order to enhance his fundraising efforts. The USCWF and Soldier of Fortune established a private training academy for Salvadoran police forces and Nicaraguan contras. Located in Boulder, Colorado, the Institute for Regional and International Studies was headed by Alexander McColl, the military affairs editor of Soldier of Fortune Magazine. Robert Brown of Soldier of Fortune invested $500,000 in Freedom Marine. In December 1985 Freedom Marine sold three "stealth boats" to USCWF for $125,000. The hulls of the boats had been reinforced for machine gun mounts. In Honduras the coastal resupply system for rebels inside Nicaragua utilized three "stealth boats." Bruce Jones, former CIA liaison to the contras in Costa Rica, worked for USCWF in Tucson. In 1987, USCWF lost its tax-exempt status because of complaints about the group’s support of the Nicaraguan contras and is reported to be short of money. USCWF apparently moved its offices from Phoenix to Alexandria, Virginia in 1988. Singlaub was indicted in 1986 and 1988 over USCWF activities in support of the contras. Because of these costly legal problems USCWF has been politically inactive and NARWACL did not hold its annual meeting in 1988-1989. David Finzer and Rafael Flores founded the World Youth Freedom League (WYFL), the youth branch of WACL in 1985. Flores, worked for contra fundraiser, Carl (Spitz) Channell, also indicted in the Iran-contra case. Finzer and Flores worked together at the International Youth Year Commission, a group linked to Oliver North’s contra supply network.
In April 1989 the ABN held a policy seminar at the Heritage Foundation in Washington DC. When questioned on the CBS Television show "60 Minutes" about his connections with contra funding Singlaub was asked by Mike Wallace,"Let me put a thesis to you, General Singlaub. Private citizen Jack Singlaub has become Ronald Reagan’s secret weapon to sidestep a Congress that will not permit him to act in the areas where he believes that our security interests are at stake. True?" Singlaub’s response: "True." John Carbaugh, chief aide to Jesse Helms, attended WACL conventions in 1980 and 1984. Upon receiving a memo from Carbaugh, Helms assisted in the creation of the Conservative Caucus, headed by Howard Phillips, who was working in Helm’s office at the time. Margo Carlisle, aide to Sen. James McClure (R-ID), also attended the 1980 convention. Carlisle was on the 1982-1983 board of governors of the Council for National Policy, listed there as the executive director of the Senate Republican Conference. Rep. Tom Loeffler (R-TX) spoke at the WACL convention in 1985. Other congresspeople who have participated in WACL events include: Rep. Robert Dornan (RCA), Sen. Jake Garn (R-UT), Sen. Jesse Helms (R-NC), Sen. James McClure (R-ID), Sen. Steven D. Symms (R-ID), Sen. Stromm Thurman (R-SC), Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA), and Rep. Walter Judd (RMN). Lev Dobriansky, a former OSS officer in Germany in World War II, was chairman of the National Captive Nations Committee and on the U.S. WACL board in the 1970s. He was appointed U.S. ambassador to the Bahamas by President Ronald Reagan. Dobriansky’s daughter Paula was on the National Security Council during the Reagan administration. Lewis Tambs, the ambassador to Costa Rica until 1986, was a WACL member as was Alberto Piedra, appointed by Reagan as ambassador to Guatemala. The Washington Post in December of 1984 reported Singlaub saying that,"he and others have sent millions of dollars in uniforms, food, medicine and other aid to contras or their families and to refugees in Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala." He went on to say,"the Defense Department has helped to coordinate the private aid." In an Oct 1986 interview on "60 Minutes," Singlaub acknowledged that he and Col. Oliver North worked together to establish the Nicaraguan contra supply network. The group Civilian Material Assistance (formerly Civilian Military Assistance, CMA) headed by Tom Posey, is a member of WACL. CMA provided security at the 1985 WACL convention. Posey until recently faced trial in Florida for violating the Neutrality Act for allegedly organizing and funding mercenary missions into Nicaragua. WACL reportedly has given financial support to Friends of the Americas, a rightwing humanitarian aid organization which has supported the contras. Other significant people who have attended WACL annual conferences from Latin America include Benito Guanes, former chief of Paraguayan military intelligence; and Raimundo Guerrero of Mexico, professor at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and principal leader of the Tecos. As of 1980, the Heritage Foundation, the conservative think tank, appears to be home base for the ABN in the United States. The Heritage Foundation hosted ABN conferences in April and May 1989. Former President Ronald Reagan’s message to the 1985 WACL convention in Dallas was,"I commend you all for your part in this nobel cause. Our combined efforts are moving the tide of history toward world freedom. We must persevere and never falter. I send you all who help in your crusade for liberty my best wishes. God bless you." President George Bush sent a message of support to the 1989 WACL conference held in Brisbane, Australia.
