✧ Joaquin Santiago・64 | Buisness Tycoon

Joaquin’s life began when he met Valeria Rosales. He could recall meaningless moments throughout his 22 years before that peculiarly sunny autumn morning, but unfortunately, they all seemed very cold. At school, Francisco was expected to bring home top marks in all classes regardless of the relevancy to the distinguished business degree that Joaquin also expected of him. No nights out with friends (what friends?), no time for a girlfriend, and absolutely no unnecessary risks with the press. Pretty much all that went out the window when Francisco touched ground on Foxbury Campus. He spent every night out with classmates who only knew him by his name and every morning perpetually late to class because he was stumbling around the dorm of last night's fling to find his boxers. It didn't take long for Joaquin to learn of Francisco's major lifestyle changes after Francisco made the cover of Sim News Magazine for streaking through San Myshunou's financial district after more than a few drinks after karaoke night. Francisco held on for another half semester before he made the decision to drop out; his sister, Valentia, was going through major life changes and wasn't receiving any support from father dearest, and Francisco could say with certainty that this whole heir to the kingdom thing was not for him.

Alejandro Santiago is now in a position where he is expected to clean up after his older siblings. Can he say he's a little bitter about his siblings effectively stealing his freedom out from under him while pursuing their own? Yeah, he can. Is he going to complain about it? No, he's not. If there is one thing about Alejandro Santiago, he knows how to get a job done. Alejandro could see the path his brother was heading down while Francisco was attending Brightchester; and knew what that would mean for him, so he put his hens in a row and secured the valedictorian spot his senior year at Copperdale. Two semesters into his studies at Foxbury and Alejandro can understand why Francisco lost his shit in this place. All the people here are faker than their designers bags, and as the heir to Santiago Diamonds and Fabrics he would know. The mantra on repeat in Alejandro’s head: two more years and he’ll graduate and have the power to never see these people again. Six more years and he’ll inherit SDF and have all the power he could ever imagine. For now he needs to do what he’s best at: suppress, don’t feel, and fake it harder than everyone else around him.

When friends comment on how happy Rafael is they always know what they will hear in response from him, “Why wouldn’t I be happy? I’m rich!” Having no responsibilities and growing up surrounded by meals, art, and entertainment of only the most excellent quality may have spoiled him a little; at least that is what Valeria always said, but underneath the fine layer of gold that tints his rose-colored glasses, Rafael can understand that his wealth is the reason behind all of what he has including his friends who laugh every time he tells the same joke… and that’s a-okay! If money can make people act like this, who would want to live any other way?

Losing Valeria was the hardest on Teo and Joaquin. Teo had lost the chance to ever get to know his mother, but her legend was palpable in the Santiago home. He could spend days roaming the halls looking at her pictures or asking for stories from his older siblings trying to feel a connection, but he never would. On the other hand, Joaquin had lost the light of life, his northern star; as a result, Teo and Joaquin's relationship bloomed like no other in the Santiago family. Even at his age, Teo lives a life just as fast as the rest of his family, going city to city on business trips with his father and being homeschooled by Joaquin in their rare free time. Teo wouldn't have it any other way as he has learned that when he is constantly moving, his thoughts never stay the same for long.

1. Where and how did they meet? They met when she transferred to Copperdale High during her Junior year (he was a Senior). He had a girlfriend at the time, so these two just remained friends. They would keep in touch over the years via socials, celebrating each others accomplishments (as we all do now-a-days). Fast forward, life happened for the both of them (as it does) and they kinda "lost contact"...until they ran into each other at the grand opening of a new lounge in Del Sol Valley...where they exchanged numbers and have been enjoying each other's company ever since...

8. Where did they have their first date? At The Taste of Chestnut Ridge; an annual food truck/festival/fair-esque thing hosted by several black-owned businesses in Chestnut Ridge. The BBQ was 10 outta 10! #GoodFood #GoodMusic #AGoodAssTime

Originally from Skyward Palms, Oasis Springs, Imogen Sumner is the only child to Dallas and Cale. Imogen spent most of her time alone growing up in Oasis Springs. Though she had the occasional company of her cousins, Imogen struggled to make friends in school and was often viciously bullied and ostracized by her peers. Often returning home with cuts, scrapes, dirt or dried blood on her. Though Imogen would typically silent in school, she was often targeted by her peers. They found her unsettling, odd, and monotoned. This mistreatment would often continue throughout the summer whenever Imogen would go to camp. Ultimately, Cale and Dallas opted to take more family tips instead. However, during a summer trip to visit her grandmother Hattie in Copperdale, Imogen met her soon-to-be lifelong bestfriend Lou. For the three months the Sumner’s would visit Copperdale every summer, Imogen spent all her days with Lou. Though she was still quite shy and quiet, Lou adored her company and she adored his. The two remained in touch throughout the year. Often talking every single day for hours upon end. During her teenage years her grandmother fell sick and came to stay with her family in Oasis Springs temporarily. However, the temporary stay became permanent and soon-enough Hattie passed. During that time Imogen lost touch with Lou and was forced to deal with her grief alone. Only speaking to him sparingly that summer, it put a bit of strain on their friendship. After the passing of her grandmother, Imogen's family moved to Copperdale and stayed in her grandmother's home. She and Lou reconnected upon her move to the city. Navigating an entire new social scene her senior year of high school was no easy feat, but at least she would have the company of Lou.

