update about my blog

ok guys so to make a short story even shorter LEVEL-5 of Japan has copyright struck my blog twice for posting LMDA content on my blog, mostly relating to the last two episodes of the anime

today i got a notice that they put a DMCA notice on my blog, which means one more strike and Tumblr yeets my blog into the abyss.

i don’t want to show the emails here bcz they’re private but basically they’re saying im violating copyright law by posting LMDA content that is apparently private.. despite the fact the entire anime aired and FULL EPISODES are on YouTube, AND other ppl on tumblr post screenshots and other things abt the episodes and no strike to them so far.. it’s just really fuckin a Zoinks Scoob situation

tbh im not a film theoriest(tm) and i don’t want to say this is a coordinated attack on my blog or nothing by level-5 women killer extraordinaire akihiro hino trying to silence my Dank Memes but to be safe im currently sweeping any and all content about LMDA I’ve posted that relates to episode 49 and 50 so my blog doesn’t get deleted, so if one of my posts disappears from ur blog that’s why

still though these strikes are really unpredictable so in the event they wrongly file another one and my blog gets tossed into the abyss i will make a new account and reclaim my old URL, if i can’t reclaim my Brand Name, just look for the hottest shitpost in the layton tag and that’s probably from my new blog

im a depressed bastard so i haven’t had the willpower to counter the claims even tho they are falsely made, but if my account does get deleted i will contact tumblr and yell at them and maybe that will do something

like i said tho this is all what if scenarios, hopefully after I sweep my blog the LEVEL-5 boomers will leave me alone, clearly they are just terrified and threatened of my Raw Shitpost Power
