REWATCH TIMEEEE!!! I literally just finished the show but uh, I'm so hype I'm just going straight back in :9

So uhhhh, random things from me while I watch the episode because I'm bored, and stuck at my dads place 😔

Also whenever I'm mean to Dean and Sam ITS WITH LOVE!! not John though. Glad that MF is dead.

Crazy how John See's the blood next to Sam and doesn't immediately check for wounds.., or when the blood drops on him his neck doesn't immediately snap towards the ceiling. I get he doesn't know shit about the supernatural but like c'mon man.. (I'm allowed to be mean, it's John freaking Winchester. I hate him)

Love the picture on Sam's dresser being of his parents. I know it's mostly cinematography in like showing that this is Sam, but likeeeee idk. It's funny that deans all like "you abandoned us.(Me. IDC about you leaving dad, you left me. What the freak man!?)" But like, clearly Sam still loves them all?? Idk

AAAAAA HALLOWEEN MENTIONED!! crazy how for most of the show it's assumed he doesn't like Halloween because he hunts monsters, but no, it's because he threw up on some girl in 6th grade at a party😭

Ah yes. Nothing to make an already not-so-good day worse is by Sunrise possibly getting a season 2 for Trashahime. Gods, I feel sick. How are they even getting approval for it???

It’s ratings have been dropping since episode 15 because of the obvious child grooming and pedophilia, and even more since the blatant homophobic, transphobic, and racist displays, and the continued disrespect towards the OG cast. What the hell even is the plot?????

Finding the dream butterfly?? Well no one seems to care about that. Definitely don’t put any effort into searching for it. Defeating Kirinmaru??? Well no one seems to care about that either. Man doesn’t even seem to care or remember what his own evil scheme is. Zero???? Sorry who is she again??? Some scorned lady who made rainbow pearls from tears because Toga said he wasn’t interested in her?? Oh wait- suddenly the reason why tetsusaiga and tenseiga exist has changed?? Trashahime is literally rewriting all the lore that was stated previously in the original Inuyasha series??

Well gee, that does explain SOMETHING here. Or does it? Because why, if in all that time in the OG series when the rainbow pearls were “existing”, didn’t Naraku think to grab them alongside the Shikon Jewel???? Not to mention the new time wheel or whatever which can REWIND TIME.

SO THE ENTIRE TIME IN THE OG NARAKU COULD HAVE KILLED INUYASHA, STOLEN THE JEWEL, AND COULD HAVE EVEN FORCIBLY TAKEN KIKYO LIKE HE WAS PLANNING!??? As a result, Kagome would never have come to the feudal era because the Jewel would never form inside her body, Miroku would have been swallowed up by the Wind Tunnel, alongside any illegitimate kids he might have had, and Sango would have never lost her village. BUT HE DIDN’T!???? WHY!????

This is the most evil, sinister, douche canoe, mastermind in anime itself. A monster who has killed thousands of people- murdered entire towns and villages on a whim, and to create a mother freaking river of blood to open a gate to the underworld, who had been plotting for over FIFTY YEARS. This is a man who sold his soul to demons because he was so lust-hungry for a god damn priestess and was bitter towards Inuyasha for “stealing her” from him. You KNOW he would have snatched up those pearls. You KNOW he would have used that dumbass time wheel to make things work in his face.

BUT HE DIDN’T. Why? Oh, I know!!! Her’s what the explanation is!! Because it’s not god damn canon and Sunrise is pulling things out of their asses to make a story that doesn’t make sense and has zero continuity at all- so much so to the point that they’re trying to rewrite the original and ret-conning next to everything that involves Inu no Taisho/Toga/Inupapa.

The protagonists have zero motivation, don’t care about anything, never ask questions, and are literally just existing for the purpose to exist because a perverted old man (Sumisawa) wants to live out a fantasy where he can have a child bride. 🤢 There’s no way this can be getting a second season. No way.

If this followed OG Inuyasha at all, MirSan would have been busting their asses to find InuKag and save them. Koga would have murdered Yawaragi (?)(I don’t know her stupid name) for selling Moroha into slavery AND he never would have pawned her off to someone else at all!!! This is KAGOME’s kid. Koga would kill himself before letting anything happen to Kagome or Moroha.

And Sesshomaru. LORD SESSHOMARU. This man despises schemes. Loathes them. He hates manipulation. He is straight forward, proud, and the literal guardian of children. He would never go along with Kirinmaru, and he sure as hell wouldn’t marry one of the two kids he’s been protecting for a solid year. Rumiko Takahashi herself stated that his ideal WOMAN was someone ELEGANT and REFINED. Not a freaking wild child.

There is no “great 14 year scheme” that’s in the planning. Not with Sesshomaru. That isn’t even Sesshomaru in the god damn Trashahime garbage hole!!!! They’re nothing more than cheap imitations.

And Rin. She was eight years old when she lost her parents and brothers to bandits, and became a traumatized mute because of it. She was then repeatedly abused by the villagers who took her in. Later, she was killed by wolves. Revived by Sess, she travelled with him. Later dies AGAIN because her soul got snatched away when she was kidnapped to the underworld. Revived by InuKimi.

And- what??? You mean to tell me she’s supposed to be dying for a THIRD TIME in the trash heap you call a show??? Dying, after having been raped and abused by the adult who was meant to be a safe space, a guardian, a protector. Forced to give birth. And no one fucking cared. A fifteen year old girl.

Yeah, no. This ain’t Inuyasha. It’s a fucking insult. To the series, to those who hold the series close to their hearts, and to those who have gotten out of some very very dark times because of this series being such a comfort.