The youngest isn’t so young anymore. Indie rock is playing through the radio. [ANIMALS BY NEON TREES] MARCO: Can I change the station? TATI: No! MARCO: But it’s so bad. Today was Charlotte’s first day at Copperdale High and she could not wait until it was over. She felt slightly nervous as she rode to school with her sister. But once they��d reached their destination she was reminded why she had been dreading this. 

Alice was immediately greeted by her group of friends. Seniors, who likely did not want to spend time showing the new kid around.

So she waited nearby until the next bus arrived, delivering her friends Simon and Meera. As they entered the school together, Charlotte relaxed a little.

High school was an important step for human development she reminded herself. Her parents were always quick to say that education was important, but they seemed pleased with her efforts no matter what grade she received.

Lot resigned that she to sit through her classes, even if they put her to sleep. After all, she would never need to know these things.

She clung to the idea that there was another world out there for her. She had only faint memories of visiting Sixam when she was younger, but knew someday it was her right and responsibility to return to her people. But for now, her friends and family kept her here. They loved her too and wanted her to stick around, didn’t they?

Sorry that I haven't been very active but I have been working on this for a while so this is Eirene Gentile. She is a high school student at Copperdale High, and she lives with her parents Joel and Willow. They had moved from Mount Komorebi due to work causing Eirene to start her senior year at a new school. Im super excited to share where this story goes as always if you have any sims you want to see or suggestions they are always welcome.

Sierra grew up around the sandy middle class suburban parts of oasis springs. Sierra had a good childhood that include her mother and father for a few years. Then, her parents then had her little brother Dominic, who now is a senior at Copperdale High School. Her parents both are working in the law field, as private attorneys. They did everything they could to bring happiness to their two kids, and which they accomplished.

Sierra knew from an early age she wanted to dance from the moment she woke up at dawn, till she lays her head down at dusk. Sierra had a natural god-given ability and she was like an effortless angel anywhere, on or off the stage. She trained day and night until she was finally accepted into the Academy of Dance and Arts of San Myshuno at the age of 21 with hard work and determination.

Sierra packed her bags and said goodbye to everything she knew back home and said hello to a whole new world of arts and life. Sierra has lived in San Myshuno for about less than a year. Sierra has been working at an in home job and with the help of her parents ever so gratefully, she is able to live a comfortable life in the big city. However, she has finally decided to venture out into her social life as well as achieving her main goal in life, to become the next prima ballerina of San Myshuno.

Hi! My name is Dakota. I’m seventeen years old, and a senior at Copperdale High. I live with my dad in Plumbite Cove. Today is the first day of school, and I’m excited to see everyone again. I had the best summer with my dad and distant relatives, but now I’m focused on finishing my senior year so I can get into my dream school, UB or the University of Brightchester.

I like to walk the halls during lunch. Gotta move my legs so I’m not sitting all the time. I clearly got carried away paying attention to my texts because I bumped into someone in the hallway…

Dakota: OH MY GOD IM SO SORRY, I WASN’T PAYING ATTENTION. SORRY.

Mystery kid: (laughing) Hey, it’s okay. I’m still standing.

Dakota: I’m usually pretty good at watching where I’m going…

I’ve never seen this kid before. I don’t know everyone at this school, but I pretty much know everyone and I’ve never seen him..

Mystery kid: Well, I gotta head to shop. See you around. Maybe we’ll bump into each other again.

Dakota : See you later.

I don’t know what just happened, but I need to get to my next class so I can figure it out.

Who is that kid? He must be a new transfer because I’ve never seen him the last 3 years… ever.

Dear Diary,

Today sucked ass. Scratch that. This whole week has sucked ass. I wish we never moved to Windenburg. But it’s not like anyone in this house cares what I want. Moving on.

Apparently I missed the memo about senior skip day. So much for my first day of school. *insert eye roll* On the bright side at least my teachers were nice. But little did I know my day was only going to go downhill from there.

When I got home I saw my mom schmoozing it up with the governor’s wife. At first I thought nothing of it, but I should have known better. After all, my dad is trying to get new facilities for his player, I guess being besties with the governor would help. The next thing I know she’s barging in my room telling me we’re having company for dinner. Never mind the fact that I have cheer tryouts tomorrow, or homework, or an exam on Friday!

So of course I had to put on one of my best dresses and give her a show. She almost had a stroke when I came downstairs! I got bitched at after dinner, but it was well worth it. Not to brag but I looked soooo good tonight!

Speaking of dinner…. the governor has the hottest sons! 🤤 Zackery is way too old for me but Nadia didn’t let that stop her from checking him out. He was fashionably late and unapologetic about it, much to his mother’s embarrassment. Needless to say I like him already.

