Have you watched Zygon: When Being You Just Isn't Enough? No Mark or Reece, but it does have the dude who played Christian in the Winterborne probes. It is utterly disgusting and the original writers didn't want to be associated with it since Baggs overdid the nudity and it's a bit too straight but I think it had potential to be a camp masterpiece and solidifies Daniel Harcourt as the guy from doctor who ever. You might hate it but probe led me personally to watch all the BBV shit because I'm unwell.

Hiii I watched this movie a while ago because I was deep in the BBV VHS feaver. So first of all you must know that there's a company that made off brand unlicensed Doctor Who parodies called BBV productions, founded in 1991

"BBV", I hear you ask, "that must stand for British Broadcasting Video or something, right?" WRONG. Bill & Ben. Video.

Clearly the name was intentionally misleading. Actors like Colin Baker + Nicola Bryant were cast as clear knockoff of 6 and Peri; or Sylvester and Sophie as "the Professor" and "Ace". They pushed it as far as they could til the BBC said you stop that right now!! Anyway Bill Baggs basically shot himself in the leg and will never be allowed to work for BBC Doctor Who or Big Finish everr.

This is beside the point. If the Zygon porno was not licensed then we wouldn't have to think about it and it would not be considered canon. However! During Dr Whos extended sleepy time period where it wasn't cancelled but also it wasn't exactly coming back -- Schrödinger's cancellation, if you will -- the BBC was like. You can have some specific licenses I guess. You can buy Liz Shaw and The Zygons and The Autons and make bad VHS tapes about them and we won't sue you.

In the late 90s, P.R.O.B.E. was born, which features Liz Shaw lezzing it up with Louise Jameson solving alien crimes or some XFiles shit like that. Also there are gay people doing cannibalism. I'm normal about it.

Using the license for The Autons, the Auton Diaries movies were made. Which, if I interpret the BBV parody of themselves correctly, includes a lot of Autons falling over slowly.

In 2003, this is Before the BBC announces there will be more Who, BBV starts the project Zygorno Zygon: when being you just isn't enough. This film would not be completed, however, til 2008. The film does include many nude scenes and at least one full-on sex scene, where we see our MC (girl) thrusting away in some guys body she shifted into (trans moment?) and yk having sex with a woman as a guy and shit.

Is the movie good? No. Is it a legit porno? No, too much plot. Honestly The Room has more sex scenes. Still, it's definitely more erotic than most BBV production VHS tapes (you may not know this but that means a lot. Most of them are this 👌 close to stumbling into a sex scene at any given moment)

Another important thing to note about doctor who is it has run for so long and it's expanded universe is so huge and in so many mediums, at this point it's encompassed basically every imaginable tone & genre. I own a Doctor Who Mister Men book. I also own a Doctor Who book where a man is force fed human brains. There is a Doctor Who soft porn film.

She knew she wouldn't be surviving that expedition when the Doctor asked her who she was. Prior to that, she had been fairly upbeat and familiar with 10. Familiar enough to flirt with him. Familiar enough to be unbothered when he just coldly snapped at her to get out in response to her sweet greeting.

POTENTIAL SPOILERS BELOW!

I'm trying to remember which moot (and which site) I had yapped about over the familiarity with which River initially greeted 10 with in Silence in the Library coupled with the familiarity 11 had with River jumping out of spaceships. How that quietly points out the fact that 10 had spent a considerable amount of time with River between Silence in the Library/Forest of the Dead and his subsequent regeneration into 11 and the 2nd time we, the audience, see her and the Doctor meet again in Time of Angels/Flesh of Stone.

We have the privileged glimpse into the 10River dynamic in the Name of the Doctor novelization, where we see 10 being at ease enough with River that he slipped into a bath (there were no bubbles[!!] in that bath despite popular illustrations depicting otherwise) with her. I would also like to bring to the table that he spent about seven hours with her doing Gallifrey knows what before leaving to solve the Zygon issue.

Why did I start yapping about this again? Oh yes, this version of River is, to me, the softest, most mature, and most alive (see what I did there) one. She's seen all the previous (and a few future) faces of the Doctor already (yes we include the ones she was forced to forget as well). She's spent 24 something years of precious downtime with her Doctor (the one who knows who she is to him, not a specific regeneration, as is the unfortunately usual misconception).

We see her diary and their screwdrivers a few feet away from where 10 was handcuffed (why does she even have handcuffs).

The Zygon's love interest was given Zygon powers. She then knocked out a random guy in the street, stripped him, took over his form, used his body and credit cards on a shopping spree, used his body to go pee in the men's room, and is now hooking up with his ex girlfriend. In fairly explicit detail.

“Zygon: When Being You Just Isn't Enough” rightfully gets the piss taken out of it, because the notion of doing a sexy, sexy psychological thriller featuring monsters who resemble a particularly aggressive yeast infection is deranged but honestly “could turn into a soft-core porno at any minute” is like the default aesthetic for those BBV/Reeltime films.  Most conversations in P.R.O.B.E. feel like they should end with a smash cut to the bad man’s charleston.