And it makes me sick to the stomach knowing this... this awful disgusting trash is possibly getting a second season. Just let the garbage burn already. Please. Nobody wants this. Everything after episode 3 just went to shit. Just stop. You’re no “true fan”. You just want to destroy it. Make people ashamed of having watched or read Inuyasha. Stop fucking pretending to care and own up to your own bullshit. Please.

Imagine. 1/2 The war has ended & the Wizengamot are currently holding court & reviewing Dumbledore's memories that he saved. In the span of months they find many containing Death Eater spy Severus Snape, & Ministry spy Percy Weasley. With one dead & the other Missing the British wizarding world is thrown upside down as they review the Memories & realise just how much Percy Weasley was a Mastermind Schemer in saving the lives of many Muggle Borns, Goblins, Half-Blood's and Blood Traitors.

2/2 The Wizarding world are looking for where war hero Percy Weasley is. Especially his family (In this story Percy saves Fred's life & then vanishes). They see that Percy Weasley had worked as an informant during his entire Ministry career, also being the one who thought out Dumbledore's death (Shocking the courthouse) "You're already dying Albus, why not have Severus strengthen his position with the Death Eaters by being your killer?" 'He used every situation to his advantage to end the war'

Ah, the reveal of the wronged hero, what a simple and satisfying trope. It gives us angst, the bitter taste of not being appreciated mixed with the sweet sauce of late recognition and regret.

But Percy doesn’t care about that or any other tropes because he is exhausted. Winning a war is a tiring job and he was being doing more than winning. So as soon as Voldemort keels over and dies, Percy checks that his family is alive (they all are, good job there, Percival) and he makes himself a portkey and goes away.

One wizard can’t make a portkey, you say? It takes at least four? Barty Crouch Jr had to imperius three other wizards to enchant the Goblet of Fire? And portkeys don’t work in Hogwarts under normal circumstances? Well, these are not normal circumstances, there was a battle and Percy has a lot of practice making portkeys, all right? A lot.

(There are less than twenty goblins in Britain right now and it is all Percy’s doing).

He goes to East Asia because Percy is vaguely aware that a single white man in need of enlightenment and self-discovery should go climb a mountain on Asia. Percy doesn’t climb any mountains, though, because he can never do things as he is supposed to. There must always be a twist. In this case, he gets food poisoning twice and spends over a month trying to learn how to play a plucked string instrument. He is harassed by a flock of geese and meets a talking dragon. He fails to realize that there are no accounts of talking dragons in history (at least the history badly learned and repeated in wizarding Britain). Dragons do not talk nor do they speak. Your brother works in a freaking dragon reserve, for Merlin’s sake, Percy. You should know this.

After that Percy goes to the Caribbean, because he feels that his stress-relief and self-discovery journey should also involve a stay in a tropical beach. He doesn’t particularly enjoy the experience because he is a red-head. Also, sand is annoying. He freckles all over, eats a lot of pork, learns to play the maracas, to the locals’ amusement, and leaves.

By the time Dumbledore’s memories are uncovered Percy has made his way to a Greek island. He dresses almost exclusively with a t-shirt tied around his waist like a loincloth and a pair of trainers. He also carries with him a bag made from a t-shirt like some sort of wild instagrammer. He carries all kind of knick-knacks in his bag that he uses to create himself a house at night, as if transfiguring a nutshell into a bed were a normal thing, Percy, you utter maniac.

From time to time he goes to a wizarding community and offers to do some chores or magic in exchange of goods. If a goblin woman sees him, she will give Percy a loaf of bread. He has no idea why they do that but it’s very good bread, so Percy is happy to take it. One time Percy met a male goblin and he gave Percy some salt, that he still carries with him. It is possible that for the last seven months Percy had been eating goblin bread and whatever fresh produce the Greek witches offer him in exchange of doing chores.

It is at this time that the Puddlemere United goes to Greece to do some pre-season training.

(This is something that football teams around Europe do. Go somewhere outside the country to train for a month or two in different conditions. The Manchester United often goes to Malaga, in Spain, for a warm-weather training. I don’t even like football, I don’t know why I know this.)

When Oliver Wood sees Percy Weasley standing around in little more than a loincloth he naturally assumes that he is having a hallucination, a combination of the relentless training under the hot and punishing sun, the hours spent fighting the wind (they don’t know what it is with the wind there, but it will try to kick you off the broom. They are all coming out of this with iron abs) and the constant stories in The Prophet about yet another plot Percival Weasley had conducted, saving a dozen lives.

“Percy?” Oliver asks, sweaty and thirsty and half mad from training.

“Oh, hi, Oliver!” Percy answers, and then, because Percy is simultaneously the cleverest and dumbest wizard alive, “oh shit”.

Percy has not been reading the news. He refuses to. He is on vacation, he is still tired and he has a white hair on his temple. Just the one hair, but Percy is twenty-two and far too young for white hair.

Oliver nods. He gets it. He is still telling the Weasley family that he has seen Percy and that he is not dead at all, only slightly insane. But he will wait until he is back in England. Oliver doesn’t know if all the things in the paper are true, but even if Percy has only rescued one thousand five hundred goblins instead of the fifteen thousand the papers claim, he is still entitled to a nice quiet vacation in which clothes are optional.

Did Percy Weasley stop a goblin genocide in his free time? Does he not realize it? How dumb is this boy?

Come September the owls start to arrive. Letters from the Ministry, from the papers, from his family. Percy watches the owl fly around and doesn’t allow himself to be found. He does read Oliver’s letters and even answers explaining that no, his family is not heart-broken. They were heart-broken five years ago when Percy very publicly acted like an asshole. They got used to it, so there is no need for this new sentimentality now that Percy is on vacation.