Eric is sweet, almost too sweet, he definitely gets his charm from his dad. While our moms and everyone else had a drink outside, we stayed inside and he gave me the rundown on Copperdale High.

We may or may not have had a couple of drinks. And we may or may not have shared a kiss. Or two.

Born and Raised in the small town of Copperdale, Jorja has always been the type to go with the flow of life. Though she never considered herself to be popular, she always tends to find herself being surrounded by large spontaneous groups of people.

During her upbringing in Copperdale, Jorja found herself simultaneously joining the Copperdale High cheer squad (which she ultimately ended up finding a newfound love for). Not only did this opportunity open up her interest into sports and becoming comfortable around a team, but this also led towards her first encounter with marijuana during her junior year.

Fortunately for her, this habit would carry over into her college years as Jorja’s anxiety began to rise due to the stress and demanding nature of the biology program. This would cause her to gravitate towards wellness and ultimately wanting to find new ways to implement using cannabis in order to bring down levels of high stress and anxiety for people who also struggle with these issues.

Jorja has a degree in Biology with hopes of branching out into becoming a therapist or health technician like her mother.

She graduated with a 3.2 GPA (Sophomore and Freshman Year Struck her hard)

Her love for cannabis caused her to become a stoner.

She strongly believes that cannabis is the key to her relaxation, but it could also be the trigger for her anxiety and lack of socializing.

Kim Matsumoto (Best Friend):

Given how they’ve barely interacted at first, Kim ended up being the one to go the extra mile to randomly make conversation with Jorja during a party.

Due to their shared interest and a mutual love for animals, these two instantly hit it off and built a strong foundation for their growing relationship.

Simone Davis (Best Friend):

Unbeknownst to her, Jorja and Simone actually attended the same high school together. They’ve never interacted or crossed each other’s path until their senior year. However, after coincidentally ending up in the same university and dorm housing together, the two began to grow their relationship together and reminisce on the possibilities of encountering each other during their high school years.

Ivan Thompson (Love Interest/Friend):

What started out as a simple smoke session friend had bloomed into a one-sided interest/romantic attraction. Jorja originally found herself having a crush on Ivan during her freshman year. However, that all changed after noticing how he moves and sleazes around with other women on campus (including a roommate of her own).

Her crush began to crash into rocky waters after learning that Ivan slept with Brooke after a house party at their Townhome. This caused Jorja to create a distance from Ivan and ultimately caused her to be completely turned off from liking or smoking with him anymore.

Aiden Brady (Questionable Love Interest):

A one-time hookup ended up taking things to the next level as Jorja began to develop some sort of feelings for Aiden. She initially hooked up with him just for the purpose of it being just a one-time thing but that didn’t exactly go as planned.

The two found themselves hooking up more often and diving deeper into the exploration of each other’s feelings suddenly during their junior year. But of course, this came to a halt after learning that Aiden still had feelings for Brooke and essentially slept with her twice after their first initial hookup.

Brooke Carter (Questionable Friend):

Jorja was the first person that Brooke found comfort in talking to and confiding in. While Jorja initially tried her best to give the best advice that she could with Brooke’s issues, she knew that at the end of the day her advice could only go so far.

Jorja initially pitied Brooke for her desperate need for validation and attention seeking, but that all came to an end after seeing how Brooke intentionally does these things to stir the pot and cause chaos amongst her roommates.

Though the two remained friends, Jorja always keeps an eye and safe distance from Brooke and her messy ways.

Kim Matsumoto

Birthday: February 16th

Upon her preteen years, her family had decided to relocate to Brindleton Bay in order to branch out into their Real estate and Entertainment businesses. This resulted in Kim’s teenage years to be experienced within luxury and lavishness.

Although college wasn’t a necessity for her, Kim had established a yearning for independence like her mother once did before marrying her father. This caused her to break off from her family’s sheltering nature and enroll into the University of Britechester.

Her parents fully supported her decision of wanting to enroll into college, which caused them to fund her education and living costs through all four years.

Kim convinced her parents to build her a new house in Newcrest so that she could continue on her independent journey and live with her best friend as a graduating gift.

She plans on taking a trip to Brindleton Bay to celebrate with her parents and introduce Simone to her family.

Kim speaks both Simlish and Tomorang fluently.

Though Simlish (English) is her second language, she still has her Tomoranian accent that others can hear in most cases.

Kim has explored dating options during her time in college but decided to stay single for the time being.

Simone Davis (Best Friend/Roommate):

Kim see’s Simone as her sister from another mister and she loves her to death. The two instantly hit it off as Kim was the first one to greet and show Simone to her room (as she had been the last roommate to room in their townhome).

Simone became Kim’s closest confidant and secret holder as their friendship grew stronger over the years and vice versa.

Kim was the first person that Simone had openly talked about her previous domestic relationship and the hardships that she overcame to get herself back to normal after leaving.

Kim was also the first person to imply that Levi had a crush on Simone and encouraged her to give him a chance during Sophomore year.

