SAGAU but Creator Reader has been tagging along with the Gourmet Supremos.

If you didn't know or have forgotten, Gourmet Supremos are one of those quest series that is randomized because some part of the questline can only be accessed with dailies (like Whispers in the Wind or Snezhnaya Does Not Believe in Tears or Garcia's Paean).

This questline spans from Inazuma up to Sumeru. I think there were 6-7 quests in total? I forgot. (it's 8).

(These are Julie, Parvaneh and Xudong in order.) There are more characters that made a cameo in here but we'll just limit it with these three.

Context dropped, onto the short HCs.

• Okay so, I didn't really read the whole story of this one so I'm just going to make some random HCs on the fly. I'm aiming for a goody-feel with this one so no heavy angst will be involved.

• Alright, so. Xudong is the leader of the Gourmet Supremos, and he only found you because when you land in Inazuma, you literally dropped into their camp and was about to steal a sausage from Julie's backpack (but there were so many ingredients there!!!)

• Xudong was fuming, lmao.

"THIEF!! SOMEONE, HELP!"

• Aight, geez, made you run a marathon there.

• The next time you've met, all three were together and they saw you roasting some lavender melon in some dilapidated tent you found while walking aimlessly. Hey, better than no shelter at all. For some unfathomable reason, your inventory only consists of food materials - with everything, and I mean everything, missing.

• God damn. It's like the heaven is telling you something. 🙄

• Anyways, yeah. So for some reason, the only access to the goddamn ingredients are locked, and you can't use it and you don't know when you would be able to use it, so you have to scrounge up whatever pitiful sources you can get.

• Sadly, it's mostly lavender melons.

• Like, you already made several dishes from this and it's really starting to grind on your gears, so you took a dive in one of the caverns and found some meat and was happily grilling it with the melons when the trio came out of nowhere.

"Thief!"

The hell. "I didn't get the sausage, though."

"But you still tried to!"

"I mean, I was dying of hunger, so.. you know."

Julie, bless her heart, gets in between you two. "It's fine, Xudong. They needed help, did they not?"

"But-"

This time, Parvaneh chimes in. "As they've told you, they didn't get anything, so let it go. And you." She points at you with calloused finger. "Who are you?"

That caught you off guard a little. Told them your name and, to Xudong's bewilderment, started chatting amicably with you. Some time later though, he softened a bit but still a little cautious. They traded cooking tips with you, and, to their utmost surprise, you exchanged many tips on cooking as well.

"How do you know all this?" Xudong asked as you finished explaining the difference between sauteing onion and garlic first.

"Oh. I'm uh, a professional chef back in our place. Been years though, so yeah." You replied as you took a bite of their chicken. "Holy shit, why is this so good?"

Julie and Parvaneh just smiled proudly.

• So like, you became a new addition to their team - but you actually specialize in desserts. Xudong has many a great views in cooking, as well as the two ladies, and together you journeyed the whole of Inazuma for rare ingredients and made some two or three journals that have been since published and loved by people. (The fangirling/fanboying is real when you saw Xiangling's message drooling about your own version of Tiramisu).

• One day, however, you lot came across a shrine - it doesn't look abandoned, oddly, but it looks really, really old. You asked them what's the deal with this one, and they explained about the Creator.

Oh.

You're in SAGAU?

Shit.

"People said they've come back, but we don't really know.."

Double shit.

• With that knowledge, you try and avoid the main cities as much as possible and only let the three buy on populated areas. Thank God they didn't really notice you suddenly covering half your face with a mask - which you only shrugged when asked.

"I like masks."

Fair enough, they suppose.

• ..oh fuck, is that Yae Miko?

"Ara, and who is this?"

Xudong, Julie and Parvaneh bows and you hastily followed.

"She is our new companion, Lady Miko."

She looks at you with an impish grin. "Oh?"

Dont act suspicious. Don't act suspicious.

"..yo."

• Coming across the main characters from the game are very, VERY rare. You can actually count on one hand the characters you've met:

Yae Miko;

Thoma (he was going around asking for favors as usual and you bump into each other and only had quick apologies as interaction);

Kujou Sara (she was patrolling the area and asked about your mask - which you replied that it's part of your outfit. damn, her glare was fucking menacing!);

Kuki Shinobu (you were side to side buying groceries once), and lastly;

Kamisato Ayato (you actually didn't meet - you just saw him giving speech in a podium for some event you just came across).

• You figured, hey, maybe you're NOT the creator or whatever. And just tried to live normally after some time. The mask stayed though, because you just survived the pandemic back here and was cautious.

• About a year and six months with the team, Xudong suggested you come all to Sumeru to expand your knowledge. Holy shit, yes please!

• ..and then you met the Traveler on your way.

"Your Grace..?"

Triple shit.

😭 sorry for disappearing for about a year - i was too lazy finishing anything. And now, I added another idea not to finish on the list 💀 wrote this whole thing in like 30 minutes motivation really is a wonderful thing, huh?

You seem to draw Donnie covered in Spray paint (pink and blue) a lot. Why is that? What got him hooked to it and why doesnt he have to mix the colors himself?