Percy might be acting a bit like an asshole now, but he has very complicated and ugly feelings over his family and he would rather not think about them. Mostly, he is irked by the fact that they were so quick to follow Dumbledore’s lead. Perhaps because Percy never worked for Dumbledore, he worked with Dumbledore and had the distinct pleasure of pointing to his face, on multiple occasions, what a sly bastard he was. He has little respect for people who never confronted Dumbledore.

(So basically Percy only respects Aberforth Dumbledore and Minerva McGonagall).

Also, Percy always did what he was supposed to: he washed his hands, minded his siblings, got good grades and he yet he was not the favourite son. This is all subconscious, of course, but he resents it.

Oliver keeps writing so Percy keeps writing back.

“Did you actually side-apparate a family with twelve members?” writes Oliver.

“I have no idea.” Percy writes back. “Wait, do you mean the Johnsons? How are they?”

“They are going to give you an Order of Merlin, 1st Class”.

“Surely they realise I don’t want one.”

“I think it is evident they realise nothing, Percy.”

By October it’s getting cold and Percy finds that he doesn’t particularly care about wearing clothes, so he is getting ready to portkey himself to Argentina when Ginny arrives. She has such a driven and purposeful look around her that Percy assumes that she must be in the middle of a very important quest, so he hangs back and follows her as she treks all over the island and vanishes a thousand year old monster. It doesn’t occur to Percy that her quest is finding him and that the monster was merely an unfortunate bystander.

Eventually he reveals himself to Ginny because she is screaming incoherently at the sky and Percy thinks that she might be suffering hypoxia and dehydration. Ginny throws the water bottler at his head.

“I’m not the jerk here.” Percy says. “I needed a vacation and if you hadn’t seen those stupid memories you would have been fine with me being out of the country indefinitely.”

Ginny hexes him seven times, but afterwards she lies on the beach next to Percy and they look at the clouds. They spend a week together, nicely quiet and wild. They go for walks, play on the beach, make a house at night out of random transfigured things (Percy doesn’t notice Ginny’s look of utter bafflement and awe) and eat goblin bread (this time Percy does notice the look but assumes it’s because Ginny loves the taste).

Percy refuses to go back with her but he promises Ginny that he will be there for Christmas. Two days later he does go back to England, the bastard. His correspondence with Oliver has become… heated, to put it some way, and waiting a week for the owl to arrive is intolerable.

Percy thinks this might be some sort of penance. It’s nippy in England and he can’t be dressed in a t-shirt/loincloth anymore. There is a flock of owls permanently following him, trying to deliver their messages from the Ministry and the papers and maybe, even now, from his family. Worst of all, Oliver writes him all kind of randy letters but refuses to shag Percy, even though he is right there, because of sports. Something about turning frustration into spectacular athletic performance, Percy doesn’t know. He is so frustrated that he goes and stops a plan to assassinate Potter all by himself.

On Christmas Eve Percy goes home and he is yelled at, cursed at, cried at and loved, very loved, it’s embarrassing. He is rescued from the madness by Potter who easily admits he has been fuelling the newspapers infatuation with Percy because that way they left him slightly in peace.

(And on Boxing Day he moves in with Oliver).

EPISODE 31-32

So the last 2 episodes finally arrived!! I watched them yesterday night and afterwards I was too emotional to write a review for this blog (for future references), so here I am twenty-four hours after watching the penultimate and last episodes. Digressing a little, I am currently suffering from withdrawal symptoms from the show. To cope with that, I am rewatching the show and looping the OST. 往下跳 and 无限 never fail to make me cry. AND THE MVs god the MVs. Wu Xie’s soft voice saying “我不怕死。只是离别是太痛苦了。” and “我以为我走的时候会没有遗憾。希望下辈子还能做兄弟。” AND IT JUST ENDS WITH THE LYRICS “可以吗？” Oh my god let me cry myself to sleep.

Episode 31 starts off with Pangzi warning Piaopiao about the old dumb guy (called Xue Wu-ye) and not to trust him because he deals with really shady stuff. BUT SHE DOESN’T LISTEN!! She goes ahead to spy on Pangzi and Wu Xie for the shady guy, even at the risk of betraying Pangzi’s trust. She voices record her and Pangzi’s entire conversation?? Like woman, you have no brains? Pangzi has been giving you money and helping you fend off your abusive ex-husband, yet you trust a shady guy over him. I get it, you’re a loving mother who wants the best for your child, but have some brains please. 你好忘恩负义，真没良心。In the last episode, you even freaking thought he was the one who helped your daughter when it’s so obvious that is Pangzi?? WTF WOMAN WOMAN. Pangzi, just leave her alone already. She doesn’t deserve what you are doing for her. Save her child, but afterwards just leave her. Grrr

Wu Xie finds out the truth about the Xue Manor, and with hilarious comedy, both him and Pangzi smashes the floor to get into the entrance of the real outside warehouse of Warehouse 11. They explore the area, only to find Xiao-Bai in some sort of cocoon hanging upside down. However, she is attached to something on her abdomen area, something like a syringe with injected substance. At this point, Pangzi ran off somewhere to find out more about the warehouse, when the Manager calls Wu Xie and tells him that Xiao-Bai will be dying soon if he doesn’t cooperate with him to get the antidote. Wu Xie agrees, and is tricked into revealing the important numbers, and gets trapped. The episode ends with him aiming the antidote while being drowsy.

Honestly, this episode was quite filler? I enjoy the acting, but the story for this episode was just eh. The character development for Li Jiale though? I applaud man.