Jorja Kidd (Best Friend):

Kim was the first person to make conversation with Jorja during the moving in house party. Through their mutual interest in animals this caused them to kickstart their friendship on a positive foot.

Levi Akio (Good/Supportive Friend):

Kim and Levi have a mutual understanding for each other as they both were raised in similar households. This has established them to find common ground and form a supportive friendship for each other.

Kim was also one of the first people to notice his crush on her best friend Simone. With this in mind Kim always found ways to push him in the direction of pursuing Simone and drop hints of her liking him back.

Born and raised in the small town of Copperdale, Simone spent most of her youth in her hometown up until her high school graduation.

She attended Copperdale High (along with Jorja Kidd at the time) and found herself being fairly active in the school’s community. Though albeit a bit shy, this feat never prevented her from coming out of her shell to help volunteer, participate in activities and make friends.

Simone’s academic success has always been one of her biggest achievements when it came to being a scholar. Due to this, she was able to graduate high school with honors and be presented with multiple opportunities (along with the help of her scholarships) to enroll into any university of her choice

Simone ended up enrolling into Britechester University with the goal of obtaining a distinguished degree in Communications which resulted in her to once again graduate as top of her class and secure her spot as Valedictorian with an honorary degree.

Simone has always kept a 4.0 GPA since the beginning of her academic career

She originally opted to study in Fine Arts due to her extremely talented creative footprint but opted for communications after finding herself enjoying it also.

Simone has experienced relationship trauma in the past which has led her to stray away from being romantically involved with anyone else for a long while.

After her breakup Simone decided to take up boxing as an outlet due to her being angry at a multitude of things. (Allowing herself to put up with the trauma, dealing with a piece of shit, not knowing her self worth, etc.)

Though she is in a better headspace now, Simone still decides to keep her distance and maintains her boxing as a workout and recreational activity.

She’s always down to have a fun time at parties and events.

Simone’s hair is naturally curly, but she likes to wear wigs and straighten it out during the cold season.

Simone has a multitude of talents that she showcases on occasions (singing, dancing, and cooking are her most notable ones)

Kim Matsumoto (Best Friend/ Roommate)

Simone and Kim instantly hit it off upon move in day for the dorms.

Simone has grown to see Kim as a sister that she never had which bounded them to grow closer together throughout the years.

Kim was the first person that Simone felt comfortable enough to confide in with her relationship trauma and overall became her shoulder to cry on.

Simone has been the only other person who knows about Kim’s background and her family which makes her genuinely special in Kim’s life.

Jorja Kidd (Best Friend)

Unbeknownst to either one of them, Simone and Jorja had attended Copperdale High together and came out as the same graduating class. The two had never crossed paths until enrolling into Britechester and living under the same townhouse together.

Funny enough, Jorja had mentioned seeing Simone in her high school yearbook and to her surprise that’s what kickstarted their friendship.

Simone has always been a caring friend to Jorja ever since she learned about this sudden revelation and took the time out to actually get to know her.

Jorja considers Simone to be “too pure for her own good” as she appreciates her kind gestures and affection towards her. Not to mention that she will forever be grateful for Simone going out of her way to bake a cake for her Birthday.

Levi Akio (Boyfriend)

Due to an initial misunderstanding, Simone’s first impression of Levi was a rather distasteful one.

This mix up caused Simone to initially confront him about it which ultimately ended up leaving a rough impression on both of them.

However, after clearing things up and opting to apologize for any inconvenience the two opted to start over and greet each other with a new positive perspective.

Although this led to them barely interacting with each other (because of conflicting class schedules) the two began to grow close with each other during the Britechester homecoming party.

Simone however (being inebriated) began to flirt with Levi spontaneously as the party progressed which led to her regretting said actions the next morning as she realized how embarrassing her advances must’ve been.

Simone wanted nothing more than to keep a distance from Levi after had embarrassed herself a second time again. But that failed miserably as Levi made numerous attempts to get to know Simone and actually hang out with her.

Their time spent together had formed a strong friendship which eventually led to Simone genuinely beginning to fall for Levi who obviously already felt the same.

Unfortunately this budding romance between the two until ultimately came to a halt as Simone decided that it would be best for them to remain as good friends (because of her relationship trauma).

Myra Almeda (Close Friend)

Though initially barely interacting with each other, Simone and Myra began a mutual friendship based off of sharing mutual classes together.

Simone would often see Myra hanging around the dorm after realizing that she had been seeing Kareem.

However, after learning of Myra’s pregnancy, this brought the two closer together as Simone was the only person that Myra confided in.

This all by with their mutual distrust in Brooke brought them together and urged them both to keep a suspicious eye on said roommate.

Brooke Carter

Age: 23

Birthday: September 15th

But with unfortunate events coming left and right with her newfound situationship with roommates Kareem, Aiden, and Ivan will she be able to get her goals and mind back on track? More importantly, will she ever abandon her home wrecking sleazy ways?

Brooke has slept with all of her male roommates (excluding Levi) through the course of her four years of being in college.