Draxum’s lab is pretty dull color wise, and Three wanted to differentiate his tech from Draxum’s. Huginn and Muninn are the ones who buy Three his spray paints! One of those small, nice things they try to do to make the kid a little bit happy. Purple is Three’s favorite color, but sometimes they’re limited in what they can bring him. (Also the pink and blue colors are a nod to Jinx—It’s kinda funny that her colors, pink and blue, when mixed, make purple)

It would be maximum shock if they all met right when Leo and Donnie rejoined the family, before they kinda started their healing process, cause they’re probably the most different at that point.

Rise!Donnie would be appalled at AU!Donnie, from silly things like the way he accumulates layers of grime without a care—to the rude way he treats April. AU!Leo and Rise!Leo would keep a wide birth from each other and probably stick to a buddy system with their respective brothers just in the hopes that they don’t ever get left alone with the other (their bros of course conspire to do exactly that, so they can get to know each other)

Rise!Raph would probably be really worried about AU!Raph just cause he thought his brother’s make him stressed and tired? But between dealing with Leo’s anger issues, and Donnie’s…everything, AU!Raph looks ready to drop any second. AU!Mikey would love Rise!Mikey, cause he’s adorable, but he’s a little sad when he looks at him, cause he acts just like he used to, before he was thrown into the arena, so he tries to tone down the bad and make it sound more exciting so that Rise!Mikey doesn’t know how horrible AU!Mikey had it.

The Kraang would def be the Rise Kraang version. The movie would take place a little while after the defeat the Shredder. I’m still working out the timeline cause when I was first deciding their ages, I forgot about the two years from the end of the series and the start of the movie 🙄. So I’m doing some reworking on that end. I think I’ll either change them to be a few years older at the start of the AU than I made them, OR the AU and the fight with Shredder will go for a longer stretch of time than it did in the series. That way there’s not a huge two year gap of unknown time between Shredder’s defeat to the start of the movie. EDIT Now that we know the series took place over two years and it was only a couple months between the finale and the movie. Their ages are gonna be the ones listed on their character charts!!

I’m still not even sure if I’ll manage to make it that far, but hopefully we will get there eventually! Cause I really wanna get to Casey. In fact, I’d probably make it less about Leo growing into a more serious role (cause obviously he’s already there), and more about him really accepting the love of his family. We might even see a future Leo come back with Casey?? It would be so hard not to go that route cause I love that idea so much 🤣

But I honestly don’t know yet what I’d really like to do. And I’d hate to give an answer that I’d have to redact later. I’ve got a lot of ideas, but I can’t even think about them, until I put out all the other stuff I’ve got planned. So let’s all cross our fingers and hope we get there some day lol!

Y/N groaned as she stirred in her bed, the early morning light filtering through the curtains. Her head throbbed faintly, a reminder of the drinks from last night’s party. Throwing off the covers, Y/N swung her legs out of bed and padded to the bathroom, splashing cool water on her face to help wake herself up. Thaddeus smirked, clearly amused by her response, but didn’t push the matter. “Suit yourself. Just don’t take any unnecessary risks.”

Y/N chuckled, shaking her head. “Uh, since when do I take unnecessary risks?”

Thaddeus raised an eyebrow, a rare hint of amusement flickering across his face. “Uh, all the time?” he replied, mimicking her tone perfectly.

Y/N gave him an exaggerated look of disbelief, stifling a grin. “You wish,” she shot back, rolling her eyes.

Thaddeus smirked, lowering his newspaper slightly. “Just don’t forget who’s watching your back.”

Y/N smiled, shaking her head. “I won’t. Trust me. It’s just errands and work today.”

Her father’s gaze lingered on her for a moment longer, his eyes filled with the same mixture of protectiveness and practicality she had grown used to. “Stay focused. You’ve got responsibilities,” he reminded her, his voice carrying the weight of the expectations placed on her.

Bucky raised an eyebrow, a smirk tugging at the edge of his mouth. “Are you sure you’re not stalking me?”

Y/N blinked in mock shock. “Me? Stalking you?” She placed a hand on her chest, feigning offense. “Isn’t accusing the other person of stalking the first sign of a guilty conscience?”

Bucky’s lips twitched, the smirk more pronounced now. “Pretty sure that’s exactly what a stalker would say. You deflect, deny, and act innocent.”

“Says the guy who’s been in every café I’ve visited this week. Who’s stalking who now?” She tilted her head, narrowing her eyes playfully. 

Bucky chuckled, “Fair point.”

Y/N’s smile widened, pleased with herself. “Relax. I think we’re safe. It’s too early for me to start psychoanalyzing you.”

“Good to know,” he said, “Not sure I’d survive a full session outside the office.”

“Don’t worry,” she teased. “You’re safe—for now.”

There was a moment of easy silence before Bucky’s face returned to its usual guarded look. “I’ve got to get going,” he said, though there was a slight pause as if he wasn’t entirely eager to leave.

“Of course,” Y/N nodded, slightly showing teeth in her smile. “I’ll see you next week.”

“Don’t count on it.” Bucky gave her a look, equal parts amusement and warning. 

“I’m counting, it’s only once a week~,” Y/N sang with a mischievous glint in her eyes.

“We’ll see.” 

As he walked away, Y/N watched him for a moment, shaking her head with amusement. There was always something about Bucky that intrigued her—his ability to keep people at arm’s length while being oddly easy to talk to. She turned and stepped back into the café but found herself glancing out of the corner of her eye, noticing that Bucky had stopped.