Episode 32 begins with the last scene of the last episode, with Xiao-Bai unconscious and some sort of poison injected into her. If the countdown that is attached to the hugeass syringe reaches zero, she would be beyond hope. Wu Xie has then to co-operate with the Manager, who is revealed to be the mastermind behind all the X-Workers smuggling the goods out, to get the antidote. However, he gets trapped and the only option is to inject Xiao-Bai with it from afar, which he does successfully. The Manager reveals himself from the shadows. I KNEW IT but at this point everyone knew lol. Hgives a longass speech about what he was going to do to Wu Xie, and calls out Li Jiale to kill Wu Xie. Li Jiale finally realises that he was used all along and aims the gun to the Manager, but could not pull the trigger.

The Manager presses a button to detonate the toxic gas in the underground chamber to kill everyone, but was knocked out Pangzi last minute. Wu Xie is then freed and carries Xiao-Bai out. Li Jiale carried the Manager out in goodwill. Eventually, the Manager was punished for his crimes after the truth came out. Honestly, the ending of this arc felt kind of anti-climatic yet I couldn’t wait for this one to be over. Like, this arc was necessary but it was bland as compared to the earlier arcs, especially the one where they went to the country underground. That was exciting, thrilling, angsty and comedic all at once. The Warehouse 11 arc had plenty of cute scenes, but 我为吴邪心痛啊. The amount of times he got bullied just to get information gosh.

At least Wu Xie is then promoted to L14, and he got assigned to be the next manager of the First Level. He rejects because he only wanted to uncover clues about the disappearance of San-shu. IN WHICH I WAS CELEBRATING BECAUSE he can finally get out of that godforsaken Warehouse 11, but nope. Xiao-Bai is then revealed to be the Director of the entire Warehouse (which explains the L17 badge she has, really) and that she arranged all of Wu Xie’s stuff on behalf of Wang Junyi.

I mean I wasn’t surprise? I was more confused with the pacing if anything else but I’ll take what I can get at this point. The season then ends with a video sent to Wu Xie regarding his San-shu, and him deciding to go down to the section of the Warehouse 11 where nothing will ever be retrieved. He has some sort of a plan, but he won’t be revealing it to Xiao Bai (or to us), and leaves the room with one last ‘pull-or-push’ door joke, which was cute to say the least.

I was utterly dismayed at the ending of the episode. Where was Xiao-Ge? How many days does Wu Xie have left until he dies??? Oh my god. I went to see Zhu Yilong’s Weibo yesterday, and he posted a picture with 12 matchsticks. So 12 days left???That’s less than 2 weeks! My gods he better live by the end of the next season!

I’m definitely looking forward to the next season after seeing some of the scenes from the MVs, especially the one with many pillars. I know some, if not many, viewers online have made their dissatisfaction with the series very clear. Personally, I love this show a lot, including the plot. The characters are developed so well and the actors really understood them. The visuals of this show is clearly high budge and I’ve been looping the OST ever since watching the first few episodes. I totally get what they meant about the love stories, but the overall mystery plot worked really well for me, including Warehouse 11. I’ll seriously watch the next season (which I predict that will either be releasing in October, cause Halloween, or next year)

So far getting to know my tribemates, and they seem so cool! James HaydenOnce the challenge was announced, my initial instinct was to jump in and try to get everyone on the same page about who's doing what. I had to hold back because I know that being a leader puts a target on your back and gives people a reason to vote you out. I want to be here for the long haul, so I'm letting someone else take the lead.

Ok I don’t think I’m off to a good start while at the same time being off to an amazing start! I was too confident in that challenge, even tho I’m like Sandra in challenges, but my tribe doesn’t need to know that, they also don’t need to know that I’m one of 2 people to play these orgs. My friends that watch survivor think I’m the second coming of the immortal Tyson himself. To that I say they are right. This game can be fun if I make it to the merge which would be dumb on my tribes part. And I probably already made the best move of the season by making a secret alliance with Neil from the other tribe. So hope y’all keep a close eye on me this season!

I set up the list in a google doc to keep all the information organized and was able to get the correct list in 5 guesses! Jay made it sound like that was an impressive number. I'm hoping we win that part of the challenge so that my efforts can be recognized and I can give everyone a good first impression of me.

My tribe is sounding pretty much like THE tribe to be in. Just bummed I wasn’t here for the beginning and worried it’ll make me an easy target but I WILL vindicate myself in the challenge and they’d see how useful I can be. No alliances yet but hopefully by the morning everyone would’ve settled in and we’d be good to go.

Not a bad start. I love my tribe mates so far and thought we all connected well. of course there were a few little things; we are all hyper aware of our own behavior, especially in a situation like this. I might have made a few missteps. The biggest one was telling the group I looked through Jay’s Twitter profile to see if I could find an idol clue and there was a big reaction... wow, that’s smart, the game is afoot. There was another moment when the tribe was wondering if the other group had also started a call and I said probably not, seeing how Jay is on the call with us. A similar reaction, so here’s hoping I didn’t make a first impression as a dangerous super schemer. i’m also mildly concerned I came off too aggressive. it was my idea to start the call, I am the one who made the call, I was consistently the first or second to respond when a question was asked to the group, and I was very vocal in the conversation. I told a few funny stories and asked questions and was overall rather bold. I hope I wasn’t too loud. Cody seemed to be The other loud one. Not sure if that’s a good ally or something dangerous. I’m going to think about reaching out to Nadjawa... apologies for the awful spelling. She seemed slightly timid but trying. She didn’t say much in the call but definitely wanted to contribute. MVP of the tribe jointly are James and Neil, Neil for winning the challenge and James for organizing all of our parts. They’ve earned major favor on this tribe straight off the bat. I am wary of that. overall I think we are all a strong blend of nervous and excited. I appreciate that my part in the challenge doesn’t seem to be one that has all eyes on me. there seems to be a really, uncommonly high volume of team spirit, almost patriotism, on this tribe and I appreciate that. I hope we win so that it isn’t ruined sooner than it has to be. One final thing I noticed was that it seemed like several on the tribe didn’t read the rules. There was a lot of discussion about what the VL was and other things covered in the rules, which really surprised me. tomorrow I will do the counting challenge and then go Idol hunting. In short, I might have spoken too much tonight but on the whole I’d call it a success.