She hopes to be a respectable political figure sometime in the future and live out her ‘powerful woman’ fantasy while living in San Myshuno.

Brooke is an incredible debater so arguing with her will not work out in anyone’s favor.

Though she has her messy ways and tendencies, Brooke actually just wants acknowledgement and a suitable companion to settle down with in the future (maybe)

Brooke purposely gets underneath others skin just to see how far her luck can push her.

Brooke suffers from body dysmorphia after finding out that Kareem didn’t actually find her attractive after sleeping with her during move in day.

Brooke slept with Ivan as a get back towards Kareem after finding out that he’s been seeing Myra. However, she was not expecting Ivan to fall for her.

Brooke has also slept with Aiden on a whim just because he asked her if she was down for it.

Levi is the only man who Brooke hasn’t tried to advance onto due to him expressing disinterest in her and after finding out that Simone took up boxing for recreational activity (she knew that Simone would actually beat her ass if she tried it).

Kareem Harden (Situationship)

Although she had agreed upon sleeping with Kareem, Brooke unfortunately found herself falling hard for him that same night.

This led up to their relationship starting off on a complicated foot as Brooke had assumed that Kareem would feel the same.

Brooke has constantly found herself in a complicated space with Kareem as he has persistently shown disloyalty, disinterest, and lack of empathy for her feelings.

Yet Brooke would also find herself trying to give Kareem the benefit of the doubt as he would always double back and show a more positive and loving side towards her.

Ivan Thompson (Situationship)

Brooke had no intention of developing any sort of romantic attraction towards Ivan even though he proposed the idea of sleeping together.

This has opened a doorway for a one-sided infatuation as Ivan had quickly developed strong feelings for Brooke.

It is quite unknown if his feelings are genuine or lustful.

Aiden Brady (Situationship)

During freshman year, these two have messed around quite a few times as nothing had ever been established (relationship wise).

Kareem Harden

Kareem’s father was the only man that he’s ever looked up to and with him dying at a crucial point in Kareem’s life (he was 10) it really left him emotionally damaged and morally misguided.

Kareem began to use sports as an outlet in his high school years which led him to acquire a newfound love for basketball.

He dreams of being the biggest SBA player in Del Sol Valley, but his lustful desires can cause to be a major distraction.

Quick Facts

Kareem exceeded his own expectations of making the dean's list after graduating as the third highest in his graduating class.

Kareem joined his college basketball team with little to no expectations of being recruited due to their reputation.

However, that changed due to the major progress and insane talent that enrolled during his time there.

Kareem graduated with a 3.7 GPA and three different team recruits from the SBA.

Kareem did not want to have a child, but he did see himself potentially having a family with Myra.

Kareem secretly had a crush on Simone during his freshman and sophomore year of college. He knew that she would be the ideal woman for him if he were to ever settle down because of her sweet and caring nature.

Relationships

Brooke Carter (Situationship/Casual Sex Partner)

Kareem initially went out of his way to flirt with Brooke during the move in house party.

This resulted in the two sleeping together on the first night and start a sort of confusing space for each other.

Though Brooke had believed that Kareem actually liked her, he unfortunately didn’t find her all that attractive to begin with.

In all honesty he just saw him and Brooke hooking up as a one-time thing.

But after seeing how she would be persistent in doing so again, he went along with it up until he decided to turn his attention towards Myra.

Kareem would still find a way to get back into Brooke’s good graces just to sleep with her again and find comfort in knowing that someone would always be there for him.

Myra Almeda (Ex Girlfriend/ Temporary baby mother)

Myra was the first woman that Kareem actually felt as if he had to put in actual effort into wooing.

Though it initially annoyed him that she wasn’t easy to sweep off her feet and would constantly brushed Kareem off, he actually loved her rebellious nature.

The two ended up sleeping together after being persistent with her for two weeks.

However, the small, accumulated feelings that Myra did gain for Kareem instantly fell flat during the bluff party after witnessing him publicly kiss Brooke.

This caused Myra to despise Kareem and not speak nor forgive him for over a month due to her unforgiving nature.

Kareem opted to move on, but he really wanted to mend things with Myra and get back into her good graces.

Yet after pursuing her again for two months this time, he ended up officially making her his girlfriend.

Unfortunately, their relationship did not last long as Kareem would still see other women behind Myra’s back.

Myra had officially begun to have enough of Kareem and his antics (especially after finding out that she ended up pregnant with his child)

Which ultimately caused her to break up with Kareem after finding out about his still secret relationship with Brooke and after questioning her for being the father of their unborn child.

(Myra opted to abort the baby as she was still in her first trimester and refused to raise a child on her own while still navigating college.)

Ivan Thompson (Roommate/Closest Friend)

Ivan was the first persona that Kareem met upon moving into the dorms during move in day.

The two hit it off instantly due to their common interest in sports.

Although Kareem had let it be known that he was at Britechester because of his basketball scholarship, that didn’t stop Ivan from convincing him to partake in recreational cannabis induce activities with him.

Unbeknownst to Kareem, he doesn’t know that Ivan and Brooke actually slept together up the next day after he already slept with her the previous night.