Through the window, Bucky’s gaze lingered on Y/N as she joined a man at a table. She smiled at him—bright, carefree, the same way she had the night before. Bucky’s attention to detail, a finely honed skill from years of survival, picked up on the subtle nuances. That smile, the way her eyes crinkled at the corners, the way she relaxed into the conversation—it all clicked.

“It was just a quick chat,” she said, keeping her voice neutral. But inside, she couldn’t help but compare this hollow exchange to the ease she had felt outside with Bucky.

Ethan glanced up again, his eyes narrowing slightly. “You were out late last night,” he commented.

“It was just a party with friends,” she replied, but the words felt heavy on her tongue. The guilt, the emptiness of it all. They both knew this wasn’t how an engagement was supposed to feel.

Ethan’s gaze hardened, his lips pressing into a thin line. “You should be careful. People notice.”

That did it. Y/N could feel something inside her snap, the pretense no longer bearable. She had been dancing around this moment for too long. 

"People notice," she echoed bitterly, her eyes locking with his. "Maybe that's why you keep things so quiet about her."

Ethan’s body went rigid, and for the first time, something flickered behind his eyes. He wasn’t as unreadable now.

“You still love her, don’t you?” Y/N leaned forward, her voice quieter but sharper. 

Ethan’s jaw tightened, his calm façade starting to crack. "Don’t."

“No, I’m serious. Why haven’t you done anything to stop this arrangement?” Her voice grew firmer, her frustration spilling over. “You don’t love me. You’ve never loved me. I’m not blind, Ethan.”

His expression shifted from indifference to anger, pain, maybe even regret—but he didn’t respond immediately. His silence told her everything.

Y/N pressed further, her voice now a whisper laced with bitterness. “You want to know why we’re pretending? Because you’re too much of a coward to call it off. You’re still holding on to someone who isn’t here.”

“Don’t talk about her,” Ethan finally snapped, his voice low but heated. His eyes darkened, the calm mask he wore now fully gone.

Y/N shook her head, her heart aching, not for herself, but for what they had become. “It’s always been her, hasn’t it? You never wanted this with me.”

He ran a hand through his hair, the weight of her words pressing down on him. “It’s not that simple,” he muttered.

Y/N’s eyes softened, but her resolve didn’t waver. “Yes, it is. We’re lying to ourselves. You don’t want me, Ethan. You want her. And I can’t do this anymore.”

Ethan’s hands clenched into fists on the table, but for once, he wasn’t cold.  “This isn’t just about what I want,” he said, his voice thick with frustration. “There are expectations—our families, everything. You think I can just walk away?”

Y/N let out a bitter laugh. “Is that what this is? You’re staying because it’s easier than facing the truth? Because it’s easier than admitting you’re still in love with someone else?”

Ethan looked away, unable to meet her eyes. “Me and her are over.”

“And so are we,” Y/N said, her voice steady, even though her heart was racing. “I’m done pretending. If you won’t call it off, I will.”

Ethan finally looked at her, his eyes searching hers, but he didn’t say anything. He didn’t try to stop her.

Y/N stood, the chair scraping against the floor as she rose. “I deserve more than this, and so do you.” She turned away, her feet carrying her out of the café as the cool morning air hit her.

For the first time in years, Y/N felt a weight lifting off her chest. It didn’t make it any less painful, but it was the first step toward something real.

Later that evening, Y/N found herself wandering through the aisles of the local grocery store, a basket hanging loosely from her arm. After the emotional upheaval of the morning, she needed to ground herself with something mundane. Grocery shopping was the perfect distraction—normal, uneventful.

As she moved from aisle to aisle, Y/N’s mind drifted. Thoughts of Ethan and the end of their engagement gnawed at the edges of her focus, but she pushed them away. She wasn’t going to dwell on it now. She was starting over. But still, a flicker of guilt lingered, especially as her thoughts occasionally drifted to the man at the party or the brief exchange with Bucky that morning.

Her head bops while she hums to ‘Material Girl’ playing on the grocery store's stereos. She rounded the corner of the produce section and reached for an apple when a familiar voice made her pause.

“You always seem to run into me at the strangest places.”

Y/N turned, and there he was—Bucky Barnes, standing a few feet away, holding a basket of his own. His dark hair was tousled slightly, and he looked more at ease than she was used to seeing him. His usual serious expression softened as their eyes met.

She couldn’t help but smile. “I could say the same about you. First the café, now the grocery store? I’m starting to think you’re following me.”

Bucky let out a quiet chuckle, his lips curving into a rare smile. “If anyone’s the stalker here, it’s probably you.”

Y/N raised an eyebrow, feigning offense. “You still think I’m stalking you?”

“Well,” Bucky shrugged, glancing at the apple she was holding. “Seems like we’ve got a pattern going.”

She laughed, shaking her head. “If I knew I was going to run into you, I’d have dressed better for the occasion.” She gestured at her casual outfit—jeans and a loose sweater, far from anything special.

Bucky’s gaze flickered briefly over her, “You’re fine.”

There was a beat of silence as they stood in the middle of the aisle, surrounded by the ordinary sounds of grocery shopping—carts rolling, quiet chatter, the hum of refrigeration. 

“So,” Y/N said, breaking the silence, “what brings you here? Stocking up for the week?”