After day 1, I feel that I came off too strong in the challenge by taking the lead in figuring out who's doing what part of the challenge. I hope that doesn't bite me in the butt later down the road. I'm getting good vibes from Sarah and Ben, but that's only 3 and that's not good in a tribe of 10.

Tierra del Fuego is popping already. It’s obvious I’m playing with fellow fans. No one wants to assert themselves too much, but everyone wants to be known. I have a couple of toes in the water with Kalle and Grae, but I’ve got to make sure my efforts to form an alliance don’t bite me in the ass. I’d love to get a majority alliance going early and ride that wave with plenty of options down the line. On another note, the jury is out on Tyler so far. He might have already branded himself a challenge weakness - I’m not yet sure how unforgiving this tribe is.

Mwow. where to begin. night one and it's game on for me. i feel like i came on a little strong but i guess we will see. i'm fun. i can't help that. i really wanted to do the scavenger challenge but settled for the creative because cody hit me up on the side. i felt like this was a good chance to create a solid alliance from the start. soooooo i'm working with him. i'm somewhat of a control freak so i can see me doing all of the work on this but i'm determined to not be the reason we go to tribal. i just have this horrible feeling i'm going to be the first one out if we do. no one else has talked to me on the side and i'm kind of scared to reach out this early. cody mentioned bringing in sarah but i'm not sure if he messaged her. i did really like her vibe. also ben seems cool. i like neil but i feel like he is going to be a crowd favorite because he won the first challenge. i also definitely see him working with ben, aimee, and james. they all stayed on the chat after everyone else left which was a little questionable to me. at the moment, i'm working on this flag and just trying to give it my all. i will continue on the quest to make friends and alliances tomorrow. don't want to force it. please god, don't let me be the first out. lolol. ♡

Wow First Confessional, Very Exciting. So far I think I’m making a pretty good impression on the tribe. That being said I’m extremely egotistical so I always assume people like me, nevertheless I’m gonna roll with it. I volunteered for the creative position in the challenge because I think being in the group of two with Pedro is a great opportunity to develop that connection. Pedro did most of the work on the flag, which is great because he did a great job with it, but he’s telling people that I am doing just as much, which like is just him being nice and I’m not gonna complain because I’ll take all the good PR I can get. I really want to start bringing together a majority alliance on the tribe, but I don’t have enough to go on as far as who to bring in. I also don’t want to seem like I’m going too hard too fast. I’m going to wait and see what happens with the first challenge before I make that kind of move. I am curious to see if other people are already dm’ing each other and making alliances, that’s the tough part of this being online because I can’t see when other people split off to talk. I’m hopeful for the tribe despite the endurance challenge, I can’t wait for the game to pick up.

It's a strange thing trying to get to know people but also feeling as though you shouldn't get too close because you're ultimately here to vote each other out. Currently I feel like the odd one out, being the only person outside of the US and one of the oldest players. I feel as though the others can bond over things like some beach in Virginia and I don't really have anything to add to that? Sarah private messaged me and I suggested we add Jay and she said that only needs to be done if we are in an alliance so that was a little awkward haha. I am trying to build an alliance or bond WITH Leanne and Cody. Get to know them better.

I was going to reach out to Najwah but she beat me to it. That was gratifying because it meant we were thinking along the same lines. The thing with her is she is very clever and observant. She said she reached out to me because of my stories about telemarketing, and she also wished me luck in the counting challenge. This means she bothered to remember that that was my part; there are a lot of people and keeping track of all of us and our roles is something of a difficulty. So not only does she pick up on things, but she also retains them. I sent her a funny YouTube video and a few little messages and now I am deciding how much more to press, if at all. I’ve also been talking a little bit to Zach. He made first contact last night and I picked it up today. He’s someone I really could see myself working with, but I keep thinking about how he and Cody spent the whole night together working on that flag. They were still on when I signed off last night and had a rough draft at5:00 in the morning my time; that’s when Zack’s message to the tribe chat came in. That bonds two people. That’s part of why I’d love to see Cody gone sooner rather than later, though I figure I’d have a rather hard time making that happen. I don’t intend to go in guns blazing and say to everybody, hey, let’s get rid of Cody, but I do see him as a threat. The other one I’m worried about is James. Of all of us he’s the one most likely to win. He’s well rounded and contributes a lot without being overbearing. But of the group he’s not who I would choose to target, at least now. The two people I’d like to see gone or Cody and Sarah, though with Sarah my reasoning is so much less tangible. She was very polite in a way that somehow said she’d be less open to working with me. I can’t put my finger on it and odds are my reading doesn’t even approach accuracy. But in my mind the easy first vote is Amy only because she was at dinner and missed the call. I have no idea whether I should be thinking about who to vote out this early on, especially when this group is all about tribal unity, to a degree I’ve rarely seen, and won’t dare to throw names out right now. I wonder if I’m jumping the gun or if everyone is feeling like this and has targets in mind.

