Day 11 - Elemgasem nubilus surprising a small pterosaur in the Patagonia, Argentina from the Last Cretaceous

Reconstruction of the abelisaurid Carnotaurus sastrei from the Late Cretaceous of Patagonia (Argentina). In this drawing, I practiced hatching with a ballpoint pen. Carnotaurus is one of the most famous theropods. He is known for his well-preserved skeleton, which is missing a significant part of the tail and legs below the knees. This dinosaur is easily recognizable by its short upturned muzzle and cone-shaped flattened supraorbital horns, as well as its heavily reduced forelimbs. Impressions of scaly skin have been preserved, on which large 4-5-centimeter tubercles stand out among the small scales. Carnotaurus has appeared in numerous books and films about dinosaurs, including M. Crichton's "The Lost World" and the Disney's "Dinosaur".

A dinosaur tooth of an indeterminate theropod, possibly an abelisaurid from the Grès supérieurs Formation in the Savannakhet Province of Laos. While not complete, the narrow profile and straight distal edge is consistent with what is expected from an abelisaurid from this time period. That said, it is still possible this tooth belongs to an allosauroid. The tooth has a midline distal serration density around 13/5mm.

Carnotaurus flees from a titanomachya who is currently sliding down the muddy shore, while a confused sulcusuchus tries to understand the beats who swam above his home and can go onto the forbidden land