Bucky glanced down at his basket, which had a few basic items—milk, bread, some vegetables. “Something like that.”

Y/N nodded, then playfully added, “I would’ve thought you as more of a ‘grab takeout and go’ kind of guy.”

Bucky shrugged, “I try to keep things simple.”

“Yeah, simple’s good.” She smiled at that, appreciating his no-nonsense approach. 

For a moment, neither of them said anything, but it didn’t feel awkward. It was a comfortable silence, and Y/N found herself enjoying the unexpected company. There was something easy about being around Bucky, despite his usual guarded demeanor.

“Well,” Bucky said finally, adjusting the basket in his hand. “I should probably finish up.”

“Yeah, me too,” Y/N replied, but neither of them moved. She hesitated, then added, “It was nice running into you again.”

Bucky nodded, his gaze lingering on her for just a moment longer than usual. “You too.”

As he turned to leave, Y/N watched him walk away, with a small sigh, she grabbed a few more apples, trying to focus on her shopping. But as she moved through the store, she realized that despite the ordinary day, this chance encounter didn’t feel ordinary at all.

After arriving home and resting, Y/N stood in the kitchen, humming quietly to herself as she sliced apples. The rhythmic sound of the knife against the cutting board matched the upbeat tune she had stuck in her head—a song she couldn’t help but sing softly under her breath. She hadn’t felt this light in a while, and she wasn’t entirely sure why. Maybe it was the fresh start after breaking things off with Ethan. Maybe it was something else—like running into Bucky again.

As she cut another apple, she swayed slightly to the melody, completely lost in the moment. There was something about Bucky—his quiet presence, the ease of their banter—that had left her feeling... content. Happy, even. She smiled to herself as she sang, her voice light and carefree.

“Didn’t know you were auditioning for a talent show.”

Y/N jumped, the knife clattering against the counter as she spun around to find her father, standing in the doorway, arms crossed, watching her with a raised eyebrow.

“Dad!” she exclaimed, her heart racing. “You scared me!”

Thaddeus smirked, his gaze sharp as ever. “You seemed a little... preoccupied.”

Y/N wiped her hands on a towel, trying to compose herself. “I was just cutting some apples. And I wasn’t preoccupied, I was just... happy.”

Her father’s eyes narrowed slightly, his expression more calculating now. “Happy, huh?”

She gave him a cautious smile, hoping he wouldn’t press any further. “Yeah. Is that so strange?”

Thaddeus stepped into the kitchen, leaning against the counter as he looked at her more closely, his suspicion evident. “Depends. What’s making you so happy? Something I should know about?”

Y/N busied herself with the apples, trying to avoid his piercing gaze. “Nothing specific. Just... had a good day.”

Thaddeus let the comment hang in the air for a moment, but then he dropped it. “Well, enjoy it while you can. We have an important event  coming up.”

Y/N glanced up, curious. “Event?”

Her father’s expression grew more serious. “Yes. An event where I’ll finally be introducing you.”

Y/N blinked, setting the knife down. “Wait... you mean, publicly?”

Thaddeus nodded. “It’s time. I’ve kept things quiet for long enough. No one knows I have a family, and it’s becoming more of a liability than an asset.”

Y/N felt a strange twist in her stomach. Her father had always kept her and their family life hidden from the public eye—likely for her safety, but also because he didn’t want distractions from his political career. The idea of being paraded out for everyone to see made her uneasy.

“When is this happening?” she asked, her voice careful.

“A month from now,” he replied, his tone decisive. “You’ll need to be prepared. This is a significant step for both of us, and I expect everything to go smoothly.”

Y/N felt a knot tightening in her chest. The idea of being paraded in front of the world didn’t sit right with her, but she knew better than to challenge her father when he had made up his mind. She nodded slowly. 

“I understand.”

Thaddeus studied her for a moment longer before nodding in approval. “Good. I’ll let you know when it’s finalized.”

Without another word, he turned and left the kitchen, leaving Y/N standing by the counter, her earlier happiness replaced by the weight of her father’s plans. The month ahead suddenly felt shorter, the pressure of living up to his expectations looming larger than ever.

She sighed, glancing down at the half-cut apples on the board. The simple joy she had felt after seeing Bucky had vanished, replaced by the heavy reality of what was to come.

Steve and Bucky were hanging out at Sam’s place while waiting for him to return from running errands. Steve casually flipped through Sam’s mail when a fancy, cream-colored envelope caught his attention.

“Hey, look at this,” Steve said, holding up the envelope with a grin. “We’ve got an invitation.”

Bucky glanced up from the couch. “Who’s it from? Stark throwing another one of his fancy parties?”

Steve shook his head as he opened it. “Nope. It’s from Thaddeus Ross.”

Bucky immediately snorted. “Ross? What does that blowhard want now?”

Steve scanned the invitation and raised an eyebrow. “Looks like he’s hosting an event to introduce his family. Guess we’re invited.”

Bucky leaned forward, disbelief on his face. “Since when does Ross have a family? He treats them like another one of his military projects?”

Steve laughed. “Probably has them all lined up, ready to sign some other Accords in the living room.”

Bucky grinned, shaking his head. “Can you imagine the kind of speeches he gives them at dinner? ‘Son, eat your vegetables. It’s for the greater good.’”

Steve chuckled. “Bet he’s still mad about that speech I gave him back during the Accords.”