I went idol hunting today. My plan was to knock out the counting and then get started, thinking that’s what we’d all do, sign off and go to sleep last night and then come in today. I got a little bit psyched out when I read the announcement post though, because it said expect a number tonight because you’ll probably all ask at once. Panic mode, oh no, I’m way behind! But now that I’ve seen the adventure format I feel less behind. I’ve played those before. Well, not so much played as torn my hair out running in circles making all the wrong choices. Those are hard, and if someone got it already they’d have to be lucky or a genius. I did get five coins from the pink door in town, which could be helpful in the marketplace. I’m encouraged to have money because of the clue that said finding the idle will cost you, perhaps even literally. This may or may not mean a monetary cost. I’ve been spinning my wheels trying to find all the possible meanings of that sentence. And finally, I had the chance to get a good look at Moala. I wonder if Ryan will last; he seemed very arrogant. Clearly he thinks highly of himself.Alan would seem to be the easy vote because of their relationship with J... why on earth would you put that out there publicly? The only person I especially hope to see post merge is Kalle, to make the Minnesota connection.

First impressions: holy crap my Hanúha tribe is on fire! Everyone seems so on top of things and it's a much faster game than I was expecting. A video call right at the start, but I couldn't join do to irl circumstances. It seems like we have a solid group. I haven't tried to make alliances, only a small group for the scavenger hunt portion of the challenge. I have concerns that those on the video call will make an alliance, which would be a good move. I have every intention of making Friday a survivor day with no distractions, but it didn't work that way with moving and starting a new job and all that this week too. I hope there is still room for me to get in with a group. Right now I am just doing my best in the challenge to prove I am of worth to toge tribe. I hope I can be as fast as everyone else is. It seems I respond like after the conversation is over 😂. I noticed I am on the older side of players, which though we are all in our twenties, it's always a worry on survivor.

Ok so we are on our first official day of the game and I’m already STRESSED. Nobody is really chatting in the group yet and we are still waiting to see the results of the first challenge. I am really hoping we pull out this win because I do not want to go to this first tribal. I really have no clue where I stand. I have been talking to Pedro for most of the day and I have sent a message to Maddison and we have talked a bit, but other than that I haven’t heard from anyone else except a message from Olivia saying good job on the flag. I really want to start bringing a group together but I don’t want to be the first person to really start talking game, I am just worried everybody is talking game without me. I’m going to try and be chill until after we find out the challenge results, but as y’all are going to find out I HAVE NO CHILL.

I have realized that I like too many people on my tribe and want to build trust with many players maybe too fast. This may be my weakness in Survivor, we will see what happens. I am SO excited! We won the first challenge!! I was very nervous to be honest. I am torn now, I really want to start bringing together a group. I think I may wait to see if anyone brings me in to something before the next challenge. I have been DM’ing half the tribe at this point so I think I have strong odds to be pulled in if someone else starts something. I should probably reach out to the rest of the tribe to improve those odds but oh well. I am excited to watch the tribal council if there’s a tribe swap in the future I want some idea of what I could be walking into.

Today provided a huge energy boost for our tribe. We worked cohesively and pulled out the win. I feel like I have a good individual relationship with most everyone and some close allies to work with. I hope to see dramaaaa from the other tribe at tribal. This is my first opportunity to see their dynamic and get a preliminary look at who I’ll be competing with down the line. Their tribe is collectively older so I’m excited to see what energy they are bringing to the game.

It’s the best player in this game back again. I might be playing too hard out of the gate, but if they don’t know I’ve played before that will keep me in a good position. I’ll let one of them establish themselves as the tribe leader with the big ego and they’ll have a big target on their back for being a dummy. But right now I just have to relax, and wait for something big to happen. Hopefully my boy Neil isn’t the first boot! He won his challenge against me so if they have half a brain over there they will keep him. So right from the start I had bad feelings about Tyler just because he clearly didn't read the rules and was asking the DUMBEST questions. He is definitely going to be my first target when we go to tribal, but as of right now I don't really have any alliances so I have some work to do. It's frustrating bc I don't want to be the first person to bring up a name and come off as being too aggressive but at some point I'll get over that. You know, I really like this tribe. I loved our vibe of fun and unity and team spirit. In Survivor I value a Kumbaya tribe in general. If you’re going to work together and go the distance you’d better like each other. That seems to be an unpopular opinion among fans but one I’ve held for a long time. But the downside to that though is that dodgeball mode sets in... can I get out of the way fast enough, all defense and no offense, and it’s very hard to know where you stand. I had a small moment earlier today when we were all chatting about dating shows. First I felt like an outsider because I’ve never seen 90 Day Fiancé and didn’t have much to contribute. But as the conversation progressed we moved on and I made some comment or another that did two things. First it got a lot of surprised reactions from the group. Second, afterword the chat came to an abrupt halt for a while. And in those 20 minutes or so I thought, oh my God I’ve done it now. I’ve opened my mouth wide and inserted my foot right on in, and that’s it, i’ll be lucky if they aren’t all in a chat now without me. Now this moment was small and didn’t last long; I don’t think that anymore, but it was noteworthy. As I said, I very much have loved our dynamic but it has its dangers. So, we just find out we lost the challenge and all have to come to an agreement on what time tribal should be. And no one has input. The few responses were all along the lines of, I’m good to go whenever, because no one wants to be seen as controlling. I know I have a preference. I want to do it as early as possible, in small part to get more time in with the next challenge, and in very large part because I don’t want to stay up that late. I’m sure at least a few of us prefer something, but it was complete silence in the chat. Finally I said something like, if we are all free tomorrow it might be a good idea to get it done early, and I got support. James threw out3:00, at least I think it was James. Approval all around. I hope I am not being the bossy one, but I really wonder how much longer we’d have all sat there without a time. We all know someone has to get the ball rolling, and we don’t want that someone to be us. It happened again right afterwards. I started talking to a few people privately, Ben and Zach at first. What are your thoughts? I don’t know, I can’t think of what to base it on, round and round and round until I finally threw out Amy as a target. Ben and I agreed to it first, then I told Zach we had a plan. He told me he could bring in Cody and I could bring in Najwah. now, Zach claims the only two people he spoke to individually or Cody and me. I am inclined to believe him; Zach and I talked *a lot* today. I feel solid with him, which fuels my desire to have Cody out of the way, but not this round. Cody is in with the Amy vote. Najwah is in, and she told me she has Sarah. Actually before she gave me a confirmation she told me she’d talk it over with Sarahh first. Apparently Sarah suggested it to her before I did. So now I have a more concrete disinclination toward Sarah. both she and Cody are sharing one of my two allies, and besides, if I’m either of them, knowing about my relationship with Zach and Najwah, I would certainly be on their radar. So as far as I know we have six on board to vote out Amy. I suggested to some people that we bring Neil in once he came online but I don’t know if anyone did. There are other things I wanted to do, like bring us all into a group chat to lock it in, but i’ve probably already spoken up too much and didn’t want to make myself out to be the wannabe schemer. All I’ve had so far our private chats, and Amy is the only plan I know about.

