I used to say i dont give a shit so often people would ask me a question and then answer it themselves

A shortcut!#Now imagine for a sec trying to get through a parkcore + miros bird gauntlet with a corpse and a worm within 5 cycles #before the scav ran out of karma and you were stuck inside forever. Yeah #Besides that tho I've been messing around and been very tenderly modding the game.#Turns out you can have a bit of fun with most sprites without too much effort by simply cloning the MSC mod in your files #Then changing the copy's mod info so it doesn't clash and simply swapping images out for whatever you want #As long as you have the sprite name you can do this. You can also change region names and decals and music all sorts of stuff.#In short I've been brewing a custom mod for a friend to make her suffer as much as possible <3 #Thanks to a buddy on the rw server for showing me that trick btw lol. The best cesspool I've ever participated in #Oh before I forget- the symbol on CW's head is completely made up. They just looked so... Bald.#Tbh I wasn't expecting their personality to be so... bright? Most interpretations make them kinda solemn and gloomy #But nah this CW is what NSH should've been 100%. I like them. Not gonna spoil too much but their situation is somehow so... chill.#Still bad tho!#Other fun news! There's a scammer going around on discord that's basically like ''bad news I reported you for fraud''#And they're getting a lot of people. My buddy that owned my home server got hit and we lost everything. It's all OK tho nobody was hurt #I keep trying to ask them questions on my alts but they're ignoring me... I kinda wanna bait them into doing the scam with me #to see how far I get before they catch on 😜#Wasting a scammer's time is never a waste of time #Ah I had more to say but I reached my tag max. #for skyrem specifically. i would like to make player home mods :)#mostly bc im super picky abt them. like i have soooo many dealbreakers when it comes to player home features #like 1st of all i dont want mannequins i dont use them and they always bug out and start moving. lmao #2nd of all i dont want any kids' rooms i never adopt kids in this game #3rd of all i dont want any paintings on the walls bc they never look like someone in the game world actually painted them #you can always tell it's just a screenshot or an image from the web. sometimes maybe with a painterly filter applied #4th of all i dont want those custom containers that have a ton of weapons/artefacts/other loot sticking out of them #yknow? like if i find a home mod that is otherwise perfect but for some reason the crown of barenziah is sticking out of a chest. how & why #and like in general i dont want artefacts scattered around the house! why would i have meridia's beacon sitting on a shelf!#5th of all i dont want every single shrine to every single aedra and daedra. preferably no shrines at all #like i get that it's handy when you have all the shrine buffs in one place. i get it. from a gameplay convenience standpoint #but of the two characters i have only heidrun is religious. and even she has a Complicated relationship with religion... as we all know...#6th of all i dont want a staff enchanting station. its ugly and i never use staves #and 7th of all now that i think abt it i could do without a regular enchanting station. since isabeau doesnt use it (cant do magic)#and heidrun also doesnt use it (thinks soul gems are fucked up & unethical)#anyway i gotta figure out how to make my own player homes!!!#i really wanna turn riftweald manor into a player home/criminal hq after mercer frey has been dealt with...#like... sorry thieves guild but isabeau would never sleep in a damp moldy sewer... you do you tho #el.txt

Just added "dni" to my filtered words list and this site is already so much better. :D Now I can passively enjoy art without having to look at the artist's gaping asshole in their pinned posts when I want to see if they've drawn anything else cool.

soullessness as a concept in general in spn is better to me when its more about what that simple change (lowered empathy) does in how a person interacts with the world. soulless sam for example again but it makes him a better hunter, yes, in some ways. he's also far worse at being able to interview people because he has trouble a) not filtering out his tendency to just insult people when they get on his nerves and b) figuring out how to mask empathy as well as he once did/also not wanting to. he makes the call to put dean in danger during the vampire hunt and damages his bond with dean in the process, and when he realizes that might happen, he lies about it to prevent it and makes it worse.

idk man! that's interesting to me! exceling in some things because his empathy is shut off and failing miserably at other things! it's part of why he makes the decision (before being informed how much damage it might do to him and going 'actually i think i'd like to remain not braindead from hell trauma, thanks') that he thinks he would do better with his soul back, going back to being the old sam.

kinda wish tumblr had an option to change the "this post contains filtered tags: [tag name]" message to "this post contains [custom entry, ie "trauma trigger" or "ocd trigger"]" where you could make the messages in your settings bc sometimes certain words are triggers and it can be exhausting to still be . reminded of what you're filtering yknow. and then if i click its my own damn fault

You know how online stores are always pushing you to subscribe for items and even give you cheaper prices if you subscribe? I decided to subscribe for an air filter to be sent to me every three months. It's been more a few days than 3 months and they didn't order it! I would have forgotten if it wasn't for my own phone telling me that I needed to change the filter.

Like for all the production and hullabaloo about subscription, if your app doesn't even work? What's the point?