Before Bucky could respond, the door swung open and Sam walked in, holding a bag of groceries. He paused, looking between the two of them. “What are you guys laughing about?”

Steve waved the invitation at Sam. “You’ll never guess who invited us to his big family event. None other than Thaddeus Ross.”

Sam rolled his eyes, setting the groceries down on the counter. “Thaddeus Ross? The guy who spent years trying to chase us down like criminals?”

Bucky smirked. “Yeah, the one and only.”

Sam walked over, pointing at the envelope. “Hold up. Why are you opening my mail, Steve?”

Steve shrugged with a grin. “Relax, it says it’s addressed to the Avengers. I got the same one at home.”

Sam shook his head, still smiling, as he grabbed his own invitation and scanned it. “Family event? I don’t know about you two, but I’ve got better things to do than sit through Ross’s version of a family reunion.”

“It might be interesting, seeing him outside of politics. Plus, how often do we get to see Ross in ‘dad mode’?”

Sam shrugged, tossing the invitation onto the table. “So, you guys thinkin’ about going?”

Without hesitation, Bucky snickers and shakes his head, “Nope.”

Steve and Sam both burst out laughing at Bucky’s flat-out response.

“Come on, Buck,” Sam said between chuckles. “You’re really gonna pass up an opportunity to see Ross squirm with a suit and tie on?”

Bucky shook his head. “I’ve seen enough of that guy. I don’t need to be anywhere near a Ross family gathering.”

Steve grinned, raising an eyebrow. “You sure? There’s bound to be some entertainment value in watching him try to play nice.”

Bucky just stared at Steve, deadpan. “Still nope.”

Sam laughed, shaking his head as he grabbed a drink from the fridge. “Alright, man, but you’ve got a few weeks to change your mind. Don’t say we didn’t warn you when we’re having all the fun without you.”

Bucky smirked. “Yeah, I’ll pass.”

Sam grabbed a cold drink from the fridge, popping the top as he leaned against the counter before plopping into his chair, taking a sip of his drink before glancing at Bucky with a smirk. “So, Buck, how’ve you been holding up? Still sticking with those therapy sessions?”

“Yeah, I’m doing them. It’s... going.” Bucky shrugged, trying to stay casual. 

Sam raised an eyebrow, clearly not buying Bucky’s laid-back attitude. “That good, huh?”

Steve grinned, jumping in. “Come on, Buck, ‘just going’? You’re not gonna tell us how life-changing it’s been? Maybe you’re even starting to enjoy it?”

Bucky rolled his eyes, “Enjoy it? I go because I have to, not because it’s fun.”

“You sure about that? I’ve seen how therapy works, man. It gets deep. Maybe you’re getting all in touch with your feelings now, sharing your hopes and dreams.” Sam chuckled, shaking his head.

Steve joined in, smirking. “Maybe he’s already planning his next session, Sam. Probably thinking of all the emotions he’s gonna unpack.”

Bucky shot them both a glare, though his lips twitched into a slight smile. “You two done yet?”

Sam grinned wide, “Not even close. Next thing we know, you’ll be running support groups for the rest of us, talking about the benefits of ‘expressing yourself.’”

Steve held back a laugh. “I can see it now: ‘Bucky Barnes—Winter Soldier turned emotional guru.’”

“You two are real comedians.” Bucky shook his head, trying to look annoyed, but he couldn’t hide his grin.

Sam slapped his knee, laughing. “Hey, man, we’re just saying, therapy’s doing you some good. You don’t even look like you want to punch anyone right now. That’s progress!”

Steve nodded, pretending to be serious. “Yeah, you seem more... zen. You might even be a good influence on us.”

“Alright, alright. Keep it up and I’m walking out.” Bucky groaned.

“Alright, alright, we’ll back off... for now.” Sam chuckled, raising his hands in surrender.

“But seriously, it’s good you’re sticking with it, Buck. Jokes aside.” Steve smiles.

Bucky gave them both a sideways look, shaking his head. “I can’t believe I’m getting life advice from you two.”

Sam shrugged. “Hey, we’re just looking out for you, man.”

Bucky smirked. “Yeah, well, don’t look too hard. You’re both still annoying.”

Steve and Sam laughed as the playful banter settled, the mood light between the three of them. They may have been teasing Bucky, but it was all in good fun—and deep down, they were glad to see him doing better.

WIP Whenever on a Wednesday

Modding

Shocking that it's still my main focus 🙄 but the first one is in support of a couple of VP project:

Presidential Props which include a variety of flags and the NUSA medal with box. The flags are part of the VP set below, though I didn't actually show them here.

Featuring: five different flag varieties with five appearances each; medal box in multiple states, plus the medal itself; and the presidential coin, scalable and with multiple appearances.

SlutWear, a new line of clothing that will tell NC just how slutty your V is. It will be gender and (smaller) size inclusive. 😊

Does Val really heart NC?

An update of my tee framework for dynamic AXL just in time for Pride, though there are no interesting pics to share. Sorry!

However, in support of the previous two items, a modder's tool: a CodePen to generate instances for the yaml. Both the SlutWear shirt(s) and the custom logo tees will require a lot of instances to get all of the color and logo combinations that are possible through dynamic AXL. There's still a little work to do, but it's already been of great use to me, as it wrote 220 lines of code for me. Let's not discuss how many lines of code I wrote to save those 220. 😂

Me using the tool to generate instances for the custom tees yaml. This will remove the limit on colors available to the user, so they can have any color with any of the logos!