Aiden Brady (Friend turned Foe):

Kareem always found Aiden to be a bit odd in a sense due to their clashing personalities.

However, after seeing how Aiden decided to flirt with Brooke during a cabin trip, this caused Kareem to turn around and do the same with Jorja.

This would end up causing rocky waters between the two as Aiden took it as a personal get back from Kareem which resulted in the two beginning to feud with each other.

Ivan Thompson

Age: 24

Birthday: April 28th

Being born in the Bayou of Willow Creek with the upbringing of his aunt and grandma, Ivan had always set his sights on dreaming big.

This would cause Ivan to take up high school football as an outlet for his anger due to never seeing his parents and feeling neglected. However, that all changed after his aunt urged him to try to and go pro while in college.

Though originally not having that in his future plans to begin with, after his first semester Ivan realized that sports has never really been his passion.

In all honesty? He’s always been more intrigued in becoming a businessman like his parents in order to distribute his own cannabis brand.

Ivan originally took a year off before re enrolling due to not knowing exactly what he wanted to major in.

He took up physics in order to learn more about mechanical engineering to benefit his future business endeavors.

Ivan is the oldest out of the 8 due to him taking a year off.

Though not the best when it comes to studying, he makes up for his lack of understanding with tutoring by Levi.

Ivan is actually really great with handiness and calculating numbers. (He sits at number two behind Kim when it comes to math)

Relationships

Kareem Harden (Beat Friend/Roommate):

Kareem and Ivan instantly hit it off as they both shared a mutual interest in sports and spent most of their time as being roommates in the same floor.

Ivan would always listen to Kareem’s problems and suggest solutions to help wherever he could.

The two also originally started out as workout partners. But after seeing how serious Kareem would take it in the gym, Ivan ultimately fell back from joining him.

Ivan was the only one willing to room with Kareem after graduating as everyone else had already figured out and established their living situations.

Levi Akio (Best Friend):

Ivan was the second person to introduce and kick it with Levi during move in day.

Ivan found Levi to be a relatively cool person as he got to know him more and more throughout the semester.

The two found a common interest in gaming which formed a bond between them and ultimately resulted in them becoming best friends.

Not to mention that Ivan would also go to Levi whenever he needed help with schoolwork or tutoring.

Which in return, Ivan would also try to give advice for Levi’s conflicted feelings towards their roommate Simone.

Sierrra Wells (Situationship)

Not a lot has been shared about their relationship outside of the two allegedly flirting during their time together at club mirage.

Born and raised in Mt. Komorebi, Levi comes from a fairly known and prestigious family.

Levi knows all about Komorebi culture as it’s been ingrained into him since birth.

However, he does find his family to be on the more close-minded side.

Throughout his youth, he had a fairly strong bond with his older brother.

But as he began his preteen years, Levi began to become distant with his brother as the two began to fight and bicker more and more.

However, after graduating high school (and the incident that sent his parents over the edge) Levi’s parents sent both brothers to Simerica (America) to continue their studies in college.

This resulted in Levi to enroll into Britechester and pursue a distinguished degree in Language and Literature.

Levi graduated with a 3.8 GPA and a distinguished Law Degree as his father had encouraged him to. (Since that was a part of the deal that he made)

Levi is well versed in both Komorebi and Simlish.

Levi taught himself how to play guitar since he refused to learn how to play the cello because of his father’s wishes.

He’s inspired by his mother’s tech work which is why he found himself learning how to program and code.

His favorite times with his family was during their world traveling Vacations.

(Unbeknownst to him) Levi is set to inherit the generational law firm once his father steps down as CEO.

As instructed by his parents while growing up, Levi has learned two forms of fighting and self-defense.

Levi got his tattoos during his junior year of high school.

Relationships

Levi’s Brother:

Levi and his older brother have a complicated yet strained relationship. Though they were originally close during their childhood, during middle school the two began to drift apart.

The two would suddenly start bickering more and getting into physical altercations that would eventually lead up to their father sending them away to study abroad after high school.

Yuri Hanzo (Childhood friend):

Levi and Yuri have been friends ever since middle school. Though their personalities might clash and a visible rift can be seen between them at times, Levi considers Yuri to be one of his closest friends back home.

Yuri however can be a bit of a handful for Levi and himself as he can be prone to make bad decisions and often provoke fights with others (even Levi) due to his conflicted nature and deep rooted envy for his friend’s upbringing.

Simone Davis (Friend turned Girlfriend):

After clearing up the misunderstanding that happened during move in day, Levi found himself genuinely wanting to get to know Simone on a deeper level.

The more that he got to know Simone on a personal level, Levi had managed to fully find himself falling for her by the end of freshman year.

Due to their friendship opening up a gateway to something more intimate between the two, Levi had pondered the thought of asking Simone to be his girlfriend going into sophomore year.

However to his surprise, Simone opted for them to remain friends due to not wanting to ‘tarnish their already amazing friendship’.