There are so many questions I’d like to ask some of the people I’ve talked to. Did anybody brief Neil on the Amy plan? I didn’t. What does Amy think is happening? Has she been told anything at all? Has she approached anyone? If not shouldn’t there be a decoy name out there? And what about James and Aimee? I don’t want to message either of them about it, for one thing because I don’t want it to be me who does it, and for another because that’s basically saying, hey, most of us got together and made a decision without you so you best get on the boat. But they’d have to be clued in; I don’t want either of them to be outsiders left out of the first vote. That’s a great way to make them into enemies. And this is all assuming that the Amy plan, the one I’m following, is the right one, and that’s a big if. And I don’t intend to ask too many of these questions. For one thing if they have another plan I’m going to get affirmative placating answers so there’d be little point. And for another, well, it’s what I’ve been saying this whole time. I don’t want to seem too aggressive. Besides it’s too early to start really gaming. I’m getting a strong feeling that I ought to quit trying to make things happen and just let it happen. It’s hard not knowing how much strategizing the tribe is or isn’t doing.

So far I’m really excited!! I’ve been trying to foster real connections and I’m only talking strategy if someone else brings it up. Otherwise I’m trying to bond with everyone individually about things I actually like irl. I’m very close w Kalle, and I’d really like John&/or to be my other main allies but I have a sense both are gaming really hard and so I’m not sure how much they are about me specifically. Olivia put kalle Maddison and I into a gc which was interesting bc I got a very cold vibe from her? I know I have some conversations started I don’t feel like I have any ride or die allies this- but to be fair I’m not sure if I’ll ever have any since this is so entirely virtual... Basically bc we won the challenge My social game improved ten fold because there wasn’t a sudden rush to have to get know and trust people too quick I was able to take my time and make some good connections that are genuine. The challenge was fun and I legit put in 3 and half hours of work into it- I was so terrified of me having the least objects In the scavenger hunt lol. Turns out I got the most, mostly thanks to my simple strategy of opening an honest to god dictionary and going through every item and making a note of what I had in my house. Oof. Alrighty. I feel like I’m inching closer to establishing some type of group alliance here. Pedro and I are a dynamic duo and I have been talking to Alan a lot today, they didn’t really talk much game, but I like them a lot and they just give off great human vibes so I really want to work with them. Zac flinched as those who had opened the file yelped and their computers shorted out, releasing puffs of smoke. A low snicker came from Cavanaugh, “Huh…that’s rather vexing, no? Y’all better not fuck it up.”

“It’s impossible unless we know the codes the original programmer used.”

“It’s not impossible.”

“Yes, it is,” Liam snapped, wincing at the glare he received from the woman, “You don’t understand.”

Her lips twisted to a crooked grin at the look on Liam’s face and she sent a wink Zac’s way that made him want to hide further under the table than he already was.

“Y’all want to join the Alpha team?” She asked, letting her fingers flutter over Markus’ keyboard and the sphere faded from the screen. Cavanaugh looked back over them, a wicked grin still playing on her face, “You have a month. Eliminate the impossible. Figure it out.”

What evidence is there that Tsumugi was a part of V2? As I understood it, Amami was the only "return guest" from V2 (as the SHSL survivor) and Tsumugi was brainwashed into the mastermind/ringleader role from a new crop of students. Thanks for all your translations!

Tsumugi herself admits as much! It’s hard to tell withoutactually watching a playthrough of the game, because the natural assumptionwould be that Amami was “the only survivor” from the previous game and earnedhis title that way. But he never actually calls himself the sole survivor, andthe revelation of what the “2-person rule” actually involves in Chapter 6 showsthat each time “hope” wins in the final trial, multiple people actually carryover into the next game.

Tsumugi’s words are very misleading. She sets up her “punishhope or punish despair” choice with very similar wording to how Junko phrasedher ultimatum in dr1, intentionally trying to make the students think thatshould they choose to “punish despair,” the ringleader immediately getsexecuted on the spot. However, this is not the case. Her wording isparticularly tricky because even in a case where “hope wins” and “despair ispunished,” there still have to be sacrifices from the group who get “punished”along with her.

The 2-person rule ensures that only two people at most canactually graduate from Saishuu Academy. This is most likely the way the gamehas been played ever since the killing game show started, and it’s the mostimportant rule necessary for keeping the game cycling continuously through newseasons. Even if “despair is punished,” in order for hope to win, brave andself-sacrificing students have to offer up themselves in order to be punishedtoo, otherwise no one gets to graduate.

And it works like a charm every time, because withoutknowing what that punishment entails, many students are willing to take thatburden on themselves if it means getting other students out “for the sake ofhope.” This is, in fact, the punishment Amami sacrificed himself for in hisprevious killing game. The assumption based on his title is that he won thegame by surviving to the end, but technically, he made it to the end and thenforfeited himself for the sake of letting other people in his group “graduate.”