VP (and Writing)

A glimpse at a set I took last week for inspo in the presidential PWP that's been stalled out at 5.7k words. More on it in a minute...

Even though the pics are cropped, they're still on the risque side, so I'm sticking them and the rest about the PWP behind the cut.

I've been working on a PWP that was unrelated to the President's Merc AU for months now, but have been stuck because, well, I don't know how to wrap it up. I posted about it a little ways back and someone helpfully suggested that I just have to keep going until one of them passes out. Which, is what does happen, but I don't have that kind of patience to write it out and nearly 6k words is already well longer than my usual PWP, so I went in game to set the scene and possible prompt some ideas for a potenial ... climax to the scene.

It worked! I have a plan, and I think it won't take more than 500 words to reach the end, plus a few more touch-ups to help set up everything, then a rewrite or two for cleaning and polishing.

In the meantime, as I've been working through this version of Val and how she responds to Rosalind, it's the perfect prologue to The Tower story that I've been writing longhand. Val is going to leave this encounter fully loyal to Rosalind and will turn So Mi over with only a moment's hesitation. She doesn't have any attachments in this universe other than Misty and Vik, and after she wakes up to what Night City has become, it's easy for her to walk away from it forever. Especially when it puts her closer to Rosalind.

1. Who or what got you into F1?

i've been wanting to tell this story to someone cuz i think it's so dumb

so well, my dad and my cousins are HUGE f1 fans they always talk about it on the family gc. it was the mexico 2023 gp (we're mexican btw and just like every single men in mexico they love checo) and we all know what happened to checo in that race so they were fuming and honestly i was enjoying it and all the memes on twt

anyway i never really cared about the sport, to me it was just men going vroom vroom in circles for an hour but then the brazil gp came

we were in my grandparents house, i was in the living room and they were watching the race obviously, it was just about to start and then something magical happened that changed my whole life... charles leclerc crashes on the formation lap and i thought omg who's this dumbass 🙄 but then i heard his voice with that sadness you only hear in eastern european gay porn saying "why the fuck am i so unlucky?", i was like damn he's so me, my dad was asking me to traduce what he was saying, i had no context of everything that happened on the season but i could just think damn is this not the first time that it has happened to him? poor bro

then i saw him get lost in the motherfucking woods and i was crying laughing at this point wondering who the hell is this guy?

i made a mental note to search his name on twt later, anyway the race went on and i was actually getting invested in it, i remember my cousins had to leave but they were all i want to see checo pass hamilton bla bla bla and i had no idea who hamilton was but i wanted to see it too it was so exciting. when i got back home i went into a charles leclerc rabbit hole in twt and tumblr and tiktok, then i learned more about all the other drivers and as someone who was lacking content of my man finn wolfhard i was getting bored and seeing this guys being a chaotic mess and getting content of them every weekend i was like fuck it they're my new blorbos especially charles❤️

2. Who was the very first F1 driver you supported? Do you support them now? Have your opinions on them differed or stayed the same since then?

i am a charles leclerc girlie and i will always be he's my sunshine i will fight anyone who dares to say something bad about him, i just love him so much he's so determinated and passionate i am so sure he will achieve his dream but he's also very kind, charming, funny. his history is also so amazing to me, his mental strenght is unbelievable and has motivated me to keep going no matter what, he's very dear to me, i admire him so much and i don't think it will ever change because he amazes me more and more everytime.

3. Who’s your current favourite F1 driver?

charlieeee obvi but i've also been very obsessed with max lately they are fighting for p1 in my favorite drivers championship every single day hahahah

my dad will die for red bull especially for checo, i don't really know my cousins favorite drivers but they like ferrari and one of them has a charles leclerc cap and a valtteri bottas one so i think them

i'm kind of a closeted f1 fan lmao because most of my life i've been like it's so boring just them going in circles but now i'm obsessed but also if i say i like it now they would be like you just like it because the drivers are good looking

and i mean YEAH but fuck just let me enjoy it and it's also my first season i'm still learning give me a break bruh

6. Do you have any favourite races? Are there any that stand out to you the most?

like i said this is my first season and i started pretty late but they first race i ever watched from start to finish was ✨las vegas 2023✨ and as a charles fan i will never forget that last lap where i was mourning p2 already and all like well let's hope for the best on the next race😔 when all of a sudden i see this mf overtaking checo, it was 1am and when i tell you i JUMPED from the couch and started screaming and jumping around, genuinely i will never forget it

Eric Cartman: Basic Headcanons

Now, I totally get why some people say he would be gross af, but I mean, this boy has suuuuch a massive ego that he would WANT to look and smell his best. Because he’s the best looking and he wants everyone to know, right?

Dude probably has a whole skincare routine. Washes his face regularly, uses moisturizer, facial scrubs, hell he even uses face masks. What a diva 🙄

He literally has perfect skin despite his eating habits and it pisses Kyle off beyond belief.