(No she hasn’t told him about her relationship trauma just yet)

Even though this left Levi a bit saddened, he complied with her wishes nonetheless and decided to nurture their friendship and remain as one of her closest confidants during their time in college.

With them remaining as friends this allowed Levi to learn more about Simone’s intimate thoughts and feelings as she had trusted him completely enough to confide in him.

So much to the point that the two have pushed against the boundaries of friendship with occasional physical intimacy that left them to ponder their relationship.

Kim Matsumoto (Close/Supportive Friend)

With their similar upbringing, Kim and Levi found themselves forming a genuine supportive friendship as they could often relate to one another.

Kim was also the first one to pick up on Levi’s crush on Simone and encouraged him to pursue her.

Aiden Brady

The Banks Home. Prescott Square, Copperdale. Moodlet: Happy +5. Good In-Laws. From spending time with Jacklyn. Candy never expected to wind up with such a good mother-in-law! Spending time with her makes Candy feel lucky to have married into such a loving family... despite their quirks. Spend time with Grandma. Nightmare! Avery had a bleak nightmare about achieving everything she ever wanted in life. Good thing that'll never happen! author's note : this update has been separated into 2 parts, but is mostly focused on the kids rather than mikhail and candy, as we'll be immediately catching up with them in the first scene of chapter 2.

obviously there's a strong bias in focusing on avery here, as one of the two overarching plots of chapter 2 will be focused on her. however, let's discuss all the kids.

julien is now the captain of the football team and at the top of the senior class at copperdale high. while he and avery used to be bound at the hips, they aren't exactly getting along anymore. he is still dating javier, one of his classmates, and they are very happy together. overall, julien is popular, sporty, smart, and under way too much pressure to maintain it all.

avery herself is a straight-A student—one who is now desperately struggling to maintain those grades. focusing on her work is difficult, and she's feeling the stress of her impending future. she is a member of the school theater and excels there. she only has a couple of friends at school and struggles to fit in.

cameron (not shown in this post), the youngest of the bunch, is still in elementary school with middle school coming up fast. he has a smart mouth, but he's a fun-loving kid who idolizes avery much in the same way avery idolized (idolizes?) julien. right now, all he cares about is having a good time.

grandmother jacklyn, of course, materializes onto any family lot i play every single time shows up frequently and is very involved in her family. she and caleb regularly helped out with the grandkids when they were young, so the family is very tight-knit. if you're new to this story and are confused as to why she looks so young for a grandmother:

Pride

The last time we saw the Harrises, Willow has just graduated High School and was on vacation week before starting her first term. This time we wake up along with Leo while he calls the gang to go on their Pride trip!

"San Sequoia awaits! I hope you guys are ready!" 

Leo, Marcos, Dani, Molly, Ash and Kevin were gonna spend the weekend at a cool SimsBnB they found right next to the bridge! Sid and Vannah were in Britechester at a Summer course prepping for their senior year.

Maybe in the end, for the siblings, it was the best, since this has sort of become a couple's vacay! Ash and Kev had this thing going on for a while, but being away from her mom maybe was what Molly needed to give the next step with Dani...

That afternoon, the gang went to the movies to watch the new live-action adaptation of Sepulcher Invader. It was kinda bad, but they were all so happy with the whole trip their bored moodlets didn't even matter!

After the movie it was almost dawn, so they used the good lighting for some vacation pictures. They could not go home without a photo of the iconic bridge!

Molly told a bit about the city bar to Dani before they got ready for the party.

"...and that's when the twinky werewolf put the cops to run. Sims said it was a historic night!"

"Wow, he sounds so cool!"

Party time! Since it was Pride, Dorothy's was filled with deco sims! It was Drag Performance Night, so the sitting area was just as full as the dancefloor.

The club part of the bar was also packed! The teens danced the night away to the unknown NPC DJ. 

While Molly spent her long-lasting batteries dancing, Leo and Marcos sat outside for some fresh air.

"So, like West Coast Simerica so far?"

"It's so pretty and warm! I feel like I'm drying up from all that Eastern humidity, Copperdale is so rainy! Here's also queer AF so many points to that!"

"Imagine if we could live here! It's a short car trip to Del Sol Valley. You could work at Plumbob Pictures!"

"If only there was any excuse so I could convince my parents we could live here..."

"Well, lucky for you the Watcher isn't subtle at all. Look behind you. Isn't this awfully convenient?"

"'Wanna Get Famous?'

IT'S. A. PBP. INTERNSHIP! Multiple internships, given by this San Sequoia Arts Institute! Oh my Watcher, do you think this is our generation's story arc?"

"Well, according to their website, the criteria for enrollment is fine... Thankfully we have all those Drama Club hours, plus we'd be active sims so that counts positively too", Marcos explained.

"Us? In San Sequoia? Trying an internship for woohoocking TV? This gotta work!"

"This poster is here, baby. The Watcher wouldn't go through S4S and make CC if it wasn't gonna work. Have faith!"

The gang called it a night and went to their rental to rest. Soon, Leo would have to share his news with Moe and Tito!

Vu Legacy: 3rd Gen Starts

Warner finally turns 18!

