Vows to ash au: In which Narinder decides to bring a definitely not complaint lamb back to life after they were sacrificed a second time to help him deal with his siblings apparently not being dead dead + cult duties + he missed them terribly and the crown is slowly driving him insane. However, things don’t go as planned for the god of death since a certain someone didn’t exactly want to be alive again and in fact, would much prefer to go back to being dead, thank you. Chaos, angst and a ridiculous amount of miscommunication ensure!

What will happen? Will they get along enough to deal with this mess? Also what’s up with whole “The crown is as much of a blessing as it is a curse” thing?

All of that shall wait for now- cuz woe side characters be upon ye

ANYWAYS!! These three are kids (not really kids anymore) that were born in the cult and almost raised entirely by the lamb (Dipal was entirely raised by them), reason why they are very very loyal to them. They were also turned into disciples some time before the lamb gave the crown back. They are very close with each other and the Lamb trusts them a lot. (These three are actually my in-game disciples who were born and raised in the cult almost entirely by the lamb)

Made this because I haven’t seen anyone swap out the Bishops too, and I think there’s a lot of fluff and drama to be found there :>

Narinder was abandoned as a kitten because he was the only black kit in the litter. The Bishops have damned all black cats and anyone who harbored them would be killed too.

Thankfully, his bio parents made a half-assed attempt to hide him, so he was found safely by Forneus. She adopts him, knowing no one else would. He never finds out he’s adopted.

Her husband is also a black cat and dies protecting them while she’s pregnant with Aym and Baal.

Narinder grows up happy and loved for most of his childhood, but soon discovers the extent of others’ hatred for them when a stranger wounds Baal while they were all out foraging.

Since this is a swap!AU, I think you all know how this little family ends.

I got more but my wrist is screaming at me lmao. Probably gonna finish up Nari’s helpers next (aka the original Bishops.)

I had a lot of inspiration whilst drawing this, I’d speed read Trod a few weeks ago (minus the most recent chapter bc I am nervous to be left on a cliff hanger) but I finally drew fanart! It was an attack on Art Fight which means it’s not only fanart but kind of a gift for Bamsara too? I dunno, I’m still new to art fight. IM SO PROUD OF IT THOUGH..

This was my initial sketch for it lol, I wanted it to be full bodies but it just didn’t work for my framing…

Question for your recent comic… how’d she bring him back because you can’t resurrect the bishops without killing them in purgatory so how did she revive him when killed in mortal form

While it’s not totally clear in the comic, Narinder wasn’t killed in mortal form! The Lamb’s recollection of defeating him is faulty— especially the closer it gets to actually usurping Narinder. Her memories of the fight are fleeting and only return to her in occasional glimpses, and are largely symbolic / prophetic when they do so.

She did steal his divinity, but it was more of an energy transfer thing than an “I’m physically ripping out your heart and holding your limp body in my arms so that you don’t collapse from shock and pain while I cry because I just killed the man I loved most” thing.

I love Swap!AUs when it's just a role change, but the character is completely intact. So that's what I mean. Although I prefer to think of the Goat as a literal living shadow of the Lamb, who didn't exist as a real being until they summoned them through some convoluted ritual. Still! The idea of ​​the Goat coming from another world is also very interesting. I've seen many interpretations of the Bishops, and they're all fascinating. But if Shamura was trapped in the Goat universe, you know what else that means? That Helob could be in Ratau's place. I can literally picture him giving some advice on how to run a cult, and then always, ALWAYS adding "in a pinch, you can always just eat them :)" That's probably why Shamura got theirs crown taken away from him, but he's not too upset. He'd rather hunt than lead a flock (though, all things considered, it's more like an army in this case). And, to continue that line of thought, Sozo could be in Ratoo's place, but instead of a heart, he's literally searching for his own mind (or even his brain, maybe?). He can still offer Goat healing. "Sozo finds a lot of things. Eyes, spleens, ears, ligaments, hearts. Everything except his own mind. Sozo lost that long ago." And the Knucklebones gang is replaced by the rest of the Arthropod gang (Monch, Plimbo, Rakshasa).

Ride The Cyclone x FNAF AU

now, i've been very hyperfixated on fnaf ever since it came out (but let's be real, its probably a special interest at this point), and you know, when you get a new interest, you can't help but merge it to your other ones and make a crazy au, so i've been thinking about assigning each animatronic with a ride the cyclone character, just for fun, but then i got to really think about it.

we all know that in five nights at freddy's we have the five missing children, and these children get killed by william afton, stuffed into the animatronic suits, and then they come and haunt the pizzeria because they're restless souls.

in ride the cyclone, we have six teenagers who die a tragic death, probably restless as well, as it seems like they haven't gone to the afterlife yet, at least not properly, as they've been "robbed of their individuality from a mass tragedy" as stated by karnak.

SO

of course, me being a noel gruber fanatic, i thought of who he'd be first, and well i was thinking, there's two parallel theories in these two medias that i like very much.

the deaths of them.

specifically, two kids dying at the same time, or well, with each other.

in fnaf, there's a well known theory/famous headcanon that freddy/gabriel and bonnie/jeremy were killed at about the same time and place, hence why there's a lot of imagery and stuff of the two together.

now, who else do we know have a certain theory in rtc that eludes to them dying with each other?

to be honest i just think freddy as misha is kinda funny..

but anyways, so we have two, how about the other four?

foxy as ricky.

idk, i just think it's neat. foxes are felines in a way. also him being a pirate (as stated by moni when i ws cooking this up) fits as well.

i also made a connection of foxy (animatronic) being out of order all the time because he keeps having malfunctions. with ricky having a degenerative disease.. you get it.

up next is chica.

well, this one's pretty obvious to me, constance!

ite the cupcakes, i swear. but also, chica's image has always been the bubbly one, this being more shown in security breach. she just fits

now, you might be wondering.. what about ocean? what about jane/penny?

this one is the one comparison i am MOST confident about.

cassidy as ocean.

a vengeful spirit, one that is most restless, most determined, most mad about the murders.

don't you think that'd be fitting for ocean?

she'd be ambitious, she wouldn't just let go of william just like that. she wants to bring him hell.

a kid, losing his head, or, well, getting his frontal lobe bitten off, but let's not get into the specifics here.

it would make sense, it makes the MOST sense, as equal of a sense as ocean being cassidy. GOD it fits so well.