The “punishment” that Amami received, as well as Tsumugi,was forced participation in the nextkilling game. This participation applies equally to every single personinvolved in sacrificing themselves to be “punished.” And because we know thatAmami and his previous group of students chose “hope” in the v2 killing game,we know that Tsumugi definitely wasn’t executed.

When Saihara asks her to clarify that “punishment” andexplain the 2-person rule, she basically stipulates what she has in mind fortheir current group. Saihara and Himiko would get to “graduate” for the sake ofhope (and whether that graduation or “hope” is even anything pleasant isextremely doubtful), and meanwhile she, Kiibo, and Maki would be roped intoanother killing game. She would retain her ringleader position, Kiibo and Makiwould have their memories wiped once again. Kiibo would remain an unwittingaudience proxy of sorts (probably playing into her plans to use him as a Naegi2.0/SHSL Hope figure once again). And Maki herself would receive the “SHSLSurvivor” title in addition to her assassin one, much the same way that Amamidid.

Knowing that Amami and Tsumugi both definitely reached aconclusion somewhat like this in the previous killing game, we can guess thatTsumugi probably didn’t look the way she does now. She even, upon cosplaying asJunko when doing her grand reveal, says “Not that I think there’ll be any, butsorry to fans of that boring megane girl’s character. She’s gone now.” This suggests,in my opinion, that Tsumugi thinks of even herself as a fictional character thewhole way through and probably was going by a different name and “character” inthe previous game. I would guess that this is why Amami didn’t seem torecognize her at all or have any idea she was the ringleader even in theprologue.

It’s implied that “hope” is the choice that wins most of thetime in the final trial—but considering there is in fact a protocol for whathappens when “despair” wins instead, I would guess that that choice was alsomade at least a few times over the course of 53 killing game seasons.

According to Tsumugi, when “despair” wins, the killing gamestill continues, but very much along the lines of the dr1 bad ending we caughta glimpse of. This makes sense, considering Junko’s despair also “won” in thatscenario. Instead of the ringleader, the person representing “hope” is punished.According to her scenario layout, she says it would be Kiibo this time around,and I’m sure his punishment would go much more according to a literalexecution, the same way Naegi and Kirigiri were planned to be executed in dr1Chapter 5.

Following the death of “hope,” the students simply continuetheir killing game. Tsumugi says she, as the ringleader, would keep making moreremember lights for them as motives to kill, but since the remember lights don’tactually have any hold over a person once you know exactly how they work andrealize that they’re fake, it’s not like anyone would give in to any of themotives she provided them with. So in a way, she says they could all “livepeacefully” within the school and do what they like. Because “despair” wouldalready have won.

It’s not really confirmed or certain what Tsumugi would dowith herself while this scenario was ongoing, because I’m assuming audienceviewers would only want to see so much of this “despair-inducing” bad endingbefore getting bored of it. But in the same way Junko was never heard from orseen from and seems to have moved on to other despair plans in the dr1 badending (after all, she had to be doing somethingif she wasn’t killing her classmates), I would guess that Tsumugi probablywould just leave that game in stalemate and move on as the ringleader of thenext killing game.

Of course, it isquite possible for the ringleader figure to be actually executed and for a newone to be selected/set-up. It’s just not what happened with Tsumugi between v2and ndrv3. Tsumugi shows that when pushed to the absolute limit, she is willingto give up her life for the killing game if that’s what it takes. Just so longas the game itself continues, she doesn’t really care if she herself dies inthe end.

When Saihara and the others come up with the plan to abstainfrom voting in order to die from a rule violation instead and not play alongwith the “hope vs. despair” conflict which Tsumugi is trying to force theminto, Tsumugi freaks out until the audience finally manages to basically hijackKiibo. They kill off his sense of free will and self very shortly after he sayshe’ll side with Saihara and abstain from voting—because the audience did notwant to see a “boring” outcome like everyone dying from a rule violation. Atthat point, Tsumugi believed it was guaranteed that Kiibo, at least, would voteto punish “despair” and let hope win, according to what the audience wanted tosee.

The others assumed she herself would still vote to punish “hope,”and that the vote would result in a tie—but to their surprise, Tsumugiconfesses before the voting result that she abstained from voting too. She saidshe was perfectly fine with sacrificing her life to continue the killing gamein the same way the others were sacrificing their lives to try and end it. Thatway rather than tying the game, “hope” would definitely win, and Kiibo would be the sole person forced into thenext killing game.

She essentially implies that Kiibo would become theringleader of the next killing game in a sort ofyou-live-long-enough-to-see-yourself-become-the-villain twist, suggesting thateither through audience vote, reprogramming him entirely, or brainwashing, he’dbe the one carrying out the game the next time around. But this definitelyconfirms that occasionally, at least, a new ringleader can get selected fromthe group. Tsumugi wouldn’t be able to carry on as the ringleader again, afterall, since she was obligated to be punished like the rest of them forabstaining from voting.

Of course, her plan ultimately doesn’t succeed because muchto her surprise, the audience themselves were swayed by Saihara’s words.Contrary to all Tsumugi’s expectations, the audience themselves came to believethat perhaps the “hope vs. despair” conflict was unnecessary, and that fictionhad a much bigger, much more real impact than they had previously thought. SoKiibo also abstained from voting due to the audience’s decision, much to hershock, and thus cemented “the end of Danganronpa.”

Tsumugi definitely isconfirmed to have participated in Amami’s previous killing game because of thedetails we hear from her about how the game and its rules actually work. But it’seasy to get confused because the natural assumption would be that Amami was “theonly survivor” due to his title! Anyway, this was a very fun twist to comeacross in the actual game and I’m glad if I could explain it better! Thank you for asking, anon!
