Along the lake path yesterday. I just remembered that I was passed by someone doing health walking on the path and she said sort of patronizingly, “Have to stop and take pictures.” Making it sound like I was doing something reprehensible, maybe instead of walking fast? I said “That’s part of what I come here for. I have a blog.” I shouldn’t have bothered. She was on her way. It rankled for a while but I shouldn’t feel ashamed of showing people here some of the beautiful things they otherwise wouldn’t see. Right?