He’s usually clean shaven. As he gets older he grows out his facial hair somewhat but it doesn’t get very long, just some stubble. Anything longer than that annoys him. He would hate getting food or crumbs in a beard so usually, he stays clean shaven

Showers every other day, or everyday if he can. His hair is usually very fluffy and soft to the touch

Probably smells like cheap cologne and Mountain Dew. That man drinks Mountain Dew like it’s water soooo

He’s not overly tall, he’s about 5’6 or 5’7, maybe 5’8 at the most. Despite being one of the shortest guys, he would rip on someone who’s even an INCH shorter than he is

Still wears his usual red jacket with a t-shirt underneath, but likes to switch it up more as he gets older. You may catch him in hoodies more often because they’re comfy. Wears jeans more often too

Even though he was overweight as a child, he grows into his weight more as he gets older. He’s still not skinny by no means though. He’s got quite the belly on him but he’s not dangerously overweight. He’s chunky. If he’s a wrestler or a boxer, he’s got more muscle in his arms for sure. All in all, still a thicc boy

His relationship with his mom is neither here nor there but it has improved. He still likes to push his limits but he does respect her more. Super protective of her as well, and won’t hesitate to punch you in the mouth if you say anything bad about her. It’s giving momma’s boy fr

Now the big question is: Does his personality change much? The answer is yes AND no

He has calmed down somewhat in terms of his “scheming”, but not a whole lot. Most of his “schemes” consist of trolling tf out of people and finding ways to get a reaction out of people for his own amusement. He still likes to use blackmail against people though, and wants to feel like he has power over people, so what better way to get the upper hand than to piss people off and watch them fall apart and get angry? Or to hold their deepest, darkest secrets over their head? Knowing he can get any kind of reaction out of someone makes him feel superior. Despite calming down A LITTLE BIT, mans is still chaotic af. He loves getting under peoples skin anyway he can, whether it be by saying something completely out of pocket, or by using blackmail

At the end of the day, he’s still Eric Cartman, he’s not the nicest person

Still holds some of the same bigoted views as seen in the show. However, he may warm up to someone of a different race if he likes their company enough. It may not happen right away, but eventually, he’ll come around and try to learn

Honestly, he’s mostly just a general, bitter asshole with anger issues. It’s so funny to him when he makes someone else angry, but if HE gets angry he’ll make it everyone’s problem

Which btw. Drama. Queen. If someone even lightly shoved him, he’ll throw himself on the floor and exaggerate how hard he was pushed. Also gossips a lot, whether it be about his own friends or some rando he doesn’t even know. Attention whore for real 🙄

So there ya go. That’s what I think Eric would be like as he gets older. Still the same chaotic, obnoxious, foul-mouthed asshole we know him to be, but not into killing people on the regular anymore. I might make a part 2 or something because I could go on forever about this dude

003 - give me a character - Gault how i feel about this character: intrigued. i haven't encountered a lot of thoughts on her that resonate with my reading, personally, but that's with the acknowledgment that we're working with Ann Ogbomo's excellent performance and no comix lore. i LIKE Gault so much more than Brute and Glob in the comix: she has more fleshed out motivations beyond "wanted to make a mini dreaming," and she's more sympathetic as someone who shields Jed from the Dreaming than as the driving force behind Lyta's dream family. i think of Gault as the moon tarot card in the Major Arcana, which is about intuition but also illusion/deception and anxiety. what does that look like when it's "flipped," as it were, from Nightmare to Dream? what made her want to "inspire, rather than frighten"? (also what made her decide that the inspiration she was giving as a Nightmare wasn't enough, or fulfilling? was it Jed?) i think a lot about her and the Corinthian being coworkers/colleagues and maybe friends. did he show her how to slip out of the Dreaming? how do the Arcana interact with each other and does that transcend their designation as dreams and nightmares, or does it follow that split? her vindictiveness and pointed critique of Morpheus are...yum. my tag for her is "trans anarcho butterfly girl of the Dreaming" because she wanted to trans her function, and i like her defiance as this...spitting in the face of god. there's parallels between her and the Corinthian! (also curious about them both being so good with kids...is it that they're adult nightmares, so kids are off-limits? is it that kids are inherently more familiar with fear and don't repress it in the same ways as adults? is it that kids are more open to the weird and uncanny?)

all the people i ship romantically with this character: i don't personally ship Gault/Lucienne, though @two-hands-toward-the-sun is bringing me around on that front. i think Gault/Rose could be such an interesting pairing: very similar reasoning as Coco/Rose but honestly fewer hangups. (Gault wasn't out there doing serial murders in the Waking, for one.) honestly i should write that one, i'm just also wading through half a dozen other WIPs.

my non-romantic OTP for this character: honestly, Coco and Gault should be friends. ESPECIALLY messy and uncomfortable for Coco 2.0 and Gault as a dream...both of them remade under VERY different circumstances and having to learn each other all over again? delicious.

my unpopular opinion about this character: her conflict with Morpheus is AT LEAST as interesting as the Corinthian's and the fandom needs to stop ignoring her or just...pairing her with the women they don't want to "compete" for Dream's attention 🙄

one thing i wish would happen/had happened with this character in canon: i personally would like more insight into the Major Arcana, in general. i'm not gonna ask the neilman for it, though.

my OTP/OT3: i think plenty of pairings can work if the writer/creator is interested in building on a character's canon traits and how that jives with another character. give me Gault giving sweet dreams to Nada as a reborn child! give me Gault's relationship to Desire when she wanted to be a dream! give me Gault and Rose having trans* feelings!

