Danny squints up at the blurry form cradling him, brain trying to catch up with his situation. He can feel the pulse of his siblings’ cores nearby, gently pulsing contentedly despite the chaos of his last memories. His limbs feel too small and pudgy, too-small fingers gripping onto something as his vision started to clear. 

There was a man, holding him? Cradling his too-small form like he was an infant- was he an infant? He was pretty sure he wasn’t supposed to be, he had been older but now he wasn’t. He squinted up at the stranger, green eyes meeting green. Huh. They kind of looked like he could be their dad or something.

Figured i'd post his ref sooner than the other characters because its pretty much the same as it used to be, just with small differences. (plus its so far the only character ref i've drawn) So here have this Guy

I'm sure I'm at least partially blinded by nostalgia goggles here, but as a long-time horse lover my biggest beef with contemporary girls' toys (but the horses especially) is that they all unequivocally lack dignity and grace. Sure, the vintage my little ponies are still saccharine and cutesy as all get out but there's something distinctly demeaning about the contemporary flavor of bug-eyed glitter-shitting unicorn toy that really gets on my nerves. My fascination with horses has always been in the balance between beauty, power, and fragility, and maybe kids of today feel differently, but I feel like most horse franchises these days just don't capture that even a little bit.

I had to design and illustrate an underground city for my concept art class, and decided to go with subterranean aliens building a vertical metropolis! I’m very inexperienced and no real good with xenobiology, so they ended up like walmart brand bug ferrets….. but I’m definitely happy with the style of architecture!!

There are many Important Things about kagepro but I think the MOST important is being 12 and thinking that Ayano is some tragic hero that's right about everything and playing 6d chess and like of course it's devastating that she died but it's devastating because she HAD TO. and then suddenly it's been several years and you are no longer 12 and you realize that Ayano was, in fact, wrong about most things. She wasn't a genius she was just depressed and 15 and it's absolutely fucking DEVASTATING, but it'd so because she DIDNT have to die. She just didn't know that, because she was a child, and you didn't really realize it either, because you were a child, but now you aren't anymore. You're okay. (This is the exact same thought process that kido seto & kano have to run through around the time they turn 19. By the way)

Random thought that S1 could have instead had more consistent hinting/detail to it that Tommy *suspected* Grace in some way, and therefore his seduction of her wasn't entirely just the hearteyes it tried to be sold as, but rather attempting to sway her to his side. Because, given every other series has Tommy using his body/self/sex as a way to leverage influence he wouldn't otherwise have, it'd be consistent to have seen a hint of that with Grace.

And then to *still* have their revelation moment after the Garrison killings, because then how much more meaningful if he throws away his suspicions in favour of finding someone he feels sees him and gets him.

I once wrote a fic where Dick had to take care of baby Tim, and I'd write some kinda accidental baby acquisition fic with Dick if it weren't for the fact that you have to remember so much about babies while writing them. Like burping dude. You can't forget to burp those little tykes after a meal. So many annoying little details like that to include to make it sound like you know something about infants.