Winterfest recently happened, so his family was around to celebrate his birthday.

Aster and Kaori host New Year’s Eve for all their celebrity friends.

Afterwards, Kaori and Aster ask their respective best friends to be their maid of honor and best man at their upcoming wedding.

Warner graduates on the honor roll! 

He’s also confident he’ll get accepted into Britchester’s distinguished fine arts program. 

At graduation, Warner sees the first sim he finds extremely attractive. 

Her name is Fikir and she started attending Copperdale High her senior year.

Socially awkward, Warner never had many friends.

He surprised himself mustering the courage to take a celebratory picture with a sim he just met.

Essential NPCs

All the essential NPCs for various packs, edited to match my sims style, with some nice outfits (three in the everyday category), skills, likes and dislikes, additional traits, lifestyles and more. I used content from many packs to dress them, so if you need to replace some outfits, simply edit them in CAS from the Manage Households window, it should work.

Install these sims on an empty lot, and don’t go in Live Mode with them (otherwise, they will lose their NPC jobs). Instead, evict them immediately. Then, in the Manage Households window, mark them as Unplayed and move them in the Other Households tab. You also need to delete the original version of these sims, in the Manage Households window (but first read the whole post).

For some of these households, I've added additional instructions below, along with links to download the tray files. Or you can use my EA ID simsontherope to find them in the gallery.

Townies for Henford-on-Bagley

Unfortunately, you can’t delete the original version of Agnes and Agatha, as  the Crumplebottom household is hidden by default. But if you have the MC Command Center, click on a mailbox. Go in the  MC Cheats menu, click on Sims/NPC Households Cheats, and then Unhide Hidden Households. In the window that just opened, select Agnes or Agatha, and validate. Their household will now be visible in the Manage Households window, you can delete them from here.

Werewolves from Moonwood Mill

They will no longer be part of their original wolf pack when you install them, but it's easy to fix!

Add the original leaders (Kristopher for the Moonwood Collective and then Rory for the Wildfangs) to the household, ask the relooked version of the sims to join the pack, and assign them their rank (Werewolf Pack menu, and then Pack Hierarchy) and Entrust the leadership of the pack to their new version. You can now delete the old versions of the sims. Then, you can evict this household, and split it in the Manage Households window if you want to install the Volkov household in their original house.

So no cheat needed, but it's a bit more tedious than usual!

Unfortunatly, I couldn't get Celene and Wolfgang to keep their NPC jobs, so you won’t see them working at the library or at the bar (but in any case, they would have ended up being replaced by random sims!). In my save, I included Celene instead of Lily in the Volkov household, and I installed them in my renovated version of their house (so you can sometimes see Celene walking around in Moonwood Mill).

High school staff for Copperdale

I changed some of their traits (the principal was Neat, but it was annoying to see her spend her time cleaning the showers or toilets instead of staying in her office), their ages for the seniors (in my game, they were both afraid of dying because of the new fear system, so they were running around looking scared all the time), and I replaced the cafeteria worker with her husband, because I wanted more guys.

Everyone scurries toward their classes. The hours pass by for Tati as she collects syllabuses and projects and homework from her first three periods, but it's otherwise uneventful. Finally, the lunch bell rings, and all of the students are released for an hour and a half to eat, lay out on the field, or hang out in a classroom. Tati, Omar, and Gia arrive at their designated table, which is overcrowded already with friends, except for Sam. They are nowhere to be seen. Tati is also keeping an eye out for Diego—just so he doesn’t have to sit alone at lunch, of course. SAM: HELL YEAH SENIOR YEAR LET'S GO TEACHER: Language, Shipp! Sam squeezes in between Gia and some other people. TATI: So. Sam. What’s the situation with you and Cassandra? SAM: Cassie is just a friend. We've been hanging out since Malcom's party. Don’t make it a thing. GIA: Y’all were cuddling in the gym but okay. Not a big deal. TATI: Bud. You were practically going to wear her as a second skin. SAM: Listen. I don’t kiss and tell. Gia looks away and starts talking to Sidney. GIA: So, Sidney, right? Do you think you could help me convince the team to all pose for yearbook in like a month? We need full team shots, so— SIDNEY: Yeah! If you give me a day? You can always come and take the photo at practice? Or ask Coach because she might yell at us otherwise. The lunch bell rings and everyone wanders off toward their fourth period classes. Fourth and fifth are mostly uneventful. Sixth period however is an elective history class Tati is very excited about! It's relatively new to Copperdale High and although she isn't totally clueless about occult sims, she wants to learn about the history of their cultures.

The first day of Senior Year is completed, for Sade and Trey.

Sade addressed Trey’s actions again regarding the “Lamont Situation” on their walk home after school.

TREY- “Hey, it’s not my fault, Sade. I didn’t know he was a new guy.”

Sade didn’t even respond to his excuse. How could he not know Lamont was a new student? There are NOT that many students at Copperdale High!! AND... that wasn’t the point.

Also, why did he change his shirt in the middle of that conversation??