SaL anon here my friend, happy to wish us luck on the upcoming episode, on this very normal day where the 911 PR team absolutely did not choose to unleash chaos. Here I was just hoping to enjoy the conclusion of the cruise disaster saga, especially after last week's heartstopping Bathena performance, but nooooo, I won't even get to enjoy 1 millisecond of satisfaction before I'm gnawing my arm off waiting for next week's episode and an explanation for why Buddie are *waves hand nonsensically at stills* THAT.

Anyway, I know I should remember the mantra about getting our hopes up but I can't help it for tonight, the last two episodes have been so incredibly solid and everything I love about 911 that I can't help but raise the bar from where it was (somewhere around the Earth's core) to something at least knee high. So cheers friend, here's hoping any post episode drinking is optional, not necessary 🍷🍷🍷!!!

Not me hitting post limit before 4:30 in the afternoon 🙄. This has been me for HOURS

Sorry I have fandom shit going on Tumblr, and not a lot of actual work to keep me busy. I think the post limit should be at least 500 posts a day. Just let me be unhinged!! I even scheduled some posts out to different days to avoid this but here we are. 🙃 I need 911 and FHJY to not air on back-to-back days for realsies.

I didn't even catch those stills at first since my app is still not working so I can't actually see my dash so I was just chillin in the d20 tag when I suddenly noticed 911 was trending and decided to check what was up and WHOOOOO BOY! What IS all that?! Why are they like this?! They're killing meeeee!

ANYWAY

That mess is for next week. This cruise disaster arc is ABSOLUTELY a veeeeeerrrry close second to the tsunami arc for me. That one edges it out because we got to see more of everyone on the team doing rescues while this one (DESERVEDLY) focused more on Bobby and Athena, but MAN was it gripping television! I laughed, I cried, I legit clapped and cheered when Buck and Eddie showed up to get Bobby and the little boy, I mourned for Wes the security guard, it was all SO, so, so good. And we got badass Bobby on rescue duty!! Athena taking charge and taking NO shit from anyone! We got the firefam being a FAMILY which includes bickering, tattling, gentle ribbing, and having each other's backs because you know each other better than anyone else. I had a GREAT time.

I know we have been pretty good at keeping our expectations down but for right now, I'm felling a little more confident in the show as a whole to deliver good firefam stuff so I'm raising that bar a little bit. As for Buddie, well. I guess we'll see? I'd be lying if I said I was excited about seeing them dating other people AGAIN, no matter if it's supposed to "set the stage" or whatever for Buddie because I just think going the route we SHOULD have had after the shooting. Getting them both keeping their feelings realizations secret from each other and then having a third party confession come out with Chim/Maddie and Hen each getting one side of it and then accidentally cluing each other in has a better feel for me, especially with the delicious flavor of Eddie still having a gf at the moment. But I'm reserving judgement FOR NOW, on how it could ultimately play out for Buddie. It might be fine in the end with how it all comes together, but I'm not going to "settle" for just being happy if Buck comes out and taking whatever relationship we are given instead of the one that's been built up since season 2. But I'm also not throwing in the towel because we don't know where it's going yet. I'm firmly on the "fine but I'm going to complain the whole time" train at the moment with regards to Buck finally dating a man but for some god-forsaken reason it's not Eddie. (At least we lucked the FUCK out and someone else gave AK a job so we don't have to put up with THAT nonsense again.)

For now, I'm going to revel in the show ABSOLUTELY coming back with a bang and feeling like the 911 and firefam we all know and love and have DEEPLY missed. The difference between this arc and that blimp emergency is LAUGHABLE. Bless Tim for coming back and giving us this incredible arc and really showcasing Angela and Peter and the Bathena relationship. I'm excited to see what's next!

mmmmmm Identity Thoughts under the cut bc I don't feel like messing with the tag character limit right now lmao

I've been thinking a lot about how it feels to finally be out to my family, and it's kind of... weird. I expected it to feel like this huge relief and I could finally ~be myself~ or whatever and that's absolutely not what happened. And so I started wondering why I did it at all... I thought at first it was some sudden burst of courage, or at least apathy, that made me feel like I was ready to stop dreading whatever dumb invasive questions I knew they'd ask as long as I could hear the name and pronouns I wanted (I wasn't honestly worried about any outright bigotry, they never had a problem with my trans bf of eight years), but honestly I don't think that's it, and the reason why I think that's not it is because I'm realizing "Charlie, they/them nb" doesn't feel like me anymore. So I don't feel like I need to be protective of it anymore.

Like I was living as Charlie for maybe five years now both online and in the meatspace, and whenever possible I was using they/them, so the identity I had with my family was very much just a mask for them and I had completely divorced myself from it. Now I'm drifting more and more toward it/its pronouns and seriously thinking about a name change (if I could just think of something 😖), so I'm feeling more and more like "Charlie" is just a placeholder now...

Idk it's kind of funny to realize I'm like "eh I'm kinda over this identity so I guess you guys can know about it now 🙄" but I'm also realizing like. I don't trust my family skdhdh and it's not because I'm afraid they'll react badly, I just absolutely do not want them to know me any deeper than an outer persona that I think they can deal with. I'm sure as hell not about to try to explain to any of them that I don't think of myself as human 🙃🙃🙃
