The second 1 is making me look up the soundtrack. I know I listened for it at certain bits, but there were def parts where I was too caught up in everything going on.

Yep! And it's bc the original comic was just supposed to be a one-off thing that got very popular. I can't remember when they changed to different colors, but I know it was to help the audience differentiate between them.

Excuse me while I geek out a little over the fact that this is a giant nod to the original comic. So, back when the series was being released in 1984, all of the turtles wore red.

It's gorgeous. I've been told the studio is Flying Bark, and they're behind the animation of the first 4 season of LEGO Monkie Kid - which is stunning. So I can't wait to see what they do with this series.

Gosh darn, the animators are really bringing phenomenal shots and lighting here. I keep pausing and going back to rewatch things and trying to figure out how to compliment this incredible work.
